There is no resolution which is provided on this complaint. There was only a call which was made to check what was my concern (though I have written in so many words) - yet I gave all the details.
The person who called, tried to convince me that the amount which is collected by Airtel will be credited back; but never could he answer as to why the amount is collected in advance and kept with Airtel for a month!! Strange isn't it.
I claim that this complaint is yet to closed with a possible acceptable solution.
with deep regrets on how customer is being treated.

Updated by Chetz28 Dear Airtel - you are repeating the same mistake again this month. For a billing amount of Rs. 1016.09, you are actually taking a payment of Rs. 1017 through internet banking, rounding off the billing value to a higher figure, and keeping 91 paise in your credit, for no reason. And you will happily come back to say that we will adjust in the next month billing... wonder why your billing system cannot adjust this round off at the time of billing itself to nearest Rupee... you continue to do this broadlight robbery and still expect customers to stay with you and be loyal??
And honestly, when the representative called me, there was no resolution provided.. He only said he will look into this matter and take it up to higher level.
I am not getting the signal inside for last 10 dyas at My office address
