I have received call from Airtel Customer care about new internet plan. In that i have to pay only Rs.100 for 1.5gb 3g/4g data instead of Rs.225 for 2gb 3g data. Now i received bill having both plans activated though i have said to cancel 225 Rs plan. Total plan activated is of Rs. 325. I have confirmed it 3 time on call though i m cheated by Airtel. Do give me solution for this problem or deactivate all active plans from my number. Reliance 4g is better to use.

    Sir,
    I am Pratap chakraborty from Kolkata(Tangra). Am provide more than Rs..200000 sales per month for airtel. But some reasons I will leave airtel retailership. The reasons is 1) I've more than 200 pco connection in kolkata.But the unfortunate think is any pco recharge are not available in kolkata. Infact recently 1010, 1870, 1001, 331 pco recharge are stopped.
    2) some airtel pco no. that have many balance but talktime validity was expired. thats why the customer could not use the balance. I already informed the distributer, T.M, & ZSM of airtel but they are not respond my complain because those no. are pco no.
    My humble request to you that if you solve the problems then I am again continue the airtel retailership.

      Hi, airtel disconnected by number, [protected] which was in use for more than 15 months on 25 Feb 17. On comtacting the customer care, the executive intimated me that the service will be resumed on submission of identity and address proof documents. I have submitted the all requisite documwnts to airtel service outlet in gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam on 03 Mar 17. The outlet staff has provided me a new SIM at the cost of Rs 25/-and asked me to wait 48hours for activation of SIM with my original number. On 04 Mar 17, I have received a confirmation message from airtel that the service will be resumed in next 24 hours. However, the service was not resumed even after 24 hours. On cotacting the customer care again, the executive has convinced me that sometimes it could take 72hours for activation of number and directed me wait till 07 mar 17. I had to call the customer care service again as the service has not resumed even after 07 Mar 17. This is the executI've has informed me that the number is activated but if I am not getting the signal then it must be the problem with the SIM card and asked me to visit the service outlet where I took the SIM card on submission of requisite documents. Even, The executive denied to rregister the complaint. Left with no option, I visted the service outlet again on08 Mar 17 resolve the issue, but to my surprise the service staff at the outlet was clueless about my non activation of my number and told me that they have sent the details to techniCal staff and promised me that the problem will be resloved in next 24 hours. And the same has not happened till now.

      I have no option but writing this complaint to resume my connection as I am tired of visiting service outlets and calling customer care services.

      It is harassment for existing customers...

      With reference to my post on 10 mar 17 and your replies dated 11 and 13 Mar 17.

      Service is not resumed till date..In your reply, u mentioned that you have shared the resolution details with me. What does that mean?!! When did u do that?!

      I don't understand how it is taking so long for activation of SIM card...Your service outlet is least bothered about my problem..If at all there is a peoblem, why don't you directly tell customers instead of making false promises..

        Hello this is Pooja, my number [protected] is on Mr vivek Kumar Singh, who is one of my family member .

        My complaint is, I got a message from you people at 12.35 for my offers, there I saw a offer of Rs 348 in which I was getting UL calls + 28 GB, 28 days, I got the same offer recharged at 12.53 pm .

        After that I only got 1GB data, I called your executive at 1.15 for inquiring for same, she infirmed me that I will get 300 min per day and 1200 min for a week, and 1GB data daily 500 mb day data and 500 mb night data .

        That day I called four times to your executive, every time they told me same thing, but today on 10th march when I didn't got the promised Data, I called on your customer care number, I atfirst talked to some executive they are telling me that I was not entitled for same offer, as you have given me that offer on 7th march .I m too frustrated abd feeling like cheated, please do the needful .

        I will be thankful if you will reply and help me

          Airtel retailer gave me a Postpaid Sim and at that time he told me that the sim is Prepaid after 20 days later i got a call for a Bill payment. when i see my bill there was only 17rs where i used for call rest is my plan. I just wan to complaint that i need prepaid sim and i dont want to pay my whole bill. I will only pay my used call charges. also i don't want to go airtel store because this is not my fault.

            Later I had received a call claiming that he was one Service provider he has taken all my Debit card details and made transaction into his account of
            around 50, 000. He has blocked my sim also. May I know why all the information is leaked or to whom does the complaints being receive. Is there any separate Team for this. I have given a police complaint on this. Please take action on this.

              Got this device on 22nd Feb 2017. On 25th feb 2017 device sitched on for first time and message in next 2 min 50% usage completed. switch off the divice and wait for customer care. Absolutely no help. Then wanted to check if there was modification done post call. Swithed on and pooff remaing 2Gb completly and device turns stone with blinking lights

                      I have already raised several complaints regarding the data breach . My bills and details o[censored]sage are being sent to somebody else.
                      From past 3 months i'm asking to send only to me . while in app still i can see somebody else mail id. I would not pay the bill until this is resolved. else please get paid by whom you providing my bills and details. and though i have been making so many complaints regarding same, i have even visited near by airtel customer center (Kamakya, Banashankri ) i see that the customer care executive said this is was the first time they have the complaint registered so far. this is hilarious! Airtel if you cant maintain the security of bills. how can they handle banking ? very distressed with the service and behaviour.

                      PFA, have attached the Screenshot from my mobile, where in after trying to change the email id . im unable to do so. even after complaint registration its same.

                        I have already registered a complaint on airtel website. My request Reference
                        No. is PR[protected].

                        My complaint is below.

                        "I am getting Rs.347 plan Unlimited Local+STD calls+28GB data, 28 days(Data Limit: 1GB/day) Recharge before 31-Mar-17 & get offer for 1year(T&C) in special offer for you section in Maharastra, India. So I have recharged this plan from airtel site.But I got only 2.5gb 3G.What can I do? M.No-[protected]."

                        In airtel's track your request section, in resolution, I got bellow message.

                        "Dear Mayur Patel,
                        This is in reference to your complaint regarding non-receipt of recharge benefit for your airtel mobile number [protected].
                        At the outset, we regret the inconvenience caused.
                        I would like to inform you that your concern has been registered with reference number CBNRD[protected] and the same would be resolved by 10-Mar-2017 09:17 AM.
                        We request your cooperation. Thanks for reaching out to us. Delighted to assist you."

                        And today it is 11:16 and still my issue is not resolved.

                        My issue seems to be resolved. In MyAirtel app offer is available for 12 months if recharge before 31st March and I did that. Hope I get the offer for 12 months.

                        Still, in MyAirtel app in special offer section, it is showing 28gb offer for Rs.347 and in 3g/4g plans, it is also showing 2.5gp 3g offer for Rs.347. This is the cause of my problem. And still, i don't know how I am getting 2 offer for Rs.347 and what if I want to start 28gb offer again.

                                  I still have 13.9GB data left in my account. But the speed is so slow. If i recharge again then the speed increases.. **** you airtel. My data pack is about to expire you **** cheaters. Deceiving customers in the name of Jio competition. I have activated Samsung Galaxy j7 15GB offer and recharged with Rs.259 that is 1GB. And i have received another 14GB. I have used 1GB data and now 13.9 GB os left in my account and i can't even use it to browse the web. I have to do another recharge to be able to use the internet. Its very sad and frustrating that the so called 4g speed is bad than 3g also here in my city.. I checked the speed using ookla, s speedtest app which airtel people quote as the best site for speed test.. I dont know what to do, I reviewed all the 4g settings in my mobile but the speed is pathetic.                                   I reside at kannampalayam ( pincode : 641402 ) in coimbatore, Tamilnadu. I always used to believe that the airtel was the best and the fastest service provider ever. But for the last 6 months the airtel data speed is so intermittent and it is so bad that it cant even reach 2 g speeds! everytime i do a speed test its always in the range of betwwen 50 kbps to 200 kbps. i have around 30 GB of pending data and it is a shame that i am unable to use the data. i also use a Jio and my wife uses vodafone.. and both jio and vodafone are able to provide data speeds upto 10Mbps at any given time be it day or night ! Why do you guys at airtel cheat the public in the name of competing with Jio? also, i bought a airtel wifi dongle about 6 months before.. the speed was pathetic and to add to my frustration the battery got swollen by the 5th month. I have almost tried every nook and corner in coimbatore ( airtel store) to find a replacement battery which i couldnt find anywere. Every airtel store was keen to sell me a new device which was worth about rs 2000, but all i wanted was a battery which was worth only rs 500 !! i ended up cancelling the airtel dongle service cos they even raised a compliant that i could not find a battery.. but airtel never cared to get my complaint resolved. Airtel is by far the most dodgy network and i would not even recommened airtel even to my worst enemy! i hold 3 post paid numbers with airtel and i am leaving airtel for good. i dont know if anyone will care to even read this.. but if you are reading pls stay away from airtel for your own good! I have 200 GB in my account, still my data is slow as fcuk.. i am on a 1199 corporate plan which gives me 85gb per month, and there is carry forward option too. i have been following up with CUSTOMER CARE for 6 months and still these buggers have not solved my issues. and executives ask me to change the phone(have changed to a6 2016, vivo and galaxy s6 edge plus) and they told to swap my sim(have done it 6 times) they told to change the settings(Have done it 63 time and counting) and now they come up with a solution saying that they can fix the problem in only 1 location and cant do it in multiple location..LOL what if i go to my native or for work i should be idol without my data. because of this ### services i cant attend to professional Skype calls.. AIRTEL IS JUST EATING PEOPLE MONEY. AIRTEL IS THE WORST AND UTTER FLOP SERVICE!! and Yes i have paid 1600 to 2000 per month for this ### bloody ### services.

                                  Airtel 4g internet speed is below average from 7pm to 1am. It gives good speed around 3am.
                                  my data speeis 0.06kb/s, 0.79kb/s, 0.04, Now recently surprisingly 2.6kb/s, Horrible...Stop that stupid Ads, In my 70GB data, I guss I used only 2 max.

I have subscribed Post Paid service pack ( 399/ Month ) Jio's 4G internet working absolutely fine but when I switch the internet to Airtel's 4G, the signal suddenly becomes weak and I'm unable to use the internet.
