I was billed for 4999 for international services on my airtel number but I was never provided with any service and I didn't get any data or calls. Even after several calls n complaints they are not giving me a solution and I'm just being tortured for paying the bill immediately. I have cleared all the bills except the 4999 and I believe it's just extortion!

    Hi airtel team,

    I have requested for a broadband connection and have submitted advance amount of 1000 inr. After one month they said broad band service was not feasible in your area i requested them to refund my amount. I called airtel team and received a refrence number as [protected].

    I received a call from customer care and they requested me for online refund mode for which ticket number was aor0e8288 but i have not received my refund amount yet.
    Please help.

      My receipt number:[protected], rrn:[protected].I want my number gets activated immediately.And also the customer service and communication is very bad and poor in mumbai.
      I didn"t expected it.I paid the service charge for my number. Airtel department didn't done the address verification, while making calls it is saying that i didn't paid the bill.
      a now address verification is done but no use.i didn't got the message regarding address verification
      please suspend all the staffs who are not doing their work properly.i think its better for airtel department in mumbai zone. i heard lots of complaint regarding this.

                I am representing this issue since more then 40 days, it is disheartening
                that despite Airtel has ignored business ethics, discarded customer service
                troubled consumer for no fault, no action has yet been initiated by the
                regulatory authority
                [1] When consumer uses whats up through wi fi, thre are no charges at all.
                [2] When Mobile data is switched off Airtel did not charge consumer
                [3] How Airtel activates International roaming facility on pre paid facility
                without consent of consumer
                [4] Why consumer is made to pay for incoming /outgoing calls when consumer has not left Indian Territory, still within International Airport, this is because International Roaming is activated
                [5] Similarly when consumer lands in to India, for few hours International Roaming facility continues, consumer is made to pay for incoming /outgoing calls.
                [6] What right Airtel has got to disturb consumer at midnight by making unsolicited calls, when consumer is not at fault, & why Airtel refuses to compensate consumer appropriately on damage caused by undue midnight calls.

                I repeat, Airtel has crossed all limits, believes only in exploiting consumers, torturing consumers by giving threatening calls of discontinuing services, making midnight calls

                Please take up this issue seriously since pending since more then 40 days

                Airtel fools consumer by informing, if the wifi which was used had poor connectivity, then Airtel connects to wifi
                Internatioal Airports have betetr wi fi facility
                [2] Airtel informs threat of discontinuing services, only if services are not used for 9o- days, where in my case i started receiving threat messages, calls immediately after i left India
                [3] What right Airtel has to disturb consumer at midnight by making several calls .when consumer is not at any fault. [4] How Airtel can refuse legitimate demand of compensation

                  Hi,

                  I have four airtel number postpaid number activated under same cug plan. At the time of activation it has been confirmed by airtel that cug to cug calling would be free.

                  As i checked my bills, i have been charged for calling on cug numbers from first billing cycle and same has been confirmed by airtel executive.

                  When i raised the complaint appellate authority said i have been charged for calling on cug numbers as i was not in base city and because of roaming charges. I had shared bills where i have been charged for calling on cug numbers even when i was not in roaming network but they are not settling down the bill and said as par airtel policy we can not reimburse the overcharged amount.

                  Please do let me know how can i register a complaint againt airtel

On the call they agree that i have been charged on calling on CUG numbers but then i got the mail or message they can not do anything and issue has been resolved .

                      My Airtel digitalTV ID [protected], i recharged my account on 15th march 2017 with 732 INR . As i got a message from default portal " Recharge for your Airtel DigitalTV ID [protected] is due today . Your rental is Rs732. Recharge today to avoid Idle maintenance fee of Rs15. " So i recharged with the same amount but instead my package gets changed to south package earlier it was MegaHD 58 so i called customer care and they arranged a call back so i explained everything but now they said they cant help as i have choose the pack, in the end of conversation i was today i would have to pay 781INR if you want to get the same pack and they changed my plan . i request to know why am i getting charged more, some pooja from airtel mohali told cost has increased i told her to give it to me in writing she arrogantly said not possible you can complaint ...is this the way of increasing money and customer service ?? i am really disappointed with this .

                        My mobile number [protected], w as ported from Vodafone to airtel, recently, couple of days ago.
                        Since i ported, Severe network issue are being faced. 99% of the time, there is NO network.
                        I am a business person, most of my work is done on phone. This is affecting my work severely. Kindly resolve this ASAP .

                        I chose to move to airtel expecting better service, but this case the service has completely stopped. And my wife's airtel, is working good in the said area. Hence nothing to do with area.

                        The porting is faulty - highly faulty. This is a trap now, since i cant change for 3 months. My business is suffereing badly. and whoes responsible ?

                          I have got mobile recharged for 349 on 13 Mar'17 at 10.32 hrs for .. unlimited data and calls for 28 days, daily 1GB data. The same day requested to STOP renewal of 155 2G internet pack. But today, 16 mar, 17 at 0901 hrs got the message that the 155 2G pack have been renewed and find the amount also been reduced from my main balance. Since morning i have been trying to contact CC at 121 to request to revert the amount in view of my availaing the rs349 offer wef 13 Mar'17, but in vain.
                          There is no option through IVR for getting in touch with CC executive.There is no mention of procedure to deactivate the Data Package. Only activation shows. Wonder how such big company like Airtel is functioning and further expanding too.

                                      Airtel is cheating by showing fill talktime for 110 in their web site airtel.in and when recharged received only 9.65. when i contacted the customer care service they dont even know what is there in their own web site. and even the their supervisor is also not aware.. this is such a pathic service received form airtel. this is [censored] company now.
                                      My airtel NUmber is [protected]. I would like to file a consumer complaint. I have got the screen shot taken from the web site.

                                        Hello Airtel,

                                        Refer 79804332.

                                        Today I get a call saying a bill has been generated for 100 RS !?? What more do I have to do? The bill is generated unfairly by Airtel because my account in safe custody was activated in an unauthorized way. Still I paid the dues. Why don't you waiver the 100rs that is generated because of your fault and close my account for good. Why is Airtel so unfair and working without proper moral ethics?

                                        First of all I should not pay for anything other than safe custody charges. You will activate my safe custody within the period without my knowledge and I have to pay? Still I paid twice. Now 100 rupees is generated because of your fault and still I have to pay? Is this how you work?
