i spoke with cus care
but there was no exact information about this

no clarity

i want exact information and correct

    My name is shruti bhattacharya i recharged my airtel money account about 10 days ago with 8000 INR and for some reason my mpin didnt work. I try resetting it everyday and the window gets blocked for 24 hours on first transaction. I am not able to use that money now i want it all back. This airtel (worlds first open network) are fooling people by blocking their money. Just because i couldnt pay my electricity bill and recharge my dth with this money i had to use all the money left in my account to pay these off. I am left with no money now these arses dont even have a human based help line to help their customers. Just call 400 which will only tell u to reset it online when u already know it. If your portal actually helps the customers pkease resolve this for me asap. I need ur help and will never use airtel in my life. - [protected]

      Dear team,

      I have a airtel landline+broadband connection at my home from last 6-7 years. Recently i purchased a house in faridabad and want to shift the connection to new location. For the same i called airtel customer care for checking the feasibility for transfer. After the same i got a no of calls from airtel customer care related to speed and plans available in my new locations but never they told me the process and asked me about the time when i needed to shift this connection. Related information is never received on mail id also. Whenever i ask any technical question; they always said airtel backed technical team will call me. I never received a call from back up team explaining me the process of transfer etc. All about i know regarding the transfer is that the fee for transfer is 300/-

      Suddenly on friday they disconnect my existing line and broadband without any prior approval and information. When i called customer care;they told me the lines are in deactivation process due to transfer request send by me. Prior information on the same was never send to me in any format. When i objected on the process without information;they told me that they can’t stop the process but reactivate the same connection again very soon. They also accept their mistake on the phone. On friday; i have a conversation for more the an hour on different levels; which finally end with assurance of early reactivation is promised by customer branch manager.

      Now after two days of waiting i received a call from your customer care saying that they are not able to reactivate the same no and i got a different no. Now this is a case harassment done by your company; i will not going to tolerate in any case. I am running my business from home under “skyline design consultants” and due to your act my company suffers huge losses.

      Please intervene so that i got justice in the case.

          I am an airtel user for a long time but its now difficult to afford it .I have a prepaid sim and I get no benefits out of it .The signals of airtel are at their best and thus it made me a happy customer for a very long time .But now the issue is that its getting very costly for me to recharge again and again with no benefits coming my way .The other companies in order to gain the confidence of others are really offering good schemes .I am really unhappy with the ways airtel are treating with their customers including me. If this continues for me a little longer i might change my sim to other and this will be a great loss to your company .One and Two customers hardly make a difference but if this continues airtel may get into more losses.Thus to sustain its customer for a longer run, I request you to offer good benefits for the people who actually trust you for the work you do .Thankyou .

            After 1 week I was told that the area is not feasible. Now when I am asking for refund, Airtel Broadband is delaying it.

                  I am writing to register my complaint regarding last payment made for 2000 and settled my account for 2000. That was in the month of Nov 2016. This was while I spoke to one of the lady in the retention department. I was"t given any for the same or any type of flag. I never used this number since then. You guys kept on generating bills month after months. This never happened in the past. I as m sick and tired of the fake conversation I had. I had requested for all the recordings during that time. I am once again asking you not to ever disturb me regarding this issue.

                    This is to inform you that, many times I have been charged IMF charging on my airtel digital dish tv.
                    Why it is being done.
                    wihotu any intimation you apply charges & deduct from our main account.
                    also many time you deduct amount on the name of DBR adjustment.

                    Why so many deductions.

                    When our pack gets expires, tv is switched off and we can not access tv, so no reason to deduct nay charges.

                    Its basically befooling customers,

                    highly disappointed with airtel.

                    I have been charged 4 times fro IMF charging & three times fro DBR adjustment.

                    kindly refund all the amount.

                        Recently Airtel have launched a new plan 349. Unlimited local/STD 1 GB per day 28 GB for 28 Days. When i recharged only the talktime offer is reflected data plan not reflected. When asked customer care this offer is NA for everyone only selected customer. Asked customer care to put this offer to me because i am using airtel for very long time, she said we cannot give offer like that.Then they should mentioned when customer recharging for 349 plan is not for everyone.After using Airtel this long time this hurtful to hear.

                          Sir, i was having 2.55GB balance after recharging from my airtel money at 14:29hrs today 18/03 but on spending 0.45MB the balance shows 1.5MB, pls solve this mystery at an earliest

                            Sir i'm a resident of munirka dda flats and for the past one month i've been calling airtel broadband services for the installation of it. But every time they don't contact me back instead say that there is no underground line of airtel in your area i mean how come a company like airtel is refusing it's user to install broadband connection that in a central place like munirka .

                                On jan 5th 2017b, i was promised that i would get the following at no incremental cost if i did not disconnect my connection as per your case number 77834268 :

                                1. One month rental waiver

                                2. 40 mbps download speed (With 4 mbps upload speed)

                                3. Modem upgrade

                                4. 80gb data per month

                                However despite repeated follow ups and repeated request to disconnect due to your (Airtel's) failure in providing what has been committed. Neither the commitment is fulfilled nor the disconnection request is executed.

                                I am being asked to pay for services that don’t meet my requirement. As every time i call to discontinue the connection, each one of your call center supervisor and everyone from your disconnection handling department that i have spoken to has promised me that i would get a call back in 48 hours and i will be delivered what i have been committed they stated that the matter is escalated to back end team for execution. However this is still open and outstanding.

                                You should not make me keep the connection on a false promise and keep charging for non-fulfilment of your commitments. And stop your collection team for chasing me for charges that were supposed to be waived off.

                                  My Customer Id is [protected] and I don't get signal(error code B001) frrom December 2016(some strom hit my city). I registered compaint in airtel customer care and they told they will fix the issue in two days. But now 4 months crossed, no one come and fix it. But they keep calling and asking me to recharge my DTH account. Without getting signal why i need to recharge. Today(18/3/2017) I got call again from Airtel customer care and I told the issue, the customer care person said issue will fix before today noon and asked me to recharge my account. So I recharged my account and suddenly they took Rs 15 for IMF charge. Why you took Rs 15 even issue exist in your customer service. I am really upset by your customer service and irresponsibility

                                    I have been using a airtel simcard for more than 10 years. Recently last 8 months before i came to abroad for employment. I took my simcard also with myself. It was working good last 8 months. From last 10 days its not working. I asked with the relationship centers they are saying this number was deactivated. Eventhough i didn't got any warning msg also. Pls i want my number back.

                                      Dearest Nodal,

                                      From past 3 months I am using your services as I heard AIRTEL DTH giving best services in all way.

                                      Recently I have recharged with the rupees of 296 with transaction ID:[protected] on the date of 15, time: between 02:00 pm to 04:00 pm through the distributor shop . Name : PRAGATI ELECTRONIC Koramangala 8th block, Bangalore.

                                      That distributor told within 10 mnts you can see your chanles. Then I move out from there . But till night I didn't get my service back then I called them they told it will come, it will come .

                                      Then I wait for next day, still no response of my calls also and the most shocking thing is that they started rude behave with me and avoid my calls.

                                      So I called to customer care they told by next day before 12 o clock you will able to see your chanles.

                                      But till now I didn't get my channels and still I am keep following your customer care or distributor.

                                      Now I am realising that I did a big mistake to take your connection. I am feeling I am beginning for service by paid.

                                      So please find a proper solution for it .
