Hi myself S.Akhilesh . I have opted for Airtel broadband internet connection in Bilaspur (C.G) Railway colony location 20/01/2017.
As a process they have taken token amount of 500/- (Through Cash) with ID and address proof documents. While the time i gave them money, your airtel sales executive Mr Akram Khan ([protected]) assured that the broadband connection and landline would be provided at my residence within 7 to 10 days. No site person of airtel came to install the connection untill 10 days neither any message or call came to contact number i provided at the time of registration. After great disappointment from Airtel services i further contacted BSNL for broadband and landline connection . And thanks to BSNL that provided me broadband connection within 2 days of registration.
Then I went to nearby airtel broadband office in Sarju Bagicha Bilaspur (C.G) for process of refund of my amount.To refund the token amount they ask for bank details and i have provided my bank details. After 40 days airtel office people asked me canclled cheque which i provided on same day.
But yet i didn't got my money back. Again after keep on visiting airtel office the told me to process online for my refund after 2 months . Which I processed immediately and a ticket Number was generated : AORe4d007
But after 13 days of online refund process also i am not able to get my amount back.
If they take cash through hand then they should have an option to refund in return through manually or else they should refund the amount in any bank what we have provided. Why they didn’t ask the bank details earlier while initiate the connection.

My request to every customer who opt for Airtel broadband connection, dont take the same without proper communication.
And Please never trust India's No.1 Telecommunication Company i.e. Airtel they say.

No doubt they become India's no.1 company by stealing money of customers and fooling them.

Updated by Satyala Akhi I had an telephonic conversation with one of your airtel representatives on 15 April and i was assured that my money would be refunded within 3-4 days so i hope you will not repeat like before n extend my problem rather you please keep your word n refund my amount within time .

Updated by Satyala Akhi History repeats ... you guys have done it again... You never fail to delivery disappointment and delay to customers like me . According to another telephonic conversation with one of your airtel repesentatives on 15th April 2017 i was assured that my money would be refunded within 3-4 days and look 6 days have passed away n i haven't been refunded yet . N I dont expect any refund from the No.1 Airtel company . N somewhere now i am very ashamed o[censored]sing Airtel sim, Airtel digital TV . I wonder how i became Airtel customer . By the way Airtel refund in not an Trip to another planet which is taking 4 months... It means you guys dont want to refund money of people like us in a Cooperate manner with some good fooling skills .

I am glad that you guys tried to call me, i to be honest yes i got calls from you, which was if i am not wrong around two months . N dear rakesh i received the call once or twice from your service team n i gave them more than sufficient information which you guys asked . And yes i agree that you may got no response from my side after the last conversation in which i provided you the enough information for my Amount refund that with a benefit to your Airtel Group (Which was to make a Recharge on my Airtel Digital TV with No. [protected]) but you guys still didnt helped me . Its okay Boss there should me an intention to help your customer which i am and a very good customer becoz i have been using airtel services from long time but still you didnt helped me.
