Airtel Broadband Advance rental paid for 3 months not reflected and internet disconnected for 10 days

Regarding this connection I have already paid for 3 months bill in advance.
Still I am getting bill from last 2 months.

I have paid first 3 month bill via Check of amount 2756/-. After so many complaints to...

I cut my sim into nano and sim destroyed i consult to retailer he told 4 times repeat no issud by patna airtel office, due to suffering from jondice i got late to reached to patna office, one day i reached they told sevice clodes to this numeber.pls help me to recover my no.

    My number is [protected] i added 3000 rupees in my airtel payments bank a/c and I forget my mpin and it is showing that account is blocked and I tried many times to reset the mpin but it is showing reset window is closed . Please look over this and solve my problem.
    When I try to reset mpin through the given customer care number in the app it saying that regenerate your mpin through *400# but in that also after asking all details it is showing that mpin reset window is closed try after 24hours everytime. Even after 24hours we tried then also it is showing the same . Iam unable to understand what actually the process is and this airtel bank people are not taking care of all these but making publicity that it is easy to use but iam not feeling easy . So please look after this and resolve my problem as money transfer is urgent for me so iam requesting u to slove my issue as early as ppssible

      I had ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel few years back and bought an airtel sim that time. I have recently purchased a 4g handset and decided to swap my old airtel 3g sim for a 4g sim.
      I approached airtel store and got the sim swapped by sending sim number to 121 and the rest of the process. Within few minutes the new sim got activated but i wasnt getting any 4g network (Open network showed good signal).
      i called customer care and i was told that i dont have a 4g enabled sim, so i went to Airtel store again and i was told that there is a problem with 4g activation and they will be sending a BACK-END mail to Airtel. i waited 2 days but still no response.
      I went to airtel store again and this time they asked me to change sim again. i was provided with a new 4g sim and sim number sent to 121 and rest of the process done but till date my new sim isnt getting activated.
      since almost 20 days i have been repeatedly going to airtel office and calling customer care but nothing works out. everyone is clueless.

      As of now, on advice by airtel store i have tried swapping to new sim card 3 times but all i get is '- your sim will be activated shortly'

      Im surprised that when a newcomer like Jio can offer 4g so easily, then why cant established operators like Airtel help me solve my problem.
      If things doesnt work out, I have only 1 option- to bid goodbye to airtel and move to another operator.

          I did recharge of Rs. 199/- through Net banking. for 4 GB 3G/4G data for 28 days for mobile number [protected] on 02/03/2017. The amount was deducted from my account but recharge was not done. My transaction reference is [protected]IGAAWWJTY3 taken by INB Bharati Airtel. Therefore, it is requested to refund me the amount of Rs. 199/- immediately.

          Dear Sir/Madam, I have done online banking recharge for my Videocon d2h, customer id is 63347320. This recharge has not succeed. but amount of INR :-1095 has been cut from my state bank of India account on 23/02/2017 . I have recharged through Net Banking. My SBI account is showing value date:- 23-Feb[protected]Feb-2017), and narration :- TO TRANSFER INB Bharat Business Channel L TECH_BARATB Payments, and ref. no. :[protected]IGAAVTNCJ5. Hence, it is requested to refund the said money of Rs. 1095/- in my account number [protected] immediately.

Every time I get a message stating "YOUR SIM IS UNDER ACTIVATION, PLEASE SWITCH OFF YOUR MOBILE AND SWITCH ON AFTER 30 MINUTES, YOUR SIM WILL BE ACTIVATED BY CALLING 59059."               I got a message of recharge... That 149-14gb 3g/4g data but when i recharged for it i got only 300mb balance in my account... And i called the customare care.. They said me to register a complaint in their email... Plz solve my problem i want a solution either give me refund money or i want 14gb of data in my account...                   I was an Airtel postpaid customer which I have ported to BSNL prepaid two months back. Before the number got ported I have cleared all the pending and started using BSNL. Suddenly last week my BSNL calls got barred and when I contacted BSNL customer care they said that there is a bill due of Rs.92 in my old Airtel account. But when I contacted Airtel customercare they said that I don't have any pending bill and my dues is just 1paisa. But BSNL is saying that they need a letter from airtel. But Airtel is not ready to send out a mail. Don't know what to do here...

                    My name is Swanand Patkar my contact number is [protected].Sir me and my friends are porting our number other telecom service provider to airtel for better service
                    .We all have submited our document and money(50 rs per) on 17th feb 2017, but till date its not activated. When ever we call your executive on there offical number([protected]), they always gave us false statement regarding our sim card activation.Sry to say but it is not accpected by one of the leading telcom service provider, and biggest problem is they dont answer your request and hang your phone in middle of our convesation.
                    With respect if we are getting this kind service how can i ask my other friends to join your network.

                      I asked for one WIFI connection with hotspot device
                      Airtel has given [protected] and payment is also made rs.3990.

                      They have not updated in the system about the plan and payment.
                      As one month crossed i got bill for this connection
                      Since i was not in country and my family need the connection
                      I have made a payment of 650 for the [protected].

                      When i asked about it, airtel has given a replacement sim card ([protected])

                      and updated the plan in this.

                      They have not closed the [protected] connection. Asking me to pay bill for that.
                      According to Airtel i have 2 connections, in reality i have one.

                        I am new customer for Airtel Postaid.
                        I had ported from Tata DoCoMo Postpaid.
                        My Mobile number is [protected]. My porting is done on March 2, 2017 "12:20AM". Even after successful porting, I am unable to send/receive Messages. Also many of my friends/relatives complaining like, they cannot able to call me. It tells as "Please check the number you have dialed" they have saved my number which was working fine before porting.
                        I hope that Airtel Customer Care will fix the Issue ASAP. Let me know if anymore detail needed.

                                Hi,

                                This is to inform that I recently got a call from Airtel telecaller continuously asking and forcing me to join for myfamily plan in Airtel. For first few calls I didn't show interest but as the telecaller was calling continuously and pleading, i agreed to go for myfamily plan (myFamilyPlan 499).

                                Currently my number [protected] is in Airtel. As per to myfamily plan I have decided to port my family members number from Vodafone to Airtel and also took one new connection from airtel. These all happened during 2nd and 3rd week of Feb 2017. I gave the necessary documents and photos to Airtel executive on 17 Feb 2017. Telecaller and executive informed that new connection will be activated on 20 Feb 2017 and other number that I have ported will be activated by 23 Feb 2017.

                                But till now nothing has happened. I tried calling the Telecaller and she always says that it will activated in next 1-2 hours. As of now I don't see anything happened from Airtel end. When i called 198, they say that they don't have record wrt this.
                                This is a false commitment and irresponsible response from Airtel executives.

                                I even dropped an email to Nodal Officer and Appellate Team on 23rd February but to my shock, even they are not responding properly. They say the issue is taken with high priority and it will be resolved in 1 or 2 days. But now it is more than 2 weeks that i have submitted the document and i dont see any progress here.

                                All levels of executive from Airtel are cheating and commiting something which they are not able to do.

                                I dont see any resolution till date. Everytime i send an email Nodal and Appellate team, they will respond saying we have escalated this issue to the concerned team and will get back within 72 hours.
                                The latest email that i received from Airtel is they are not able to trace my documents and this request cannot be processed.
                                if this is the case why cant they take action on telecaller Rekha and Roopa? I have provided their numbers but yet no action against them.
                                Now my documents are with Airtel. What guarantee you give me that my docs will not be misused? Really upset with entire team from Airtel.

                                By the way can i know what resolution has been given?
                                When you say "The team are not able to trace my documents and this request cannot be processed." Is this called resolution? Now my documents and photos are with Airtel. What guarantee you give me that my docs will not be misused?

                                The issue was not at all resolved. Finally I made up my mind in porting from airtel to other network. I am now enjoying the good support from the different network.

                                    I had paid online Rs. 4994 for the activation of my prepaid airtel number [protected] on 28th Feb 2017 for a validity period of 30 days from the date of activation. This was done when I was in India. I came to US on 1st March 2017 but to my disappointment, the phone roaming is not at all activated.
