    Excess online payment was made to Airtel through net banking on 29.03.2017. The bill amount was Rs. 343.86 where as payment made was Rs. 34386.00 as the decimal was not taken into account while doing online bill payment. Hence, Rs. 34042.14 has to be refunded back to my SBH Account.

I have contacted the customer care service, but the only solution they had to offer was that i have to visit the nearest airtel store and get a new sim as it seems to be a sim issue .       And the recharge not reflected to my account till. After some i check amount detected from my bank account but recharge not done.

      And the both above transaction now done to my mobile number kindly take the necessary action to get it back

      I have recharged a mobile no. [protected]
      On 15/03/2018 via paytm app worth Rs 448, money was deducted from my account but transaction was not successful. So i waited the day and next morning went to the recharge shop for recharge and got it done. In the daytime my previous transaction was shown completed. So now i have two recharges of 448 on same no. PLEASE help me with that

So i my issue is i recharged my no. 2times due to poor network i not recivve a msg that my transaction done after some time i check my balance then my transaction its 2times done mean my no recharged 2 times so it is possible tht u can return a money of 1time recharge payment . So now i have two recharges of 509 & 399 on same no. PLEASE help me with that to return my one time amount please

        I have been a cug loyal customer of airtel for almost 5 years now but they have disappointed me with their services and fraudulent charges. They had charged me falsely before as well and when i complained about it they had refunded me with the data which i didn't use.
        But the story continues and their replies are also pathetic, i am going to port my cug plan but wanted to show that how airtel is never helpful or willing to solve their customer complaints.
        Really disappointing
        I had mailed them with a warning of leagal action but still they chose to not take any actions on it instead asked me to wait till the time bill is generated.
        I had all my background and net useage tracked which was not event 300mb when airtel started sending me messages that my net is exhausted, when i decided to ask them to show me my data useage they asked me to wait till the next bill cycle and as soon as the cycle ends their accounts department starts calling up for payments.

          I recharged for Rs.349 on March 25th for free voice calls and for free 1GB internet per day.
          But it seems the pack is not yet activated for this number : [protected].
          Please help to check and response back as soon as possible.

          I tried to contact airtel customer care. But I am not able to reach them.
          Meanwhile please help to provide some valid customer care number and consider this issue as critical.

              I have been complaining to airtel with regard to mobile signal strength within my office. We are in the heart of chennai and i have approx 10 connections besides airtel braodband. Will they take such a long time to rectify this? May be they are fast running behind new suckers like me to claim the slot position no 1.                   I am yr prepaid customer for the last so many years but pained to inform that recently on my Airtel no [protected] ERO service was activated on 28.3.2017 at 19.52 Hrs. without my confirming the service to activate.and immediately Rs 35/- was deducted from my account. I did not confirm for activation. Such fraud usually being done by airtel . This type of fraud has happened in past too with me. I am now losing confidence in Airtel and I am seriously thinking to port to another service provider. My son who was also a victim of such fraud changed the service provider.                       I have opted for airtel broadband fibernet connection on 22/03/2017 (wednesday), subsequently i received call from the customer executive enquiring about the address and contact information.I have been informed that your airtel executive will collect the advanced rental amount of Rs. 2100 on 23/03/2017 (Thursday), the same amount has been paid and received the airtel bill aswell. Also i have received a message from AD-AFIBER via my mobile as
                      "Thanks for your interest in AIRTEL FIBER BROADBAND, please call us for any support. Call[protected]"

                      My complaint (AIRTEL) and the reference number is 80542254

                      The executive information has been provided below:

                      Airtel Receipt CAF NO: TNPC2860
                      Airtel Receipt Bill NO: 8260

                      New connection is not received yet and if I enquired AIRTEL customer care, there are saying previous AIRTEL employee has hacked "AIRTEL" network and stole the datas.
                      I just want to save them from this fraud.

                            I have recharged of 345/- (unlimited call to all network and 1GB data per day for 28 days) on 23/03/2017.

                            But I got a issue while calling as my call was disconnected with a message like "there is no balance please recharge". So i called to airtel customer care and told him the same thing, he replied that this is not unlimited plan there is a limit (1200 minute per week) after that you need to recharge again or wait till next week.

                              Airtel 4g is not working in my phone. The customer support guys informed me about 2 weeks ago saying this will be fixed within 24 hrs! after that i have called the customer support guys about 100 times already. Now i wanted to escalate it to the supervisor and they just cut the call! Irresponsible!
                              The airtel website to complain also does not work! Its like they just dont want to listen any complaints. I'm so disappointed with Airtel!

                                It is to inform you that I recharged my airtel no UP East([protected]) with rs.348 on 29/03/2017 according to which I should get 1gb of data per day for 28 days and unlimited L+std calls for 28 days.But I am unable to call anyone and I do not get benefited of free calls.I got only 1gb of data per day.I complaint earlier at [protected]@in.airtel.com but I didn't got a reply.Complaint reference no.( PR[protected].
                                Also yesterday(30/03/2017) I recharged my no with rs25 Full TT and I only made one call which cost me rs1.15.When today(31/03/2017) in morning I checked my balance, it was all gone.
                                I am regretting the choice of opting for airtel.I got all proofs of recharges and their fraudster if needed.

                                  I recharged thru airtle app my phone no.[protected] of rs 345 thru my jackpot offer thru which I should get 1gb net extra then 1 GB thru 345 as more than 200 recharge gives jackpot of 1gb extra data.please add it to my account and inform me also.in airtels app no complaints feature is there and 198 do not have any complaint lodging system n this should be default feature.I'm using Jio sim too but quality of Airtel is number 1 I used Airtel for calling despite of free calls available at Jio sim, I thank Airtel for maintaining its quality n standard, I can rely on Airtel for coming year.best of luck Airtel to retain no.1 position again in this year.

                                    Last saturday 25th March 2017, i went to airtel store for changing the circle from karnataka to kerala, they told i will have to raise request for porting. I raised and they gave a new sim, they asked for 100 Rs/- but airtel gives advertisement that 4g sim is free, when i asked they told i will get the talk time and i also had balance of nearly 150+ in my old sim, i asked about that balance they told number is same so i will get it. Today 31st March 2017, my old sim is deactivated and new sim is active now when i checked balance is only 5 rs/- when i called customer care they told they dont know and i will have to check with the store i bought. services are really poor and they cheat customers like this. I bought the sim from Airtel Store, Civil Lane Road, Padivattom, Ernakulam, Kerala. I need my money back, if you cant do it please dont give fake advertisement and cheat customers.
