I have taken airtel prepaid number [protected].I have not used it regularly.When i want to use it recently it is observed that the sim is not working and i made call to that number one candidate replied that the sim is used by them and it was JIO number and not airtel. Is there any procedure to reactivate the same number. Please inform me

I had paid 1193/- and activated international roaming vide id no.[protected] on 6th of feb and i was told that it would be activated instantly. I FEEL CHEATED THAT THE PLAN DIDNOT WORK AND I HAD TO RECHARGE EXTRA MONEY ON MY CARD SINCE ALL MY BALANCE WAS OVER. I have subscribed to Airtel 1399 tariff plan with 60 gb. My number is[protected]. For the last few months I am being billed in excess of ₹1800/- when the bill after levy of service tax should not exceed ₹ 1600/- kindly arrange to have the discrepancy rectified and get the excess amount paid by me refunded. I am a subscriber of Airtel connection and I use digital transaction for all payments to be made. What I noticed with Airtel billing (when one tries to make online payment via web or through mobile) is that:

1. With a billing figure of 1009.02, (for one of my connection) airtel online payment rounds off the figure to 1010, with a whooping .98 paise in their favour!! Another with 2183.19 (second connection)...

There is no network in janak puri A1 block .i have 10 airtel nos in my house .i m compaining regularly but there is no action and complaint no is 73914038 and 73805254 . So plz check other wise i will change my network .voda, rel and tata also have network in my house but airtel is dead .M Gitesh wadhwa and my no is [protected] . Hi Airtel, I have ported from vodafone to airtel . port was succesful and its activated 20 days ago. But i cant get my incoming calls and no sms incoming or outgoing since the day of activation. Upgraded my airtel sim from 3g to 4g for my iPhone 5 a week ago. However, text messages cannot be sent. Changed the sim for a new one still, the problem persists. Customer care willing to help but unfortunately not equipped to help. Changing carrier seems to be the only option.

I am using airtel prepaid connection .My SIM card has stopped working suddenly for no reason.I had created a ticket on 28/1/2016 PR[protected].

Later they created another ticket CCNOR[protected] and said this will be resolved by[protected] at 8:00PM .

I have a Airtel Hotspot with a prepaid Airtel Sim. Wanted to change it to postpaid sim. Went to Airtel store in Flora Fountain, Mumbai, Pincode 600001 and had the sim changed. At that time submitted a copy of Aadhar card together with verification done with fingerprinting. I was told that the sim would be active within a half hour or so. About an hour later received a message that the verification had failed.
