      My customer id is [protected]. Last November we modified our channel packs to a different one offered by Airtel. The dealer informed us that the other packs were removed and the one we selected has been activated.
      Later on when I topped up the account I found that we were still being charged for the other packs even though we were not getting the service in our TV for those channels. We called up the customer service. They informed us that there was a GLITCH in THEIR SYSTEM and that they will promptly cancel it and refund the amount - which was not fully repaid as well.
      After a week, we came to know the packs are still not cancelled. We called customer care again today and were abused by them. They told us WE need to schedule the correct date and call them on that day for the refund after 30 days post this call and they would not bother about this. This is how systematically this company is looting the consumers.

      Disgusted and appalled by the service of Airtel and their customer care representative, fake ads promising fake service.

            My airtel prepaid sim card nnumber [protected] has been blocked wwithout any prior intimation which caused several problems in different issues. Please see the matter and restart/ unblock my said number so that I can get rid of pproblems.

                        Hi,

                        I had placed a request for Airtel Broadband connection on 8th March, 2017 and I was told over the phone that initial installation charges would be 1000 rupees and free installation would happen if I paid for 3 months and about EMI option in payment. But I was not told that I would have to pay "notarisation charges'' to the executive who would come for document collection. Although it came as a surprise to me when your Airtel executive Abhishek (Mobile Number: [protected]) asked for an amount of INR 200 for notarisation, I paid the same without questioning. Surprisingly the counterpart of the form he gave me was stamped as "cash not accepted".

                        I feel Airtel should clearly mention about such extra money that they charge at the time of installation beforehand to avoid unnecessary confusion. I also request for a receipt for the same to be given to me. I also am using an Airtel Hotspot at present and for which I had submitted my documents but no 'NOTARISATION CHARGES' were taken from me then. I also have a postpaid connection of Airtel for which documents were collected but no notarisation charges were taken.

                        Since then I have received atleast 10 calls from airtel customer care whereby different people have been calling me and asking me the same question that whether I require a new broadband connection rather than informing me about when the installation would happen. "Why would I place a request and submit documents if I did not need a connection"?

                        Kindly note these kind of repeated confirmation calls without doing the actual installation is extremely disappointing. It is now making me reconsider my decision of being an 'AIRTEL CUSTOMER'. Hoping for a solution.It is extremely disappointing that Airtel tries to make some extra money by cheating their loyal customers.

                        I am now regretting my decision to opt for airtel broadband and not some other service provider. I would advice people around me to not go for airtel broadband because they train their executives to cheat people by asking for money for which they do not provide any receipt.

                              AIRTEL charging absurdly. I have sent a sms to 57575500 to know my pizza hut gift card balance and Airtel charged me 50 rupees just for a messgae. Such a cheating operator so desperate to make money. My mobile number using which i have sent msg is [protected]. Also i see it's not showing up in my last 5 transaction list to show you the proof. I would like to bring up such cheating cases for public to be aware of. Operators have taken us for granted. Show them what public can do. Complaint on them for any issue. Don't shpw chalta hai attitude. They should mend their ways of making money.

                                We have a fixed line & broadband plan from airtel which was working normal. According to the plan we should get unlimited local+STD mobile & landline calls but we were not able to make any STD landline calls. We lodged a complaint for the same and the customer care said they would resolve the issue in 24 hrs. Instead of resolving this they did something which disabled our complete outgoing calls. We again made a complaint for the new issue. It has been 20 days and still the issue has not been resolved. Every time we call we would get a new executive and a new supervisor who would tell us that it would resolve in 24 hrs but it has been 20 days and still they are trying to resolve. The problem is that they are still not able to figure out what is happening. I have asked for the zonal office no also but still nothing has been done. I have chosen this platform to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. This has been one of the worst experiences I had from service provider like airtel.

                                I think airtel has taken the problem into priority once it has been mentioned over here. They should have done the same thing when the issue was mentioned to customer care center. Mohd.                                 Hi Airtel Now Days Airtel have too bad internet service in my area pin 143303

                                i recharge my pack with 199 for dayley 1gb pac for 28 days now 18 days goes and am not use internet becuse too slow internet .. or bad service by airtel telecom .. i call service center he ask evrey where have slow internet problem we solve it solve soleve earley ..but in 18 days no solution...to bad service by airtel

                                  Hi,

                                  I claimed the 'Airtel Broadband 2 Million surprise offer' and got a confirmation on 6th March. I spoke to your customer service representative on 8th March regarding that and changing my plan. Her name was Naomi. She confirmed the following with me.

                                  1. 25GB was not possible, so she will activate 15GB extra twice.
                                  2. Starting the next bill cycle, my plan will be changed to the following
                                  a. I will get 50GB broadband data with Unlimited Calling for 999 per month (same plan given online)
                                  b. the 25GB bonus data will be carried forward in my new plan
                                  c. I will NOT be charged Rs. 1000 extra for new router.

                                  Later that day, I got a notification that 50GB Smartbytes had been activated and I was charged Rs. 499 for it.

                                  I spoke to another representative, she told me that she will deactivate the plan and the amount will not be charged. She gave me a req no :[protected]. She also confirmed my new plan and said

                                  "Sir, router ka charge toh lagega hi"
                                  "Mujhe call pe bola gaya tha ki nahi lagega"
                                  "Toh phir nahi lagega", and she cut the call.

                                  Today morning I spoke to another representative, Aparna. She cleared everything and said none of the above was registered, not the plan, not the complaint and the request number never starts with 289.

                                  Now, I would like you to do 1 of these 2 things:
                                  1. Give me exactly the plan that was promised by 'Naomi',
                                  OR
                                  2. Deactivate my account before my next bill cycle (26th March).

                                  I gave you this huge explanation because this is not the first time your customer care has given false information so confidently. I was charged nearly Rs 3000 extra a few months back because of false claims by your representative. You can check the conversations we had and do the right thing.

                                      I have make a shifting of my landline on 23 december 2016 and on 6th of jan they finally told me about that they are not able to shift my connection then i tell him to shut down my connection. And they have told me that there would be no bill generation from 6th jan 2017.And they have send me the bill of Jan 2017 bill on 3rd march of 335 rupees and they are regularly sending me the bill on 3 rd march 2017 of 331 rupees and i am complaining but they are not responding and not giving me the waiver.These company is a biggest fraud.

                                      I want a waiver of 667 rs but till now i have got a waiver of only 300 rs and i have called at consumer care but they are refusing to give waiver.They are telling that they will give only 300 rs waiver.

                                        Hi My name is subhash ivhave a number of your company last month but I faceing network issu (indoor) .I had call 198 and [protected]But there is every one shere different information some says that wait 24 -72 hours, some says that wait 90-120 days Last time on call mr. Vinay yadav He says there is not available he put my call on hold for 30 mints with comments that after 30 minits I am able to talk with any superviser but after 30 minits same I am sorry senior desk is not available please call after some time .I am facing issu last one months .if you can chak maximum call is drop by network issu why..???One of your agant JOYA said there is no responsibility you can change your network operater .Every one is shere different information Can you tell me who is responsible for that ???Who is complete my loss????I want meet your any person face to face on that matter .If you are not able to provide resuletion so please don't says that you have open network .Mobile number [protected], [protected], [protected]Close every number .RegardsSubhash lochib Call back [protected] any time
