I was continously receiving 349 recharge notification which has 28gb data, after recharge its showing only 1gb for the entire month.
The executive is telling your number doesnt have the priviledge, so its 1gb plan for you.
Also every airtel customer is receiving this message but only priviledged prople get that plan, how cheap of airtel to dupe people of money.
I need my money credited back. This is clearly cheating from airtel.

I complained on wrong billing and poor network services on 17-August-2017. Till now no solution . Due to many calls by different Airtel team members on same query, every time we have to repeat the problems and no solutions on same.
Very bad experience with Airtel.
I had been do 349 recharge which says unlimited calls for a month.. but even after recharge it says no balance. And calls dont go through.. and we never get to speak to any executive on any of customer care number.. can u please look into it.. its been second consecutive month.. i have recharged for 349..and cudnt even use it..and my money gets cut ..i got successful recharge sms both times but the offrr never got activated..

    I have given my request to transfer my Airtel number [protected] from Postpaid to prepaid on Dtd. 24_Mar_2017 at Airtel store WZ-247/3B, Plot No. 21, Opp. Pillar No. 655,  Main Najafgarh Road,  Utt, Uttam Nagar, Delhi 110059.
    But still not converted in prepaid after complain many times.
    Plz help me in this situation.

      As pmopg/e/2017/0027151, dotel/e/2016/47369 they told me to provide amounts in my bank and they told me for cancel cheque and all.

      In complain already mentioned that need main account balance + recharges of last 6 months. As they ready to give refund of recharges but in my main account was rs. 4600+ so its not a small amount. So, please provide me both amount in my broadband account and from broadband account let me know the way which i will get in my bank account or as a cheque.

      In complains dotel/e/2017/03022, dotel/e/2017/05869, dotel/e/2017/04369, dotel/e/2017/06571, pmopg/e/2017/0105200, pmopg/e/2017/0118308 they only talk about recharge refund.

      If they said they will give me in my broadband account. I want to move to another provider but need my amount which is my main balance and recharges as they commitment.

      Now, i think govt. And operators are together so now, need to put all emails and communication which done by trai and dot and operator also i will put all call records in public domain on blog http://airtelfoolingcustomers.blogspot.in/ and social media of this fraud and double word of the company and govt.

      I am really say that mr. Narendra modi govt is totally corrupted and taking money from the operators.

      Now, i will put all things in public domain as after wait 14months no choice with me.

      Now, if need then need letter from pmo and dot and also need strict action on airtel

      Also find the attachment of the complain in which airtel commitment to govt.

      So, its means no value of words which give to govt.?

      You can check double standard and fraud and cheat by airtel and you can see what govt. They committed and then change the word.

      Now will see what govt. Will take action airtel to show credibility of govt.

        Hello,
        I have opted for porting from Vodafone to Airtel on 25/03/2016.
        I have visited Airtel store and they gave me a new sim. On 29/03/2017 my no got ported but as soon as i inserted the new sim for activation of services the new sim shows "no service". Moreover I visited Airtel store and they told me that my sim has not been activated by airtel. Please resolve the issue as my no is now not working as I have only one working sim. Its a great nuisance by the service provided by you guys. Please look into the matter.

          Hi Sir,

          I have purchased a new connection of AIRTEL 4G Hotspot Wifi with 5GB plan. At the time of purchase i was told by the executive that there is a plan where for first three months i will get double of what i opt and from the fourth month it will be normalised.

          So the plan activated on my number is 5GB+5GB. I have the written slip for the same. Now when the device is activated and when i confirmed from the customer executive they deny on any such plan. They are saying that there is no such plan.

          I have never denied for any payment or i never asked for any special offer, this offer was communicated to me and now the customer executives are denying on what they said.

          Why i was misguided with wrong information?
          This is something which i cannot tolerate as a customer. Being such a big Brand is this the way how you treat your customers?
          Is misguiding the customers your way to success?

          I do not know what plan is going on in AIRTEL. I want what was committed to me or i will raise your complaint to consumer forum.

            Hi,
            Myself requested to port my MTNL no. into Airtel no. First request was submitted through retailer, but sim didnt show any signle for televarification. later relatiler ask me to contact to AIR tel store. I had contacted to airtel store also online customer service. Online customer service also asked to contact to air tel store. Now its almost 20 days and above any i didnt receive any solution from airtel. Representative not able to confirm when my problem would be sorted out moreover disconnect my calls. I am really fade up with this service.

            I just want to activate my no. as its important to me. i am no more interested in airtel.

                I purchased 4g hot spot from Airtel from Pammal Airtel store when I checked outside the door for speed it showed 10mbps as download speed and 8 Mbps as upload speed. After purchasing when I reached home at Pallavaram near railway station to my shock the speed was 0.5mbps then increase to 1.2mbps. With just one connection and 90% of the time it will be 20kbps, but to my surprise I rec'd a SMS from Airtel that I have consumed 50% of my quota of 6gb that is 3Gb. Even though I raised a complaint on these things it is still not been rectified. Is almost 4 days. On the third day of the complaint when I called up to check the issue I was told that the complaint has been closed. I have sent an email to [protected]@in.airtel.com for which I have rec'd an acknowledgement my number [protected].

                As I could see that you are claiming that you speed is best speed but What I find that at my home i.e. in w-318 / 319 prem nagar -2, janki vihar, kirari sileman nagar, either there no internet or the speed is very poor. I complaint this matter to executive few month but so far nothing happen to speed.

                I stay in a prominent location in South Calcutta (Regent Park). For last two years I frequently faced call drops in my area when I used Airtel. I complained many times and they informed me that it's a KNOWN ISSUE and will be resolved AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Two years passed and nothing happened. And I left Airtel after - believe it or not - 18 years. Now I use Airtel 4G Hotspot. Same Issue - very slow speed. Airtel Engineers who came to inspect the issues, recorded the shocking readings that their instruments showed and ran away.

                Airtel - India's fastest network - Haah!!! And Service. No resolution in the central part of an Indian Metro in years. Airtel CEO Mr. Mittal, are you there? And listening?

                    I have recently shifted to hyderabad and taken AIRTEL mobile network, i have a network issue in home raised complaint on this to airtel customer care but the issue is not resolved and they are telling me to wait for weeks to weeks. yesterday(on the day o[censored]gadi) i have office work i thought to work from home as my broadband is not working i thought use mobile data as the airtel people mentioned i get 4G data but in my home i never get 4G itself most of the times my mobile shows out-of-service missing some importent calls and i came to office at 12AM to work because of airtel network issue if i have the n/w properly i would have worked from home.
                    raised the complaint with airtel but issue is not resolved

                    No response has been received from Airtel people and issue is not resolved for more than 4months. Called them many times and the response for call we will call back you but i never got any call from Airtel and they are saying we called but but we are not able to reach you. If i am in office i will receive all the calls but when i am in home can't receive the calls because your network issue.
                    Latest you guys have given 30GB data offer if i am not able to get 2G signal itself what i can do with your 30GB 4G data.

                      I am writing this in regards to the airtel prepaid plan that was offered to me: 42gb 4g/3g data + unlimited local + std for 28 days @ rs. 549, offer valid till 31st march.

                      Before recharging i confirmed it twice by calling 121 and then sending a tweet to the official airtel twitter account (@airtel_presence). Both, the 121 service and the official airtel twitter account confirmed me that this offer is valid .

                      I recharged my prepaid airtel number [protected] with the above plan on 26 March 2017 and did not receive the full data balance of 42gb, instead got only 3gb of data.

                      Please rectify this asap.

                        My airtel broadband is not working from last 3 days as I have to face a lot of problems can you solve it faster or either I shift to other networks. And I also shifted from the data plan from earlier it was 799 plan now I shifted to 599 since I shifted it's not working please resolve my problem. As I think it's best network so prove it..

                            AFTER MNP FROM BSNL TO AIRTEL STILL CROSSED 4 DAYS BUT THERE IS NO NETWORK

                            I have requested to port a sim from BSNL TO AIRTEL [protected]. in the date of 16 march my BSNL signal went off so I inserted airtel sim but there i no network and my old sim is deactivated

                            The major issue i faced is, while I am unable to do any online transaction.

                              I paid the outstanding bills and gave the disconnection request on Sep 23 2016 itself due to my relocation. After this request, I received a call from airtel representative regarding the disconnection. I mentioned the representative that my new address does not have feasibility for broadband and asked for the disconnection. They also checked the same and agreed for disconnection. I have the mail proof sent by H Roop Kumar,
                              Service Specialist. Even after that, i am receiving the broadband bill every month. i mentioned this problem to so many airtel representatives during with their conversations every month at least more than 3 times. Now I received a court order to pay the outstanding amount. Is this the behavior of airtel? I requested to disconnect the services on Sep 23 and its more than 6 months now, still they are not interested to disconnect the services, sending the bill to my address and now threatening me to pay the bill for not using their services. If this is their behavior, I am already in the process of filing the case in consumer court for this action. I have got so much trouble and depression from airtel from the start o[censored]sing their services. During that period, unnecessarily they called to change the broadband plan every week atleast 20 to 30 times and even after requested the disconnection, I am facing trouble and mental torture from them for not using your services. I need a immediate resolution for this issue.

                                - 22nd March 2017 - till today
                                - I have raised request to port my airtel mobile number to Idea on 22nd March 2017. After raising request Airtel executive called me to ask reason. I have told them my one of friend is getting offer from airtel (349 Rs 28 GB for 28 days) but i am not able to see this offer for my number. Executive told me that they will provide the same offer in 48 hours.
                                I havent got any response in 48 hours. SO i have email to Airtel customer care. Now they are saying that they are not able to provide this offer to me (It takes almost 7 days to informed me). I have just asked simple below questions.

                                "Can you please let me know why this recharge offer is not available for my number and only available for my friends number?

                                Also if this is the case then why Airtel executive assured me (contact number: +91 [protected]) to provide offer in 48 hours (after raising request for port to idea on 22nd March).And they have kept me in the position that I won't get Idea offer as this is valid till 31st March. They are not giving valid reason after 7 days."

                                My question to airtel is why this offer is not available to me? and they give the answer it is not available to your number. i am asking why.

                                Also why they are giving different offers for different customers as both are paying the same.

                                    (a)Technical analysis of Large Data use from 4 to 8 Oct 2016;to establish the feasibility of such a large Data use.
                                    (b)Cyber Data Theft- investigation and fixing of individual/agency who may have tampered with the DATA.
                                    (c)Make a comparison with average data use for the last 18 years; even during travelling abroad. Bring out vast variations; and possible reasons thereof.
                                    Kindly confirm if the above have been implemented. May I request you to give the results to provide me with the facts so that I can take up the case with the Court for early resolution.

                                      I have applied for porting from vodaphone to airtel on 02.01.2017 postpaid connection. the airtel authorities have charged me Rs. 250/- and all necessary documents and provided me a sim and assured me that it will be ported and activated in a week or so.But despite many varifications the no. is not activated and on 27.03.2017 midnight they have deactivated my mobile service. since last 03 days my mobile is not working and i m suffuring a lot. i had a word with many of their executives but of no use. they deducted my amount of pre paid vodaphone account without my permission.

                                        This is in reference to my mobile no. [protected] registered under the name of Varun Katyal.
                                        Yesterday evening around 7:30 pm I started using internet in my phone with net balance of around 43 Mb and my main balance of ₹273. Unfortunately I was using my net heavily and I couldn't keep track of my net balance. Suddenly I receive a notification that my net balance is 10mb and main balance is ₹2.
                                        I was shocked to see this notification and surprised that despite having 10mb of data left money from my main balance have been deducted, which is surprisingly ridiculous. I didn't even received a message from airtel to inform me that I have low data balance. So, i called the customer care from my other no. I.e. [protected] to lodge a complaint today afternoon. The executive named pawan first put me on hold to gather some information but then transfered my call to a senior executive named sakshi or shrishty. That girl said that due to low data balance money form my main balance have been deducted. I mean, this is an absurd thing to say even to an illiterate person or a layman saying that this is the procedure which means that i[censored]r climbing a ladder then u will climb 1st ladder then 3rd and then 2nd. This is BS. I have been using this no. For around 10-12 years and other no. For 7 years and i have never had any issue with the network of any kind. I am the only one in my family who uses airtel despite everyone using jio, bsnl or idea. Let alone i even suggest it to others.
                                        Now for the first time i faced an issue and this is the kind of poor response it received from airtel. Seriously, this incident has made me loose my faith in airtel and i know that one dissatisfied customer means nothing to you but for me those were hard earned ₹271
                                        Which is was cheated for.
                                        If anyone read this i urge you to solve my issue.
