We are expecting a pragmatic approach from an esteem company of yours, however inspite of repeated requests our outgoing facility has been unilaterally disabled thereby making us suffer.
We have already stated that we have not received the bills and hence the payment has not been effected so also we have been requesting for past two days for the reinstating the outgoing facility which has been unilaterally cut down without information or taking into consideration the factuals that your personnel Mr Yogesh Diwan - had failed to communicate on the matter – the para in the trail mail requoted-
“Sir, this is also to bring to your kind notice that we are not getting the Airtel bills regularly in respect of our office land line telephone numbers . That is why clubbing of all phones to ONLY ONE NUMBER was the point of idea mooted through your Shri Yogesh Diwan. A Joint exercise was conducted for few weeks in August 2016 and thereafter the whole exercise became futile. Soon after, on telephonic contact with concerned officials, response was not encouraging. Thus the whole matter regarding clubbing of telephone bill led to the pending of subsequent bills and resulted in today's situation.”
The mail has been marked to so many people and it is pathetic that none is responding.
