Network coverage is very low and bad of Airtel because in this area no tower installed
And one tower installed but it rang not covered this area.

    Airetel collected Rs. 1490 in advance for one month rental in early December. Connection provided 4 Jan. Now bill raised by Airtel for 23 Dec to 22 Jan due date 8 Feb 2017. Despite my complaint on this site & several emails reg. providing incorrect plan and incorrect bill, Airtel is not resolving my complaint. They have disconnected my broadband from this morning (10 Feb). Customer Service team says my account has been disconnected so cant take a complaint. Technical team refuses to take my call. Airtel looks like you are not interested at all. Even after one month their standard reply is "we are checking". Are you going to resolve this issue decently?

        As I am not able to use my data plan of2999 properly for last 40 days and have complained so many times but on every complaint I receive a sms that you problem Will be seen in next two days and all that. But it is still there, now I get the highlighted display of exceeding of my data plan. What is this going on can't understand. Now I request your kind self to please see to it or deactivate my plan so that I be saved from another bill cycle which is again a burden to me now. It has happened in past bill also that I was billed by Rupees 3000/- . I know the same Will be repeated and another bill will be sent to me. Now if it happens again I will go to the consumer services to complaint against Airtel services. I m sending a screen shot of the answer of a cord which I use to see my data usage is enclosed.

                          Dear Sir,
                          My name is Rakesh Ghadi holding your Airtel Mumbai postpaid Number - [protected] from last 6 years.
                          Incident took placed on 8th Feb 2016. All of a sudden I received “NO Service” message on my screen, after which I assumed it’s a SIM issue; so I remove my SIM and re-inserted by cleaning it, but no use. Then, I thought its major issue, so I called up customer care, and asked for the reason, that time I came to know that my SIM has been Port Out with another service provider and it was permanently disconnected from Airtel .which I have never asked for, neither I got any intimation regarding PORTING from Airtel.
                          Next day immediately I visited Andheri- East- J. B, Nagar Airtel gallery. I informed them whole incident, but the same reply I got from them as well. They can’t do anything, as SIM has been Port Out with another service e provider.
                          Now please tell me, is it my fault??That, I am your customer from last 6 years.
                          How can we trust on your services?

                          I am very much disturb and stuck due to this. Please kindly help me in this matter and I will be very thankful to you.

                                I had paid 3 months rent in advance and they didn't install the connection saying that they have connectivity issue.
                                lol in this digitization they have connectivity issue in city like Gurgaon, Any way but harrasment starts when they are not refunding my money back.
                                Now it's two months but they are processing and only processing. Once I get a call saying that due to technical issue they are not able to refund and now it will take another 15 days. :(
                                Worst customer support illiterate people. Even once I got call saying that your details are not present in our system...OMG then how this conversation was going on from past one and half month.
                                They only extend the refund date but will not refund the money. They are looting and churning the interest onmoney of innocent people.

                                Guys do not pay in advance for Airtel broadband else you will also face similar issue and Airtel will harass you badly.
                                Better use another broadband provide and pay only after installation of broadband.

                                  They even had not refunded my 3297 broadband connection money till now even after 2 months.
                                  Guys please help me to spread this message so other people will not caught in this fraud.

                                  Guys do not pay in advance for Airtel broadband else you will also face similar issue and Airtel will harass you badly.
                                  Better use another broadband provide and pay only after installation of broadband.
                                  I was recharged 148 rs. My offer 5gb data and airtel free calls but 300mb data only received...

                                    My Complain is while taking the conncetion i had two employees from your company to collect the cash, i gave them 1000rs as connection charges where i got to know the charges for new connection is only 500, no problem, As i was not contacted for more then a week i called the customer service and the asked me to pay 500 0nline which i did, then i asked the person who took my 1000 rs, its been one month that person is not responding my phone calls nor my sms plz help me name of the sales guy SIRJU phone # [protected]

                                      I have been issued a duplicate sim one month ago. Since then it is not activating(no signal). I have submitted all my documents, called 7-8 times to customer care and they keep on saying that you have to visit airtel store.When i am going to airtel store they are saying call to customer care. Its been almost a month now and i m still not able to activate my sim. I just wanted to know how long it will take to activate my sim.I am facing problems day in and out because of deactivation of sim card.

                                        Hi Airtel Team,
                                        I have a Airtel Prepaid Number of Banglore Circle +91-[protected] in name of Seema Choudhary . I did a recharge of Rs 1000/- on 3rd of Feb 2017 from MyAritel App order ID[protected] . The amount got deducted on its own without any usage .

                                        On calling customer care they told that it has been used in Internet but the phone was not used for Internet and don't know how the amount got deducted .

                                        Can you pls help in reverting the amount deducted .
