      Airtel lanched rs.244. Plan for prepaid customers for 70 days. My at no is [protected]. I subscribed immediately got on 16.04.17. They validated the plan for only 34 days instead of 70 days as per plan. There was also offer for free calling to all net and atoa. For 70 days. There is now no mention of free calls. Please look into the matter
      Customers subscribe the plans after fully knowing the benefits of the plan. If full benefits are denied, what is the use of announcing attractive plans seeing competition with jio?

        Airtel customer care team called me and provided Rs.500 bill value discount for 6months against my airtel postpaid no [protected] on 28.09.2016. And they requested me to continue in airtel network. But in my latest bill, they not shown the Rs.500 bill discount. I contacted airtel customer care team but there is no proper reply from airtel side.

        Offer activated on 28.09.2016, bill generation date is 27th of every month

        1st month 28. 09.2016 to 27.10.2016
        2nd month 28.10.2016 to 27.11.2016
        3rd month 28.11.2016 to 27.12.2016
        4th month 28.12.2016 to 27.01.2017
        5th month 28.01.2017 to 27.02.2017
        6th month 28.02.2017 to 27.03.2017 (bill generated on 27.03.2017 for the billing cycle from 26.02.2017 to 25.03.2017 but in this bill they not shown the discount )

        i don't know how airtel is calculating. kindly take up the issue with the airtel and take a necessary action against airtel

              They told me it will work in my 3 G handset. But isn't .
              I complained this to company but company not give any typ of respond. I asked- why u give me wrong information?

              .
              I requested my complain to airtel customer care. Now they said this offer is in 3 G handset..it work only 4 G
              So pls resolve this problem as soon as possible...

                  I had recharge 349 Plan on 11 April 2017, as per terms & conditions given on website "4G Handsets with 4G SIM : Unlimited Local & STD A2A Mobile calls with 1GB Data per Day ".
                  After 2 days data over and showing only 100 MB left.
                  When i complaint to nearest branch of airtel powai location.
                  They are giving excuse that offer is only applicable for particular & privilege customer and some are saying it not applicable on your no. Their is limit of lieing, last they find reason and saying you should recharge from retail shop, not online.They can't help me on this.

                  Airtel is such a fraudulent company, just to compete with Reliance Gio & Vodafone. They just announcing fraud scheme just for marketing purpose and fooling all the customer. They are actually cheating with customer and making everyone fool.

                  I need my money credited back or give proper plan as written on internet. This is clearly cheating from Airtel.

                    I hold a postpaid mobile service and have 2 additional numbers on "My Family Plan". For the last 3 months Airtel has been billing me incorrectly and repeat calls and complaints have not addressed my problem. The service provided is pathetic and the helpdesk personnel are unable to fix the simple request.
                    Resolution Required - Refund/fix the billing errors and also correct the plan to what has been repeatedly requested.

                      It is really disgusting and surprising to see your app has all master which best suits Airtel and nothing for customer who pay through nose to utilize the service for which we make payment.

                      I have been trying to lodge a complaint entire yesterday the April 15, 2017 but nil response from your outlet in Thiruvallur your so called 121 and 198. There is no choice to speak with customer care agent. Just cheating and looting the customer to your satisfaction and fill your pocket.

                      Well the reason for my reaching Airtel is about my network for the past 3 days I was not in a position to open website and my net was showing only E. I lost my valuable time and had to run around in the hot sun.

                      Today morning to my utter surprise despite having 4.9 GB in my account almost a sum of ₹ 100.00 deducted from my main balance for using net. Why may I know the reason your network doesn't work and you will charge the customer. This is just unfair practice of business.

                      Request let me know the reason and restore my network and pay back the amount deducted. Also let me know as to why legal action should not be initiated against Airtel.

                          After activating international roaming plan. I have been charged for 15000 Rs.

                          On calling Airtel customer care service several times and writing several mails to customer service, Airtel presence and also to apellete authority they are giving false data.

                          I cannot pay the bill for fake data
                          I do have all the proof for the calls I have made and data I have used.

                          I am getting continuous call and mail from Airtel asking only to pay the bill.

                          They are least bothered about the incorrect bill.

                          Sorry i cannot pay for the incorrect bill.

                          Need your urgent attention to resolve this. This is like mental torture for me for Airtel for forcing me to pay the bill.

                          Even before 5 mins i received a call mentioning i have charged 8000rs for the data used at UAe on 14 the. Earlier they were complaining abt data used on 25th.

                          After mentioning my mobile was switched off on 25th now they are talking about 14th

                          Hi,

                          Beyond from this indiscrepancy on Airtel bill.

                          We have clearly raised request on 13th to activate international roaming plan . Customer care service they confirmed IR plan will be automatically. Activated as soon i reach US mobile network.

                          I called them to check why Airtel has not activated my IR plan as per the communication.

                          Apellette authority from Airtel named leela called me and literally shouting on me and bill is correct and as per my request on 13th they have activated the IR plan on 15 the during IST timings.

                          I landed on 14th PST or 15th IST. Then it should have got activated immediately . Then i shouldn't have charged for data.

                          If i am wrong why Airtel is not giving the recorded voice data. And as per Airtel communication why IR plan is not activated immediately after i have landed.

                            I recharged for 349 but dint get 1 gb per day so I called customer care, they said that offer is not applicable to my number and they will raise the offer request and it will be activated i a week but even after a month also it's not activated
                            I called again after a month they tell the same thing that offer is not applicable to my number.
                            When everyone has got 349 offer I am not getting the same instead it's showing 799 offer in my airtel app.
                            Therefore I request you to activate 349 offer immediately to my number

                            Sharanya, it's their business tactics, perhaps.

                            If you had been recharging greater than 500 INR/Month, they would definitely not want to give you this offer and make you spend less on them. Try to identify your monthly expenditure on Airtel. Try to stop recharging at all, for a month or two, perhaps, the system will inject that offer for you.

                                is this a way to talk . Look into the matter orelse matter will be escalated to higher authority or DOT OR ministry of telecommunications.

                                  Hello sir
                                  i had paid 2400 through online payement on 30th march .but airtel broadband is not feasible in my area so we want our money back ..plz refund it as soon as possible at the same account through which we paid .our fixedline account no is [protected] and our installation order no is[protected] .

                                    My number is [protected], i want to deactivate all unwanted services, which i activated today by mistake and i felt few services running from past.and please also cut all spam calls and sms.i received minimum 8-10 calls related to credit cards, insurance and clubs and for restaurants booking and same with sms daily got such type of messages.
