Kind Attn Airtel Management,
Its very harmful for me and shameful for Airtel management as Airtel team sell or promote their product with cheating and fraud system, One Airtel representative (Mr [protected]) give wrong statement and explain wrong plan to me, due this I am facing lots of problem and able to access my phone and no.
Actually my current service provider is Vodafone, and I am travelling out of NCR so my out going roaming charges is huge, I was searching a good plan, in the mean time I have recd one phone call from (Mr [protected]) for Portability of my no I was discuss with him all my quary, he suggested me 799 plan with 9GB data for next 03 month after that it will be 6 GB till December and more, in this plan my all voice call is free with some free msgs also.
I agree with this plan and put my request to Vodafone for port my no, but after 25 days means 03 days back I have recd msg as no is port from Vodafone to Airtel, but in this session Airtel team totally in slipping mode.
Yesterday when I try to activate Airtel Sim and call to 59059, I was surprised my plan was 799 but with 5GB data and only incoming call is free in roaming.
My question is why I spend more money as I am already using the 499 red plan in Vodafone which was almost same with Airtel 799 plan.
Shame to Airtel team as they misguide customer to promote Airtel.
Till now I am not in position use my phone because Vodafone closed and Airtel cheat me.

To get the details as above, you may visit nearest airtel outlet with Proof for Identity, Photo Identity (ID must be in Sim holder name). At the time of visit with ID's you have to pay some of rupees to get the detailed report against your call / sms.
