I complained about technical fraud happened with me. I got airtel home wifi by paying advance rental in feb 2017. I used it only for 24 hours for working on my online software and
I got a message warning about my 50 percent data is used. When i work from office i never found consuming 15 gb data within 24 hours.
After compalining here i just got a 2-3 calls from customer care as a formality as they think a well spoken english lady/man will convert my mind and i will forget. I want to know where have my 15gb data used in 24 hours and how is it possible when i work on same software at office.

nothing you have worked. Its purely a technical fraud and waste of our money. Stop making fools by replying you are working.
I am in a village named kilambakkam near to sevvapet, thiruvallur district.in our area airtel signal is very poor, the way to improve ur network is to erect a new airtel tower.i am willing to give space for the tower erection in my land .

    Fixed line no : [protected], account no : [protected], i would like to disconnect my airtel broadband device from now based on immediate action till further notice. Since i am experiencing pathetic internet connection now a days, its really very tough to handle this situation. Not able to do anything using this facility. Earlier also have gone through poor bandwidth and no connectivity for long 4-5 days. Its really gonna hectic job to raise complaint every time to fix it up. As a result, i have decided not to proceed further with airtel broadband service. Note that, i will be paying my outstanding amount of last month and not going to pay any further amount. Please do the needful in order to terminate this internet connection on urgent basis.

        Day before yesterday i recharged my mbl 349/- pack.
        but it only activated internet service.
        still not activated STD& ROAMING calls service.
        i tried to cal customer care several time but not connecting the call to customer care also.

        very worst service of Bharathi airtel.

        very worst reply.

        For the 349 pack is only applicable with in the tamilnadu.
        This pack not works in roaming or any other STD.

        but before no proper information explained to customers.

        please don't play with the peoples. kindly solve this issue.

        still No one is solved my complaint.

        one girl call me just ask me whats the problem.

        but still no proper respondce.

        worst customer support. only value of money not to customersatisfaction.
        I went to inquired about a new connection at Airtel office near lift on the mall road, Shimla. The staff was so unprofessional, rude and unaware of Airtel plans being offered. Each employee ( I spoke with 2) was giving different information regarding the Airtel plans. I was frustrated and left the office. Will go for Vodafone now.

        I have recharged with 399 pack on 03/06/2020 but on Airtel thanks app it says I have not recharged.i checked balance but it says I have no pack.I recharged and still has the confirmation message with me.I even emailed the customer service as they are not recieving calls at all.I just recharged again with 149 daily pack and pack is activated but now I can't access internet.I have tried resetting APN and even did factory reset on my phone.Worst service ever.

          Whenever i complete process of jackpot offer provided in your my airtel app i never get internet credit once i recharge with Rs.348 and its more than Rs. 225 but i did not get 1 GB net credit and then i download and listen 20 songs on WYNK app. but still i did not get 700mb data credit on my account.
          I request you to solve this issue and credit respective aforesaid net data on my account soon so that i can continue enjoy your services.
          And on your official website your company is giving solutions or guidance for the listed problems only!! What if someone else had any unlisted problem and wants to raise query and complaint ?
          On your company website their is no options for submit query or compaint please take a look and resolve it soon.

            Hi,
            My mobile#[protected] (Post paid)
            Applied for international roaming (USA) with 10 days of package Rs. 2999 from 14th Jan 2017 and the same was paid in Feb month bill (5694.04).
            When I applied for this 10 day package in Dr. A S RAO NAGAR HYD it was never told by anyone that it gets auto renewed if we don't deactivate it.
            I have returned USA on 27th Jan itself and never used. But still Mar month bill shows Rs.2999 and when I call back to customer care they say that customers have to deactivate it after coming back.

            Today I have requested for cancellation of 3 numbers attached in Family package along with my fixed line number.

            This is my second worst experience with Airtel.
            And Hope someone will address to all such customer concerns.

            Hi Airtel team,

            I have spoken to 6 Airtel executives including (relationship team) till now after raising my concern and still it was not addressed. Relationship team has tried to make a deal of 50% payment on international charges which is not acceptable to me since I was not outside India and never used.

            Somehow my airtel fixed line[protected] is still active even though I have asked for cancellation on the same day along with my other airtel mobile numbers.

            I have raised a request to Port my mobile number([protected]) and it has been rejected by Airtel.

            This is the way you torture all the customers where they cannot go with other service provider with same number and you will never address customer concerns.

            I would be happy if the Indian Government puts some rules against Mobile Service Providers for the benefit of customers. Otherwise, there is no one to question in such cases and all consumers need to suffer.

We have contacted customer care and they are saying that there will ne signal problems from 5th to 21st March due position of sun and many customers are facing such problem as if we are taking free service. And the funniest part is that Airtel is asking money for a visit to check there own problem. Are you going to refund the subscription amount from 5th to 21st March ?                     I have changed the air tel network plan. Post plan change my router is not working and i gave the complaint (Ref. No :[protected].

                    But they closed the ticket on march 12th day 2017 and airtel charging 1000 rs rupees.

                              The Following IR SMS has been sent to the customer no:-[protected] and message is -- Usage alert: As per the last update, approx. international roaming usage on your airtel mobile [protected] is Rs 19243. Usage Breakup: Voice-Rs. 1725, Data-Rs. 17518.

                              after that i send sms soon to stop any data service or any leak to avoid any futher problem so they didnt do anything and send me back sms

                              While we make every attempt to intimate you on your usage details from time to time, we are dependent on the international operator to provide data usage details. As and when we receive these details, alerts are sent to your number accordingly.

                                  Ref: SR # 79186434 Dated 21st Feb 2017 Midnight of 22nd Feb 2017

                                  This is to inform you that, the above Service Request was raised about 20 days back and still not resolved. Worst part is that no one is responding to the ticket. I have called multiple times asking for the update but every time I got FALSE promises from the person on call. I have fed up with Airtel services and decided to quit from Airtel. I have 4 Airtel Connections and cancelling all of them. I got so frustrated that I was unable to work on important activities from Home and Airtel made me to travel office about 40 kms away from home. Not only that, I was unable to attend important meetings. This is not the service I was expecting from AIRTEL. I would like to say nothing but Sorry. Attached the screenshot of the complaint number which was kept on rescheduling till 1st of March without my consent as mentioned in the message and since then no response. I expected Airtel to wave off the charges from 21stFeb, Midnight of 22nd Feb). I had lost money from my mobile as well since the broadband was not working and used my 4G connection for very urgent activities. I have this issue ever since the v-fiber connection was made in January 2017, I paid 1000 bucks for the Modem, and i made several complaints and all were closed, engineer who came here also miguided me saying faulty Telephone Set and I paid 1000 Buck again for new telephone but the problem is still persists.

                                      Airtel is carrying out a fraud and looting me. I have subscribed to 345 plan, which gives me 1gb 3g daily data limit. Last night i updated my handset (400mb update) anf after the update it showed a usage of 900 mb in my airtel account. On every usage such things happen. The usage are shown double, i downloaded a game of 100 mb it showed a usage of 250 mb? Airtel should be banned in the country

                                        Hi,

                                        I am using Airtel since 2011 and I requested for porting to Tata Docomo prepaid connection, The customer care executive argued too much and delayed the process. And then I could not complete porting because there was some Rs 200 was added to my bill in December. After that I tried to followup with Customer care either to de-active my phone and or at the minimum my change plan to prepaid. But customer care executive gave vague answers and asked me to submit application in person even though I said I am in USA. The email mentioned by executive got bounced. So far Airtel looted me for 4 months (or Rs 2000+), This is worst ever response I am seeing.
                                        Consider this as my authorization to cancel my connections and please cancel my connections immediately and deactivate my sim card.
