I choose to write this e mail with absolute frustration after failure of repeated commitments by Airtel team for rectifying a problem in my fixed line & broad band connection. My fixed line & broad band connection is not working from 09-April-2017 onward. I registered a complaint and the SR No is 81038018.

First I was informed that the problem would be rectified on the same day which was 09-04-17. But it was not rectified. When I contacted Air Tel team again on 10-04-17, I was informed that there was some problem in a cable which is being replaced and the service is expected to resume on 10-04-17. Air Tel team was unable to explain the location of the damage. Then I spoke to Technical Manager of Air Tel. She explained me that some 160m of cable is being replaced which is expected to be completed on 11-04-17. Neither she was able to confirm the exact location of the damage (I wanted to verify physically whether there was a real damage or people are just telling some story to hide their delays).

Since then every day we are reminding and till date, the issue is not resolved. Every time Air Tel team is confirming that it would be resolved today. But that "today" has never come till now. I have been the customer for Airtel for the past 11 years and this kind of repeated failures on commitments, I am seeing for the first time. Either the people are not serious about their commitments or they don't know how to rectify the problem. Ultimately, my kids are preparing for various entrance exams and they are the most affected ones because of this failure.

In any case, please look into this miserable case and arrange to resolve it latest by today or else, please arrange to disconnect the service. I don't want to pay for a service which is not working for the last one week and people are not serious about their commitments.

    Hi I am Sadique Sheikh my Airtel prepaid number is [protected] I have made.a prepaid recharge of 698 rs through my credit card.I have also got the message from Airtel ..That, the amount has been received by Bharti Airtel.but the recharge is not done.One of customer care executive said that it will be refunded within 10 days but yet I haven't got it.

    Hi I am Sadique Sheikh from Nagpur Maharashtra my airtel number is [protected].I have made an online recharge to my number [protected] the amount has been deducted from my account 698 rs but recharge not done yet also the amount us not refunded and when I called customer care it is not connecting or if connected then, they were disconnecting my call.
    Seriously I am gonna take legal action against Bharti airtel.

          I moved out of a company but wanted to continue company provided SIM and number so applied to Airtel for porting and name change. I submitted all my documents to Airtel franchisee/store employee named Pasha in Bangalore to port the number. Its been more than 5 months now and he is still taking for a ride. Worst person and service I have come across, neither receives calls nor responds to messages. Also doesn't provide his office address. Off late started giving his phone to subordinates asking them to tell he is not in office. Strangely they also deny office address and their one over manager name so that I dont escalate the issue. Very frustrated and annoyed with Airtel service. Their Regional Manager (Mr Naveen) also intervened for sometime and later same behavior from him to no response to calls and messages. Not sure whom to escalate these issues so finally posting it here.

              I am living in Chennai and took number in Chennai itself. However, it activated as TamilNadu circle. I tried to contact customer care / retail outlets to solve the issue, the solution they have given is remove this number and take Chennai number.

              My question is.. why there are two circles for same state? If you are planning to provide any offers like (349 1GB per day/ 244 1GB 70 days) why you are so restricted to Chennai circle itself?

              The funny part is, the plan 244 for 1GB/day showed to me at 8 AM in the morning and recharged however, i didn't get any confirmation message. When I check with customer care, got reply saying that transaction failed.

              I am a loyal customer to Airtel from 2005([protected], [protected] and now [protected]). Now, seriously thinking that need to move to another carrier if problem persists. I can not simply sit wait for the offer to be listed where others are enjoying with it, that too with my iPhone 7 Plus.

              Airtel, you need think what you are loosing.

                        Airtel Websites doesn't allow to submit complaints. it shows the page and after writing everything and click on submit, it goes to home page with out submitting the complaint. It is a good way of cheating customers by not listening to their complaints.
                        it is the worst website I have seen ever. No one will know where to find the information or edit the information they want by seeing the user design of their website.

                          Hi, This is Dileep Raja. Since 4 and half years we are using Airtel broadband service. Since many months we are facing internet speed fluctuation issue. Currently we are in 16 MBPS speed plan. But night times we are getting 2 MBPS, 3 MBPS speed and some times it worst than we expected. i have raised many complaints but still no permanent resolution from Airtel. Every time one fellow will come to our house and he will do some tests, after that he will say will get back to you. That's it there won't be any resolution.

                          Everytime i am calling to customer care and i am filing the complaint. All the time same thing is happening and issue is still exists.
                          I feel like Airtel is one of the worst service provider and i don't want to continue with Airtel if this issue still exists.

                              My airtel no. Is [protected]. The money has been deducted on 12.04.2017. When i have 1.2 gb net pack and money has been decuted from 748 to 621. And 14.04.2017 i have balance of 1022 mb neverthless money has been deucted from main balance and it is 510 rupees only. Sort out the problem bcoz it happened third time.

                                  Recently i have faced airtel cheating... On 30gb free data... Past 15 days i am using jio data... Not used airtel data. When i check my data usage in airtel app.. Is zero balance... Checked with customer care any they saying i have used and consumed all... They ask me to chk in next month bill... So 30 days gone... They try to cache jio users... All are cheaters

                                    Misvehaved by customer care executive when asked for my rights to know my complaint number. I have called today several times but mislead by company executive and misbehaved when asking for my complaint number as text message.I was told that airtel cannot message such details to you and we cant help. I tried informing such issues but they hung the call on my face. I have a 4g handset and a 4g sim but in airtel server it is updated as a 3g phone so i cant get the benefit of offer. Firstly i called and mislead afterwards complaint was registered and i asked for complaint details as text message. After 3hours when i havent got any text message i called again and they misbehaved with me.

                                      I have applied for a new Postpaid connection on Mar 29th, still it's not activated. Really bad customer service.
                                      They can't even say what's wrong with the application. Online customer service people when called they just put on hold.
                                      Hope they refund back my joining fees.
                                      Still they keep sending emails saying they are still working on the request.

                                        I can't make make any outgoing calls. But incoming is fine. Even can't connect to customer care as well.
