Unable to Recharge my Number

I am using airtel postpaid number ([protected]) from last 4 years. Now I have converted my number from postpaid to prepaid on date 08/02/2017 and my televerification is also gone positive, but after that I unable to recharge my number. I tried recharge Rs. 10, 20, 30, 50, 100 of normal amount, even I tried Rs. 84, 106, 123 recharge amount of FRC ( First Recharge ). Everytime same error appears, " Recharge not successfull on this number...

Fraud in consume internet data for plan of 5gb

I took 4g internet plan after taking i was told there is no 4g service in your location in pune then you can shift for 3g service with 5gb & ur advance will be adjusted on monthly basis for 6 month

after 2 months tey starrted showing fake consumption showing used almost 5 gb just in 2 days where not used even 1 gb hardly

every month requesting them to sent technician but they are not doing anything...

First of everything I got regular calls from Airtel talking about new connections with unlimited packs and calls. I rejected; however one day finally I said yes. On 29 Jan I gave my complete details over phone including corporate info where I am working. They promised me that executive will come to my place the very next day to collect documents and will activate my sim in 2 hours. Which was not done even after two complaints.

Previous month i had opted for airtel v-fiber plan which had stated that i will get 40mbps for 100 gb but from the day the plan started i did not receive any speed above 18 mbps. The plan's cost is 1699 but i am totally cheated about this plan. Please look after this issue and recheck the plan details with them. My area pincode is mumbai 400097. In the bill also it was stated that it is 16mbps only. But i was given the pamplets of 40mbps...

4g services stopped

Duping the customer

My issue is not resolved and still my complaints are closed.
The issue is pending for more than 10 months.
They are already lagging in technical problem but still they are doing malpractices too.
Whenever i ask a reason for all the malpractices and negligience, i simply get nonsense in revert or mostly ignored
The dth team is simply duping me for the past 11 months.
Every DEMAND of them was taken up by me...
