Dear sir i am living in aurngabad maharastra i have face in problem last week the my no is [protected] is evening 4 to 10 is bisy or outofcovarage area but mobile covage is full what is problem pls solve this i am porting custumer is vodofone to airtel vodofone com is 7 years but not problem our com is few month i am face problem...

Please disconnection my airtel broadband asap, as i am not using it from p[ast 4 months and just paying bills coz of you guys.

I requested to swap my airtel 3g sim to 4 g at airtel store after inserting sim in my phone 4 g network not come.No of times i called customer care and they always said me u problem would be resolved in 72 hours..but all of them made me idiot..Then i visited airtel store to replace my sim but aftr that my problem is not sort out..I inserted my sim in other 4 g handset but same problem i faced ..no 4g in my airtel number [protected]..i requested...

I am using Airtel prepaid numbers:
[protected] and[protected].

For the number[protected], on Jan 4 and Feb 2, Rs 99 was deducted for international roaming rental even though roaming was turned off on my phone. This was done without my permission and reduced my balance to zero, causing considerable inconvenience.

For the number[protected], on Feb 21, Rs 99 was deducted for international roaming rental...

I had requested for migration from Prepaid([protected]) to Postpaid for my existing airtel connection on Feb 16 2017. Post which documents were collected from me and the initial payment was done online for the processing. Even after 5 days my request has not been processed. I got calls from them several times asking for confirmation of document submission and reference number for verification. But till date I neither had their representative...

Asiasolution.in is approaching to install a Multimedia Tower at my property roof located in Trimulgherry, Secunderabad. They are asking for a fee to commence/ inspect the premises etc.

Please clarify whether the ASIASOLUTION is also a authorised tower installation organisation of Airtel and the Fee is to be paid for initial services....

I booked airtel broadband connection before 12 days but still i didn't got connection when is came to asked them everyday they used to say within 24 hours u will get this connection but 12 the day happened still didn't got today their saying we can't give u connection lots of stresses came and rude customer services and rude manager and the person who came here to get money his name is ramesh he is also not responding engineers not responding...

In Kolkata I can't receive any call from Assam I am using 34 roaming pack from Assam...

The complain is from garha, jabalpur (Madhya pradesh). On 13th feb my landline was dead on complaining that day the customer care told me that your services will be resume by 19th feb as we are facing major fault which is affecting 200 km of your area. They don't even submit a complaint. On investigating i found that my neighbour has a live connection. My services were still not resume on 19th feb so i again make a call to customer care on...

On 17/02/2017 I tried torecharg my TV ID [protected] for Rs 285 by debit card POS[protected] airtel_ccavenues but not recharged and the money is not refunded till date I called customer care and I was told that the money will be refunded by next day. I am waiting for that till now and also now-a-days I find that after recharge no information is coming to my mail Please solve the matter on urgent basis...

Not Able to get 4G network...

I am using an Airtel sim... I have changed the SIM to 4G recently. I had some intermittent connection problems. But now my sim is not reachable at all... I am not able to receive any calls. But I do receive SMS.

Request you to lease help urgently...

My airtel mobile number [protected] is allocated to someone else without my knowledge.All my accounts are linked to this number.

I tried to reach the person to whom this number is allocated, but instead he says this number was given to him by Airtel and he should not be disturbed.

I want this number to be immediately transferred to me .

Please see this issue as soon as possible....

I have recharged Rs 346 from my airtel money on 11.02.2017 at 14:33 hrs. This recharge did not work out on my set (mobile no. [protected]). As per the recharge I was supposed to get 1 GB 4G data and free std + local call. But both my data balance as well as talk time was not available. I had to recharge on the same day (Rs70 for data) and 2 times on 15 the (Rs 175 and 200, for data and talktime). The customer care on 11.02.17 told me that...

That on 14/01/2017 i have recharged a sum of rs. 5, 500/- (rupees five thousand and five hundred only) through my sbi credit card no. [protected] to airtel money and the transaction was successful and from airtel money i had transferred to my digital tv account no. [protected]-001, but till this day the amount of rs. 5500/- is not reflecting in my airtel digital tv account i have made no. of call to airtel customer care till date it...

@Nodal officer - We took a corporate airtel connection and from day one we are struggling with the connection timeline, IP's and with the billing, there service has been pathetic. Being a corporate i atleast seek some better resolution and service. Please help.

They are saying i m continuesly calling on a number mentioned in my bill but in real i didn't done a single call on that number.. Airtel is saying i m calling continuesly in 4 to. 50 times in a day on that specific number but in real i have more then 20 times from the same number or other number but us number par koi call uthata hi nahi kaise possible sara sara din us number par mere phone se calling ho rahi hai or agar mai real mai bi karta...

Hi I m kulwinder my mobile no [protected] has been deactivated as I was abroad as it was inactive for more than 6 months the no is very important for me pls reactivate it, it a humble request..i was not in india so wasn, t able to use it I have been using this number for years.customer service says it is still temporary deleted....
