On 27 mar 17 i recharged my airtel no.[protected] with Rs.33 . First time it was rcrge unsuccessfull but amount deducted. second time i hv tried .rcrge successfull . but on target no. there is no messege on recharge as well as while checking data balance it shows negative. it means airtel has looted my 66 rupees without any response from customer care. many time it happens. its better to switch over to other network.customer service horrible. its better not to cnct them.

    I did a recharge of 298 Rs. The offer said that I'll have unlimited local and STD calls but I coildn't call untill I recharged it again with some money. After that, I was able to call but the calls were being charged from the balance. I sent an e-mail, tried complaint numbers, and even filled an online complaint on airtel site but no response is being given till now

      Dear madam/sir,

      I am a customer of airtel for more than 3 years. From the last three months, i have been continuously cheated
      By airtel.in the month of january & february, data pack has been recharged with my no. Without my connection and even after deactivated it through customer care on the very same day, i have been charged rs. 99.00 plus tax in the respective bill. Again i have called to customer care and after long discussion they agreed to reduce the bill and they were showing it as you ppl have done some sympathy to me.
      My question is why you people have recharged any pack without consent of customer? Is this not a case of cheating and why should airtel not be sued for this in the court?
      After all this episode, i have been told that no data pack will be added in future. But to my surprise, two sport packs have been recharged without my consent / knowledge in the month of march. This time i have gone to sector -11, panchkula airtel store and talked to mr. Bhupinder singh about this. He has checked all the issues and offered me to activate dnd service which i accepted. He has deactivated the packs which recharged and assured me that rs.198.00 will not be charged in the bill but again rs.198.00 plus tax has been added in the march bill. I again visited mr. Bhupinder singh for this issue as why rs.198/- has been charged even if he has assured me that it will be not. Now he changed his statement and said that the amount will be charged and will be reduced only after generation of bill. He completely lied to me here. Anyway i have said him to reduce it, he has said that he has given request and within four hour the issue will be resolved. Again as usual, the issue was not resolved not only in four hours but even if four days.
      I again met to mr. Bhupinder singh for the issue, this time he has not even attended me properly and said i have made request but approval has not come so what can i do?? I was just shocked to listen this type of statement to a customer who is repeatedly cheated by airtel and their representative saying like this. I became hopeless and badly hurt with such type of customer service. I am losing my time, money without my fault.
      Even whenever i have visited airtel store, i have been asked to rate airtel through sms and i have rated airtel with the least mark three times, but never airtel tried to know why i rated with the least mark. It suggests that airtel is not bothered about their customer and their feedback and just interest to cheat customers like me.
      I am not bothered about money but the service airtel is providing is just pathetic. I need some action against whomsoever have recharged these packs to my no. From the backend and against mr. Bhupinder singh for teling lies n not attending the customer in the way he supposed to.

          I want to avail 148/- offer for my airtel number... So I have made a transaction in online from my debit card. Amount is deducted from my account, but of no use... Offer is not activated...
          AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDED.
          I want my money back. I have complained to the Airtel Showroom members also. They too didn't resolve my problem ... I don't like this airtel... So many times it happened like this.

              My number is [protected] and through MNP from Vodafone I came into Airtel Tamilnadu. Due to business trip i came to Mumbai. Suddenly I got signal in mumbai and for activation i called 59059 in 4hours back i tried again and again I getting the response " sim activation is inprocess please switch off mobile and switch on after 30 minutes". I have tried like this 6 time but my sim not activated.

                  Rs. 99 have been deducted from my Airtel Prepaid account for International Roaming rental whereas I'm still in my home network coverage area, i.e., Karnataka and can assure that I haven't taken it outside India in the last 1 year atleast.                       Dear sir,
                      I had taken a prepaid airtel sim card - ([protected]) 2 back i. E;30-03-17 and it was activated on next day i. E;31-03-17. But the problem is i am not able to send and receive any sms from my airtel number. I am able to take calls. I have tried calling to the tele verification numb it was saying to call me for 121 and i have tried it too but the problem is not fixed. So, i request you to fix my problem and help me out.

                            I got a new Airtel prepaid connection yesterday along with the 349 - unlimited calls + 28 gb day plan. I activated my SIM in a 3g phone. So I ended up getting only 50 mb per day (which I was not given any hint of before in any of your ads)

                            I want Rs. 349 refund or the full benefits of the plan you have actually mentioned immediately.

                            Time and time again, Airtel had proved me that you are liars who does not reveal your plans fully to your customers & the worst customer service I have ever seen.. I couldn't reach none of your damn customer service people who were so eager to disturb when I dint avail your services before.
                            I will be reporting your deceving plan advertisement to consumer court .

                              While browsing on net, Some Ero Videos activated automatically and my account have been charged Rs. 35 unnecessarily. This has happened second time in last two months while using mobile data on Airtel. This has never happened when i am connected on BSNL or Connect network. Both the time I called airtel customer care and they agreed to deactivated the services and assured me money wont be charged (Hoping the same). But this is a kind of racket for charging money from customers. In case if someone clicks on any such paid link, it should send OTP on phone to confirm if the customer wants to subscribe or it has accidentally clicked on the link. Money shall not be charged automatically in any case. It should ask for credit/ debit/ netbanking/ aadhar/ OTP etc. credentials to verify before deducting money from the Airtel.

                                My number was deducted of rs 99 this morning. I do not want International Roaming rental on my Airtel number.
                                Airtel arbitrarily initiated to deduct balance from my main account without my request for any international services.

                                I DO NO WANT ANY INTERNATIONAL ROAMING OR INTERNATIONAL SERVICE.
                                I WANT TO BE OUT OF YOUR DEFAULT BALANCE DEDUCTION SCHEMES.

                                I'm reaching out here because Airtel customer service has not responded within the timeline they had stipulated.

                                Please let me know how to unsubscribe from your default scheme of balance deduction without any request from the users.

                                      I done 345 plan and I was using 3G network until yesterday 29/03/17 when other 3G balance not exist. But from 30/01/17 morning 3G network is not available and only 2G was connecting. And now 2G itself not connecting.

                                      I called to your customer care and Enquired /complained regarding this. What I got the response is I need to wait 3 days or my area is not available for 3G.

                                      What response is this?? I was using 3G on same place and suddenly 3G not available?? Or I need to wait because of network providers poor service issues from side?? Is for that worst service I paid from my pocket?? I done internet package for my purpose o[censored]sages, If Airtel cannot provide a service to a customer for what they paid, then for what they are providing packages with conditions apply

                                      And I am still facing this issue.

                                        Recently i have brought a new Moto g5 plus phone which is 4g hand set, hence I decided to change the SIM from 3g to 4g.I visited the Airtel store and got the new 4G sim.Later when the sim was activated I have downloaded d my Airtel app and logged in into my account.

                                        There I was surprised to see some other person name under my profile name.Request you to change the name to the name attached to [protected].This is a serious breach of security and privacy of a customer.Really pathetic is the word for Airtel app

                                        Also I recharged my sim with 349plan.The plan is active.However the tower is constantly fluctuating.Some times it displays no service.The internet speed is pathetic and useless. I guess I'm getting 0.4G and not 4G data speed.My experience of moving to Airtel 4G has been worst. I guess the 349 plan is just to make the customers as fools .By this standard JIO is so much better in terms of services.
