        Outgoing calls have been barred automatically without my consent from around 7th March 2017. Now to disable this call barring I need a 4 digit code. When I tried contacting the service provider, I could not get a proper response from their customer care. My call got transferred three times without any result. This is a harassment to a customer who has been using your service from a long time. Very poor service airtel. Kindly provide a solution to this problem as soon as possible.

            I used an airtel sim for more than 8 years. Since 2015 november I am in UAE. Last 5-6 months I did not used my sim . But I recharged it 2-3 times from India Now my sim was deactivated. I contact nearest airtel office they said it is not possible to re activate the sim. But I need Sim .Please reactivate my sim. My No is [protected]

              I am complaining about Air tel customer service where they kept me on hold for 45 mins to speak to a supervisor then disconnected. They treat me like an idiot when i have been complaining for last 6 months that i cannot register and view my landline and broadband account online. Ashamed that's how they treat customers. Is there an escalation path or a way to tell Sunit Mittal, apathy of their customers?

                  I am from ajmer, & want to complain against staff member of airtel office which is in, Amar Plaza, ajmer.
                  I took the sim of airtel in August 2016. I have asked for a prepaid sim, the worker had given me a postpaid sim..and afterwards said sorry for the mistake n told that after 4 months they will convert the sim to prepaid.
                  After 4 months when i went to office, they said this is a postpaid sim so it will not b converted to prepaid.They misguide me.
                  From last 3 months i am not using any services of airtel, but still every month my bill is generating. And i payed the amount. I am quite disappointed
                  I am dissatisfied with your company, services & staff attitude. Due to this reason i am walking out of airtel.
                  And now the 500 rs, which i am paying without using your services...had pulled down the image of airtel company

                    I get message from 54321 that Rs 5 has been deducted from my Airtel mobile account for Crazy Racer game. If i don't get the solution i will have to deactivate my SIM card.

                    It's been more than 3 months and i couldn't find solution. So please look into this issue because solving my problem will give answers to many with same problem.

                      Dear executive,
                      As i have registered my complaints on 121 earlier also.
                      I was a prepaid customer of airtel since a long time.Few months back, i moved to postpaid plan with 299 rental in which i have availed a 4G net pack of Rs 655.
                      3 months back, I moved to 549 infinity plan in which i am getting sufficient 4G internet.So, i have stopped rs 655 net pack.But, due to lack of responsibility from your end it is not stopped till date.I am getting a bill of more than my expectations every month.I have already paid incorrect bill since 2 months, but now I am not going to pay this last bill of 1900 approx against this 549 infinity plan.
                      I was told that in the bill of february, i will get reimbursement of the previous incorrect deducted amount.
                      Despite of getting the same, i am getting a much more fake bill of 2000.
                      I also have a recording of the conversation with the customer care executive which i am attaching with.
                      Now, do whatever you want.
                      Neither i am going to complaint anymore nor going to pay this fake bill.

                        My Airtel digital TV changing automatically. Have removed the remote batteries then also same thing happens. called the call center they had asked me remove v card clan and re insert it. Remove HDMI cable. But still no resolution.
                        Again called the call center they stated that they have registered a complaint and will send some one to check it. Now the same will cost me 150 RS for visit or 300 RS if the STB has to be replaced.

                                I was having a Airtel Sim bearing mobile no. [protected] on the name of Nirmal Kumar Goyal. i placed a request to surrender this sim six month back. but it didnt got surrendered. after six months i got a call to make the payment of pending amount on this number of rental. but as i was not using this sim how my payment got aroused after checking the bill we came to know that the amount was for rental amount only. apart from that we made the payment of the outstanding amount then again we applied for surrending the sim. after that i got a call from [protected] without giving me the no. i was asked to change the plan. i am having another no. of airtel i thought that they are asking to change the plan for the same. but in the evening i again got a call stating that in the morning you asked to change the plan and now u gave a letter to surrender the sim. then i came to know the case . i would like to ask that if a sim is already surrendered 6 month back how can it get activated on its own. encl. is the copy of the letter, money receipt and bill of the payment we have made. i would ask you get my rental amount been refunded as it is non of my fault. i made the payment but i desire to get my payment back. this is a formal letter else i wil l be bound to go to the consumer court.

                                  I have ported my no. from Vodafone to Airtel in Nov 2016, after porting i am facing network problem during call. I had raised complaint no. of times on 198 and even the network team visited, they also said that this area has network issues and raised this issue to higher authorities, but no solution yet .
                                  I am paying bill every month but it is useless for me as i am just wasting my money, if i refuse to pay they barred my outgoing calls.
                                  I just cant close my this no. because it was mentioned in my all documents.
                                  Kindly take proper action against this, as i was getting cheated continuously by Airtel on the name of service.

                                    Sir/madam, i recharged my airtel mob no for STV 147=4GB 3G/4G 28 DAYS plan as you informed(offer)(11/03/2017), but i have been recharged only with the benefit of 350 MB...i recently contacted the customer care but they failed to accept my complaint as they said that they do not have any such offer for my mob no and ask me to complaint here.i request you to proceed with my complaint and recharge me with the benefit of 4GB as soon as possible as the company informed...Attached the screenshot as a evidence that i have been informed with the offer STV 147=4GB 3G/4G 28 DAYS

                                      On March 2nd 2017 I tried adding Rs. 605 in My Airtel app with Transaction Id[protected], the transaction failed but the money was deducted from my bank account. The amount deducted is still not reflected in my account.

                                        I am using airtel no past 10years but unknown person change my SIM no without my knowledge on 04th Mar 17 eve 17:00 to till date that person theft my father cash in bank same day not working my phone immediatly I call ur customercare 121 some person said ur SIM damage contact nearest showroom next(5/3/17) went showroom airtel employee asking SIM no change I am shocking I did not any request for SIM issues how is possible without my knowledge u change the SIM no ? I[censored] change option u asking photo and proof . On 5th Mar showroom employee receiving proof and 've new card inform activate with in 4hours but not activate again call 121 person said ur phone([protected]) is active but don't outgoing and income calls again went next morning asking ayanavaram airtel showroom person not proper answer for me again asking 121 one girl picking phone same answer reply for me
                                        I had compliment for theft money In commissioner office I have checking phone working 2 minutes again call ur phone not working message immediately going to airtel person sent mail to ur office after 2 hours activate my no till date unknown person using my no with online trf OTP using Pls take action immediately and reply for me
