Hi,
I was deducted an amount of RS. 99 for the activation of international roaming.
I am 1000℅sure that neither did I travel out of country nor did I ask for the activation of international roaming
Refer below messages
(1/2) Dear Customer, International Roaming rental charge is Rs99. Due to low balance in your account, Rs.92.44 have been deducted and balance amount of Rs.6.56 will be deducted in..(2/2) subsequent recharges.
Dear Customer, Rs.6.56 have been deducted towards the International Roaming rental of Rs99 activated on 04-MAR-17.
I request you to look into the issue immediately. I would urge you to do so as I am in fact losing faith on Airtel, and a deduction of heavy loss including the blockage of customers from atleast reaching the customer care executives, is much annoying than ever...Yet Airtel claims to be open network. I express intense frustration to be an Airtel customer.
Therefore, I urge you to solve this immediately, else I am out.

Hey its been 5 years i have been using your network but seriously from last few months i am highly disappointed with your guys unnecessary all the tym u keep on deducting amount from my main account unnecessary.
Inspite of having data balance i daily got a msg of deduction of amount from my main bal i dont know why..and when ever i use my data between 12-6 am why the data bal is deducted from my main account as u guys says that using data between 12am to 6am is free..then for what the deduction is for.
Unnecessary u guys keep on deducting amount from my main bal and data bal.
I really want to port my this number to other operator i am highly disappointed and dont want to further use your services.
