Hi, this is in regards to the worse customer service which you people have got with you.
[protected] - the mentioned service number is my wifi hotspot service number.
I got this device from a representative named Pavan, here is the contact number of him - [protected].
I have been told by this representative that my bills would be 1200 bucks for the 20GB of data, then when I received my bill, I got to know that I would be paying 1750.
Then I called up the cust service and asked them to cancel my service on 12/02 and the representative name was Shobha.
These guys want me to visit the store and get the service cancelled which I cannot do as I am busy, when you are making a sale, you will come near my home and give the connection, why cant you do the same when cancelling a service.
About Customer Service (Your so called Legal Department) - I really do not understand how you hired these guys to do the the Legal department job, The people who work as a conductor in BMTC is far better than these guys.
I got a call from your Legal department asking me to pay the bills, I have clearly told them that I will not be making payment because I have been mislead by your representative.
I have been with Airtel for more than 6 - 7 years, this is my number - [protected], I keep receiving bills and I do pay it on time, you can have a check on the history.
But I am sure that I cannot pay for a service which is been mislead by you guys.. I am happy to take it to the court and solve this.
ONE THING I WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOU - PROVIDING GOOD NETWORK DOESNT MATTER, WE WOULD ALSO NEED GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLEASE TRAIN THOSE LEGAL DEPARTMENT MORONS OR BETTER KEEP SOME GOO REPRESENTATIVES.
These agents are talking in the regional language stating "send the representative madam, also send it to the bank and stuff like that"
I badly need someone to take care of this issue in high priority, I will clearly ask my friends and everyone not to go with Airtel.
Dont lose your brand name by these cheap fellows, throw them out of your office.
