I am a senior citizen and having two numbers of airtel sim one is91 [protected] and another is 91 [protected] since long. It is sad to say that without any information undue deduction are made from both the numbers. Kindly look in to the matter and refund me the deducted amount otherwise i will be forced to go to any other network.

        I was purchased Airtel mobile new connections on 25th of Feb'17 as of now not get activated. I was contacted Airtel showroom where I purchased ( Salem near sona college) but no response after so many follow up and I given complaint to airtel customer care on 27th complaint no 74408050 but they are also useless as of now no solution daily I am only calling for status. I think airtel is becoming a worst service provider...

            Went to change portal for my number on 23rd feb 2017, they offered me post paid connection, i agreed and they told will be active in 1 week, it's been 12 days still not activated, upon asking the same, told me wait for one more week, why should i wait for one more week, why should i pay for incoming calls. Will wait for the last 24 hours, if not activated, I will through this worst airtel sim into drainage and shift to other network. I have never seen such irresponsible representative Ms. Jabeen at Airtel office Asian business centre Gulbarga . This is the last complaint to the worst service provider

                Our complaint is specific that, one Mr. K. Srinivas, resident of H.No.3-71/172P/1, Anjali Gardens Colony, Puppalguda, Hyderabad, A.P, INDIA – had licensed his premises to Mobile Company for installation of Mobile Tower in midst of residential area of Anjali Gardens Colony, Puppalguda Hyderabad.

                As you know that, it is general rule that, the Mobile Tower has to be installed 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. We are experiencing unexplained body pains due to radiation.

                As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their areas.

                We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above House in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

                  I've paid my airtel bill via airtel money app. At the end of transaction mobile app hung up, but the amount is deducted from my bank account. I've shared my transaction details to airtel and they've confirmed this transaction via mail.
                  But still my bill is not paid and they closed all my request. I tried calling customer care, instead giving solution they asked me to mail again with all details.
                  I mailed my statement again and i'm still waiting for a solution.

                  This is one of the service request # 74493065

                  I've also inquired about this transaction to my bank customer care. If they refunded my amount it should have credited to my account by at least 3 days. But i haven't received it.

                  I've also shared my last five days statement to airtel.
                  Can anyone from airtel please solve this with all the details i've provided..?

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    My airtel mobile number is inactivated due to not being active. It shows not registered on network. I contacted the airtel customer service centre in coimbatore, they could not resolve as the number has no info attached to it . This number is originally from Karnataka and ported to Tamilnadu. I wish to activate the same. I am aware as per the TRAI guidelines the inactivation process should be transparent and the customer should be given grace period of 15 days to reactivate his inactivated number. I did not receive any alert messages or even a courtesy message about disconnection. I explained this to the service representative but he could not help in anyways. I hereby request you to kindly help me in this regard.

                        I applied airtel broad band connection on june 07 2016. But i am not getting single message from the concern team. I paid 3000 rs. I called so many times to customer care service but i am not getting proper update they are telling same answer day by day (Need 48 hours to work on like that)

                        Almost 8 months gone but nobody respond it properly

                          Hi, I have raise a broad band request for 6 months and paid the amount online ₹5168 on february 12 2017. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one. Mobile no.[protected] my on dated 17.02.17 with rs.850/- money was debited from my payzapp wallet but not credited in my airtel dth account([protected]) i did complaint to payzapp customer care five times today they replied that airtel dth has credited the money in dth account as they told airtel dth has given ref .Id i.E.[protected] & they told to complaint with airtel dth for refund kindly check my airtel dth account nor i get credited in airtel dth & not yet refunded in my payzapp after 17.02.17 i recharged two times my airtel dth ac with 200&850 those are credited in my account
                              kindly check the status and refund my money 850/- which are lying with your end since last 14 days & i feel harrased

                                Collection agents from delhi are calling and talking in very rude manner. Number [protected] suggesting their name as advocate nitin choudhary. When researched on internet people from different providers i. E. Tikona, idea are also getting threatening calls from this number. I was an airtel customer, however due to incorrect billing by airtel i have not settled their amount and now they are calling from different numbers and threatening us.

                                This complaint is against one Ms Vipula ( [protected]) and one person [protected] (Truecaller name says Balaji loans) who has been threatening to cancel my number and been abusing me in vulgar language from the number [protected]. He started saying that my bill payments aren't in order and that I should sell my fancy number, He has been saying he will cancel my number and yesterday he along with one vipula under the false pretext of my phone being lost they have barred my out going facility.. Upon enquiry the Jayanagar Airtel branch went through my account said there was a wrong barring from Vipula and that I should file a complaint with you.. if at all there is a payment issue the system will automatically bar outgoing calls and in this case they have personally updated false info on their system to restrain my outgoing calls.I am also perusing police action for threats against me. Please take immediate action before the matter goes to the deputy commissioner of police.

                                  We are expecting a pragmatic approach from an esteem company of yours, however inspite of repeated requests our outgoing facility has been unilaterally disabled thereby making us suffer.

                                  We have already stated that we have not received the bills and hence the payment has not been effected so also we have been requesting for past two days for the reinstating the outgoing facility which has been unilaterally cut down without information or taking into consideration the factuals that your personnel Mr Yogesh Diwan - had failed to communicate on the matter – the para in the trail mail requoted-

                                  “Sir, this is also to bring to your kind notice that we are not getting the Airtel bills regularly in respect of our office land line telephone numbers . That is why clubbing of all phones to ONLY ONE NUMBER was the point of idea mooted through your Shri Yogesh Diwan. A Joint exercise was conducted for few weeks in August 2016 and thereafter the whole exercise became futile. Soon after, on telephonic contact with concerned officials, response was not encouraging. Thus the whole matter regarding clubbing of telephone bill led to the pending of subsequent bills and resulted in today's situation.”

                                  The mail has been marked to so many people and it is pathetic that none is responding.

                                    No messages can send from the 1st day I port from vodafone to aitel. the *#5005*7672# Call shows 'Setting Interrogation Failed'; I cannot set a new SMS Message Center #. By the way, I can receive messages

                                    I tried putting the SIM in an android to see if I can update the telephone number on the SIM from UNKNOWN - no success.

                                    Called the 198 at least 4 times - they either are clueless ("EXECUTIVES" are a useless bunch) or promise to fix withing 2 days (someone was going to get back to me 15 days back - they never did). All that happens is a charge for the 121 call (I pay for AIrtel's POOR service and their 'executives').

                                      I had applied for a Migration of Broadband plan on 31st of Jan 2017. After that it has been multiple calls and multiple emails to Airtel and I still haven't got a solution.

                                      The current plan I am having is 4 MBPS with 40 GB download and I wanted a 40 MBPS with 50 GB download since they had advertised about it. After applying online, I found out that the advertisement is misleading and they have only 16 MBPS speed facility. So I applied again to migrate my plan from 4 MBPS to 16 MBPS with 50 GB download which was available as per the customer care.

                                      It has been a month and I have called up Airtel Customer Care at least 10 times now with no solution till now.

                                      Pathetic customer care. can't say anything beyond this

                                        Airtel stealing money from customers in the name of Advance Rental plans and later harrassing them for payment: fixed line number [protected] . Broadband.l connection taken on 15 Jan 2017. Advance payment made on the same day for rs 4136. But after 1 month I have again got the bill for same amount. Sales executive saying it's a payment updation issue and Airtel will resolve internally. Then also I am getting OBD and collection calls daily. Threatening to disconnect the connection. Call centre agents are clueless about it. I have been calling for 10 days now. Written email on 121 email id with transaction screenshot and credit card statement to prove my point. Yet nothing is done.
                                        After paying such a big amount, Airtel is after my life. This is theft! I am getting harrassed everyday. My work is getting interrupted.
                                        Latest service request number is 79326708 which was supposed to be resolved by 1st March but no update yet.
