My mobile number is [protected]. I port my number from Vodafone(M.P) to airtel(Odissa) .on[protected] at 22:02:06 my Vodafone(M.P) sim deactivated due to porting but airtel sim card not activate .

My alternative number is [protected].

I contact to airtel customer care for activation of my sim card, but they do not give proper answer.

So I visited the airtel store on[protected], They informed that activation will be done by Evening,
Again I visited the store on[protected]Evening), They informed that activation will be done by[protected] Morming.
Again I visited the store on[protected]Morning), They informed that activation will be done by[protected] by 12pm

Till now activation not done.
So help me for activation of my airtel sim card mobile number is [protected].

I have mailed the issue on[protected] to [protected]@in.airtel.com, & [protected]@in.airtel.com but no response

On[protected] porting process completed ...Vodafone(M.P) sim off but airtel sim still not activated.

Airtel store person mailed to concerned department regarding the issue, But he can not ensure how much time it will take to activate the sim, they has taken nearly 1 days to activate the sim

    Sms on my Airtel num­­ber is not working since yesterday, both outgoing and incom­i­ng. Kindly, look into my problem and hope the resolution will be done at the ear­liest.       According me 349 is a big amount I brought a new sim by paying 349 trusting they I'll give offer of 1 GB per day but even after 1 week I didn't get that offer I have called customer care many time no response form them waste of getting this airtel paying my money of 349 irresponsible the worst experience with airtel I will never ever recommended others to buy, encourging customer with fake offers, particularly karthick.s chennai customer care staff is so worst in responding

        Every time i am trying to recharge my airtel number it is showing error code 13.what should i do to solve this issue??
        Its really annoying my airtel sim is from West Bengal but bought recharge coopon in delhi and trying to recharge but of no use .
        Solve this problem or else i have to change to other providers.
        Please solve this issue soon because i am not able to contact.

          I recharged my phone on 31st march, 2017, with ₹349, by logging in from computer, since the app was not working properly today.
          But I'm not getting 1gb per day as it was mentioned in the pack. Problem's reason cannot be that since I didn't recharge from app it's not working, since my roommate also got the same pack recharged from computer and is getting 1gb per day.
          349 is not a small amount.
          Please see to it and reply as soon as possible.

            Need to update regarding 1GB per day data with unlimited calls as till now I got only 1GB data.

            Attached screenshot shows Airtel is giving 1 GB data per day .

            I have customer care voice recording as they cheated with costumers also they are ready to give me daily 1 GB data per day today on wards .but still I did not get . So please do some useful otherwise I m going police, consumer forum Medea as well .

              Ladies and Gentlemen at Airtel,

              This new connection was installed on April 3, morning around 9 am. Despite a 30 minute activation, till late evening it was not activated. Upon followup with the installation engineer it was activated after about 12 hours.

              On the morning of April 5, when we turned on the TV, the signal was gone (error B0001) in perfect sunny conditions. When I called the installer he indicated that he cant do much; it must be a problem with the wiring provided by the developer. The developer's rep refuted this argument. So on the morning of April 5 I called your call centre, where I was promised that by 4 pm of April 4, my problem would be resolved. No one called me on April 5 about this; no one visited.

              So this morning before 8 am I called the call centre again and they said they have escalated the complaint and that they will take up the case in priority. I also called Sagar Hulawale from Iconic Services who had sold the connection. Sagar said that an engineer would anyway be visiting our complex around 10.30/11 am and he would request him to fix my problem. When no one came by 11.20 am today I called Sagar again, and he said that someone will come sometime today...sometime? He could not confirm a time.

              Now its 7.00 pm on Day 2 and no engineer from Airtel has called me, nor has Sagar bothered to inform me what happened to his part of the promise.

              So what do we do? Keep on waiting for eternity or what? Who will fix this? When will Airtel reps stop making false promises?

                  Ive recharged my airtel prepaid number with rs.349 believing their 1gb/day plan ...and what i got is 1 gb/month...When i called customer care they told that they have put up a request and i ll be getting the benefits only if i recharge again with 349..i decided to port to IDEA and applied for port...Then they started calling and annoyed me with asking my details and started giving negative info about the network to which im going to port. when i refused to provide such info, one last customer care lady was so abusive and used some words which i dint like...

                  I need her details so that i can teach her some manners in the same harsh way. and AIRTEL, first train your customer care executives how to deal with customers rather than giving negative publicity to other networks...Otherwise u will be out of the race very soon...

                          I have ported my sim from aircel to airtel by believing the false promises were made by airtel/airtel representatives and the brand value of airtel.
                          I didnt got 1GB per day data for 28 days after recharging 349 recharge pack .
                          On 26/Mar/2017 i did recharged 349 and as per airtels promotions by there executives and which is being displayed over ad but its a fake that i faced after porting and recharging.
                          I got only 1gb data for whole month and there is no sign of 1gb data per day.
                          Please requesting you necessary action against the false promises are being produced by airtel.

                            I have a land at prime location of Saktipur High School More, Saktipur, Murshidabad, West Bengal-742163 where I need Airtel to install tower.
                            The tower can provide coverage to all the industries in the area and a huge residential population is also very well in the Line of Sight. We are facing a big problem because we don't have any airtel 3G tower. We really need that. All the residents here are humbly requesting airtel to install a 3G tower in our area. Please review our request and give us 3G facility.

                              Hi Team,

                              My number is [protected].
                              Date of incident - 18th March 2017. I called Airtel customer care and placed a request for the BB shift from my current address to new address, #16, 20th across, 2nd A main Vignan nagar, Bangalore 560075. Your customer care advisor raised a request and the SR number is[protected]. He informed that if i want immediate or after 5 days and i requested for immediate and he informed that the BB will be shifted on 21st march and the new property. Nothing happend and i called again on 21st but Airtel told me that the address is wrong and informed them this is a valid address and they corrected it. which was not my fault. Initially when the request was placed i was assured that i will have my BB working at the old property and on 18th march my BB stopped working(False promise). I was then informed that i have to wait for next 48 hours and they informed that i will get a call back. Nothing happend (another false promise). I called on 23th march and spoke to floor supervisor and he assured me that by 24th BB will be fixed. Nothing happend(Another false promise). I called on 24th and they informed that the order is not placed and they placed a new order. again spoke to a floor manager she was all fake. No call backs from airtel. I called them back and i was disconnected. Then 24th I got a call from escalations manager by name PRAVEEN(Big fake), He informed that it will be fixed but nothing happened. I also discussed that i will not pay the entire month line rental since the disconnect has caused stress and impacted by business. He assured that i will not be charged and i informed him to update the notes on the system and he informed he did. Later next day i called to airtel again without success and all false promise again. Then i made airtel to enter the notes about my experience with airtel which i believe was entered. till now no resolution. I went to airtel store in vignan nagar and they way the treat the customer is pathetic and they just dont speak good at all. I had a very unpleasant experience and as usual nothing happend. I want my response on this mail or i will take this to next level. This Airtel has caused my mental stress and impacted my work and business. worst company service i ever faced in lifetime. Hope someone is looking into this. or guide me where i can go and escalate this.

                              I received a message on[protected] from airtel stating that international roaming rental charges of Rs 99 has been deducted from my balance. I'm in Bangalore, India and did not travel anywhere outside India but I don't know why this amount has been deducted. So I need the money deducted back in my account

                                  Hi, My name is Gyan, using Airtel number ([protected]). On 25th of March, 2017 I got to know about Airtel is providing 1 GB 4G data and Unlimited calling within India with Rs 345.00 recharge. I called their customer care on 31st March, 2017 and got to know that this offer is not available in my number. But they informed me that I have another offer like: with Rs 996 I’ll get 2.5 GB/ day and Unlimited free calling for 28 days. I got the same text messages from them and also I cross verified it in MyAirtel app. everything was amazing until I recharged with Rs 996.

After recharge I got SMS like your number is recharged with Rs 996 and benefits were HORRIBLE. They provided the benefits which is found NOWHERE in their tariff plans. I was confused and called their customer care and they told me ‘sorry sir, actually the amount was Rs 999’. I was shocked, how a service provider like Airtel can cheat customers in such a chip way !!!

The fact that everybody know is Airtel want to compete with Jio and don’t want to loose a single rupee for customer benefit due to their misery nature.

Then, I told the executive to transfer call to their supervisor and it was transferred. The supervisor (Mr. Ashok) picked the call and repeat the same with an apology. When I got angry, then he registered a complain (No: CBNRV[protected]) and promised me to add the actual benefits before 3rd of April, 2017.

                                  Yes, I got another text on 2nd of April that the actual benefit has added to your number. I was happy and called the customer care to cross verify. They checked and confirmed me that 2.5 GB 4G data/day and 1200 mins per 7 days calling benefit for 28 days has already been activated in my number. Also they send another SMS that your complain no: CBNRV[protected] is resolved and closed.

                                  I was busy for 3-4 days. When I tried to use the data on 6th of April, 2017, again I was socked. My balance is deducting. OMG, What’s going on??? I again called their customer care. Here is what they told me (Not exact, but the conversation was like below):

                                  me: Can you please check my last complain and tell me whether it is resolved or not?
CC Executive: Yes, it has already been resolved and you are getting 2.5 GB/ day and 300 minutes per day free calling.
me: Can you cross check, because my internet is charging me?
                                  CC Executive: There is some issue going on and wait for some time and bla.. bla… bla…
me: Can you transfer the call to your supervisor?
CC Executive: Hold the line, let me check again?
 After few seconds, ‘ No sir, the plant in not active in your number’.

when I demand they transfer the call to Mr. Gagan (Supervisor). He told me that, sorry for the inconvenience. I cannot do anything now instead of putting a complain to their so called Technical team and told me to wait for another day. GOD knows whether it will be resolved or another complain to the technical team will be filed…

Is this AIRTEL????? Please don’t chit customer. Loosing one customer may not matters to you, but being cheated matters a lot to me.
When I became hopeless, I decided to inform Airtel and the consumer forum about this. Here I found one of the way to inform……

                                  I'm thanking this forum for helping me out. We Indians need more and more help like this as big companies in India never listens to customers, rather they are well planed to cheat customers. They resolve the issue partially. i.e they have a lots of terms and conditions on their advertisement. They have limitations in call durations.

                                  This is the reply to the May 03, 2017 response from Airtel.

                                  I was out for few days but my phone was reachable.

                                  I had received a call few days before your updation in this forum. Other than that, I have not received any call from Airtel while I always respond to all calls that reaches to my phone and also call back to all missed calls.

                                  But after all the issue was partially resolved by Airtel.
                                  (Airtel have tons of Terms and Conditions for which I decided to quit fighting with. Only thing I'm doing is using RELIANCE JIO side by side.)

                                  You call somebody and drop the call in just one or two rings before somebody pick it...then mention it as 'Customer didn't responded to our call.'

                                      Dear Mr/Ms. Officer,

                                      On 15th Feb 2017 I went to Airtel Store at Kormangla Bengaluru, requested for WiFi Dongal plans. I had been offered many plans, out of which I choose 6GB LTE plan, as this plan had additional 6GB for next 3 months.
                                      But now, when I consumed 6GB speed is very slow and Customer care said the plan is only for 6GB and after every 10KB they shall charge 3Piece, which was not informed earlier also. Also, Customer Care says they can not take complain as it is not Airtel Company issue, it is store issue.
                                      Kindly extend your support and rectify the plan as it was narrated.
