I am an airtel customer for last 4 months. And a high end user. I recharge for at least a 1000 rupees per month and the best plan in in internet i ever got is 91 rs 1 gb for 5 days and 148 rs 1 gb for 28 days. Seriously after all this recharges I have done . I tried calling almost all the numbers that you have given in your webpages and was unable to find a single option for speaking to your executive. This is highly unacceptable . I have never thought of changing over to any other provider.

Please take care of your loyal customers !!

    Such a waste and poor network, grab 10 ton 30 paisa daily in calls, complained many times, no action taken.daily deducting balance from me when i call, v can hear the voice but not communicate.custumor care told to change my sim, i changed it, then also same problem.airtel company is in loss i think, so they deducting my balance daily

      My number gets barred without any information

      I paid the service charge for my number. Airtel department didn't done the address verification, while making calls it is saying that i didn't paid the bill.
      My receipt number:[protected], rrn:[protected].I want my number gets activated immediately.And also the customer service and communication is very bad and poor in mumbai.

      Airtel sales people called me and they told its for three month free connection along with free wif5 router and instalation. After that they have collected my documents in Whatsapp then they have given me the connection. now they are calling me and forcing me to pay bill of every month and they are specking very bad language, now they are telling they are going to send legal notice. i need justice for this and they have done cheap trick to take connection by saying its free

        I have upgraded my 2g postpaid sim to 4g postpaid sim as on 07.03.2017, they told after 2 hours the old sim will be deactivated, and new 4g sim will be activated, after receiving the SMS also I never connected with the 4g, yday @ 8pm, I have contact the customer care, he told to remove the sim for half an hour and insert sim may be resolved, but I am not got resolved.

          I have seen the offer of Rs 549/- =" Unlimited calls+42 GB, 28 days (data limit 1.50 GB/day) recharge before 31st of march 2017 and get the offer for 12 months. T & C apply."and later confirm the same through dialing *121# my offers, when i have recharged, i got a different message where it mention that 3 GB on 4 G head set and 1 GB for others, this is just a way to make people fool.

          i am not happy with that and want my money back.

          Please look into the same on urgent basis.

          I am also faced same issue with rate cutter recharge. But it would be around cost of Rs.40. But u had donr for Rs.549/-. Just Complaint with airtel to refund the amount to u. If it not happen just raise the against them in TRAI / Consumer court with detailed documents. Just keep the massage from app by taking snap shoot and massage from AIRTEL

                      I have recently purchased Airtel 4g hotspot and the person sent by Airtel told only postpaid services are available in hotspot and took 3860inr including 3 months data charge. However when I tried to contact Airtel to activate the number they were very unresponsive and irritating and took them more than 4 days to check whether it is a valid number. The person whoever sold the device form tele Tech services also was very bad with customer. If this is the case I will be happy to continue with jio network instead of illtreating customer service from Airtel! And my billing cycle is already on and will be charged for one month rate for 15 days use it seems. The worst service

                        Dear Airtel team-

                        you continue to repeat the same mistake with audacity, thinking there's nothing much a customer can about this.

                        For a billing amount of Rs. 1016.09, you are actually taking a payment of Rs. 1017 through internet banking, rounding off the billing value to a higher figure, and keeping 91 paise in your credit, for no reason. And you will happily come back to say that we will adjust in the next month billing... wonder why your billing system cannot adjust this round off at the time of billing itself to nearest Rupee... you continue to do this broadlight robbery and still expect customers to stay with you and be loyal??

                        And honestly, for my last month complaint, when the representative called, there was no resolution provided.. He only said he will look into this matter and take it up to higher level.

                        And let me tell you, if this time you are not taking any corrective action, be ready to face court orders, period.

                        AIRTEL - it is time for you all to get your accounts in place.

                              while adding money from axis bank to airtel money transaction got cancelled and amount got deducted from my account and its not got added amount to airtel money and its not reverted back to bank aswell.

                                      I have requested a port out from Airtel got a call from Airtel executive Abhishek I hng up first time again he called me from a different number and I told him that I am doing MNP because of poor network and performance of Airtel he told that that he will raise a request for resolution I was telling him that I dnt want any resolution he hung up on my face and later when I called back the airtel helpline I find my MNP request cancelled. Is this the way airtel has choosen to "retain" their customer and looting them with high charges and not giving proper service. Very poor customer service cheaters and liers don't listen to customer just hung up I do not want any airtel services but action taken against your employee abhishek because he hung up after saying what he had to say and did not listen to me just need my number ported out. this cheat of Airtel has resulted in loss of my time I will gain have to generate a new porting code and again go to the other provider and do all the formalities. your network is stupid 2g/3g/4g are just numbers the network hardly works in many areas . I reiterate I do not want wany sort any resolution or help from airtel I just need my number ported out and I will clear what I owe to you. added to that Airtel is too expensive for postpaid. Airtel helpdesk also useless dnt want to help they just wants customers to use their rubbish services and keep paying. worst experience so far with any other company.
