Please disconnect the airtel broadband.internet always not working.called to customer care 121 before 2 months and asked to disconnect the connection but connection still not terminated.i have sent email on march 3rd 2017 & also on april 3rd 2017.airtel continuously sending bills with penalty.This is bad.please disconnect the landline and broadband immediately.

Landline [protected] on anytime between 9 a.m to 9 p.m.Issue is not yet resolved.
I also facing the same problem.. I also have iphone 6s plus and it is only showing 3G..
These airtel customer care guys are useless.. I am communicating with them from last 3 weeks..
They are just buying time.. And sometimes they will just irritate you buy saying some network coverage problem in your area..
Please switch to vodafone.. 4G is working fine with vodafone network.
