Airtel customer care executive committed that they will give a discount of 800 rs for 6 months and i would be getting the billed amount around 400 rs but again sent me the bill with 1250 amount. When i called customer executive they are keep on delaying for correcting my bill amount. And they have even given the interation id : [protected] but they are not ready to correct the bill.

Airtel is doing all false promises and end of the day, the support is becomng worst day by day.

I have raised a request for cancellation of my account, it has been two days no one cared about it no one even responded for my request.

          My airtel broadband no is [protected].
          I had already paid for six month advance bill for internet and for call charges to all over india. Stil company sending the bill and demand the money. When i contact to customer care they said me that this the company`s policy and they cant do nothing.
          Airtel company is doing cheating with the valuable customer and have no worried about his good will in market.

          In market there are many service provider who are willing to provide them services to us but we had put trust on aairtel but the airtel had not want long relationship.

            I got airtel sim with mobile no. [protected] on 25.02.17 from a local retailer at Rajpura, Maharashtra. After waiting 2 days it is not activated. In mobile display showing company name airtel. But signal is not showing. Changed in other mobiles also. Sim is not working . Confirmed. Not yet activated by this time.. Requesting needful for its activation please.

              Hello, last month one of executive from Airtel called me and told, they can give me a 499 plan which is having 7gb of Internet free every month, 100 L/N SMS free, roaming incoming free. She told me that it's 549 plan with Rs.50 off. So I decided to apply MNP and change to Airtel. But now I am getting only 2 GB Internet and its 549 plan and not 499. I am cheated. Please help me from this fraudsters or help me to apply for number portability. Thanks

              Sir please help to understand this. Looking like a normal consumer is being looted by this company. Have a look at my bill sir. Same plan 499rs and no extra usage but bill is different on both month, how that can be possible. First two are from previous month and next one are from this month.

                Hi,

                I have been using an airtel prepaid number for over 6 years which I bought from a local shop by giving my ID and photo. Suddenly I got an SMS saying SIM change request has been submitted which I never did and my number stopped working. When I called customer care, they informed me that the number is not under my ID but under a different person's ID. I want that number to be activated on the old SIM or give me a new sim with the same number, if required, take my correct ID and other necessary details now. How can a number be assigned to another sim without my consent.

Ap log aise bewakoof kyu banate ho aise hi time barbad kr te ho saf saf mana bol do na k free nhi a jayega.                     On 25 feb 2017 i did a recharge through airtel site on my mobile number[protected] but the recharge got cancelled due to authentication form bank with reference id hcmp[protected] but the money was deducted from my credit card.
                    So i contacted my bank for the above issue they told me that they have verified the amount but merchant has not claim till yet, if the merchant will not claim till 27 feb 2017 then they will revert the money into my credit card.
                    But when i contacted them after 48 hours they told me that vodafone has claimed the money and they cant do anything now. They gave me the reference id 077960.
                    But if airtel has claimed the money then they should have provided me the service but they failed to do so. So in the case of not providing any service i want airtel to either recharge my number or return my money as soon as possible as this is not the way to treat your customer.
                    If they didnt provided me the solution i would certainly change the service provider...

                      Sir, several times raised a complaint against services on every airtel dth recharge. I made a payment of rs 100 for 3 months subscription of pogo on16th jan. It's disconnected after one month. Also informed to airtel staff. Still continuing with hopeless service. I am planning to stop unprofessional services from airtel & totally frustrated. It is also happened on dth recharge of rs 828 (For 3 months) made on 29 dec 2016, getting sms to recharge again and again. Kindly help me to get a good service without raising acomplaint or call to customer service every month. Airtel customer service team is not having any coordination between them. Suffering problems on every recharge. Kindly help me to get a permanent solution.

                        I bought a sim from the retail store near to my residence and he said that the sim will activate in 10 minutes now it's 4 hours and I got a message that sim will be activated within 4 hours, now also the sim is not activated and it's too disgusting that to file a complaint at airtel presence, it's saying that the mobile number is invalid and I need the problem to be solved as soon as possible.

                            I have been using my mobile number [protected] for past 9 years.I recently was out of station for 4 months. when I inserted the sim it showed inactive, I came to know my number is allocated to some one else. My point is how come in this much short duration you can allocate my number to some one else? This number is update in all my bank accounts, DEMAT, PAN detail, Aadhaar account. My privacy is at risk as all the sms (Verification code, OTP, URN) still goes to this number and I am fully prone to fraud as well because of exposed information. How irresponsibly my 7-8 years old number was allocated to some one else. After this long service I did not expect Airtel to act so irresponsible which put mt at very high risk. Kindly take this matter urgently and give me chance to re activate my number. Thanks Buvanesh

                              I did a rs 44/- net banking recharge for terrif recharge in my mob number [protected] on 22 feb 2017. The money has been deducted from my account instantly but the terrif rates of my local & std calls have not been revised till date. I spoke on the toll free help line number of pnb. They informed me that i should talk to the custemercare care number of airtel. The problem has not been resolved till date as i am not able to talk to the customer care executive of airtel. All tollfree and payment numbers of airtel are not attending the calls. Tollfree no [protected] as given on ibternet is not getting connected for last 4 days. Will it be possible for airtel customer care executive to kindly resolve my problem by giving me a call on my mobile number [protected]. Hoping for a prompt response.

                                Hello, I have raised a request regarding new connection and after verification I have given a cheque dated 28.12.2016 of amount of ₹1000/- but I have not received any intimation about my connection from your good office, my cheque cleared on 04.02.2017. After that I am calling on your customer care no. 121, your executive inform me that my connection is closed because of non availability of any port in my area and he also informed me about the refund process, so my refund process ticket no. AORa5e158, it has been almost 1 month now and still i am not getting my refund amount. Please let me know the status of my ticket no. AORa5e158
                                I am also requesting to all the other users who are thinking to buy airtel connection to not to buy any services from airtel and not to pay for new connection as you will not get any refund amount after paying. As services of airtel is poor.

                                  I have lodged complain on fdated 09th jan 17 complain number is 73423632 regarding for committed service not provide by the airtel, i have raise mobile port request from airtel to other tele-come operator then i have received customer retail service call from the airtel they have committed some of good valuable service to me if i am use continue airtel service then i agree which but when i received written confirmation regarding change service request to look my problem i am suffer this issue for last 1.5 month service change order no is :[protected], i have call many time to 121 but no anybody take my complain seriuosaly

                                      This is my third request its been over a month, with repetitive mail to you and also registering my complaint on 121, no action has been taken yet, no signal has been coming in my home till 27.02.17, i am not sure what are you doing but this kind of service i was not expecting from Airtel itself.
                                      your person has visited my house still i havent recieved any resolution nearly 27 days have past.The person comes and check signal and he said he send report (Also said " rest is not my responsibility'), what shocking is from airtel message comes is that the probn you elem is resolved after talking with our engineer, Can you explain me how, as no signal inside my home is coming till today (Service Request no.[protected] I dont know what your network team is doing, but they havenot done anything.
                                      Please if you can not provide service let me know as i will switch from your network.

Its almost 1.5 months we are behind you people and no response at all. I have 100 chain mails I have ticket copies as well. I don't know what's wrong.
