Hi There,
Please note that I have paid Rs. 2697 as 3 months advance rental through credit card for getting a new airtel broadband connection with all the required details & documents on 27th February 2017.
But after 19 days followup with airtel's different teams (Sales Team, Customer Care team, Service team, Nodal Team, Facebook Airtel Presence Team, Escalation Team). But neither i got the broadband connection activated at my place nor any refunds till date.
This is the worst service i am getting from airtel even before a new connections is released. Now one can think pretty well about their after sales services.
I have also applied for refund of amount through airtel's www.onlinerefund.com website on 10th March 2017 but till date i have not received any response from any one.
You are hereby requested to help me & take appropriate action against airtel.
