      My Airtel sim No: [protected] is blocked. I approached Airtel Namakkal Mr Vijayakumar ([protected]) . on verification he told me the number [protected] is allotted to somebody else. Is it possible to allot the No: to some one without my knowledge and information. when I rang up the no: from another phone it is always switched off, so I doubt, Mr Vijayakumar is giving wrong information . please advise what is my next move.

        Hello,

        I have been added INR 1000+ 43 in my airtel wallet few hours before but its not reflect in my account. The money is been deducted from my account already. There is no in airtel with whom i can interact with. The customer service become poor and poor day by day.

        In airtel customer care 123/122/129 no where has a option for directly talk to customer care. No one there to help.

        I have been tried these numbers so far, but they all are same and didn't allow you talk with customer representatives.

        This is highly dissappointed that if we need help then there is a computerised IVR menu only, we couldn't talk to agent.

          WIth elbow great dis-satisfaction about the services and replies given to me by your customer care people this evening in resolving the above problem. I am making this complaint to you on behalf of my wife who is recovering from her recent illness after prolonged hospitalization. My wife is having a Postpaid connection for her Mobile No.[protected]. We both are paying our bills without any defaults for which the official record with you will testimony it. The bill amount of Feb for Rs.256.62 was paid through net banking of Indian Bank .The details of the transaction is given below for your necessary action at your end

          Net Banking ref:[protected] on[protected] at 18.47 pm.

          This is the confirmation message received from the Indian Bank to her mobile.
          Having paid the amount she is getting reminder after reminder demanding for the payment. I once informed the customer care also. Today I was informed by Mr.Anand and his supervisor, (Madam) that they have not received the amount and asked me to write to higher authorities. In what way the customer is responsible for the non receipt of the payment when a confirmation has been received from the respective bank acknowledging the debit of the amount to our account. Why should we go pillar to pillar . Is not the responsibility and duty of the Customer Care to resolve the issue. If not what is the necessity of having a customer care when they are not able to care for the customer' s genuine grievance. Further the reminders gave lot of tension and mental stress to my wife who is convalescing after hospitalization. I am not at all happy about the approach of your customer care people. I am having your mobile services for nearly a decade.

          Today she received a notification to her mobile to pay Rs.518.38, which includes Previous Due Rs.256.62 This month due Rs.261.76 and due date immediate. For this month due we have time upto[protected]. I don't have to pay the previous due since it has already been paid as stated earlier. I will pay this month's due of Rs. 261.76 only on or before[protected]. It is the responsibility of the service provider airtel to solve their software problems and the customers should not be harassed or tortured.

          I request you to solve the issue immediately. Thank you, with regards

                Airtel shutdown its IPTV services in October 2016. A good 5 months since its service withdrawal, Airtel billing team FAILED to resolve a simple issue of removing the charges for the IPTV services from my bill.
                I moved to a regular broadband plan (didn't opt for Airtel DTH) when the services were withdrawn in October. Every month since then, I have to call up the contact center, complain about the inappropriate billing for non-existent services AND get the adjustment done manually. Every month (for the last 5 months), the call center, the escalation, the retention team has been promising me to get this resolved permanently from the next billing cycle but sigh!!! this month once again, the bill is carrying the IPTV charges.

                I fail to understand how difficult it could be to remove one plan and introduce a new broadband plan. I am being invoiced every month for 2 bill plans - one the 1399 plan that I have NOW opted for AND another for the non-existent IPTV services.

                        I am a customer of Airtel since 2007 and my prepaid mobile number is [protected]. I used to earn amount through online from laaptu.com and I give instruction to recharge amount often.Today also I instructed laaptu.com to effect recharge of Rs10 to my above mobile account and they did it at 1.50 PM.
                        But the credit has not been effected so far by Airtel

                                  I complained about technical fraud happened with me. I got airtel home wifi by paying advance rental in feb 2017. I used it only for 24 hours for working on my online software and
                                  I got a message warning about my 50 percent data is used. When i work from office i never found consuming 15 gb data within 24 hours.
                                  After compalining here i just got a 2-3 calls from customer care as a formality as they think a well spoken english lady/man will convert my mind and i will forget. I want to know where have my 15gb data used in 24 hours and how is it possible when i work on same software at office.

                                    Fixed line no : [protected], account no : [protected], i would like to disconnect my airtel broadband device from now based on immediate action till further notice. Since i am experiencing pathetic internet connection now a days, its really very tough to handle this situation. Not able to do anything using this facility. Earlier also have gone through poor bandwidth and no connectivity for long 4-5 days. Its really gonna hectic job to raise complaint every time to fix it up. As a result, i have decided not to proceed further with airtel broadband service. Note that, i will be paying my outstanding amount of last month and not going to pay any further amount. Please do the needful in order to terminate this internet connection on urgent basis.

                                        Day before yesterday i recharged my mbl 349/- pack.
                                        but it only activated internet service.
                                        still not activated STD& ROAMING calls service.
                                        i tried to cal customer care several time but not connecting the call to customer care also.

                                        very worst service of Bharathi airtel.

                                        Just now i spoke to customer care sr.exicutive Mr.Nagaraj.
                                        very worst reply.

                                        For the 349 pack is only applicable with in the tamilnadu.
                                        This pack not works in roaming or any other STD.

                                        but before no proper information explained to customers.

                                        please don't play with the peoples. kindly solve this issue.

                                        I went to inquired about a new connection at Airtel office near lift on the mall road, Shimla. The staff was so unprofessional, rude and unaware of Airtel plans being offered. Each employee ( I spoke with 2) was giving different information regarding the Airtel plans. I was frustrated and left the office. Will go for Vodafone now.

                                        I have recharged with 399 pack on 03/06/2020 but on Airtel thanks app it says I have not recharged.i checked balance but it says I have no pack.I recharged and still has the confirmation message with me.I even emailed the customer service as they are not recieving calls at all.I just recharged again with 149 daily pack and pack is activated but now I can't access internet.I have tried resetting APN and even did factory reset on my phone.Worst service ever.
