I stay at Dahisar East, hanuman Tekdi. Here the Airtel netwrok is too bad. I have to always stick around the window for connectivity. I even had data card connection for that as well I have to keep that on the window for connectivity. It is too bad..I cannot continue my household chores if there is long running conference calls. Even little bit i move away from the window the voice start breaking....

I am an Airtelmobile postpaid customer, called customer care askimg for new offers available for my number as my current data plan offer is going to end soon. But some Hariyanvi guy from customer support claiming his name as Devraj (I am sure which would be fake) was talking to arogently and rudely as if I was dying to use their servive. If Airtel has these king of customer support then the remaining people would also leave their services....

I have converted my Airtel number ([protected]) from postpaid to prepaid 3 week s ago. When I try to recharge error msg appears 'Please enter a valid Airtel number'.

I can receive calls but not able to make any outgoing calls because of insufficient balance. I tried to log a complaint at Airtel site, but after filling the details I cannot even click the Submit button. I have been using the same number as postpaid for years....

I want to disconnect/terminate airtel service, I sent email to concern team.
Called customer care multiple times but my request is not being taken care.

I am not using this service and company is not taking termination request....

I recharged my mobile number. For Rs54 but my the money was transferred to PF...I dont know what to do but I want my money back...
What the hell is PF...????
And how can I get my money back......

I have ported from docomo to airtel on 20th postpaid services. I received text saying airtel sim is activated and i was unable to get the network on the given sim. Reached out to nearest airtel office and they asked to wait for 15 min, i waited for 30 min & still the issue had not salved, they asked to wait till tomorrow afternoon and they promised that everything will be salved but still the issue persist. I m missing my client calls from...

I have submitted all document for postcard connection but till date we are not get airtel service after mnp...no body come at my address's for verification and called me verification wrong...if verification was wrong so please refund my security money 250 rs...we got tired by airtel people...they are not supportI've and misguide the customer...last 20 days over to talk the airtel executive...

I have taken a number [protected], with the rental plan 999 in the month of October (15/10/16). The rental plan as told to me by the agent, with free unlimited local + STD calls, and addtionally of 7GB free data. My data pack got ended by 21st and I have requested for an additional 10GB pack in the price of 1000. Before first month ending I have called up to the customer care ans enquired about it and the have told...

So i have a refund pending of amount 87 and even after complaints, they are not doing anything. I tried calling 400 but no luck there as there no option for customer service. I have been using the same mobile number more 4 years. I was relocated Bangalore to Chennai unable to do NMNP so I converted to postpaid connection. They took around 60days the process and I submitted the Address verification 3 times then I got postpaid connection then I used postpaid connection around 8 Months. I paid all the pending payment for postpaid connection.
I requested postpaid to prepaid conversion request Airtel...

On 10th jan and 11th jan 2017 i made 3 (three) recharges of Rs 497/- each for my prepaid airtel number [protected] Data benefit through MyAirtel app using my SBI debit card. However the transaction was Failed and i didnt get the Data benefit whereas my money was deducted from my mentioned SBI account. i have made several calls to Airtel help line and was assured that i ll get the refund but it is almost 2 months where i still...

I have recharged my airtel number [protected] on dt 23.02.17 amounting Rs 448 from air tel web site. It has been shown on the website that 3.5GB 3G/4G data will be provided for 28 days on recharge of Rs 448. But i get only 2GB data after recharge. My account data balance should be upgraded with 3.5GB data but airtel has cheated with their consumer. Previously also they have dd the same thing....

After a long time being with your network.
There are wrong communication wrong guidelines form your telephonic service. Also not provided proper information. Even they are not respond as shortly also .After two time recharge still I am not used my offer pack . Please short it as soon as possible. Either Sorry to say that I can't go with you in future....

I Paid Rs.600/- for airtel broadband conncetion. but your airtel technician said in your area(Villivakkam subway) conncetions are full so could not gave the conncetion sorry. After that i received a call from Main airtel office. they said sorry for the inconvenience your amt will be credited in your a/c in 15 days. but as of now i didn't receive my money. so pls do me a favor....
