My airtel mobile number in someone else name

I am using the airtel number for almost 10 year now. Today my mobile was lost and i went for a duplicate sim and then the airtel shop people said that my number is in some one else's name? How is this possible? If i dont get back this number my business will be in huge loss.

I need to recover this number immediately. I had submitted all my documents as per government rules 4-5 years back. And had confirmed that its updated...

              They are very cheated us and we are very mentally affected by this issue.

                I have been trying to get 4g network but i am only able to connect to 3g i tried complaining in Customer care but they keep on saying it will be solved by tomorrow. I have been experiencing this problem since 1 week. I might be experiencing this maybe longer but i started using Internet for past 1 week and i have 0 connection. This problem also came while i was in roaming, pilani rajasthan.
                1 more problem that i have is when i turn my data on my phone will either loose towers in both sims if the 2nd sim is not airtel, or only airtel sim will have network and 2nd sim is dead.
                I tried multiple sims. Airtel + Vodafone, airtel + jio, airtel + airtel. And only airtel + airtel will work.

                        My airtel fixedline ID[protected]_dsl and my wifi is not working from last two months. After so many attempts to complain and visits by airtel engineers, the problem still remain the same. The engineer said the DP of wifi connection is working and so he took away it with him.since then, it has not been repaired and airtel is generating the bill amount.                           From the time i took new connection of airtel i had problems regarding landline distributance And Wi-Fi connection. As I had already Complaint regarding this issue the person from airtel came and saw and had informed me that connection is not been provided properly .as per the package speed given 16mpbs but i had recieved only 3-4mpbs & for now my line as been disconnected.                               I have enrolled myself in to airtel's 299rs with packs for local call and STDs corporate plan with added data pack for 399rs. But I'm getting billed way too much I would like to know how they are calculating the postpaid bill for the customers. This month it's again 1200rs.

                                I recharged my recharge on 2nd March 2017 for 349 plan but I didn't get benefit of 1Gb per day as per the plan. I thought I must be a technical problem and I recharged again on 22 March 2017. Still I didn't get the 1Gb per day. Then I placed my grievance though mail. I received a called from your customer care stating that I am not getting the benefit because I didn't recharged it through airtel.in or airtel app. Then I install the airtel app and recharged my phone accordingly. Still I don't get the benefit as airtel keeps sending the sms through my number [protected].

                                I received calls from numbers like +501 and +44852 which I actually don't know from where this call came from. Person on the other side is abusing and also knows my name so I hang up the call. Person was speaking in Hindi. Please solve this problem
                                I've been facing same issue on my airtel number. I've mailed to airtel so many times but never got any reply

                                  Hi,
                                  Am somabho karmakar using airtel postpaid since two years, i have two numbers with them [protected], [protected].i am paying 3000 bill for this two numbers every month.but since past 6 month their network is not good i am unable to call other even i cant browse internet my spending totally waste. I raised several complaint, every time they are saying it will be fixedwithin 3 days. But issue not resolved, i have change my phone also upgrade the sim with 4g but it not fixed.
