I have given a letter for disconnection for Airtel Fixed Line Broadband due to unable to pay the amount. But they billed the remining of Rs.1170 in the payment. I am unable to pay the amount within that month. I asked for disconnection. They said pay the balance... Ok. If they disconnected in that month and asked the payment that is ok. but they didn't disconnect and asked for the next month bill also. But even I didn't use single byte in that internet usage. They didn't respect the value of customer.

They are only asking for connection. For the connection they will come to our office and give all the fraud details and get the connection done. But afterwards, , they only call by phone about payment and nothing else.

Very very worst fellows...If they treat litterate like this. What about illiterate ?

If we get connected with Airtel We have to very precautions about our transactions. They used of loopholes and other time delay.

we are earning paisa by paisa by hardwork. But they use of time delay of payment and hawk our money in thousands.

They use consumer like me and got in crores. it is a Big fraud. for 1000 peoples like me pay 2000 more without any useage what is the value ? (1000 x 2000=20, 00, 000)

Good result for their quartlery and annual report.

      Great effort from your end . 4th days got started but still you and your entire team has not identified the exact issue yet …..really great team effort.
      Why I am not getting any single action and response from nodel team .It is really strange . What nodal officers are doing towards resolution ? What is the use of nodal officials ?

      Dear Consumer Forum,
      Airtel is providing fake 4G postpaid services to indian cosumers at Delhi-110001 pincode. So required serious action on this.
      Instead of complaining to airtel they are not taking it serious and not bothering towards complaint .
      Spoke to Mr. Saurabh from AIRTEL 4G LTE Team, who is laughing at consumer complaint and challenging airtel consumers as go and complaint anywhere most of the airtel mail ID’s are not working they are given for the name shake it won’t work and airtel will listion and believe on their stuff not consumers because consumers are complaining any this . This is what the statement of Mr.Saurabh which is sharing with their consumers.
      Please suggest for further proceedings with proper resolution.

          Sir, it is sorry to say that, the internet speed of airtel has decreased to 2Kbps/s afer recharging ₹349. I have complained to airtel customer care team about this issue. But they are not taking any responsibility. My complaint no. is CGPSC[protected] and CBNRD[protected]. Bharti airtel is one and only cheating company in Hindustan, which is proved by TRAI. So, request you to take the necessary action.

                Airtel made me to visit more than 10 times to their service center to change my SIM from Post Paid to Pre-paid. SIM.
                On 3rd April they took money & gave me new SIM. They told me the new SIM will be activated & then old SIM will be re-activated.
                On 5th morning my old SIM is deactivated.
                New SIM is not active.
                Am loosing business due to this indiscipline & non cooperation from this service provider.
                Tried help desk numbers, they are of no help. No use. Already wasted money & time trying to seek help.

                    I, v.muthukrishnan lost my Airtel SIM bearing the no.[protected] on 16.03.2017.T0 block my SIM I tried to contact Airtel customer care many times. But all my efforts taken to block the SIM had gone vain. If the above SIM is left unblocked there is possibility for unwanted things that may happen in future .I approached Ariel showroom at porur in chennai also many times .They are also not responding properly regarding this issue.so, block my SIM at once.In this regard I want to emphasize I am not held responsible for any unwanted things that may happen in future.it is purely failure on the part of the Ariel company to block my SIM in time though many more notices have already been brought to the knowledge of the Ariel customer care by me.so, kindly do the needful at once.

On 4/04/2017 my old Vodafone SIM has been deactivated after this I have inserted your SIM, but SIM has not been activated yet. On 05/04/2017 i have visited your Airtel store, Gurgaon, Sector-14. They said there is any technical issue, I have no idea that how many days it would take to activate your SIM. Now I am waiting for your response.

I request to generate port code and i receive port id which is i given to jio store and he give me a jio sim and taken a jio sim. he told me that after one week automatically port in jio. but till not no response from airtel. This is clearly misuse of market power and they are clearly deying customer rights. I want this complaint to go to trai and want to take legal action against such type of arrogant mobile operators. I want to port out from airtel and want to continue with jio. Please look into this and take legal action against airtel.

                          My number [protected] i request for port in airtel and i give the proof of my brother in SARDARNAGAR STORE AHMEDABAD GUJARAT. After that verification of address is done at my house by AIRAN LIMITED executive Mr NATHAJI BHAI PATANI. He took my mother id proof and verified it but after 2-3 days i got a message from airtel company that sorry we can't port your number due to current operator as AON 90 days. Then again on 5 april 2017 around 4pm Mr NATHAJI BHAI PATANI came for reverification of document. But if you company cancelled my port request then why this IDIOT came to me for reverification and main thing is he was in very hurry to take document, photo of my mother and all this is ridiculous thinks that you can allow to take photos and reverification of customer again when port is cancelled. Then i catch that ******* and i also talk with him and his company executive AIRAN LIMITED with Mr KANU BHAI. But if porting is not done then why this AIRAN LIMITED is sending this people for reverification. We thinking that they want document to missue or seeing that alone lady was at home so we take the documents and photo of them. AIRTEL your image is going worst due to this AIRAN LIMITED i want revert on this.

                            Hi, I have raise a broad band request and paid the amount online ₹[protected] Online Transaction and 200 rs Cash for Notary of Rent Receipt ) on 31st Jan 2017.My Transaction ID is[protected] and I transferred it online. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with Facebook Social Media team of Airtel but haven't got any proper response from any one.. It has been almost 2 months now and still i am not getting my refund amount. I am also requesting to all the other users who are thinking to buy airtel broadband or 4g service to not to buy any services from airtel and not to pay online for new broadband connection as you will not get any refund amount after paying online.                                 Airtel is annoying. Although customers pay for the service, Airtel makes them wait for 30 secs before they can make a call and forces them to listen to ads. There might be an EMERGENCY and Airtel will make you listen to an Ad. PLEASE STOP THIS.

                                  I have received a call from one of the sales representative pitching for stock trading call at 1:35pm on 05-April-2017 asking for stock tips

                                  Even after telling her that i will register a complaint if i receive a call from them.. she goes forward and replied back to register complaint.

                                    I recharged my airtel number from my airtel app, the amount was deducted from my bank account where as my airtel number was not recharged.
                                    bank statement shows a payment of rs 235on POS PAYUST00000 AT AIRTEL2/RAJ/PREPAIDTXN#[protected]
                                    PLEASE REVERT, I tried calling airtel customer care but didnt got any reply.
                                    the amount of rs 235 was debited on 4/4/17 in my account.
                                    i recharged the mobile number with the MY AIRTEL app and the mobile number on which the app is active is [protected].

                                      Hey an advertisement call before calling is annoying please remove that advertisement ever call i have to wait 10-15 sec hear your annoying advertise it irritating in every i call please remove that if i am satisfied i will recharge 349 if your advertisement continues i vil go to port please do this with immediate effect

                                        Hi, this is Mr.Bhavanisingh from mumbai having airtel prepaid connection no. [protected] I lost my mobile yesterday night, hence, I want to request the Airtel team to please BLOCK this Sim card ASAP.

                                        Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid SIM card (if possible, with the balance amount from my previous SIM). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.
