      Dear sir,
      I have port my tata docomo no [protected] in airtel on[protected]. I insert my new airtel sim in my mobile but i found that no not activate than i tried to recharge it but not done. Then i contact to retailer he advise me that you should be change this sim. So i chang new sim from manocha airtel office in 100/- rs but same problem. So please solve my issue asap.

        I recently got a 4G SIM replacement for my mobile number [protected] and since then I am unable to send or receive SMS. Also the USSD service *121# gives error every time I tried using that. I tried calling their customer care however it seemed there is nobody to attend my call as I was made to listen to recorded advertisements for 5 minutes after which I hung up. I was charged 50p for that. Now that I can't receive any messages I am unable to complete any online transactions that require OTP through SMS as this is my primary number.

        The problem has been fixed. The 5 star is specially for this forum and a little thanks to the Airtel for the quick response as well. It would have been better for everyone if products were delivered to customers without any defects in the first place. Keep up the good work.

            I have been notifying customer care 121 since last month about network problem in airtel but there nothing fruitful has been done yet. The problem is only area bound.

                      I have requested airtel to activate 4g service on my number, as I am having a 4g sim and 4g compatible phone with me. The first time I request to activate 4g Service in mid of January, 2017. The representative assure that it will be activated in 4 days. but it was not activated. after this, I got busy with my office work for next three months so I did not got enough time to follow them. Now from last 20-25 days I am following airtel representative to active 4g on my number and in response they activing 3g service and send me message that 'Thanks you for contacting us. Hope the concern related to your airtel mobile number xxxxxxxxxx has been resolved to your satisfaction. your ref. no. is CMOAC[protected]' registered on 12-Apr-2017.'
                      After lot of arguments and folloing them for last 25 days, today while talking to airtel representative, she informed me that 4g service is activated on your number, but again I am seeing 'H' not '4g' on my number and getting pathetic speed. when I ask, If 4g activated then why 'H' is still there and why the speed is still pathetic. In response, she started saying their is problem in the area you residing. I am sending a mail to technical team, you have to wait for another 72 hours. Every time I am calling them they saying the same thing to wait for next 72 hours.

                      I have around 20 message of this type which airtel send me after every interaction with their customer care. and the best part they send another message every time 'If i am satisfied with the interaction please rate'.

                      Every time they trying to make fool one or other way, like we are here to just listen there nonsense.

                          Hi myself S.Akhilesh . I have opted for Airtel broadband internet connection in Bilaspur (C.G) Railway colony location 20/01/2017.

                          As a process they have taken token amount of 500/- (Through Cash) with ID and address proof documents. While the time i gave them money, your airtel sales executive Mr Akram Khan ([protected]) assured that the broadband connection and landline would be provided at my residence within 7 to 10 days. No site person of airtel came to install the connection untill 10 days neither any message or call came to contact number i provided at the time of registration. After great disappointment from Airtel services i further contacted BSNL for broadband and landline connection . And thanks to BSNL that provided me broadband connection within 2 days of registration.

                          Then I went to nearby airtel broadband office in Sarju Bagicha Bilaspur (C.G) for process of refund of my amount.To refund the token amount they ask for bank details and i have provided my bank details. After 40 days airtel office people asked me canclled cheque which i provided on same day.
                          But yet i didn't got my money back. Again after keep on visiting airtel office the told me to process online for my refund after 2 months . Which I processed immediately and a ticket Number was generated : AORe4d007
                          But after 13 days of online refund process also i am not able to get my amount back.

                          If they take cash through hand then they should have an option to refund in return through manually or else they should refund the amount in any bank what we have provided. Why they didn’t ask the bank details earlier while initiate the connection.

                          My request to every customer who opt for Airtel broadband connection, dont take the same without proper communication.

                          And Please never trust India's No.1 Telecommunication Company i.e. Airtel they say.

                          No doubt they become India's no.1 company by stealing money of customers and fooling them.

                          History repeats ... you guys have done it again... You never fail to delivery disappointment and delay to customers like me . According to another telephonic conversation with one of your airtel repesentatives on 15th April 2017 i was assured that my money would be refunded within 3-4 days and look 6 days have passed away n i haven't been refunded yet . N I dont expect any refund from the No.1 Airtel company . N somewhere now i am very ashamed o[censored]sing Airtel sim, Airtel digital TV . I wonder how i became Airtel customer . By the way Airtel refund in not an Trip to another planet which is taking 4 months... It means you guys dont want to refund money of people like us in a Cooperate manner with some good fooling skills .

                          I am glad that you guys tried to call me, i to be honest yes i got calls from you, which was if i am not wrong around two months . N dear rakesh i received the call once or twice from your service team n i gave them more than sufficient information which you guys asked . And yes i agree that you may got no response from my side after the last conversation in which i provided you the enough information for my Amount refund that with a benefit to your Airtel Group (Which was to make a Recharge on my Airtel Digital TV with No. [protected]) but you guys still didnt helped me . Its okay Boss there should me an intention to help your customer which i am and a very good customer becoz i have been using airtel services from long time but still you didnt helped me.

                          I am using 2 airtel sims [protected](My mothers number) [protected](My personal n official Number of Indian Railways) and Airtel Digital TV with No. [protected]

                          I went to nearby airtel broadband office in Sarju Bagicha Bilaspur (C.G) for process of refund of my amount.To refund the token amount they ask for bank details and i have provided my bank details. After 40 days airtel office people asked me canclled cheque which i provided on same day.
                          But yet i didn't got my money back. Again after keep on visiting airtel office the told me to process online for my refund after 2 months . Which I processed immediately and a ticket Number was generated : AORe4d007
                          But after 4 months of online refund process also i am not able to get my amount back.

                            We have 5 numbers under CUG connection i.e [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. We have done the payment of february on March 17. The first 3 no's paymet Rs.824/- and second 2 no Rs.519/- was paid as cheque. Now Rs.824/- cheque is cleared and the other cheque is misplaced. Over that they have charged Rs. 100/- as fine for late fee. We have deposited the cheque on 17/3 which is not a late payment. They have not given any acknowledgement for it.
                            I called the nearest outlet were we usually do payment and deposited the cheque a man told me that they have not received the payment and we have to pay again and when I asked about the cheque we deposited he told me that it has gone to chennai and we will not get it back. When asked for more info he had asked to contact the customer care. But even customer care cudn't help us and asked to the nearest outlet back. when call so the lady shamitha spoke very arrogantly, and asked us to come to their branch, but then yesterday when my MD had gone there to discuss with regards to the payment, she reached there at 2:14pm and had to wait till 3pm. As no staff were no staff at the counter. They don't even have patience to listen to customer queries and just disconnect the call. This is not the way you are suppose to treat customers. We will post all the 5 airtel numbers and a landline broadband connection to some other network. It would be better if you take a necessary measures with regards to these.

                              My corporate number was not connected with 4G network at any of time. 2G/3G only is connected. But plan was registered at corporate with 4G. I had complaints many time on last three months (req. No:[protected] Frb 17,[protected] Feb 17,[protected] Feb 17 &[protected] Mar 17).

                              But no response from local airtel service provider.

                              My area located center of Chennai (Egmore & Nungambakkam).

                              But airtel network is very poor in our area.

                                  I got a call from a person who was not interested in resolving this at all. (RECORDING ATTACHED)

                                  I am Vodafone user, He said to pay 20 INR to stop this service. I never activated this service, why would I have to pay Airtel? He just said that and disconnected the call without anything.

                                  I am attaching this recording, This will help me to make a strong case. Because JIO is not taking their business, You guys started robbing other operator's customer?

                                  Just simply send the message as "START DND" TO 1909 and follow the instruction given through message and block the promotional call as per your wish. the same will be effect after 7 days from the date of message. After blocking the promotional call (Afer 7 days) i[censored] continuously receive the promotional calls means complaint to TRAI.

                                  It was a fake call to rob people. He also said bad words when i denied to give those details and said do whatever you want to do.

                                  My concern is, why other people are getting notified if I am complaining here?

                                  Also I tried your method but it says this service is already activated.
                                  Why i am not getting reply?

                                      Yesterday I changed my old SIM to 4G SIM card as part of an upgrade by Airtel, when i inserted that SIM into my phone, it did not recognize the SIM. After speaking with their customer care without any proper support or technical understanding of the problem they keep giving me a guarantee but till not it has not been fixed because of which I've faced a huge loss. I at the very atleast asked them to give more a new SIM but they said they can't take another request/complain which one is going on. Their customer support is not responding and i am left with no connectivity for quite awhile now and it is damaging my business.
