I have not received transaction receipt for online payment to Airtel DTH for a new connection.
There should be a transaction receipt of every transaction, be it a online or a physical mode.

Even the customer care is not able to help on same. They are saying that this is not possible. I have even told them to take complaint. But they are saying that they are not able to take complaint of same.

There's no network after midnight

From a few days my airtel network is going down after midnight, it’s not working at all, I want you to fix this problem as soon as possible. If I need to use my mobile data or even have to call someone very urgently, will I get this service from Airtel? Airtel has let me down in every way possible. And please, do respond to this problem. I actually had the midnight data and only after enabling it, I am not getting the network after midnight....

Cheating with customer by showing high data usage even after not using the same

Hi,

I have 799 infinity plan in which some 4 GB data comes, now post consumption of these data, the moment we activate booster pack, after only 10 to 15 min it shows that I used my all data.

As per my mobile statistics, I have used 5 GB data in my current bill cycle of 13 days and by calling to customer care IVR says I used 36 GB data and customer care executive claim that I have used 19 GB data ..now I am not...

I have my postpaid mobile no. of Airtel. In the month of Dec '16, I had made one excess payment of Rs. 3646/- to Airtel against my bill. This mobile sim was bought from Jaipur, Rajasthan. On asking for refund from customer care for the excess payment, they had logged in my complaint. But in spite of asking them not to redund the amount by cheque, they have sent a cheque to my old Jaipur address where I dont live anymore....

I applied for Airtel Broadband they took the money 1000 Rs as installation charges along with docs and photo but cancelled the request stating broadband is not feasible. I submitted request to refund the installation charges but no proper response from Airtel! I am warning everyone about the way Airtel behaved/behaving with me. Alerting as many people as I can so that nobody will fall prey for this fraud. I will not let them cheat people...

I visited the Airtel store to check whether the SIM is working or not and they told me that the SIM is disfunctional. And that I have to get a new SIM. Since the SIM is in my mother's name. I got here documents and photos for the SIM swap but then I was told that I have to bring her along as well.
She is suffering from high fever and is not even able to walk properly and they want the customer to come in personally.

Now Airtel has deducted balance from main balance and they say there was no benefit as 4gb 4g on my number..I spoke to the consumer care executive and also to his supervisor spending my money for their fault and they idiots don't even see any such benefit. When the Airtel don't know what they are assuring on their websites when customer recharge then why the hell...
