After recharge of RS 345 /- for unlimited data and call in my number [protected], I unble to use Internet as no site is opening.But same time, same place and with same mobile my post paid nuber data services function nicely. Very bad service. Full waste of money. Your customer executive every time promised to solve problem with in 24 hrs.But total bluff.

    My landline number is [protected]. For the past few months I have raised nearly 30-50 tickets regarding speed and frequent disconnections but there is no response from Airtel and saying the issue got resolved and closing the tickets without user confirmation.

    For the past 3 days internet is not at all Woking and I raised 3 tickets. Today I called Airtel and they kept my number in DND and there after that I unable to contact the customer support. This is the bloody game play by Airtel for the valued customers.

    They have given some bull [censored] WiFi routers which are not working and frequently disconnecting. After requesting for 8 months they changed the router which is at the worst when compared to the old once.

    Service executives will come and go that's it they don't take the responsibility and Airtel doesn't even bothering while this customer is making these many calls and how important the connection is.

    I sent an email to [protected]@airtel.com staying that if issue not get resolve with in tomorrow I am officially giving acceptance for disconnection.

        From last week it is not working. Tried calling them, wrote them the mail but it is not resolved. We are Paying charges during the No Service Period also.

        Equipment is still under warranty

          On first of april i asked for to change my broadband plan[protected] yet till date its not happen.i addressed such a large number of executives in regards to this issues however nobody help me for this.on first week of april i talked with Bindu who is boss over there yet from her i didnt get any message or call. again second week of april i rang and i advised my issue to sunisha and she said she will resolve this issues in within 1-2 days and she will give me call yet no reaction from her too.Today morning i addressed surya and from him likewise i didn't got any response.from day 1 airtel executives are simply making false promises and everybody is lying.seriously i am not happy with this sort of airtel service.

          Still the issue is not resolve. Middle of april i got the call from airtel technical team and the guy told me there is shortage of router so once we receive the routers we will solve your issue next week but till date i didn't get any call regarding this issue.

            We receive a phone call from Airtel in concern of plan change. The person told us that with a difference of Rs.50/-only airtel will provide us 105GB data (40Mbps/512Kbps) & if we will opt this scheme now then we will be having addition 60GB data & our total plan will be of 165 GB data & we agreed on that but after activation of this plan they provided us only105 GB data instead of committed 165GB data. When we complaint about this they started asking for the name & contact number of their employee who contacted & committed. whereas instead of asking us for detail they can check from their records on whose call they have changed our plan.
            This is mere harassment & wrong commitment which they are not fulfilling.

              This is in reference to my email requesting for cancellation for airtel fixed line number.I received a call on saturday from airtel number [protected] . Interaction ID is[protected].The caller informed that the area is feasible for speed upto 16mpbps and that airtel will get the modem changed and speed upgraded for the above number and that the speed will increase to 16mbps.I was also informed that by mistake my request for plan change was rejected earlier. I was again offered plan Rs 799 - 50GB upto 16 mbps calling free. I was further informed that the airtel personal would visit the premises within 4 working hours and shall change the modem. now 72 hours have passed and no one from airtel has even bothered to visit the premise. It seems that by hook or crook airtel is cancelling the requests for disconnection.

                I recently bought airtel wifi 4G hotspot from airtel outlet. I was told if I recharge by 345 before 31st of March I will get 1GB per day. I also got 5 GB starter bonus data. As time went by I soon started getting low balance/data massages and internet stopped in a few days. I asked the vendors and they said I need to talk to customer care. Customer care people said 345 recharge gave me only one GB data and unlimited calls for one month which I cannot use with my modem. I distinctly remember 1GB / day on 345 pack on airtel.in recharge portal. Feeling cheated and misinformed.

                  it has been charged 4*35 for each week basis. i think.

                    I am airtel family plan customer([protected]) for past two years. over the period the have started charging me extra money in each bill. keeping this in view i send out port request . on my sending this message their back end gets in touch with me to retain my all 6 numbers. they offered be extra benefits and i agreed not to share mnp details with other operator. but 10 days have passed my query is still unresolved and it has caused me massive inconvenience . even airtel store executive have been very cold my request. i dont want to name him though .all i want that my query gets resolved so that i can enjoy these services

                      My Airtel Mobile no:[protected]

                      Last week i got a sms from airtel saying some hotzone service activated, and gave a no if am not interested in the service, i called up 155223 and followed the IVR and deactivated the service

                      post that there are 10 sms in my inbox with new services activated saying the same to deactivate, , , i called 10 times and deactivated

                      Now every day am getting 10 to 15 sms the services are again activated and trying to swindle the money in the account

                      Im spending one hr daily to call 155223 and deactivate the services, but immediete they are activated again automatically

                      please look into the harassement of these airtel guys, mentally am traumatised with these smses ...there is close to 150 sms in my inbox

                      who gave supervisor role to guruprasath the guy I spoke rude and challenging me to go to court

                      last one month I'm being harassed n number of services being activated in my mobile and money is deducted day light

                      inspite of several reminders and complaint ...no response

                      height of apathy this guy guru emp id 65092 challenging to meet in court

                      am getting sms cbdov[protected] to fully satisfactory and cheating

                      wats the solution to this daylight robbery...I removed my data connection becoz of this and I will move to new network

                        We are using airtel modem for more than one year. But now we do not want use the modem because we got the new act router connection in the home. So please disconnect connection of airtel modem no.[protected] as soon as possible. We have requested to disconnect the modem earlier also. Now make sure you disconnect it as soon as possible.

                            By wrong operation, I paid Rs.255/ to Airnet instead of myregular [protected] by ignorance thro American express credit card. I was given a message it will be looked into 2 hrs whereas no action so far kindly do the same. skbalasubramanian/[protected]/[protected]@gmail.com.in the circumstances kindly debit the previous account paid for by misttake and give credit to the existing prepaid account of [protected] since the wrong charges has got only validity for 28 days from 6th April, hence please do not delay. Transaction I will furnish to you on your message to my email.

                                Dear Cocnern,

                                Please note that we are suffering like anything due to this pathertic signal strength and data connection of airtell, They are advertising like anything and in reality simply the opposite thinsg are happening . Inspite of having a corporate connection not a single time a single call i completed with out call drop of no sound or repeated call back . And about the data connection its better not to say anything. inspite of having the data connection have to use different service providers dongle to work . have also submitted complain to airtel with complain no - PO[protected] but no responce from their end .

                                    Hello sir : Im using airtel service since 20 years ago this my second SIM problem because of forget to recharge my sim. I was in abroad since 6 years before yesterday it's was working today I was remove SIM card reinstart again network was not found and also I was check airtel app number was hide. So please request to reactivate my sim again sorry was forget to recharge please help to resolve my problem
