    We have 2 broadband numbers, and on 1 broadband number we requested to enable the static IP. and today its been 14 days but there is no result. we are continuously following them even mailed to nodal officer (nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com) too. but they even do not bother to call or msg us or not for to resolve this matter.

    We requested on 31st March for the number 0120-43**474.

    The executives come here 2 times and tried to enable the static IP but its was totally fake attempt taken by them because both of time. The IP, they were allotted was already running somewhere else. I have been frustrated..

    I am just writing here after getting tortured mentally and physically. As i have had word with many of their executives or supervises too... but no result!!

        From past 2weeks I am calling to Airtel customer care regarding my problem but Airtel customer care side no one is responding again and again they are cutting my call so I request you please don't cheat the customers and please respond. On 31/March/2017 I have made the recharge of Rs 349 in that unlimited calling free and per day 1GB plan was there I have made that recharge but from 1 April 2017 I have started facing calling and internet issue, so I request to Airtel if the customer is paying something to Airtel than its your responsibility that the customer should not face any of the problem if the customer is paying than please try to provide the satisfaction do not ignore the customer and try to help the customers.

          Dear concern,

          My airtel mobile number is:- [protected]

          I am sarvesh abdagire from kasheli bhiwandi i have been having network problems at my home which results in call drops, incoming call was not come, voice break and call disconnections while using internet services (3g, 4g, 2g).

          I put in a continuously complaint with the customer service executive. But he did not give me any response only one sentence i have been hearing you can wait 2 days my network team is working on this issue. After a few days, when the problem was not sorted out, i escalated the matter to my airtel apps my service request number is sr75377658.

          It has been two months since i have been following up with the problem and the standard five, well-rehearsed sentences that i have been hearing from.

          1. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

          2. We have forwarded the complaint to the networking team and we are awaiting their feedback.

          3. Someone would be contacting you soon.

          4. We cannot do anything till the networking team gets back to us.

          5. Please let me check the status on your complaint and i will revert to you.

          6. I will arrange call back for you about this issue.

          When i asked the who is manage the problem, who is sr. Officer, give me his/her contact details, the answer is "no one after me".

          Is this the level of service one should expect from a service provider which advertises of "atoot network" ¿india¿s biggest network¿ and boasts of its customer service levels.

              This is in reference to fake data usage projected by airtel broadband. 2 months back i got Airtel Broadband installed. Earlier i had a Reliance Connection. The plan in both networks was 30GB. To my surprise, the reliance data usage didnt exhaust ever during my 2 years with them. On the other hand, the 30 GB provided by airtel ends in 10-12 days. Also, my usage has also reduced since i have got this installed but still its getting over in such less time. Help me find a solution for the same and not fool customers to but smartbytes.

                I did recharge in my no. I. E [protected]. When i did 1st time recharge after payment it has been shown message recharge was unsuccessful. So again i did recharge 2nd time but after payment shown the same message. But after 10 mins i got message amount deducted from my account 2 times.

                Kindly do the needful.

                  I was fooled by Airtel. I recently travelled to Singapore and got an international plan activated for the whole length of my stay. They said it will work there and will cover my expenses (and as the executive said during booking, in Malaysia as well).

                  Below is a summary of how they overcharged me:

                  1. My credit limit of Airtel account is 14, 000 but I got a bill for 37158 in a single month (proof attached).

                  2. They did not tell me I will have to pay 1200 per entry to Singapore even within the time period of the plan. When I travelled back from Malaysia to Singapore, they charged me 1200 again and again. They just told me I have Singapore's plan activated for full 10 days of my stay.

                  3. Even after getting a Singapore unlimited plan pre-activated before travel, they charged me Rs. 750/MB because they told me I should have selected a specific network "Syntel" while using phone in Singapore. They did not tell me that earlier.

                  4. Their customer service representative told me 99% it will work in Malaysia also but they charged me 750 rupees per MB of internet usage even if I had that plan activated and similarly for call.

                      Hi, i am using Airtel Broadband at my office. In the month of March, 2017 there was an excessive data usage at my office in last 5 days. When i tried to check the historical data there was no records available . After calling Airtel helpline..they could also not provide historical data as they were facing system issues.

                      I have sent a lot of mails to Airtel but this is the reply i get -

                      "Basis your email, please be informed that your issue regarding the data usage has been attended and resolved.

                      Further, we have validated the account and found there is no fault from our end. Also regarding Data usage, I would like to inform you that as per our investigation we have found that the usage and changes reflecting on your account are valid and correct."

                      I am sure if their is such a surge in usage there must be some issue at my end... but all i require is the details of the usage. I believe as a consumer it is my right to know and get the details, however i am not getting any answer from the team. Looking for a solution Thanks

[protected] promised while taking the application that the connection will be provided by 48 hours. No technical personnel has come to my flat and the connection is not allotted till date.

                          Reference Number 80953400:

                          I have shifted to new location and raised a request to shift this connection to the new location. The request was made on 06/04/2017 @ 22:36 with the customer care and I was ensured that the shifting would be done once the feasibility will be checked with in 3~5 working days.
                          Received message on 07/04/2017 @ 03:09 am that the new address is feasible for shifting of my airtel connection.
                          I have not received any response from Airtel even after contacting customer care again and again. Yesterday I was ensured by the customer care that they would arrange the call back within two hours but waited for the whole day and no one called me.
                          I am really very disappointed with the type of service provided by Airtel moreover when I have other even far better options available.
                          Either I get the connection done today without fail or will go for surrender of this connection.

                            I activated a data plan of Rs.345 (1GB data daily for a month and unlimited calls) on 8th April, but on 13th April I didn't got my 1GB.
                            This is not happening for the first time. I have activated this plan 3 times (once every month)but I haven't completed a month with 28GB. Please help. Even my airtel app is showing that there is no plan activated.

                              I have Airtel number#[protected]. Recently i converted from postpaid to prepaid.

                              After converting to prepaid, i am not able to recharge it anymore. It showing a error as" Invalid prepaid number". Due to zero balance i am not able to do any outgoing call.

                              Also i tried to call 121, sent mail to Airtel.presence and 121 email id. But no help yet.

                              Please help to resolve it ASAP.

                                  Airtel I request you to stop services or put penalty on wicore company which is located at hyderabad.

                                    For new broadband connection i have paid rs 3792 online via netbanking transaction id is 30657611and in cash airtel's executive name rehana ([protected]) got rs 5000 from me for installation charge and gave me this caf number (Tnpgc059645) and she said it is refundable on 6.3.2017 and after 3 days no one called me and i called the customer care and they said there is no feasibility in my area and gave me a refund portal address and asked me to register and i even did that and i was constantly calling customer care and they gave me a complaint number[protected] and after some days they said in a rude way that send a mail to [protected]@in. Airtel.com and i have even tried that and at the beginning i got call from airtel executive harsh kumar ([protected]) and said that my account number is ([protected]) he will initiate my refund and asked for my bank statement i have sent that too in email and after some time i didnt receive any update and when i mailed again he called and told me that refund was already given but its a false news i can even show my bank statement here there is no refund in my bank and i sent him my bank statement too and he said he will send me the transaction id for my verification. But still i haven't got any call from him and im reallly frustrated its been 45 days and my money rs 8792 is blocked with airtel, my only concern is if there is no feasibility in my area then why should they collect money from me and later if they find that there is no feasilibity in my area why cant they refund my money. They are simply lying that they have given the refund without the transaction id but i can show the bank statement here itself that there was no money credited in my bank from airtel, please kindly help me its been 45 days and please dont pay money for airtel broadband before getting connection
