I have spoken to 6 Airtel executives including (relationship team) till now after raising my concern and still it was not addressed. Relationship team has tried to make a deal of 50% payment on international charges which is not acceptable to me since I was not outside India and never used.
Somehow my airtel fixed line[protected] is still active even though I have asked for cancellation on the same day along with my other airtel mobile numbers.
I have raised a request to Port my mobile number([protected]) and it has been rejected by Airtel.
This is the way you torture all the customers where they cannot go with other service provider with same number and you will never address customer concerns.
I would be happy if the Indian Government puts some rules against Mobile Service Providers for the benefit of customers. Otherwise, there is no one to question in such cases and all consumers need to suffer.
