        I had been using Airtel Boradband service since last 1.5 years in Madhapur area at Hyderabad, Having good services I had againg choose the new connection.

        I am feeling sorry to say, but I don't want this new connection. As I had applied for that at 1st march, still I am not getting any response from service provider. As they are failed in promising, The service provider, Mallikarjuna made promisse to be set connection on saturday or sunday. Well, He didn't picked up my call on that day. On monday he asked me to come at 12 O'clock in noon, I left my office work and came there, but no one was picking up my call till 3 O'clock, I waited and spoiled my 3 working hours, aftrer he came with new issue and told we are not able to set connection, we will come tommorrow.

        Well, On Tuesday, there was another hope for me, He called me at near 11 O'clock and told to come at 5 O'clock, I again spoiled my 2 working hours and waited there, no one was picking my call, at night time he came to connect. Ahhh!! That was the silly reason, he had having two routers and no one was working(He should have to come with working one, Right!!??). He made me promise again to come between 8 to 10 O'clock in morning. No one came.

        Overall, I see the very silly and bad service of broadband by Airtel . I want to cancell this connection (as it is not established yet this month's 8 days already passed ). As we are working people and I am tired with those falls promises. Please, Proceed for cancellation of connection refund to me.even for failed transaction they deducted money and didn't even have my refund even after several working days even after they promised to do so within 24 hrs

            Dear all,

            I would like to mention here that airtel is a big fraud company, which commits to solve your issue
            Within 24 hours but the technical persons are unable to sort out the problem.
            Here i would like to mention the complete details of the fraud incident happen with me.
            Since i am an exisiting customer of airtel for one year i took another a connection on main pimple
            Saudagar, shivar chawk, pune - 411017. Here the commited promise with me is that within 24 hours
            You any issue will get resolved, but whevnever i raise a complaint first of the call centre guy is rigid to
            Take the complaint like they are taking and fir in police station. If successfully the complaint get
            Registered, the technical guy who is nothing but only a lazy person who actully is killing his time in airtel
            Named mahenra — [protected], come and give a very illogical and nonsence reply and goes back.
            Recently my airtel connection is down because of the wire breaking or disruption in network but the
            Person said me the below:
            1. Continuity check is not airtel's task.
            2. Its is the customer's responsibility to do the continuty check (On behalf of airtel)
            3. Customer is supposed to call to their personla electrician and once the continuity will get connected
            They will come and say that connection is up and running now (See the nonsense logic, if my
            Electrician is literate in networking then bloody why he would not start providing broadband services)
            4. Also he has suggested, to talk to the installation guy who came at the time of airtel installation
            Nagesh thorat — [protected]. Nagesh said my task is completed and you call mahendra then he has
            To arrange an electrician for it.
            5. Once i raised a request for new airtel connection the contact person is saying that we will resolve the old issue and provide you new connection at the earliest.

            Summary: airtel is a big name in the market where the name is screwing up by the employees itself.
            Airtel should take the serious action against the team and resolve my issue at the earliest.

                          Respected authorities,

                          Airtel has issued a sim card on my name (# [protected]) with out proper subscriber verification. The sim cards are issued on fake documents and forged signatures. When the said sim card is issued i was in abroad. A case has been registered against me because of the fraudulent numbers issued by airtel. When i approached airtel through different channels (To airtel office, nodal, appellate, trai, dot) i did not get any response, i was told that the numbers are de-activated.

                          When asked them to follow dot norms and register an fir they did not respond on that.

                          I underwent humiliation and undergoing lot of mental stress and trauma and for the blunder being made by airtel i am not getting proper response.

                          If this type of activities continues fraudulent people and terrorist will take advantage and there would be security issues in our country.

                          I would request you to take appropriate action on the service provider and instruct mobile service providers to have thorough verification while issuing sim cards.

                              My name is Girish and I am working as project manager for one of the reputed companies, and recently I got ported to Airtel from Vodafone.

                              The main reason why i ported my number was because of the attractive plan which says - "Infinity Plan" with a 549 rental where in you get 7gb, 4g data for a month and unlimited national and std outgoing free, along with 100 sms per day and incoming free while roaming.

                              However, now i am checking my plan and it says its only 3gb of 4g data and it's really annoying, I call the customer care and spoke to Rohini and that girl simply says no you are not eligible for this and even after repeatedly explaining her the scenario, - then she puts me on a pause and then say no nothing can be done.

                              Later on again i will call to the customer care and i see this guy Pankaj trying to answer my queries and after explaining him the whole scenario he gives me the interaction id and says somebody is going to look into my queries.

                              Guys i was with Vodafone for 10 years and never had such a scenario, i think i made a BIG MISTAKE by opting AIRTEL!!

                              Please see to that my hopes are not shattered and i get what i was promised!!

                                Looks like airtel has a policy of fleecing consumers by not deactivating d postpaid accounts.have tried deactivating the account several times at dilshad garden, delhi and durgapuri chowk, delhi since march 1, 2017 but to no avail .

                                  I have two Airtel phone connections viz [protected] (pre-paid) and [protected] (post paid-CUG Railways) and my wife has[protected], my son's phone number is [protected] & my daughters number is [protected], All Air tel phones. For the past Ten days, zero network when the phones are inside the house and shows the network only when come out. This is very bad.                                     I had filled balance on my prepaid airtel number through the my airtel app on 21.2.17 and 22.2.17 and exact time the balance amount was deducted from my account but I didn't receive the balance amount. I had registered a complaint on 23.2.17 and was told that the balance amount would be refunded within 10 days but no such action has happened. This is appalling and I would like immediate action.

                                      Airtel Sim - getting error "Error Occurred (538)"

                                      I am getting Error 538 whenever I dial *121# from my airtel number [protected]. It is painful to check my balance and data details by calling 121 every time.

                                      Since i bought the sim, this error I am getting every time.

                                      Please let me know how to resolve it....

                                      Its been 4 days i got a airtel post paid sim card, and it has not been activated yet. I spoke to one of the agents today and they said it is going to take more 24hrs. It doesn't make any sense to me. I don't understand if i got a sim card or a passport. Why is it taking that long for the verification stuff. I'm very disappointed with this. I was promised that it was going to take about 12hrs to get activated from the time of purchase. I have been applying for jobs using the number and i have no idea, how many interview calls i missed out on.
