I am nirav sheth (Address : 4, kartikey nagar, division - 3, iskon - vasna road, haringar, vadodara), purchasing airtel post pad mobile card ([protected], [protected]) in december 2016. I got very worst, dirty, unlawful service from airtel. I got following events of mental and physical harassment from airtel company and its billing collection team
1. After getting mobile card, it is not started till seven working days.
2. I got billing scheme of rs. 149/- per month in which 2 g net is unlimited at the time of purchasing of card. But i didnt get unlimited net service and tele talk services properly in first 15 days. I already make written complain of it for more than 5 times in first month. I have also written email with me.
3. No one from airtel is support me for proper operation of my mobile card for calling and for net.
4. I got calls and physical attendant at my home for collection of bill which service i didnt get from company. (Got calls from [protected], [protected]).in these calls, company representative mentally pressurise for paying bills.

I want to book complain against airtel company and billing collection team who is operating above mobile numbers. Also, need your document to file criminal police case against airtel company and billing collection team.

    Hi,
    I am using Airtel number with friends plan since 2008. I was having call rate of 10 paisa to Airtel local number and 10 paisaSMS.
    In last month my call rates suddenly changed to 1.9 paisasec(Rs 1.14Min) to Airtel number and Rs 1SMS, which is too High and unacceptable. After I spoke to customer care, they have reverted it in 72 hrs.
    Now, after 15 days of this incident, it again changed, I have communication with customer care, they said it will get revert in 72 hrs.Now its almost 5 days but it hasn't been reverted. Upon calling, they are saying Airtel Friends card plan is terminated for your number and you need to do some tarrif recharge to reduce call rates.
    How can they terminate my plan without notifying me??
    On other hand you are reducing 3G4G rates to compete with JIO and to compensate to it, you are charging heavily to your regular customers by changing their plans...that too the charges are too high.

    Please take appropriate action and help me.
    Also let me know any other forum from where I can make complaint.

      I have 3 airtel number in CUG connection. My wife carried one number to USA on Feb 08 early morning 3am IST and she reached USA Atlanta on 9th early morning by 3am IST. And she collected the baggage and messaged me after 5am. In between I called Airtel customer care by 4am and inquired for USA packages and plan, I activated 4999rs plan for 30day validity, After that I thought she can get better provider for less price, So I called customer care again by 4.30am and ask them to deactivate the 4999rs plan. The customer care person also confirm me this 4999 plan amount will not come in my bill. So I said her get other SIM there itself. and she not used that Airtel SIM by 12th FEB on wards . But i got that plan amount 4999 added in the Feb month bill. I called customer care and explained them. But now they saying even you deactivated that 4999 plan, On same day when I deactivated if she received any SMS or any call this plan charges will applicable. its one time activation changes that will not be waiver. This one they could have confirmed me while i deactivate that plan. So that at least I would have used that SIM for one month. Due to miss communication of customer care person I need to pay 4999 + tax. Could you please help me on this.

        Remove mobile tower

        I want to register a complaint against a airtel mobile tower installation in the residential area on building 2/417, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi-110027. There is radiation hazard by it because they fixed it in residential area.
        The mobile tower is installed in residential area and as per supreme court ruling, such towers are illegal and should be removed.

          This is irfan qureshi i am complaning about the gallery which is situated in bhaveshwar plaza building. Ground floor, near shreyas cinema. Lbs marg, ghatkopar west. Mumbai.

          The employees which are sitting over there every time saying that there is no card for the prepaid mnp number. I want to port my 2 aircel numbers into airtel and i have created the port number 2 to 3 times but your employees keep on saying that we have not receive the card for the mnp numbers from the office from last 45 days they are keep on saying the same, it seems that you guys dont want the customer to port into airtel, today also i went to the gallery and they said the same. I think in that case other service providers are good in processing the sim cards. Please change your system for better service.

            This is in reference to my airtel mobile [protected], Ref.no.is COUTL[protected] registered on 07-mar-2017 11:54 hrs.I have 4G enabled handset, 4G sim n recharged for 4G/3G data.Still, since my last recharge mobile data only turns to E and I get 2G speed.Well, this only harms my work.When I lodged the complaint with 121, the executive informed me, she cannot give me a resolution time, if I have waited so long, I can wait for some more time.Funny to hear such unprofessional advice from such a leading network provider of the country.She said it will be forwarded to technical team and someone will get in touch with me.After, 72 hours was over but there was no resolution and improvement in the mobile data.This is not the first time, I am facing negligence from Airtel and its executives, thats the reason I wrote to nodal and appellate officer together.Its not only deducting my balance without giving me the promised speed but also causing me loss of work.On Saturday 11 March, appellate officer, Subhadip Majumdar called up, stating he is looking into the case and within 15 March my problem would be resolved.Today, I receive a mail from another appellate officer, Deepak Sharma, funnily who states that my issue has been resolved stating a completely different mobile no in the mail as mine.I am astonished at the unprofessionalism and lack of expertise of appellate officers.This is how our country functions.Well, Airtel should compensate me with a data recharge for 28 days for the loss that I faced over 10 days.This is the minimun they can do, else, I have to slam a case on them, bacause this is not the first time they have cheated customer without penalty.

            Somebody called me from Airtel team this morning and said will send an engineer to my place today.I asked him to send tomorrow or day after.Later, Umang from Airteel called up, I am not sure which department he was from.He said 4G/3G service in my area is good, when I asked him then why I am not getting the service and why the engineer who already visited my place(earlier) complied with my complain.Umang had a lot of attitude.I think he should not be in the service industry.First of all Airtel, needs to understand, customer wouldnot waste own and your time with fake complains.Secondly, you need to read the whole complain properly before communicating with the customer.And most importantly, you need to have co-ordination amongst yourself.When I mentioned this to Umang, he was trying to explain me that Airtel runs India wide and so co-ordination isnot possible.Isnt this funny and ridiculous!! How can an officer say so!!I have worked with an MNC and I laught at this statement of his.Then Airtel should shut down their company.Everyone is calling and informing that they are escalating the complain since last one n half month but with no result till date.Umang was so irate that he didnot say directly but indicated my complain is false otherwise the call would have got discoonected if there was network issue.I guess he is not aware I have shared screenshots of no service of Airtel, several times.Apart from same stupid questions, unaware of that I have one sim slot and I have tried reinserting the sim, he gave me same advise which I have done time n over again but with no result.Lastly, he said, he will send an engineer to my place and arrange a booster for which I need to pay.Amazing!I am already paying you and getting zero service and you want me to pay extra and get your complaint resolved.When will you people stop cheating customers.Stop selling sim when you dont have sufficient towers.This is my last warning to Airtel, incase my problem doesnot get resolved and I donot get a compensation within 7 May2017, and incase the consumer forum fails to help me, I will not only discontinue my services with airtel but will send a legal notice from my end to Airtel.Now its upto Airtel to decide what do they want to do.Please note, only a responsible Airtel officer should call me, and any further call wasting my time and showing me attitude will only go against Airtel.

              Hi. I am holding a postpaid airtel no in u. P.. I called the airtel office at bijnor for change of my airtel no. From postpaid to prepaid about 20 days back.. They said me that their main account id has been blocked. N they will call me n change my no.in prepaid. I didn't get any response from other end yet. My no's outgoing has been also blocked since that time and i got a msg for this month due payment also.. So nice of airtel services.
              Airtel customer service is very poor. I am really not happy with d response of airtel office.
              Expecting a needful reply from ur end.

                Was informed at 2 yesterday i can get 28 gb for 345 d advisor namita mentioned tat this is valid for my no. [protected]. However i didnt get any offer in it. I dnt use dis number for calling its only used for data u can check d details. Airtel has always given me a worstt experience here is another one tats y i dnt use ur services much. I want d promotion to b activated or d amount to b refunded to my account asap. I already have financial problems n this recharge is an add on to it. Any help with b appreciated

                  I am dr.balasugumar, I had approached the Iyyappanthangal, chennai AIRTEL office for a query on recharge and offer. The staff Mr.PRASANTH gave a poor response, behaved cheaply. I wish no other customer should face this .it was a very hurting experience

                          I am useing TATADOCMO from last 5 years Airtel calling me and offer me to change Portal to air tel From this Number[protected]..
                          On 8th sep 2016 i was submitted documents through whatsapp .
                          Again On 5th october re sent all documents.
                          16th nov service activate.
                          Again on 10th march airtel sms not received complete documents.
                          As per government's directive, we have not received the complete documents for your Airtel mobile [protected] For continued services, please submit your form, photo ID & address proof within 24hrs at an Airtel store.
                          11th march service suspended...
                          13th march Submitted hard copy ID Proof and Photo to AIR TEL shalibanda store near charminar still service not active.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,
                            It is regretted to inform you that Regarding Airtel Tower insulation on our site it is started the during November -2016 & he have agreed & assured to execute Agreement Deed for installation of Bharati Airtel Tower for the month of December. But in spite of executing Agreement deed he have verbally ordered/instruction by A.Chattterjee, Regional Manger and in honouring your wards I had to deposit Rs. 1, 55, 000.00 amount for different purpose for said installation work from time to time. In each & every letter he wrote & assured over phone that this is your last deposit & always avoided to execute the agreement for installation of Tower. Finally on dt. 08.02.2017 at 12.46 PM he sent a Mail to me the finalisation for execute the agreement on before 30.01.2017 & the RTGS amount of Rs. 20, 00, 000.00 has been credited in your account on 25.01.2017 which is still pending till date. Finally on dt. 17.01.2017 he again assured me to deposit Rs. 30, 000.00 towards payment to Indus Group for start the project on your place which was last & final payment and also deposit the same amount. Further he have delayed the process of Agreement and again ordered me & Mailed Dt. 09.02.2017 at 3.39 PM for deposit of Rs. 50, 000.00 for taking TRAI licence .
                            It is also wart humble to mention hare that neither Airtel Company have deposited a single pie in RTGS account but company have taken Rs. 60, 000.00 for that purpose and without start installation of tower work the company have taken installation of tower to Indus Group for Rs. 30, 000.00. In this connection when we asked for diver faction of RTGS amount towards for deposit of Rs. 50, 000.00 for taking TRAI licence . TRAI licence creates doubt & suspicious, besides we have gone through one caution regarding “ Misuse to TRAI’s name for installation of tower” from internet which was duly taken to his notice and a copy of the same was also sent to him vide our Mail Dt. 18.02.2017 at 11.40 AM & also one message received from [protected]@in.airtel.com that you have deposited of Rs. 1, 55, 000.00 to Bharti Airtel is totally false. I approached, Sir please clarify in this matter then he suddenly raised & misbehaved us. On observation of the above activates and without agreement asking & mailed to deposit funds from time time and intentionally delaying the process to execute agreement it leads to confusion & suspicious in the name of Bharti Airtel company. Please examine the above facts & give justice.

I approached Airtel Namakkal Mr Vijayakumar ([protected]) . on verification he told me the number [protected] is allotted to somebody else. Is it possible to allot the No: to some one without my knowledge and information. when I rang up the no: from another phone it is always switched off, so I doubt, Mr Vijayakumar is giving wrong information . please advise what is my next move.

                                    Hello,

                                    I have been added INR 1000+ 43 in my airtel wallet few hours before but its not reflect in my account. The money is been deducted from my account already. There is no in airtel with whom i can interact with. The customer service become poor and poor day by day.

                                    In airtel customer care 123/122/129 no where has a option for directly talk to customer care. No one there to help.

                                    I have been tried these numbers so far, but they all are same and didn't allow you talk with customer representatives.

                                    This is highly dissappointed that if we need help then there is a computerised IVR menu only, we couldn't talk to agent.

                                      WIth elbow great dis-satisfaction about the services and replies given to me by your customer care people this evening in resolving the above problem. I am making this complaint to you on behalf of my wife who is recovering from her recent illness after prolonged hospitalization. My wife is having a Postpaid connection for her Mobile No.[protected]. We both are paying our bills without any defaults for which the official record with you will testimony it. The bill amount of Feb for Rs.256.62 was paid through net banking of Indian Bank .The details of the transaction is given below for your necessary action at your end

                                      This is the confirmation message received from the Indian Bank to her mobile.
                                      Having paid the amount she is getting reminder after reminder demanding for the payment. I once informed the customer care also. Today I was informed by Mr.Anand and his supervisor, (Madam) that they have not received the amount and asked me to write to higher authorities. In what way the customer is responsible for the non receipt of the payment when a confirmation has been received from the respective bank acknowledging the debit of the amount to our account. Why should we go pillar to pillar . Is not the responsibility and duty of the Customer Care to resolve the issue. If not what is the necessity of having a customer care when they are not able to care for the customer' s genuine grievance. Further the reminders gave lot of tension and mental stress to my wife who is convalescing after hospitalization. I am not at all happy about the approach of your customer care people. I am having your mobile services for nearly a decade.

                                      Today she received a notification to her mobile to pay Rs.518.38, which includes Previous Due Rs.256.62 This month due Rs.261.76 and due date immediate. For this month due we have time upto[protected]. I don't have to pay the previous due since it has already been paid as stated earlier. I will pay this month's due of Rs. 261.76 only on or before[protected]. It is the responsibility of the service provider airtel to solve their software problems and the customers should not be harassed or tortured.
