Ref: SR # 79186434 Dated 21st Feb 2017 Midnight of 22nd Feb 2017

This is to inform you that, the above Service Request was raised about 20 days back and still not resolved. Worst part is that no one is responding to the ticket. I have called multiple times asking for the update but every time I got FALSE promises from the person on call. I have fed up with Airtel services and decided to quit from Airtel. I have 4 Airtel Connections and cancelling all of them. I got so frustrated that I was unable to work on important activities from Home and Airtel made me to travel office about 40 kms away from home. Not only that, I was unable to attend important meetings. This is not the service I was expecting from AIRTEL. I would like to say nothing but Sorry. Attached the screenshot of the complaint number which was kept on rescheduling till 1st of March without my consent as mentioned in the message and since then no response. I expected Airtel to wave off the charges from 21stFeb, Midnight of 22nd Feb). I had lost money from my mobile as well since the broadband was not working and used my 4G connection for very urgent activities. I have this issue ever since the v-fiber connection was made in January 2017, I paid 1000 bucks for the Modem, and i made several complaints and all were closed, engineer who came here also miguided me saying faulty Telephone Set and I paid 1000 Buck again for new telephone but the problem is still persists.

      Fraud in data usage calculations

      Airtel is carrying out a fraud and looting me. I have subscribed to 345 plan, which gives me 1gb 3g daily data limit. Last night i updated my handset (400mb update) anf after the update it showed a usage of 900 mb in my airtel account. On every usage such things happen. The usage are shown double, i downloaded a game of 100 mb it showed a usage of 250 mb? Airtel should be banned in the country...

      Hi,

      I am using Airtel since 2011 and I requested for porting to Tata Docomo prepaid connection, The customer care executive argued too much and delayed the process. And then I could not complete porting because there was some Rs 200 was added to my bill in December. After that I tried to followup with Customer care either to de-active my phone and or at the minimum my change plan to prepaid. But customer care executive gave vague answers and asked me to submit application in person even though I said I am in USA. The email mentioned by executive got bounced. So far Airtel looted me for 4 months (or Rs 2000+), This is worst ever response I am seeing.
      Consider this as my authorization to cancel my connections and please cancel my connections immediately and deactivate my sim card.

        This is Piyush Ranjan. Mobile [protected]. I newly port my number to Airtel. I got nice offers from Airtel so I port into it. But today around 4:20AM I got a SMS from Airtel

        GAMES HUB service has been [protected]@Rs35.0 for 7days. Txn ID N[protected], 12Mar17 04:14. Service will be renewed after validity expiry. To deactivate, Call or SMS STOP to 155223.For more services, call 56789 or click HTTP://56789.airtel.in

        I called Airtel customer care same time. Exicutive told me that you are playing some game and clock on advertisement. But time of activation given by executive that time I was sleeping.
        2nd thing my mobile was on WiFi data connection.it was not on mobile data.
        And how Airtel can pay against me for anything and charge me in my bill. I have not taken any wallet service from Airtel. It was so frustrating that I can't explain. TRI should thing about it.
        I have requested customer care to terminate my connection for both mobile and broadband. I don't want this BS service. I will loss my this old number which I seriously don't want. But I can't go with this type o[censored]nprofessional thing.

            I have ported the mobile number([protected]) from Vodafone prepaid to Airtel prepaid today(11-Mar-2017) and I went to Airtel store at Mehdipatnam they have given the new SIM and charged 100 rupees. I asked him about the charges they said these are porting charges . I later known that its free of cost they are providing the new sim and MNP. Please take proper action on this and how can the customer know what are charges they should pay and receipts are not providing.

                      Outgoing calls have been barred automatically without my consent from around 7th March 2017. Now to disable this call barring I need a 4 digit code. When I tried contacting the service provider, I could not get a proper response from their customer care. My call got transferred three times without any result. This is a harassment to a customer who has been using your service from a long time. Very poor service airtel. Kindly provide a solution to this problem as soon as possible.

                          I used an airtel sim for more than 8 years. Since 2015 november I am in UAE. Last 5-6 months I did not used my sim . But I recharged it 2-3 times from India Now my sim was deactivated. I contact nearest airtel office they said it is not possible to re activate the sim. But I need Sim .Please reactivate my sim.                             I am complaining about Air tel customer service where they kept me on hold for 45 mins to speak to a supervisor then disconnected. They treat me like an idiot when i have been complaining for last 6 months that i cannot register and view my landline and broadband account online. Ashamed that's how they treat customers. Is there an escalation path or a way to tell Sunit Mittal, apathy of their customers?

                                I am from ajmer, & want to complain against staff member of airtel office which is in, Amar Plaza, ajmer.
                                I took the sim of airtel in August 2016. I have asked for a prepaid sim, the worker had given me a postpaid sim..and afterwards said sorry for the mistake n told that after 4 months they will convert the sim to prepaid.
                                After 4 months when i went to office, they said this is a postpaid sim so it will not b converted to prepaid.They misguide me.
                                From last 3 months i am not using any services of airtel, but still every month my bill is generating. And i payed the amount. I am quite disappointed
                                I am dissatisfied with your company, services & staff attitude. Due to this reason i am walking out of airtel.

                                  I get message from 54321 that Rs 5 has been deducted from my Airtel mobile account for Crazy Racer game. If i don't get the solution i will have to deactivate my SIM card.

                                  It's been more than 3 months and i couldn't find solution. So please look into this issue because solving my problem will give answers to many with same problem.

                                    Dear executive,
                                    As i have registered my complaints on 121 earlier also.
                                    I was a prepaid customer of airtel since a long time.Few months back, i moved to postpaid plan with 299 rental in which i have availed a 4G net pack of Rs 655.
                                    3 months back, I moved to 549 infinity plan in which i am getting sufficient 4G internet.So, i have stopped rs 655 net pack.But, due to lack of responsibility from your end it is not stopped till date.I am getting a bill of more than my expectations every month.I have already paid incorrect bill since 2 months, but now I am not going to pay this last bill of 1900 approx against this 549 infinity plan.
                                    I was told that in the bill of february, i will get reimbursement of the previous incorrect deducted amount.
                                    Despite of getting the same, i am getting a much more fake bill of 2000.
                                    I also have a recording of the conversation with the customer care executive which i am attaching with.
                                    Now, do whatever you want.
                                    Neither i am going to complaint anymore nor going to pay this fake bill.

                                      My Airtel digital TV changing automatically. Have removed the remote batteries then also same thing happens. called the call center they had asked me remove v card clan and re insert it. Remove HDMI cable. But still no resolution.
                                      Again called the call center they stated that they have registered a complaint and will send some one to check it. Now the same will cost me 150 RS for visit or 300 RS if the STB has to be replaced.
