I am using an Airtel sim... I have changed the SIM to 4G recently. I had some intermittent connection problems. But now my sim is not reachable at all... I am not able to receive any calls. But I do receive SMS.

I have restarted my mobile and tried to change the sim slot too. I have read that there are many customers having the same issue. This is my only sim which I am using for past 7 to 8 years. I have raised a complaint with airtel but no response as of now

    My airtel mobile number [protected] is allocated to someone else without my knowledge.All my accounts are linked to this number.

    I tried to reach the person to whom this number is allocated, but instead he says this number was given to him by Airtel and he should not be disturbed.

    I want this number to be immediately transferred to me .

    Please see this issue as soon as possible.

      I have recharged Rs 346 from my airtel money on 11.02.2017 at 14:33 hrs. This recharge did not work out on my set (mobile no. [protected]). As per the recharge I was supposed to get 1 GB 4G data and free std + local call. But both my data balance as well as talk time was not available. I had to recharge on the same day (Rs70 for data) and 2 times on 15 the (Rs 175 and 200, for data and talktime). The customer care on 11.02.17 told me that the pack will be activated within 24 hours, which never happened. Also when I again called they told me that I have consumed all the data and on 11.02.2017 I have used 250 mb . I am shocked and perturbed with this lie.
      Is there any scope? I think Airtel knows that no body will run to consumer court for such amount so they take it for granted.

        That on 14/01/2017 i have recharged a sum of rs. 5, 500/- (rupees five thousand and five hundred only) through my sbi credit card no. [protected] to airtel money and the transaction was successful and from airtel money i had transferred to my digital tv account no. [protected]-001, but till this day the amount of rs. 5500/- is not reflecting in my airtel digital tv account i have made no. of call to airtel customer care till date it is not resolved. hence this complaint for immediate action.

          @Nodal officer - We took a corporate airtel connection and from day one we are struggling with the connection timeline, IP's and with the billing, there service has been pathetic. Being a corporate i atleast seek some better resolution and service. Please help.

            They are saying i m continuesly calling on a number mentioned in my bill but in real i didn't done a single call on that number.. Airtel is saying i m calling continuesly in 4 to. 50 times in a day on that specific number but in real i have more then 20 times from the same number or other number but us number par koi call uthata hi nahi kaise possible sara sara din us number par mere phone se calling ho rahi hai or agar mai real mai bi karta hun to koi uthata nahi its a clear fraud jo airtel mere sath kar raha hai same sms ho rahe hai switch off numbers par even maine handset hi change kar ke dekh lia ...

                      Hi,

                      I would suggest others and myself to go for any other network but airtel after receiving my feb bill from airtel. They get some magic numbers and just charge customers. I had been in roaming from past 1 year but this time when i visited for NCR region. I receive a huge bill of 1300+. with 498 rs for roaming outgoing where as every corporate plan will have this same as home circle. This is not first time. Happened same with my last 4g dongle, I had to fight for atleast 7-8 months to get it resolved. I will not pay any bill until this is resolved.

                        Hi there, I have been using my airtel number [protected] from last one year. Recently I have been to UK for my company business trip. I have not used any data there but Airtel has charged me 13000rs towards international data roaming charges. I spoke to their customer support team and appellate teams many times but couldn't get any response from them. One guy from airtel called me one day that he is from settlement department from aritel and asked me to pay 4000rs and also asked me to give him Rs 2000 in hand in order to waive off the remaining bill. I gave him 1500 rs in cash and 500 rs later transferred just to make sure that I have proof of sending money to him with respect to bill waiver. But that guy (Shiva kumar) hasn't responded from there.

                        This is very ridiculous that Airtel is charging its customer fake charges and also hiring persons who does this sort of illegal activities.

                          I have requested for airtel land line with broad band connection,
                          I have submitted the proof and gave cash of Rs.2100,
                          They said the amount will be deducted for 1st three month bill,

                          I waited for 3 weeks, I gave complaint which was not solved,

                          Since i haven't received any proper reply, i wrote to appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com

                          They convinced it will be done in a week time, no use .

                          Later i lost my patience, i shoutedand said i dont want your connection i want my money back .

                            Sir, i have an airtel fixed line + broadband connection with number[protected].

                            It is an adsl connection and the current plan is 1999+taxes plan. I had called airtel customer care, probably on 2nd feb 2017, to change the plan to 1099+taxes. They asked me to call back on my billing start date (5th of every month) for plan change.

                            I called their customer care on 5th - they were unable to change plan due to a backend error and asked me to wait for 3 days. I called them again on 8th - same response, wait for 3 days. They also refused to give me a reference number. I emailed their customer care on 10th - from whom i have not received any satisfactory response till date.

                            I called them back on 14th feb, and their customer rep told me that i have to switch to airtel's v-fiber plan by paying 1000rs, only after which i will be able to change plans. After i reasoned with him, he agreed to discount the 1000rs by giving 25% discount for next 3 months. But again, he was unable to change the plan due to backend error.

                            After that i mailed their appellate authority, for which i got no response.

                            Details of previous interactions with airtel customer care representatives @ 121. Airtel interaction id[protected] hinduja - 5/2/2017, about 4.10pm airtel interaction id a1nn7aiu - varsha - 8/2/2017, about 5.50 pm airtel interaction id[protected] mr. Saradh mohan - 14/2/16, about 12.10-12.40pm

                            Thus airtel has retained me in a higher tier plan for past 15 days, in spite of repeated attempts by me to switch plans, for which i will have to pay - in spite of them being at fault. I request you to look into this unethical business practice by airtel and provide me with a resolution.

                              This is Avtar Singh, i had an airtel number +91-[protected] which i brought three years back. as i didn't use my number for period of 6 months. airtel deactivated that number... but i want that number now badly because i have given that number to all officially and friends.

                                Dear sir/madam my old airtel number is [protected], in my area 630002 karaikudi there is no airtel internet facilities. But one person from airtel local boy his name is manikandan (Cell:[protected]) came and gave me the connection for rs 1080 per month at the same time we paid 2500 for this fraud company. Connection is very very slow and always said no internet connection. So i raised a complaint to airtel through phone they said sorry airtel broadbandconnection is not available to your area. So we send emails to quit connection. They are telling to pay the full month money to quit connection. Im asking why are you begging and cheating your valuable customers like this. Not even used for two days but they had not understood but asking money with due amounts. Tell me the solution for this fraud act. Im going to file a consumer complaint saying that the "contract was already concluded", but by not terminating the services, the company has committed fault, imperfection and deficiency in service. Also im going claim the compensation for harrassment.

                                  I am registered with my mobile number [protected]. I had ported this number and mentioned the address of my company name. Now I went to the store of malviya Nagar to change the address. Since I stay in a paying accommodation that's why I gave my company's address. At the store they changed my address but the name of the company still exist in the bill.

                                  Note:- I want to remove just the company name.

                                  Note:- I dnt want plan or any services to change.



                                  Looking for early redressal as I have to use the bill as proof in my other documentation which is just getting delayed because of airtel slow grievance redressal.

                                  I have been calling you guys, havnt got any revert, you force people to port numbers and then dnt redress the issue. Next I am going to social media on this.

                                    Hi this is regarding the airtel broadband [protected] .

                                    I am writing this mail because i am very unhappy with the Airtel broadband department.
                                    I was the very happy using airtel broadband since many years, But since 15 days, it was a very horrible experience for me.
                                    I had airtel broadband in noida D-block, Sector 27 for almost 2 years, I had stopped my connection on March 2016 because i was shifting to Bangalore.
                                    I moved from Bangalore to Noida on 6th feb, then i requested for re connection of my old broadband connection in different address.(B-497, sector 19 Noida)

                                    Customer Executive told me it will take 3 days for the re connection.
                                    From then onward i was daily contacting the broadband guys for the status, and everyday they told that it will take 2 days.

                                    today on 20th Feb, i got a call from customer executive and he said to me " Your request for airtel broadband re connection has been canceled as there is some technical problem"

                                    if that is the case, i should have intimated with in 3-4 days that this request can not proceed, So i could go for some another options, My time is wasted like anything.

                                    This is very wrong for a customer, i feel cheated .
                                    This mail is for the feedback and please take care these things.
                                    In the end, i would like to say that I will never suggest someone to use airtel broadband services.
