I still have 13.9GB data left in my account. But the speed is so slow. If i recharge again then the speed increases.. **** you airtel. My data pack is about to expire you **** cheaters. Deceiving customers in the name of Jio competition. I have activated Samsung Galaxy j7 15GB offer and recharged with Rs.259 that is 1GB. And i have received another 14GB. I have used 1GB data and now 13.9 GB os left in my account and i can't even use it to browse the web. I have to do another recharge to be able to use the internet. What is the use of having 13.9GB in my account if i can't use it? Airtel you ****in cheaters. I will not use you anymore. I will port to Jio. You ****.

I opted for an offer from Airtel which says I can get [protected]@ 1GB per day for 28 days The Network is so slow that in entire 28days I could not use at least 1GB

I have chosen the offer 1gb for 70 days. Its been 2 weeks now but I've not used the entire 1gb a single day. The network is too slow
I also purchased 4g mobile, I converted my Airtel card in 3 to 4g, After that I experienced very slow, data is more balance. Airtel is playing game with customers regarding offering 4g more data in low price for competitions with Jio. Speed observed less 2g. It is cheating with customers. So I will also switch Airtel to Jio or idea. My Mob. [protected]
I opted 3 months plan 1 GB per day but my 4g speed is just 4 to 5 kB all time and sometimes it is 100 plus kb

Why you charging us 4g prices with this speed
I also done 399 recharge but network is too slow airtel is very fake compny first tell recharge 399 and get 1gb internet free for a day but network is too poor so cant used 1gb only used 200mb for a day

I also have the same problem, They have said it's sim card issue, then I changed my Sim card but still having the same. I thought it is only for me, I guess they are cheating us with giving this offers. so going to port to another network.

Airtel is fraud. I have recharged for Rs 359 pack which includes 1gb per day and free calling for 30 days. I'm not able to surf webpages with this so call India's fastest network airtel. I called customer care and told them about the problem I'm facing and they were rude and tried to divert their help. For a day I'm not even able to use more than 25 mb. Airtel is cheating with their customers. And last but not the least, stop making those irritating advertises they are worse than anything else cause they are false. Stupid network. [protected]

I m using airtel from past 10 years.. My number is [protected], I m currently at my home station ie Ranchi, Jharkhand 834009 is the pin code.. Its very sad and frustrating that the so called 4g speed is bad than 3g also here in my city.. I checked the speed using ookla, s speedtest app which airtel people quote as the best site for speed test.. I dont know what to do, I reviewed all the 4g settings in my mobile but the speed is pathetic. On this app it is showing around 1 mbps which is the max speed and while downloading any thing it reduces to less than 100 kbps, it's disheartening.. Please do something about it..

airtel service is too worst. in 4g speed i got only 60 kb per second only or too low then it i never got 1 mb or 200 kb per second spped it always too low speed ...why i dont know but it is too bad condition even my bsnl always give upto 100 or 300 b per second

I reside at kannampalayam ( pincode : 641402 ) in coimbatore, Tamilnadu. I always used to believe that the airtel was the best and the fastest service provider ever. But for the last 6 months the airtel data speed is so intermittent and it is so bad that it cant even reach 2 g speeds! everytime i do a speed test its always in the range of betwwen 50 kbps to 200 kbps. i have around 30 GB of pending data and it is a shame that i am unable to use the data. i also use a Jio and my wife uses vodafone.. and both jio and vodafone are able to provide data speeds upto 10Mbps at any given time be it day or night ! Why do you guys at airtel cheat the public in the name of competing with Jio? also, i bought a airtel wifi dongle about 6 months before.. the speed was pathetic and to add to my frustration the battery got swollen by the 5th month. I have almost tried every nook and corner in coimbatore ( airtel store) to find a replacement battery which i couldnt find anywere. Every airtel store was keen to sell me a new device which was worth about rs 2000, but all i wanted was a battery which was worth only rs 500 !! i ended up cancelling the airtel dongle service cos they even raised a compliant that i could not find a battery.. but airtel never cared to get my complaint resolved. Airtel is by far the most dodgy network and i would not even recommened airtel even to my worst enemy! i hold 3 post paid numbers with airtel and i am leaving airtel for good. i dont know if anyone will care to even read this.. but if you are reading pls stay away from airtel for your own good! I am a postpaid customer i have been using this sim for over 2 years now. I have 200 GB in my account, still my data is slow as fcuk.. i am on a 1199 corporate plan which gives me 85gb per month, and there is carry forward option too. i have been following up with CUSTOMER CARE for 6 months and still these buggers have not solved my issues. and executives ask me to change the phone(have changed to a6 2016, vivo and galaxy s6 edge plus) and they told to swap my sim(have done it 6 times) they told to change the settings(Have done it 63 time and counting) and now they come up with a solution saying that they can fix the problem in only 1 location and cant do it in multiple location..LOL what if i go to my native or for work i should be idol without my data. because of this ### services i cant attend to professional Skype calls.. AIRTEL IS JUST EATING PEOPLE MONEY. AIRTEL IS THE WORST AND UTTER FLOP SERVICE!! and Yes i have paid 1600 to 2000 per month for this ### bloody ### services.

Airtel 4g internet speed is below average from 7pm to 1am. It gives good speed around 3am.
my data speeis 0.06kb/s, 0.79kb/s, 0.04, Now recently surprisingly 2.6kb/s, Horrible...Stop that stupid Ads, In my 70GB data, I guss I used only 2 max.
I have Jio and Airtel. I have subscribed Post Paid service pack ( 399/ Month ) Jio's 4G internet working absolutely fine but when I switch the internet to Airtel's 4G, the signal suddenly becomes weak and I'm unable to use the internet. Airtel is promoting one of the fastest network ( as per OOkla speed test ), But i have tested same and attaching the snap as well. Instead of shouting do some groundwork 1st .
Why do you guys even put up ads that say you are the fastest 4g network when you can't even provide half the speed other network providers give? Goodbye Airtel.

        I forgotten my credentials and try to generate my pin for several tyms..

        I did many wrong attempts so its get blocked. Now I am unable to unblock it neither through app nor customers service no 400.

        Kindly guide me to unblock .. almost 10000 stucked in my account

              My customer id is [protected]. Last November we modified our channel packs to a different one offered by Airtel. The dealer informed us that the other packs were removed and the one we selected has been activated.
              Later on when I topped up the account I found that we were still being charged for the other packs even though we were not getting the service in our TV for those channels. We called up the customer service. They informed us that there was a GLITCH in THEIR SYSTEM and that they will promptly cancel it and refund the amount - which was not fully repaid as well.
              After a week, we came to know the packs are still not cancelled. We called customer care again today and were abused by them. They told us WE need to schedule the correct date and call them on that day for the refund after 30 days post this call and they would not bother about this. This is how systematically this company is looting the consumers.

              Disgusted and appalled by the service of Airtel and their customer care representative, fake ads promising fake service.

                    My airtel sim number [protected] has been suddenly blocked yesterday without any information and it caused sserious obstruction in several banking matters. There is still valid data pack amount remaining with my current sim. Please let me know the reason?

                    My airtel prepaid sim card nnumber [protected] has been blocked wwithout any prior intimation which caused several problems in different issues. Please see the matter and restart/ unblock my said number so that I can get rid of pproblems.

                                Hi,

                                I had placed a request for Airtel Broadband connection on 8th March, 2017 and I was told over the phone that initial installation charges would be 1000 rupees and free installation would happen if I paid for 3 months and about EMI option in payment. But I was not told that I would have to pay "notarisation charges'' to the executive who would come for document collection. Although it came as a surprise to me when your Airtel executive Abhishek (Mobile Number: [protected]) asked for an amount of INR 200 for notarisation, I paid the same without questioning. Surprisingly the counterpart of the form he gave me was stamped as "cash not accepted".

                                I feel Airtel should clearly mention about such extra money that they charge at the time of installation beforehand to avoid unnecessary confusion. I also request for a receipt for the same to be given to me. I also am using an Airtel Hotspot at present and for which I had submitted my documents but no 'NOTARISATION CHARGES' were taken from me then. I also have a postpaid connection of Airtel for which documents were collected but no notarisation charges were taken.

                                Since then I have received atleast 10 calls from airtel customer care whereby different people have been calling me and asking me the same question that whether I require a new broadband connection rather than informing me about when the installation would happen. "Why would I place a request and submit documents if I did not need a connection"?

                                Kindly note these kind of repeated confirmation calls without doing the actual installation is extremely disappointing. It is now making me reconsider my decision of being an 'AIRTEL CUSTOMER'. Hoping for a solution.It is extremely disappointing that Airtel tries to make some extra money by cheating their loyal customers.

                                I am now regretting my decision to opt for airtel broadband and not some other service provider. I would advice people around me to not go for airtel broadband because they train their executives to cheat people by asking for money for which they do not provide any receipt.

                                      AIRTEL charging absurdly. I have sent a sms to 57575500 to know my pizza hut gift card balance and Airtel charged me 50 rupees just for a messgae. Such a cheating operator so desperate to make money. My mobile number using which i have sent msg is [protected]. Also i see it's not showing up in my last 5 transaction list to show you the proof. I would like to bring up such cheating cases for public to be aware of. Operators have taken us for granted. Show them what public can do. Complaint on them for any issue. Don't shpw chalta hai attitude. They should mend their ways of making money.

                                        We have a fixed line & broadband plan from airtel which was working normal. According to the plan we should get unlimited local+STD mobile & landline calls but we were not able to make any STD landline calls. We lodged a complaint for the same and the customer care said they would resolve the issue in 24 hrs. Instead of resolving this they did something which disabled our complete outgoing calls. We again made a complaint for the new issue. It has been 20 days and still the issue has not been resolved. Every time we call we would get a new executive and a new supervisor who would tell us that it would resolve in 24 hrs but it has been 20 days and still they are trying to resolve. The problem is that they are still not able to figure out what is happening. I have asked for the zonal office no also but still nothing has been done. I have chosen this platform to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. This has been one of the worst experiences I had from service provider like airtel.

                                        I think airtel has taken the problem into priority once it has been mentioned over here. They should have done the same thing when the issue was mentioned to customer care center. Mohd.
