    Since couple of months (6 to 8 months) connection drop very frequently, service people use to visit and told us that issue resolve, but next again & again issue are persist. Even after many complaint still issue persist, no permanent solution from airtel.
    No action from airtel team, entire community facing the similar problem.
    Airtel use to collect rs. 1490 every month and not provide appropriate actions to its customers.

      I recharged my phone no. [protected]
      Rs 348/- yesterday at 9:00am
      as it was shown in best offers that in 348/-
      4Gb net 3G/4g & unlimited calling will be given...but it was not mentioned in first sight that it would be used on 4G handset
      .but I have no 4G handset..
      So pls convert my data balance for 3G handset...so I can continue with airtel..
      Bcz I feel so disappointed with your customer service..
      I have decided to port my no...

        I recharged my phone ([protected]) through my Axis bank credit card on[protected] . TXN No. www.airtel.in/Seq No[protected]. I haven't got any cofirmation SMS from airtel yet. The balance statement after I make a call doesn't reflect the recharge either. I went to the nearest customer care centre, but I didn't get any help from there. I am still as confused as I was before I went there. Besides, I have a 4G handset and a 4G SIM provided by airtel, but my service has not been upgraded yet. As a result, I am not able to enjoy the free data offer available to 4G customers. Worst of all, the IVRS used by airtel is quite a trying experience and is not helpful at all.

          My landline number shows incorrect data consumption. The internet is not working since 3rd march 2017 but during this period (Till today, 17th march 2017). They claim that 24 gb has been consumed. This is a clear case of deficiency in service. A fit case of consumer court.

          I would go to social media campaign if this is not resolved with immediate effect.

            I have Airtel mobile no. [protected] since 2009. this number is not detecting in any mobile from last week. i have called customer care for registered complain but that boy told that my number is not available. due to mobile problem this number was switch off, and yesterday i have started mobile back but my sim card is not working.

            Please check and resolve this issue. activate my number as early as possible

                  I have recharged my airtel prpaid number with rs.40/- on 12 mar 17 and the same was not reflected and credited to my mpbile number [protected]. I had got a confirmation message but the same was not reflected in my account. For rhat i had to opt for rs. 10/- advance balance option which was also reduced for unknown reasons. Attached proof

                    Please note that I have paid Rs. 2697 as 3 months advance rental through credit card for getting a new airtel broadband connection with all the required details & documents on 27th February 2017.
                    But after 19 days followup with airtel's different teams (Sales Team, Customer Care team, Service team, Nodal Team, Facebook Airtel Presence Team, Escalation Team). But neither i got the broadband connection activated at my place nor any refunds till date.
                    This is the worst service i am getting from airtel even before a new connections is released. Now one can think pretty well about their after sales services.
                    I have also applied for refund of amount through airtel's www.onlinerefund.com website on 10th March 2017 but till date i have not received any response from any one.

                    You are hereby requested to help me & take appropriate action against airtel.

                          I was billed for 4999 for international services on my airtel number but I was never provided with any service and I didn't get any data or calls. Even after several calls n complaints they are not giving me a solution and I'm just being tortured for paying the bill immediately. I have cleared all the bills except the 4999 and I believe it's just extortion!

                            Hi airtel team,

                            I have requested for a broadband connection and have submitted advance amount of 1000 inr. After one month they said broad band service was not feasible in your area i requested them to refund my amount. I called airtel team and received a refrence number as [protected].

                            I received a call from customer care and they requested me for online refund mode for which ticket number was aor0e8288 but i have not received my refund amount yet.
                            Please help.

                              I didn"t expected it.I paid the service charge for my number. Airtel department didn't done the address verification, while making calls it is saying that i didn't paid the bill.
                              a now address verification is done but no use.i didn't got the message regarding address verification
                              please suspend all the staffs who are not doing their work properly.i think its better for airtel department in mumbai zone. i heard lots of complaint regarding this.

                                      I did a recharge for Rs.251 through My Airtel App, it said if you "Recharge for Rs.150 and more you will get 500MB night data. But till now I have not received the said benefit.

                                        I am representing this issue since more then 40 days, it is disheartening
                                        that despite Airtel has ignored business ethics, discarded customer service
                                        troubled consumer for no fault, no action has yet been initiated by the
                                        regulatory authority
                                        [1] When consumer uses whats up through wi fi, thre are no charges at all.
                                        [2] When Mobile data is switched off Airtel did not charge consumer
                                        [3] How Airtel activates International roaming facility on pre paid facility
                                        without consent of consumer
                                        [4] Why consumer is made to pay for incoming /outgoing calls when consumer has not left Indian Territory, still within International Airport, this is because International Roaming is activated
                                        [5] Similarly when consumer lands in to India, for few hours International Roaming facility continues, consumer is made to pay for incoming /outgoing calls.
                                        [6] What right Airtel has got to disturb consumer at midnight by making unsolicited calls, when consumer is not at fault, & why Airtel refuses to compensate consumer appropriately on damage caused by undue midnight calls.

                                        I repeat, Airtel has crossed all limits, believes only in exploiting consumers, torturing consumers by giving threatening calls of discontinuing services, making midnight calls

                                        Please take up this issue seriously since pending since more then 40 days

                                        Airtel fools consumer by informing, if the wifi which was used had poor connectivity, then Airtel connects to wifi
                                        Internatioal Airports have betetr wi fi facility
                                        [2] Airtel informs threat of discontinuing services, only if services are not used for 9o- days, where in my case i started receiving threat messages, calls immediately after i left India
                                        [3] What right Airtel has to disturb consumer at midnight by making several calls .when consumer is not at any fault. [4] How Airtel can refuse legitimate demand of compensation
