It is to inform you that I recharged my airtel no UP East([protected]) with rs.348 on 29/03/2017 according to which I should get 1gb of data per day for 28 days and unlimited L+std calls for 28 days.But I am unable to call anyone and I do not get benefited of free calls.I got only 1gb of data per day.I complaint earlier at [protected]@in.airtel.com but I didn't got a reply.Complaint reference no.( PR[protected].
Also yesterday(30/03/2017) I recharged my no with rs25 Full TT and I only made one call which cost me rs1.15.When today(31/03/2017) in morning I checked my balance, it was all gone.
I am regretting the choice of opting for airtel.I got all proofs of recharges and their fraudster if needed.

    I recharged thru airtle app my phone no.[protected] of rs 345 thru my jackpot offer thru which I should get 1gb net extra then 1 GB thru 345 as more than 200 recharge gives jackpot of 1gb extra data.please add it to my account and inform me also.in airtels app no complaints feature is there and 198 do not have any complaint lodging system n this should be default feature.I'm using Jio sim too but quality of Airtel is number 1 I used Airtel for calling despite of free calls available at Jio sim, I thank Airtel for maintaining its quality n standard, I can rely on Airtel for coming year.best of luck Airtel to retain no.1 position again in this year.

      Last saturday 25th March 2017, i went to airtel store for changing the circle from karnataka to kerala, they told i will have to raise request for porting. I raised and they gave a new sim, they asked for 100 Rs/- but airtel gives advertisement that 4g sim is free, when i asked they told i will get the talk time and i also had balance of nearly 150+ in my old sim, i asked about that balance they told number is same so i will get it. Today 31st March 2017, my old sim is deactivated and new sim is active now when i checked balance is only 5 rs/- when i called customer care they told they dont know and i will have to check with the store i bought. services are really poor and they cheat customers like this. I bought the sim from Airtel Store, Civil Lane Road, Padivattom, Ernakulam, Kerala. I need my money back, if you cant do it please dont give fake advertisement and cheat customers.

              Hi,

              I could see an amount of 99 is deducted as "International roaming" charges for a couple of times, dated 31/03/2017 ... The service provider is AIRTEL. I would like to complain about it and need my money back (an amount of 99) to my current account.

              I raised a complaint regarding the same issue earlier and Airtel have reverted the money back ...

              But still dont understand why you need to deduct the money and create unnecessary trouble to the customers ...

                It has always been a pain dealing with Airtel Customer Service. I have a prepaid connection and 2 Internet 4G Routers. Until recently, I bore the brunt of bad service and even worse resolution of issues because I didn't have an option. I have donated a lot of money to Airtel despite their ineptitude. However, my recent experience with Airtel told me that Airtel isn't incompetent as much as it wants to con people of their money. This is the final straw. I am going to make sure I discourage people from signing up for Airtel and also ensure that people switch out.

                I travel abroad at least twice a year. In order to ensure I have connectivity at all times I signed up for the INR 4011/- offer from Airtel. (Check the Image below)

                I paid the amount and got a confirmation only to be sent a message saying my main account didn't have balance and they needed to charge me a rent so I should recharge some money there. I recharged with INR 500/-. The service didn't work. It didn't work for the entire period of my stay. I recharged for various amount to make it work based Airtel's messages and it didn't work. I had already paid Airtel over INR 5000/- by now. I complained on Twitter. No response. I wrote to customer care. No response. Finally, I wrote to the Nodal Officer at Airtel for Mumbai circle. (Always remember to write to Nodal officers in telecom companies. It's always worked for me.)

                The resolution offered to me by the Nodal officer was that they would transfer the INR 5000/- back in to my account. I agreed immediately. However, I realised later that all they did was add INR 5000/- to my Airtel Main Balance account and not refund it to my card account. Here is what the problem is, I recharged for international roaming, a service which Airtel wasn't able to provide me. Now they want me to use the INR 5000/- for a service I did not sign up for!

                Moreover, despite writing to the Appellate Authority (supposed to be the highest escalation you can do at a company) the only response I kept getting is that there is no provision to refund money. This is a nice way to extort money from people. Get them to pay for a service you can't deliver. Then tell them that we can't pay you your money back so use some other service of ours. This is wrong on all levels. (Funnily, the person responding from both Nodal office and the Appellate Authority office is the same - Mr. Mohit Goswami. This means the Appellate Authority and Escalation Matrix is a joke at Airtel. I'm sure TRAI would be thrilled to know this if they do care. The Mailbox of Airtel Appellate Authority becomes full routinely. Imagine the number of complaints!)

                However, here is where this situation becomes even worse. Tired of this, I decided to Port my number. I sent a SMS on 1900 to PORT out of Airtel to Jio. I get a call from Airtel offering me unlimited calling at INR 149/- for one year to make me stay. As I discovered during that day, Calling in India has become practically free. Every telecom network is offering insanely cheap plans to retain customers. For e.g. at INR 499/- Airtel Postpaid customers get Unlimited calling and Unlimited data. If you're paying a single rupee more than this to Airtel, my suggestion is to get your plan changed or PORT to Jio or any other provider offering a better plan.

                In this scenario, Airtel is forcing me to use and pay for a service which is FREE across India including their own network or costs 1.5% of the cost they want me to pay for it. They even refuse to deduct the balance in my account and give me data instead which they are distributing at pittance to stop customers from switching to Jio. Also, if I PORT my number I lose the balance in my account anyway.

                If this is not cheating and a malpractice what is?

                A lot of people have asked me why I'm raising such a hue and cry for a small amount of INR 5000/-. My response is that INR 5000/- is not a small amount in my eyes. As a CEO of a profitable start-up I know that more than anyone else. Also, this needs to stop. If customers keep donating money to big companies who fleece them without raising a voice it will encourage more Sales heads to encourage such practices so that they can reach their Sales target.

                I will try to reach as many people as I can through this platform. Next goal is to reach someone at TRAI but before that make sure this piece reaches IIM Calcutta alumnus and CEO of Airtel Gopal Vittal. I have also filed a complaint with Department of Telecom here.

                    Hi, this is in regards to the worse customer service which you people have got with you.
                    [protected] - the mentioned service number is my wifi hotspot service number.
                    I got this device from a representative named Pavan, here is the contact number of him - [protected].
                    I have been told by this representative that my bills would be 1200 bucks for the 20GB of data, then when I received my bill, I got to know that I would be paying 1750.
                    Then I called up the cust service and asked them to cancel my service on 12/02 and the representative name was Shobha.
                    These guys want me to visit the store and get the service cancelled which I cannot do as I am busy, when you are making a sale, you will come near my home and give the connection, why cant you do the same when cancelling a service.

                    About Customer Service (Your so called Legal Department) - I really do not understand how you hired these guys to do the the Legal department job, The people who work as a conductor in BMTC is far better than these guys.
                    I got a call from your Legal department asking me to pay the bills, I have clearly told them that I will not be making payment because I have been mislead by your representative.
                    I have been with Airtel for more than 6 - 7 years, this is my number - [protected], I keep receiving bills and I do pay it on time, you can have a check on the history.
                    But I am sure that I cannot pay for a service which is been mislead by you guys.. I am happy to take it to the court and solve this.

                    ONE THING I WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOU - PROVIDING GOOD NETWORK DOESNT MATTER, WE WOULD ALSO NEED GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLEASE TRAIN THOSE LEGAL DEPARTMENT MORONS OR BETTER KEEP SOME GOO REPRESENTATIVES.

                    These agents are talking in the regional language stating "send the representative madam, also send it to the bank and stuff like that"

                    I badly need someone to take care of this issue in high priority, I will clearly ask my friends and everyone not to go with Airtel.

                    Dont lose your brand name by these cheap fellows, throw them out of your office.

                      349 plan activated but it still charged me

                      On 30/03/2016 i recharged my phone for this plan and it got activated as soon as possible.
                      But when i make calls its still charging me from my main balance whats the point of activating this plan when its mentioned "unlimited calls"?
                      Its the second day of my recharge and still i'm not able to use. 28days validity came down to 27days and i still can't use it...

                      I am facing network issue from the last one week i have lodged a complaint regrading the issue the agent said that the issue will be addressed and resolved with in 3 days .i have not received any update from them called the cx care again they said that the issue has closed with out resolving the issue.

                      the cx care agents are more than worst they are not even cx centric they have no proper knowledge about the product and issues, they disconnected the call in the middle of the conversation.they are rude

As I had already Complaint regarding this issue the person from airtel came and saw and had informed me that connection is not been provided properly .as per the package speed given 16mpbs but i had recieved only 3-4mpbs & for now my line as been disconnected. So kindly I
                        need waver in the January month bill and reconnect the line.

Paytm got my amount, says Airtel is not responding. Why such defective technology is used by Airtel. They are aquiring businesses, setting up banks, that means in recharging also they do finance business ??? when cant provide instant services in this age of IOT, why should do even business??

                              I purchased new prepaid SIM after seeing the super exiting '12 months Unlimited data and call' plan only to be cheated by 'India's fastest N/w'. I purchased it only after going through the terms and conditions posted in their official site. I then recharged with Rs.349 to avail the benefit(1GB data/day for a period of 28 days as seen in their official page http://www.airtel.in/mobile/terms-conditions). To my surprise, it was 1GB data/month and not 1GB data/day. I raised complaint with customer care and the response was hilarious. I got an reply saying that I have received following benefit
                              "Unlimited Local+STD on all mobile & landline calls + 1GB 3G/4G data". I suppose, they forgot to mention if 1GB data is for per day or per month. Oh wait! were they "Playing Safe!!".
                              Trust is the main factor when dealing with the customer. Don't think, I would recommend anyone to buy this 'Open network' which is not really open to customers!!
                              There should be some strict action against such nuisance who openly cheats customer.
                              'I regret for the inconvenience you have experienced in this regard.'!!

                                I recharged for rs 349, on 24.03.2017. For one gb data per day and unlimited calls. By speaking to your customer care executives on 30.03.2017 from 7.30 pm to 8.10 its very hard to found that plan was not activated. They assured me that the issue has been escalated to back end and it will be resolved before 08.15 pm, on 31.03.2017.

                                Kindly treat this matter as most urgent and rectify the problem as promise given by your executives, since I already recharged to use internet but its not activated due to technical issues from your side.

                                  I am a long term customer of airtel prepaid mobile( [protected] ) since 2006.nowadays i am not satisfied with airtel. they are charging high.moreover they are not ready to give value for their first customers.no special offers.when i was complaint in customer care, they offered 500mb 2g data? really it is very bad deal.so i didn't use it.now i am thinking to stop my subscription.

                                  i forget to tell one thing.i bought 1 new airtel number from chennai, [protected].i am facing connection problem and high call rate in this connection .i complained in customer care, but no use . even they are not ready to attend call .we need to stay around 5 minutes..sometimes the call wall disconnected with out any customer support. anyway, by these problems, i am too irritated . already i ported other two airtel connections to bsnl. now these are remaining connections, , [protected] & [protected] so i sent port request from [protected], also i am planning to stop my [protected] prepaid connection. now i understood that...no use for complaint . no value for long term customers.

                                    This is in regards to the plan offered on airtel my app, stating 42GB data with unlimited calls if recharged before 31/3/2017(1.5GB every day) for 28 days.

                                    I did this recharge today i e. On 30th and i received only 3GB data. This is simply not done.

                                    I have attached screenshots of the same.

                                    Please have this investigated and revert at the earliest.

                                      My customer id is [protected], i have signal issue with my DTH connection. I have registered a complaint two days ago. Got a call from service engineer, and he misbehaved and refuses to visit. I continuously calling to call center they are promising that issue will get resolve in next 2-3 hours. But no action has been taken so far. If it is not resolved by tomorrow evening am going to shift the DTH service provider.
