for the last two months we are facing this problem---four numbers are ringing at one point and table to table transfers calls also not working

either you convert to another plan of yours or rectify otherwise no point o[censored]s keeping these phones

Delay in broadband installation

I raised a request on the Airtel website portal on the 22nd of february
A executive picked by documents and an advance of Rs.1000/- on the 1st of march, 2017.
Despite the promised installation within 3 days, there has been no contacts from their team till today (21st of march).
I have contacted the customer service centre multiple times and also raised multiple complaints.
The common response is that of the issue...

Pack change without my request (ID3016798823)

I was offered from Airtel over phone last week that few channels can be viewed without any additional charge over monthly rental. I told the caller that I do not want to change my pack but if it is free you can provide. It was also confirmed by him that no additional charge will be levied. BUT, I am surprised that the existing pack found changed (from Rs465 to Rs.525) just after receiving the said call.

This is not only unethical...

Sim Reactivation by Airtel

Airtel's service is pathetic.
My mobile got lost and hence deactivated both my sims (Airtel and BSNL).
Next day, I applied for duplicate sim and requested for reactivation.
Surprisingly BSNL reactivated within 4 hours and India's Largest Telecom service provider Airtel has not yet activated even after 10 full hours.
When I contact the call centre, they cooly say it will take 48 hours!!!

Oh really...shows...

Didn't receive exact amount of 3g data after 146 recharge
