I received a call from [protected] (Airtel) he told he is an advocate and was telling me to pay some money and after that he started talking weirdly I have received this call more than 5 times previous also.

And your Customer support hold me for #### 10 mins and they drop the call. Pathetic customer service experience.

I am representing my issue since more then a month, but no satisfactory response from Airtel, Ministry of Tele communication & Telephone Regulatory Authority of India. I am legal immigrant o[censored]S, left India on January 18, 2016. I have Airtel simcard, I am only using what app through wi fi, even then Airtel had charged me for incoming /outgoing calls. Shame on Airtel it's taking 4 days to activate a sim still not activated when there's tuff competition with jio do u really want offer such bad service I bought a dongo on Monday still it's not registered customer care is worst they say document is not submitted yet & Airtel outlet in mangalore are only promoting post paid when we ask we want prepaid connections they it's not possible here what kind of a sick company does that take action...

I had my mobile no [protected] from Idea since 2006,
Since 2015 June till Oct 2016, I was using it only for Receiving OTP,

I ported to Airtel & within 2 months Airtel stoped the service saying there was no activity,

Airtel should stop service only if we dont make a minimum recharge within 6 months.

Activity like call & message is our concern.

I did data recharge for my airtel no which was recently converted from postpaid to prepaid for rs.265 and 102. Recharge was not successful but amount ot deducted from my bank account which was not refund yet its been a month now.
Also they are not taking complaints if we email them they open a ticket for that and they are closing it the very next day without any call or intimation....

On 25th Feb 2017 I purchased one HD+ DTH though online and not received material till now and customer service also not telling exact date when setup box will reach to me each and every day customers care executives telling same thing what earlier day they told like ( u will receive setup box by today evening ) same message repeating till now. Poor service from Airtel....

I sent only one sms on 01-mar-2017 (2.47 pm) but it got delivered 11 times to my boss, it brings a very bad impact and as well as i have lost my balance in my mobile. I've been trying to change from myplan to myplan infinity for weeks now from both your website and myairtel app, it says service request sent please check back in 4 hours but my plan never changes...

I have applied broad band in Airtel plan 999 for 40gb net n 16 Mbps speed n received connecting using for more than 3 months . I have paid installation charge 1000 for that. Now suddenly speed decreases as 8 Mbps speed. I informed to customer care n asked to solve problem. Asked to switch over plan to 899 speed with 40mbps . They said ok but they again asking installation...

Hello Team,

3 Months back, I was migrated airtel postpaid to prepaid connection.
After that now itself I cant able to recharge through airtel app or any internet applications. But same time cash debited and after few days later its coming back!! Its not a problem with bank, because I am using same bank and app for another recharging that's seems fine !!!

My problem is why I cant recharge through these...

On 25-Feb-2017, my service got disconnected. I have called customer care and was asked to check the SIM card and handset. But none helped. So I was asked to get a duplicate SIM, which was done on 27-Feb-2017. I was told that the SIM got activated by evening, but didn't happen. I have called customer care and was told that it is due to some technical issue and was advised to wait for another day. But even after one day, SIM was not activated....

Your all airtel services proper not working present time please update information and resolve problem .please contact mo-[protected].
