Dear Sir/Madam,
I have an airtel prepaid connection ([protected]) since 9 years, i was done a recharge by a retailer & offer on my number of Rs.19.00 with benefit of local mobile @30p/M for 28 days.On 20.03.2017 i was received a alert that benefit of Rs.19.00 @30p/M end on 21.03.2017.so please recharge your account.
how can it is possible ? when retailer check offer on my number then validity of this recharge is 28 days but suddenly validity of this recharge 4 days.second time from your side i have face this problem.kindly check what is the error & why my validity change.

        Recently I Got a message from Airtel a new plan 349. Unlimited local/STD and unlimited internet 28 GB for 28 Days. When i recharged through airtel out let the talk time offer is reflected data plan not reflected. When asked customer care this offer is NA for everyone only selected customer. Asked customer care to put this offer to me because i am using airtel and i got a message from airtel, I have shown the message also . she said we cannot give offer like that.Then they should mentioned when customer recharging for 349 plan is not for everyone.I have attached screen shot of that message . dont cheat the customer . please activate that plan

          Hi,

          I am a Platinum customer of Airtel, Customer ID - 11093****6

          There was a call from airtel authorities (phone number:+ 91 [protected], claiming Airtel Legal Office ) that there is temporary suspension of my post paid phone (+ 91 9591****11) on 17th of March, due to non-payment of my already closed post paid airtel wifi hotspot device.

          (The actual request to close the airtel device was given on 24th of October 2016).

          Airtel cited that there was subsequent usage of some megabytes of data, (even though the device was asked to be withdrawn in October itself) and I was asked to pay Rs "6465" for negligible usage on 17th March 2017.

          Airtel authority asked "for my debit card number, expiry and cvv details over the phone", which is illegal, (Phone Number called from: [protected]) to which I declined and payment was completed from my end and reference number of the payment[protected]. I received acknowledgment from Airtel as well on this.

          The same was intimated to your Legal office correspondent at [protected].
          After that, your correspondent had been avoiding my calls. She stated that the services will resume in another 3-4 hrs. 72 hours have passed, and still I cannot get over the phone and there is no response from Airtel team as well, such non-chalant is your advisory team.

          When the initial ask of stopping the services of the airtel hotspot was given, there was indolence from your representatives, and for their sheer unprofessional-ism I had to pay up this sum of money, without even actively using the services.

          Waiting for your response. I am really frustrated by your client handling capabilities.

            I have already spoken to the airtel representative on 198 regarding this but i have not received positive feedback.I had called on an ISD number after a few rings the receiver cancelled the phone call but still my account was charged with Rs.12.I have also asked for a screenshot from the receiver asking for the cancelled call proof.. The customer care representative not only spoke rudely to me but also never budged from her explanation of as how my call was received for 4 seconds.
            I have noticed this for Second time and dont know how many times they might have charged me with this.last month also they have charged me for sending 3 international messages which I have not sent .. I want a refund along with extra compensation for the time i wasted calling them numerous times.. Kindly resolve my complaint.

              Airtel's callousness when it comes to cases of handling porting numbers should be highlighted. I had applied for a request three weeks ago and had to re-submit my documents after the vailidity of the SIM 'lapsed' in order to get a new SIM card.

              Turns out, the new SIM that was given to me was NEVER updated in their records and my first SIM was activated. The official who delivered me the second SIM confidently told me to destroy it, despite me cross-checking it with him.

              The verification team is equally insensitive and demands to speak to me only when I was assured that speaking to my wife will also do. The concerned person who had been my point of contact now refuses to take my calls.

              I have come to realise that shifting to Airtel was a mistake and that they should STOP HARASSING PEOPLE. Complaining to them over Twitter elicits the template responses and the issue is NEVER sorted. On the contrary, new channels of communication open up that leads to MORE CONFUSION AMONG THESE PEOPLE.

                Dear Airtel Team,

                My name is Anami Prasad Chandrakar and i leaves in Bhopal(m.p).
                One n half month earlier your sales executive (Ritu) calld me, for switch your number in Airtel.
                I also want to switch in Airtel. for the same field executive Mr. Deepak is came to me and collect the required documents.
                He ask me to give Pen Card copy, but i told him that i dont have.
                He said ok he will inform me.
                After collecting all the documents he didnt call me back. even i called him several time but he is not responding.
                And as well as his team leader Mr. Gourav is also not responding.
                Mr. Gourav is very irresponsible and he haven't good manners & courtesy.

                I am very frustrating with your team member, and i dont want to be a part of Airtel just becoz of these three member.

                    We have 4 corporate connection at our office. Made a complain on 14.03.2017, while making outgoing call from any of the numbers, call is being routed through single number. when I called customer care on 20.03.2017 they said complain has been resolved. however no action has been taken on my complain. We are into share market trading business & such kind of delay has resulted into losses to me.

                    Pathetic servises by airtel. Have been paying amount of Rs 3500 as monthly billing.

                        This is to inform you that I was using airtel with no. [protected]. I ported to Vodafone in the month of January 2017. However, despite paying full payment at the time of port, Airtel deduct 886 rupees from my HDFC credit card.

                        I went to customer care centre at Durgapuri, Shahdara. They assured me that It'll be returned in the next month. It has been two months but my payment of rupees 886 has not been returned.

                        I, therefore, request to kindly return the amount 886 rupees at the earliest.

                              I took Airtel connection on 02/03/2017.

                              Till today I am not getting right services and internet not working.

                              Contacted customer care and they don't have correct information about the resolution.

                              I requested for refund as I paid for 6 months.

                              I am suffering from this from past 17 days.

                              Please help to get the refund.

                                My Airtel prepaid mobile [protected] service stopped working from past 2 days due to the error Simcard registration failed. Tried using a different phone but never worked. I tried contacting Airtel customer care many times and none bothered to look in to this matter.

                                Even while I am trying to write complaint at Airtel, it is showing that "Enter valid number". So I am not able to complaint at www.airtel.in

                                  totally that was a wrong information said to me

                                    My name is shruti bhattacharya i recharged my airtel money account about 10 days ago with 8000 INR and for some reason my mpin didnt work. I try resetting it everyday and the window gets blocked for 24 hours on first transaction. I am not able to use that money now i want it all back. This airtel (worlds first open network) are fooling people by blocking their money. Just because i couldnt pay my electricity bill and recharge my dth with this money i had to use all the money left in my account to pay these off. I am left with no money now these arses dont even have a human based help line to help their customers. Just call 400 which will only tell u to reset it online when u already know it. If your portal actually helps the customers pkease resolve this for me asap. I need ur help and will never use airtel in my life. - [protected]

                                      Dear team,

                                      I have a airtel landline+broadband connection at my home from last 6-7 years. Recently i purchased a house in faridabad and want to shift the connection to new location. For the same i called airtel customer care for checking the feasibility for transfer. After the same i got a no of calls from airtel customer care related to speed and plans available in my new locations but never they told me the process and asked me about the time when i needed to shift this connection. Related information is never received on mail id also. Whenever i ask any technical question; they always said airtel backed technical team will call me. I never received a call from back up team explaining me the process of transfer etc. All about i know regarding the transfer is that the fee for transfer is 300/-

                                      Suddenly on friday they disconnect my existing line and broadband without any prior approval and information. When i called customer care;they told me the lines are in deactivation process due to transfer request send by me. Prior information on the same was never send to me in any format. When i objected on the process without information;they told me that they can’t stop the process but reactivate the same connection again very soon. They also accept their mistake on the phone. On friday; i have a conversation for more the an hour on different levels; which finally end with assurance of early reactivation is promised by customer branch manager.

                                      Now after two days of waiting i received a call from your customer care saying that they are not able to reactivate the same no and i got a different no. Now this is a case harassment done by your company; i will not going to tolerate in any case. I am running my business from home under “skyline design consultants” and due to your act my company suffers huge losses.

                                      Please intervene so that i got justice in the case.
