    I am getting 2 calls daily from Airtel girls.
    I said no 9 times and literally fought many times to remove me from their database but still they are calling me again and agian.

    I have decided to take strong action against this and going legally as well.
    It is happening with lots of my friends as well.

    Wow.
    I got a call from a person who was not interested in resolving this at all. (RECORDING ATTACHED)

    I am Vodafone user, He said to pay 20 INR to stop this service. I never activated this service, why would I have to pay Airtel? He just said that and disconnected the call without anything.

    I am attaching this recording, This will help me to make a strong case. Because JIO is not taking their business, You guys started robbing other operator's customer?

    so I told you and registered a compalain still before 1 minute I got a same call from number

    Just simply send the message as "START DND" TO 1909 and follow the instruction given through message and block the promotional call as per your wish. the same will be effect after 7 days from the date of message. After blocking the promotional call (Afer 7 days) i[censored] continuously receive the promotional calls means complaint to TRAI.

    I got another call from Airtel which says you have to pay 1 rupee and was asking for ATM details.
    It was a fake call to rob people. He also said bad words when i denied to give those details and said do whatever you want to do.

    My concern is, why other people are getting notified if I am complaining here?

    Also I tried your method but it says this service is already activated.
    Why i am not getting reply?
    You are no more bothered now?

        Yesterday I changed my old SIM to 4G SIM card as part of an upgrade by Airtel, when i inserted that SIM into my phone, it did not recognize the SIM. After speaking with their customer care without any proper support or technical understanding of the problem they keep giving me a guarantee but till not it has not been fixed because of which I've faced a huge loss. I at the very atleast asked them to give more a new SIM but they said they can't take another request/complain which one is going on. Their customer support is not responding and i am left with no connectivity for quite awhile now and it is damaging my business.

            I am unable to send outgoing calls, my internet pack is not working, and the app is showing balance as NA.

            Nothing is working on my SIM at all

            My prepaid sim number is [protected]

            And this has absolutely never happened before. My SIM is in the primary slot of my redmi note 3 cell phone the way it always has been. This problem started right after midnight on 12 April 2017. Kindly help resolve issue at the earliest as it is extremely critical that I should be able to at least receive and send calls

Suddenly my outgoing and incoming calls barred. I can't even call to customer care also. After contacting airtel customer care by friend's number he said please visit nearest store and submit kyc documents after that your number is activated. So i have visited airtel store and requested to reactivate my sim. Store person telled your number is barred i cannot reactivating it. Please help me to reactivating my sim. Every call drops automaticalky withing 20 to 60 seconds. And not only me every individual here in my society is facing this horrible issue consistently..

                            After recharge of RS 345 /- for unlimited data and call in my number [protected], I unble to use Internet as no site is opening.But same time, same place and with same mobile my post paid nuber data services function nicely. Very bad service. Full waste of money. Your customer executive every time promised to solve problem with in 24 hrs.But total bluff.

                              My landline number is [protected]. For the past few months I have raised nearly 30-50 tickets regarding speed and frequent disconnections but there is no response from Airtel and saying the issue got resolved and closing the tickets without user confirmation.

                              For the past 3 days internet is not at all Woking and I raised 3 tickets. Today I called Airtel and they kept my number in DND and there after that I unable to contact the customer support. This is the bloody game play by Airtel for the valued customers.

                              They have given some bull [censored] WiFi routers which are not working and frequently disconnecting. After requesting for 8 months they changed the router which is at the worst when compared to the old once.

                              Service executives will come and go that's it they don't take the responsibility and Airtel doesn't even bothering while this customer is making these many calls and how important the connection is.

                              I sent an email to [protected]@airtel.com staying that if issue not get resolve with in tomorrow I am officially giving acceptance for disconnection.

                                  From last week it is not working. Tried calling them, wrote them the mail but it is not resolved. We are Paying charges during the No Service Period also.

                                  Equipment is still under warranty

                                    On first of april i asked for to change my broadband plan[protected] yet till date its not happen.i addressed such a large number of executives in regards to this issues however nobody help me for this.on first week of april i talked with Bindu who is boss over there yet from her i didnt get any message or call. again second week of april i rang and i advised my issue to sunisha and she said she will resolve this issues in within 1-2 days and she will give me call yet no reaction from her too.Today morning i addressed surya and from him likewise i didn't got any response.from day 1 airtel executives are simply making false promises and everybody is lying.seriously i am not happy with this sort of airtel service.

                                    Still the issue is not resolve. Middle of april i got the call from airtel technical team and the guy told me there is shortage of router so once we receive the routers we will solve your issue next week but till date i didn't get any call regarding this issue.

                                      We receive a phone call from Airtel in concern of plan change. The person told us that with a difference of Rs.50/-only airtel will provide us 105GB data (40Mbps/512Kbps) & if we will opt this scheme now then we will be having addition 60GB data & our total plan will be of 165 GB data & we agreed on that but after activation of this plan they provided us only105 GB data instead of committed 165GB data. When we complaint about this they started asking for the name & contact number of their employee who contacted & committed. whereas instead of asking us for detail they can check from their records on whose call they have changed our plan.
                                      This is mere harassment & wrong commitment which they are not fulfilling.

                                        This is in reference to my email requesting for cancellation for airtel fixed line number.I received a call on saturday from airtel number [protected] . Interaction ID is[protected].The caller informed that the area is feasible for speed upto 16mpbps and that airtel will get the modem changed and speed upgraded for the above number and that the speed will increase to 16mbps.I was also informed that by mistake my request for plan change was rejected earlier. I was again offered plan Rs 799 - 50GB upto 16 mbps calling free. I was further informed that the airtel personal would visit the premises within 4 working hours and shall change the modem. now 72 hours have passed and no one from airtel has even bothered to visit the premise. It seems that by hook or crook airtel is cancelling the requests for disconnection.
