Please disconnect the airtel broadband.internet always not working.called to customer care 121 before 2 months and asked to disconnect the connection but connection still not terminated.i have sent email on march 3rd 2017 & also on april 3rd 2017.airtel continuously sending bills with penalty.This is bad.please disconnect the landline and broadband immediately.

    Already issue informed
    the dth nodal team has duped me for past 11 months
    also they are not reverting my mails even after sending all the evidences
    they are marking my complaints as resolved and on call told me that the issue is being worked upon
    i would like to reach the highest escalation departmeng of airtel
    also my complaint is not resolved for past 11 months
    i have all the evidences of all the malpractice
    just to avoid any excuse my contact no remains same i.e #######913
    i am available only after 5 pm

      The email intends to share the deep frustration on my 1st experience with Airtel.

      I recently ported 3 numbers of mine as below, from vodafone to Airtel.

      While the documents were submitted on Saturday 8th April 17, I kept on receiving updates on successful verification of my documents, porting request being forwarded to vodafone and finally successful validation at vodafone to complete the port.
      While last night, all 3 of my vodafone numbers got disconnected airtel sim has not been registered yet.
      Now all my numbers are invalid and I'm left nowhere as all my business and corporate stake holders are not able to reach me.

      I believe a porting or a disconnection should have happened only after every other step was completed.
      Further, once my previous operator is disconnected, that should start the new one.
      While I rushed to the airtel store, I was informed the request still shows pending in the system.

      Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.

        I am an airtel customer for last 10years. I moved to uk for a short term assignment.

        I was using the airtel prepaid number : [protected], it got discontinued without any warning/mail notifying to me.

        It is really causing issue to my personal/business issues. When i contacted support team they are saying we cant give that number to you.

            I am a platinum customer of airtel. I have complained many times about this network problems. The customer care is just lodging a complaint against the network and after that no engineer has cames for any kind of survery or checking the network strength or something. I have submitted a porting request, that is also rejected by airtel. I request the consumer court to take strict action against airtel regarding network issues.

              Your channel partner S.S.E. Prime telecom llp at kolkata is miss selling your product by telling the customer that they we provide prime no. Of choice and collected documents and rs. 300 but after that they are not taking calls when asked for refund of money and documents. They are not giving any response when we try to connect them.

                I am very much diappointed by airtel customer services and outlet members.
                I want to change my current airtel plan, I have visited Airtel outlet twice at and I called at costumer care as well but no body is taking care.They are not helping me out.All they are speaking here it is not possible.They are speaking talk to this person that person but no body is resolving.

                  I had enabled by international roaming for a short time for my airtel mobile [protected]. T was just enablement @140/month which i had subscribed. When i enabled it there had been no intimation on the rates. Suddenly i started getting sms es on 26th feb night that the data usage was 8.953 kb and suddenly it jumped upto 19 kb.. Incidentally i had not used data at all during that time and kept my phone in off state i. E. Data mobile off. When
                  I got the bill from feb20, 2017 till mar19, 2017, the bills have come exorbitantly high and i can in no way think that such can be the international charge for roaming and using data. It is airtel who has chosen a vendor in nl and germany with no suggestions and intimations and there was no warning provided to me when i enabled it. When i reached inr 8953, i stopped all data connection and roaming but still the charges kept on increasing every day. I need a clear explanations as to how the bill can be so high as i am in real stress to pay such a big bill and when i have not used the data connection

                  Here is what it came in my sms
                  On 21st feb - it was inr 3164
                  On 26th feb - it was inr 8953 at 17:20 cet
                  On 26th feb - it was inr 11032 at 23:00 cet
                  On 27th feb - it became inr 19000 at 9:20 cet
                  I did not use data at all from 17:20 cet on 26th to 27th 9:20 cet as soon as i received sms that inr 8953 had been charged

                    A month back I lost my phone in Bangalore, so I blocked my number. came back to Delhi, got a duplicate SIM card. I again put the new sim on my another iPhone 6s Plus but it showed only 3G. I enabled 4g also but no luck. After multiple calls with customer care, they asked me to get a new sim.got new sim but no luck. I am very very frustrated with this.

                    I also facing the same problem.. I also have iphone 6s plus and it is only showing 3G..
                    These airtel customer care guys are useless.. I am communicating with them from last 3 weeks..
                    They are just buying time.. And sometimes they will just irritate you buy saying some network coverage problem in your area..

                    Please switch to vodafone.. 4G is working fine with vodafone network.

                            I deepika khandelwal having a recharge for international roaming for thailand of rs.1198/- around 3 pm in afternoon on[protected] after talking to your customer care exexutive and from your online site i have made my transaction via net banking n my transaction id is[protected]. And you have gave some another plan and make me fool of it.. And right now no recharge has been taken off. I am right now pissed off with your services. And see if you and your company not taking the right step. I will sue you for sure.

                                I, my name is saurabh verma and my airtel number is [protected]. From the last few days i noticed since unspecified deduction from my airtel account. There was about 216₹ when i noticed. Onn the next day it's 105 rs which I don't know how it become less because I didn't use a single penny from it. I made some calls but there may not be 105.then I checked last transaction and was surprised that the actual deduction were made to a voice call to a number [protected] which is my alternate mobile number. I dint get the point that how is it possible that I called myself and deducted about 100rs. I checked the call logs on the basis of the results it shows nothing. I explained tge problems thoroughly and also i have faith in airtel. So i am waiting for your fast response and balance can be refunded. Thank you

                                Agree Saurabh... even I don't know how my balance most of times gets deducted with message as data cost deducted..even when I check data balance I have remaining bal with me.. open network but not open on why cost is deducted..

                                  I have recharged Rs. 251 in the Airtel number of [protected] on 11th April, 2017 with transaction id[protected] which was failed due to a technical issue. I would like to know when will I get the refund? Also, I had recharged in my another number with Rs. 248 in [protected] on 30th March, 2017 which was encountered a failure.                                     I have bought a 4G Hot spot today. my No. is [protected].
                                    I activated it at 5 pm . Then I was checking a mail and bought a product in Amazon. I received a message saying that I have consumed 3.8 GB data. Its impossible.i have not Its a false calculation bluffing the customer. if you feel that this is true from your side, i like to surrender my card immediately. please reply with possible explanations.

                                      We are using this no. Since long. We being a corporate customer namely state bank of india, lead bank, rajkot having a record to pay your bill in time. But any how the bill for nov.2016 was credited to some other similar customer a/c resulting a arrears bill demanded by your company which was denied by us as the same was paid. Due to non payment of the bill our services was bared. Now we have received a demand bill from dec- to march 2017 for which our services were bared. So you are requested to modify the bill as zero.

                                      You are requested to do the needful in the matter. If any further bill in this regards comes, we will have no option but to complain / lodge a fir with local police authority and trai as well.
