    You may directly call to the Airtel Customer care and tell the Sim number and block with in few min. But you need tell the some details like last called numbers, balance in your sim & 16 Digit Sim number which is mentioned on sim card. Otherwise u may visit the nearest airtel outlet for the same.

      AIRTEL charging absurdly. I have sent a sms to 57575500 to know my pizza hut gift card balance and Airtel charged me 50 rupees just for a messgae. Such a cheating operator so desperate to make money. My mobile number using which i have sent msg is [protected]. Also i see it's not showing up in my last 5 transaction list to show you the proof. I would like to bring up such cheating cases for public to be aware of. Operators have taken us for granted. Show them what public can do. Complaint on them for any issue. Don't shpw chalta hai attitude. They should mend their ways of making money.

        We have a fixed line & broadband plan from airtel which was working normal. According to the plan we should get unlimited local+STD mobile & landline calls but we were not able to make any STD landline calls. We lodged a complaint for the same and the customer care said they would resolve the issue in 24 hrs. Instead of resolving this they did something which disabled our complete outgoing calls. We again made a complaint for the new issue. It has been 20 days and still the issue has not been resolved. Every time we call we would get a new executive and a new supervisor who would tell us that it would resolve in 24 hrs but it has been 20 days and still they are trying to resolve. The problem is that they are still not able to figure out what is happening. I have asked for the zonal office no also but still nothing has been done. I have chosen this platform to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. This has been one of the worst experiences I had from service provider like airtel.

        I think airtel has taken the problem into priority once it has been mentioned over here. They should have done the same thing when the issue was mentioned to customer care center. Mohd.         Hi Airtel Now Days Airtel have too bad internet service in my area pin 143303

        i recharge my pack with 199 for dayley 1gb pac for 28 days now 18 days goes and am not use internet becuse too slow internet .. or bad service by airtel telecom .. i call service center he ask evrey where have slow internet problem we solve it solve soleve earley ..but in 18 days no solution...to bad service by airtel

          Hi,

          I claimed the 'Airtel Broadband 2 Million surprise offer' and got a confirmation on 6th March. I spoke to your customer service representative on 8th March regarding that and changing my plan. Her name was Naomi. She confirmed the following with me.

          1. 25GB was not possible, so she will activate 15GB extra twice.
          2. Starting the next bill cycle, my plan will be changed to the following
          a. I will get 50GB broadband data with Unlimited Calling for 999 per month (same plan given online)
          b. the 25GB bonus data will be carried forward in my new plan
          c. I will NOT be charged Rs. 1000 extra for new router.

          Later that day, I got a notification that 50GB Smartbytes had been activated and I was charged Rs. 499 for it.

          I spoke to another representative, she told me that she will deactivate the plan and the amount will not be charged. She gave me a req no :[protected]. She also confirmed my new plan and said

          "Sir, router ka charge toh lagega hi"
          "Mujhe call pe bola gaya tha ki nahi lagega"
          "Toh phir nahi lagega", and she cut the call.

          Today morning I spoke to another representative, Aparna. She cleared everything and said none of the above was registered, not the plan, not the complaint and the request number never starts with 289.

          Now, I would like you to do 1 of these 2 things:
          1. Give me exactly the plan that was promised by 'Naomi',
          OR
          2. Deactivate my account before my next bill cycle (26th March).

          I gave you this huge explanation because this is not the first time your customer care has given false information so confidently. I was charged nearly Rs 3000 extra a few months back because of false claims by your representative. You can check the conversations we had and do the right thing.

              I have make a shifting of my landline on 23 december 2016 and on 6th of jan they finally told me about that they are not able to shift my connection then i tell him to shut down my connection. And they have told me that there would be no bill generation from 6th jan 2017.And they have send me the bill of Jan 2017 bill on 3rd march of 335 rupees and they are regularly sending me the bill on 3 rd march 2017 of 331 rupees and i am complaining but they are not responding and not giving me the waiver.These company is a biggest fraud.

                  I am an airtel customer for last 4 months. And a high end user. I recharge for at least a 1000 rupees per month and the best plan in in internet i ever got is 91 rs 1 gb for 5 days and 148 rs 1 gb for 28 days. Seriously after all this recharges I have done . I tried calling almost all the numbers that you have given in your webpages and was unable to find a single option for speaking to your executive. This is highly unacceptable . I have never thought of changing over to any other provider.

                    Such a waste and poor network, grab 10 ton 30 paisa daily in calls, complained many times, no action taken.daily deducting balance from me when i call, v can hear the voice but not communicate.custumor care told to change my sim, i changed it, then also same problem.airtel company is in loss i think, so they deducting my balance daily

                      My number gets barred without any information

                      I paid the service charge for my number. Airtel department didn't done the address verification, while making calls it is saying that i didn't paid the bill.

                        I have upgraded my 2g postpaid sim to 4g postpaid sim as on 07.03.2017, they told after 2 hours the old sim will be deactivated, and new 4g sim will be activated, after receiving the SMS also I never connected with the 4g, yday @ 8pm, I have contact the customer care, he told to remove the sim for half an hour and insert sim may be resolved, but I am not got resolved.

                          I have seen the offer of Rs 549/- =" Unlimited calls+42 GB, 28 days (data limit 1.50 GB/day) recharge before 31st of march 2017 and get the offer for 12 months. T & C apply."and later confirm the same through dialing *121# my offers, when i have recharged, i got a different message where it mention that 3 GB on 4 G head set and 1 GB for others, this is just a way to make people fool.

                          i am not happy with that and want my money back.

                          Please look into the same on urgent basis.

                          I am also faced same issue with rate cutter recharge. But it would be around cost of Rs.40. But u had donr for Rs.549/-. Just Complaint with airtel to refund the amount to u. If it not happen just raise the against them in TRAI / Consumer court with detailed documents. Just keep the massage from app by taking snap shoot and massage from AIRTEL

                          Did you get a resolution of your complaint? I also got this offer, but after reading your complaint I am concerned of it's a legitimate offer from Airtel. Can you please share some information on your resolution? Did you actually get 42GB of data or did they refund your money?

                                      I have recently purchased Airtel 4g hotspot and the person sent by Airtel told only postpaid services are available in hotspot and took 3860inr including 3 months data charge. However when I tried to contact Airtel to activate the number they were very unresponsive and irritating and took them more than 4 days to check whether it is a valid number. The person whoever sold the device form tele Tech services also was very bad with customer. If this is the case I will be happy to continue with jio network instead of illtreating customer service from Airtel! And my billing cycle is already on and will be charged for one month rate for 15 days use it seems. The worst service
