Request for Refund of Rs. 199/-

I did recharge of Rs. 199/- through Net banking. for 4 GB 3G/4G data for 28 days for mobile number [protected] on 02/03/2017. The amount was deducted from my account but recharge was not done. My transaction reference is [protected]IGAAWWJTY3 taken by INB Bharati Airtel. Therefore, it is requested to refund me the amount of Rs. 199/- immediately.

Every time I get a message stating "YOUR SIM IS UNDER ACTIVATION, PLEASE SWITCH OFF YOUR MOBILE AND SWITCH ON AFTER 30 MINUTES, YOUR SIM WILL BE ACTIVATED BY CALLING 59059."
