Hi,
I stay at Dahisar East, hanuman Tekdi. Here the Airtel netwrok is too bad. I have to always stick around the window for connectivity. I even had data card connection for that as well I have to keep that on the window for connectivity. It is too bad..I cannot continue my household chores if there is long running conference calls. Even little bit i move away from the window the voice start breaking....

I am an Airtelmobile postpaid customer, called customer care askimg for new offers available for my number as my current data plan offer is going to end soon. But some Hariyanvi guy from customer support claiming his name as Devraj (I am sure which would be fake) was talking to arogently and rudely as if I was dying to use their servive. If Airtel has these king of customer support then the remaining people would also leave their services....

After Postpaid to prepaid conversion unable to recharge

I have converted my Airtel number ([protected]) from postpaid to prepaid 3 week s ago. When I try to recharge error msg appears 'Please enter a valid Airtel number'.

I can receive calls but not able to make any outgoing calls because of insufficient balance. I tried to log a complaint at Airtel site, but after filling the details I cannot even click the Submit button. I have been using the same number as postpaid for years....

Disconnection/termination

So i have a refund pending of amount 87 and even after complaints, they are not doing anything. I tried calling 400 but no luck there as there no option for customer service. It has been shown on the website that 3.5GB 3G/4G data will be provided for 28 days on recharge of Rs 448. But i get only 2GB data after recharge. My account data balance should be upgraded with 3.5GB data but airtel has cheated with their consumer. Previously also they have dd the same thing....
