International roaming activation deducted without my permission

For the number[protected], on Jan 4 and Feb 2, Rs 99 was deducted for international roaming rental even though roaming was turned off on my phone. This was done without my permission and reduced my balance to zero, causing considerable inconvenience.

3G, 4G, Multimedia Tower

Asiasolution.in is approaching to install a Multimedia Tower at my property roof located in Trimulgherry, Secunderabad. They are asking for a fee to commence/ inspect the premises etc.

Please clarify whether the ASIASOLUTION is also a authorised tower installation organisation of Airtel and the Fee is to be paid for initial services....
