    Hi, I would like to bring to notice regarding a bitter experience with Airtel recently. I registered for broadband connection before 3 months and I wire transferred 3 months bill amount in advance to the Airtel Agent since he suggested I would get free installation. Later he didn't pay my money to Airtel nor gave any receipt and I keep getting calls from Airtel asking me to settle the bills. In spite of many complaint mails and escalation calls, Airtel didn't take any action and my Internet connectivity is blocked for 2 months. Now Airtel says it's not their responsibility since they can't contact their agent and that agent guy stopped responding too.

        I still have not received any solution to the complaint below.

        On 30/09/2016 I got an SMS from Airtel (AG-NTAROT) saying that Rs. 95 internet pack, 380 MB 3G valid for 14 days has been renewed. Post free usage, charges @ 40p/10 KB. I called up Airtel customer care (198) and informed its executive about this plan I did not opt for. I also asked him for deactivating the plan and to refund me my money (the amount of Rs. 95).

        He said that he did not only refund me the amount of Rs. 95 to my main mobile balance account but also deactivated the plan. I then checked my main mobile balance and found that I actually got the refund.

        On 14/10/16 I found that an amount of Rs. 95 again automatically got deducted from my main mobile balance.

        On 15/10/16, I called Airtel again and informed its executive that the last time when I mentioned the similar problem to your executive he said that he deactivated this auto renewal plan but now I find that I lost my money again.

        He too assured me that he would refund my money but would not be able to deactivate the plan due to some technical problem. He rather asked me to deactivate the plan on my own. I was ready to deactivate the plan only after the refund of my money. I waited for my money to get refunded into my main mobile balance as per what he said but got no refund or even an SMS from Airtel, notifying me or even indicating me that I got my refund.

        On 20/10/16 I called Airtel again and asked them about my outstanding amount of Rs. 95. The executive said that the amount was already refunded into my main mobile balance. When I asked him for a written statement via SMS or email, he said that he could not. He then asked me to wait till he would transfer the call to his supervisor but then he hung up the phone.

        I called back Airtel and repeated my concern.The executive this time too declined to provide me a written statement via SMS or email which would state that "Rs. 95 has been refunded to my main balance account".

        On 28/10/2016 I again got an SMS from Airtel notifying me about the deduction of Rs. 95 from my main balance account, as usual. This happened in spite of complaining to Airtel over and over again even via emails (that I wrote to [protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]@in.airtel.com, nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com, airtel.[protected]@airtel.com, [protected]@airtel.com, myairtel.[protected]@airtel.com), as well as to its executives via their customer care number (198).

        Also, I had a telephonic conversation which was an outbound call from Airtel's customer care number as [protected] at 12:21 PM on[protected]. The executive repeatedly kept on saying that all my unfairly deducted amount of Rs. 95 were refunded and that a similar detail was also showing in Airtels system. I asked her to send me the written statement of the same. Also asked her to send me a written statement showing my mobile data balance before the deduction of Rs. 95 and the after statement and also the statement showing my main mobile balance amount after adding the amount of Rs. 95 by Airtel (as what she claimed that Airtel did). She assured me that she would email me the same. She also assured me that this scheme of auto deduction of Rs. 95 on every fortnight from my main balance account had also been deactivated.

        Honest, when I checked my main mobile balance I found that no such refund as she claimed were made. Also, I got no email from Airtel providing me the statement that I asked it for. I also have the complete call recorded of that executive. I can also provide the same to the consumer court if asked.

        On[protected], the amount of Rs. 95 again automatically got deducted from my main mobile balance account in a similar fashion.

        I attached some screen shots among which some are mentioning the balance in my main mobile balance account on certain dates. They clearly indicate that Airtel has been lying to me about the refund and cheating on me for months on every fortnight.

        Finally, my main mobile balance account is lesser than the amount of Rs. 40 and thus this time Airtel's auto renewal plan did not work. See the attached file for the same.

          I am an Airtel 4G device user of [protected] number and writing you about complaint regarding lost of my airtel 4G device. The device is was lost in december 2016, when i called regarding the bill payment in the month of january 2017 for the same I told to your costumer care regarding this and he said i will file your complaint for this but didnt get any complaint ID or something. Every month bill is generated withount any usage and you will find this after checking the details of the number ther is no as such usage of the device from last december 2016. Kindly terminate the services on this device and i don, t want any new device on same number. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

              I had done my recharge on 16.3.2017 at 11:25 of Airtel no. [protected] for Rs. 349 & on same time recharge repeat two time more n deduct extra rs. 698 from my wallet.
              This is the recharge only valid for 28 days with unlimited call which i will get with first recharge but what about next two recharge. can u please extend this to next two more month or give my money back. I had contacted in your customer care and they are denying to refund the amount, also when i asked for escalation of same they have given me one contact number which is not in active state as on now

              today some one call from airtel customer care and ask me for that he will refund only rs.300 goodwill.

              sir what is this i request you to refund my money which are with you by mistake and i gave you proof.

              On this behalf your operator call me and accept that by mistake my Rs. 698 in your account but we not refund it

              if you want rs. 300 we will give.

              On one side Mr. prime Minister ask go cashless use Paytm and you people said we dont have any responsibility

              against any third party.

              Sir i withstand with my case from 16th march, first with paytm and second with you. So i am waiting for your final decision.

              I will put this matter with PMO and ask them how a person can go cashless if such issue not resolve within time.

                  I recharged from my airtel app, it was a scheme of 1p/1sec and i had to recharge 16Rs.i had to pay from my credit card.As soon as i proceeded the amount got deducted from my bank.i got a confirmation sms that recharge done.but didnt get the amount in my main balance.

                    In my airtel app, in the offers for you section, I had seen as unlimited calls and 1gb data per day . But when I recharged with 349 I got 1gb data per month and free calls but not unlimited calls. So I asked customer care about this, they said that they will update the offer for my number, and he mentioned that it takes 24 hrs . After 24 hrs, when I see in my airtel app it is mentioned as - for 349 free calls and 1gb data for 1month . After seeing that I am wexed of calling customer care, seriously this is a type of cheating doing by airtel

                    From past five days, i am unable to use the internet on my number, and i registered complaint to airtel, i never expected such a pathetic service in airtel, no body tries to resolve the issue, but they are closing the registered complaints considering it as resolved, one guy told me to get new duplicate sim, i got the sim, even though i am unable to use the internet. i called them but not resolved .

                    FYI - i recently ported from aircel to airtel expecting good service, but huge disappointment

                      I took a new airtel postpaid connection in December. After that for some reason I had to shift to jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh for sometime. It seems that despite paying the bill on time I'm not getting any services, not even data. If such an attitude continues I believe I will have to give up my post paid connection.

                        When call to air tel customer care call IVRS that so much annoying, not a direct option to connect customer care executive, normal people so much confusing with their IVR options, I am tried to connect customer care executive three times today(26/03/2017) for every time minimum 4 minutes but there is no option to connect customer care executive.
                        Please give a instructions to air tel direct option to connect customer care executive, otherwise normal person couldn't connect to customer care executive because of their very confusing IVR options

                            I converted my 3g sim into 4g on 25th march 2017, but since then only 2g is working, I can't access even a 3g connectivity and then I complained on twitter and received a message which says that Thank you for contacting us. The reference no. for your Airtel mobile 9xxxx92632 is C4GDC[protected]. Besides this message I just received only one confirmation call which says me to wait till 30th March.
                            I don't need any assurance but I need an action, even they are not providing me any other solution to overcome this issue with immediate effect.

                                Number [protected]. Services stopped without any reason from past one week. Complaint raised to activate the number, no action taken. Appellate officers are just useless. They create a case/SR once in 3 days for the same reason and close the old one so that it wont reflect in their SLA time. No reason given till now why there is a delay in giving services. Pathetic service.
