My self aftab alam with hall ticket no 11e21a0301. I have apply my od before 2 week and my transaction id is 21225848. Please can you tell how to check my od status. And i m suffering from some other problem during login on epayments. Jntuh.ac.in... Itzz getting blank after pressing submit button.

I want to know also how can i get my od. Is there any other way to get my od?

      A mobile no. registered on WhatsApp [protected] is disturbing my family members and chat with them by telling a fake identity of my family members and chats vulgarly. He copies the details and chats with another in such a way that he is one of our family members and gives a fake identity of one of family member and shares information. He is a threat to my whole family. Please check the phone number and kindly find who is this person. It can be a threat to nation too. Someone is intruding into our personal lives, please check the number as soon as possible.

        Hi,
        I have applied for new connection on November 26, 2016 and the person who collected Rs.2000 from me promised me to give a new connection to me within 3 days. And I haven't got my new connection till now(01/10/2017).

        Summary of calls with cutomer care till now:
        1)Installation amount(Rs.2000) paid to the service guy on 25/11/2016
        2)Never got any call from Airtel and hence called customer care on 30/11/2016 for registering a complaint
        3)Sent mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com with snapshot of bill.I got a mail saying that my issue will be resolved in 3 days.
        4)I didn't receive any call or mail, so again I mailed [protected]@in.airtel.com on December 3rd regarding the same.
        5)I have been mailing everyday from December 3rd to December 6th but I didn't get any mail or call from the customer care.
        6)On December 6th, customer care mailed me that my issue will be resolved in December 9th.
        7)On December 9th, customer care mailed me that my issue will be resolved in 72 hours.
        8)On December 12th, customer care mailed me that I will be contacted shortly but I didn't get any call.
        9)On December 14th, I have mailed customer care about the activation.
        10)On December 15th, I got a call from customer care. When I asked about the status, he was so lethargic in answering that if you are not ok with airtel, you can choose some other network.,
        11)On December 15th, I mailed again.
        12) On December 18th, again, I got a mail from Airtel saying that "We have forwarded your complaint regarding delay in new connection to the concerned team. Our team will be contacting you with an update on the same 72 hours."
        Summary of interaction with nodal team till now:
        1)Fed up with the interaction with the customer care, I raised my concern to nodal team on December 26.
        2)On December 26, I got a mail from nodal team that my complaint will be resolved in 72 hours.
        3)I didn't get any call from dealer till January 3rd. So, I asked how I can still escalate this. Then the nodal team suggested to contact appellate.
        Summary of interaction with appellate till now:
        1)On January 3rd, I mailed to appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com.
        2)On January 4th, I again mailed to them as there were no reply.
        3)On January 5th, I got a call and mail from appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com that I will get my connection in 48 hours.
        4) On January 7th, I again mailed to appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com.
        5)On January 10th, I again mailed to them as I didn't get any update for my previous mail.
        6) Then, I got a call from an unknown landline number that one of the employees in a dealer office has misused the CAF forms.Also, they informed me to give a polica complaint for the same.
        7)At the same time, I got a mail from Airtel on 1st February that connection is not feasible in my area and hence, told to share my account details for my money refund.
        8)On March 17, I forwarded all the documents to AIrtel for refund as they asked.(Delay in me providing the document is because my salary account got changed that time only)
        9)I have been following up every day in mail and facebook to get back my money. But, I didn't get it back.

        None in customer care is able to answer my queries. All they can say is "my complaint will be resolved in 72/48 hours".
        Can anybody help me on this?

              While calling customer care I got computrised message that on recharge of 149 I'll get local std Airtel calling and 28 GB data for 28 days..so I contacted customer executive to confirm that one.she told I'll get 56 GB data and Airtel calling on recharge of 149.
              But after recharge I got only 2 GB data and calling

                Got a 4g phone 4g sim card and airtel says that "airtel is the fastest network ".
                a big lie from ookla .
                i am not getting a speed of 6.24mbps on ookla and upload 0.05mbps ..which is fake and seriously not even able to use internet properly.
                registered complaints but still no solution is provided by airtel . its more than 8 years i am using airtel but this time the internet speed is worst than 2g internet .

                      I have given a request to convert my postpaid number to prepaid i have submitted my document to the nearby branch of airtel on 27th march and till date my card is not activated i havebeen calling several time but i get no response from the customer acre they tell 15min it will acitvate and 4 hours after it will activate such thing they sae and keep the call i have called several time but no reply from your side and even i have gone to airtel gallery but no reply its been 8 days my card is not activate at all .
                      i am so need of the card my bank account is connected to this number, my parcel from dubai has to be come its been rejected several due to my card is not activate .
                      kindly give me solution or your head office address or wise i have to go to the custom office to lodge a complaint on your airtel m really tired from so many days m trying no response from your side .

                      As you had send me a message according to which Rs 345 rs will give unlimited calls and and 1 GB 3G/4G net till 28 days...And now when i recharged that up u are telling that it will work only in 4G mobiles. What is that ?

Since two months I am facing regular and persistent call interruptions and silence during an ongoing conversation. Despite complaining on mob and on internet to various authorities ie Customer Care, Nodal Officer and Appellatte of Airtel ; but no action taken and only false Assurances being given to my complaints.

                                      In response to my online request on the Airtel Web, 4G Airtel wifi Router with SIM no [protected] at Rs 2500/ was activated on 2 Feb’17. On the very same day I filed a complaint about no connectivity of wifi. After several complaints, Airtel's technician visited our place & reported that since our area i.e Turner Road, Bandra (W) is covered by 3G, we would not get 4G wifi connectivity unless and until our area is upgraded to 4G. All our efforts by way of appeal by several emails to the Appellate authority to get the area upgraded to 4G had failed. Hence in order to buy peace of mind I was forced to request for cancellation of said wifi connection vide my email of 25Feb to the Appellate Authority. The said connection was disconnected on 26 Feb'17. My request to take back the router and refund my cost has not been acceded to but on the contrary I have been receiving threatening calls from Airtel that my wifi is is only suspended.Hence I will have to pay minimum bill every month.It is requested that Aitel may be asked to take back router and refund me the amount. In any case I am not liable any monthly charges as my wifi is disconnected on 25 Feb at my request.

                                        I am a Vodafone Customer and DND is activated on my Number as this number is register under Corporate plan.

                                        Why I am getting calls from Airtel for offering the service though my number is register under DND?
                                        Caller is claiming they got my number from Databank which is provided from their HO...!
