    I have not received any bill for this no. [protected] from the last 2 months, this is happen 5th time with me that the bill is coming after 2-3 months.my company allows me to make payment every month . I had also visited the customer service kiosk Airtel at Survey, guwahati, but there is no one who can help me in this matter because of poor and unexperienced staff.they recruited untrained staff.there are only girls and you don’t say anything to them bcoz they are girl.I have also made several calls to your customer care number, the customer care agents are very unpolite and are least interested in understanding the customers problems.
    I also have spoken to the floor manager, who was extremely unpolite, mannerless and inefficient to understand my problem instead he banged the phone down, without giving me a satisfactory solution.
    false commitments to customers? Is this a kind of a joke that they are cracking with customers?this is the last time I am complaining in airtel and after that I will go to consumer court and fight for the right..i am fed up with your false promises and commitments. Take immediate action please.

    Airtel is cheating the people and looting the money.
    They even had not refunded my 3297 broadband connection money till now even after 2 months.
    Guys please help me to spread this message so other people will not caught in this fraud.

    Guys do not pay in advance for Airtel broadband else you will also face similar issue and Airtel will harass you badly.
    Better use another broadband provide and pay only after installation of broadband.

      There was a dispute regarding the bill. I had raised a complaint and the discussion was on. You had stopped my outgoing and finally you stopped my incoming. It was a mistake from your side as you had charged me Rs 99 extra for some roaming charges for more than a year and you stooped the services.which was auto renewed without my approval or information. I found out only when I checked by chance the bill. And above that your executive calls me and asks if you will pay instantly then he would give some discount. He should first apologize and reverse the charges. I do not want some discount but complete reversal.

            I had paid 1193/- and activated international roaming vide id no.[protected] on 6th of feb and i was told that it would be activated instantly. I FEEL CHEATED THAT THE PLAN DIDNOT WORK AND I HAD TO RECHARGE EXTRA MONEY ON MY CARD SINCE ALL MY BALANCE WAS OVER.                   even i didnt use my airtel number for outgoing calls and my postpaid plan is 599 but i got the bill of Rs: 966/- how it can be happend without using internet services and out going call [censored] network services and even-though Airtel Digital TV is also waste i complained on 18 feb 2017 they never get back to me yet thats how they are maintaing the services

                  i request to each and everyone please dont take any connection from Airtel services not only Post-paid / Prepaid / Digital TV and Broadband connections also

                      Dear Sir,

                      I am a subscriber of Airtel connection and I use digital transaction for all payments to be made. What I noticed with Airtel billing (when one tries to make online payment via web or through mobile) is that:

                      1. With a billing figure of 1009.02, (for one of my connection) airtel online payment rounds off the figure to 1010, with a whooping .98 paise in their favour!! Another with 2183.19 (second connection) rounded off to 2184.

                      2. That means there is no rounding off concept applied at all - can understand if it was Rs. 1009.78, converted to Rs. 1010, but even with .02 paise converted to a rupee... wow... Airtel India you are actually minting money, even with partial of 250Mn users with such billing every month,

                      3. considering payments are largely online mode and direct debit from bank account, wonder why they don't allow to make exact payment to nearest decimal, when every online transactions actually allows payment upto decimals.

                      Irrespective of whether Airtel may claim that we adjust in next billing, question is

                      1. Why is that amount not rounded off at the bill itself, that too with every paise rounded off to next rupee figure - this is a smart way of minting money for over a month.

                      Request kindly look into this case further and help millions of customers being taken for a ride through this model from Airtel.

                      There is no resolution which is provided on this complaint. There was only a call which was made to check what was my concern (though I have written in so many words) - yet I gave all the details.

                      The person who called, tried to convince me that the amount which is collected by Airtel will be credited back; but never could he answer as to why the amount is collected in advance and kept with Airtel for a month!! Strange isn't it.

                      I claim that this complaint is yet to closed with a possible acceptable solution.

                      Dear Airtel - you are repeating the same mistake again this month. For a billing amount of Rs. 1016.09, you are actually taking a payment of Rs. 1017 through internet banking, rounding off the billing value to a higher figure, and keeping 91 paise in your credit, for no reason. And you will happily come back to say that we will adjust in the next month billing... wonder why your billing system cannot adjust this round off at the time of billing itself to nearest Rupee... you continue to do this broadlight robbery and still expect customers to stay with you and be loyal??

                      And honestly, when the representative called me, there was no resolution provided.. He only said he will look into this matter and take it up to higher level.

                      Bottom line on top:
                      THIS ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED.
                      Airtel is inherently a dishonest company and we all should collectively punish it by moving to other operators.

                      I too have noticed the same issue today. And was searching on the internet to see if there are other users facing this cheating issue by airtel. And looks like there are many many people who are facing this issue. And the extra amount that they collect is never adjusted back in the next bill. The story repeats again in the next bill.

                      Airtel is known for being a dishonest company. We recently saw the very big mega scam with aadhar and airtel eating away peoples gas subsidy illegally. So I have decided to disconnect my broadband and mobile connections and move to other more honest operators such as Jio, TATA, ACT.
                      Hi, was this issue resolved ? I am facing the same issue till now.

                        There is no network in janak puri A1 block .i have 10 airtel nos in my house .i m compaining regularly but there is no action and complaint no is 73914038 and 73805254 .                         Airtel is cheating the people and looting the money.
                        They even had not refunded my 3297 broadband connection money till now even after 2 months.
                        Guys please help me to spread this message so other people will not caught in this fraud.

                        Guys do not pay in advance for Airtel broadband else you will also face similar issue and Airtel will harass you badly.
                        Better use another broadband provide and pay only after installation of broadband.

                          My mobile number [protected] which i have been using for a long time has been irresponsibly given to someone else because i was out of station for somewhat 7 months ...
                          i had put my that number everywhere to even recover my password and now i am in an urgent need of that number and i found that it is given to someone else i am very disappointed with this practice of airtel and i called for customer support they said that they can't help me...
                          i think this is a very bad practice by airtel and it would be responsible for its down rating

                                Dear Sir

                                Today i visited Komal Traders airtel store in Ganganagar district of Rajasthan for changing my sim for mobile number [protected]. I followed whole process from sending the message to change sim. I waited for 30 minutes for starting my sim but it was not started so i checked the SIM number which was not matching with the envelop and because of this SIM was not getting signals. During this whole process none of the AIRTEL store employee assisted me and I personally identified this DRASTIC ERROR of the company.

                                As you can see this number belongs to Himachal Pradesh and right now I am working in Rajasthan and it became a terrible situation for me and now I am being humiliated by AIRTEL company and the airtel store. Why I am suffering as Komal traders is telling to send some one on AIRTEL store in SHIMLA which is next to impossible for me as I do not belong to Shimla and I don't know anyone there now.

                                I will be going in consumer court and filling a complaint for humiliating me for following the whole process.

                                I had to buy a new SIM for which I paid 100 rupees to Komal Traders airtel store without having my fault and those people were even not having courtesy to provide an alternate sim.

                                I am really panic because of this event and I ill be going to consumer court in this regard.

But after 8 days I got a message that Dear Customer, validation of your documents for porting your mobile no 850*****11 to Airtel could not be completed successfully.For more details, contact your point of sale from where the connection was taken or the nearest Airtel store. but after saying this to executive he said to ignore this message but even the next day the same message came . Pls take proper action

                                    Hi Airtel, I have ported from vodafone to airtel . port was succesful and its activated 20 days ago. But i cant get my incoming calls and no sms incoming or outgoing since the day of activation. After a series of complaints and contnous follow up. They told me its a problem with sim. I was given a new sim when i requested at the store. Its been 5 days that sim was not activated . Every time i was calling the custoimer care they say we escalate but i felt no use of any escalations. I am very much frustrated with the service and wants to cancel the post paid connection because of such a worst service to me. My bank account and card transactions are linked to this number. I am really very very disappointed with the customer service . the problem number [protected]

                                      Based on the SMS intimation at 16.00 on 30/01/2017, on my mobile [protected], I remitted Rs. 175 being re-charge amount for re-establishment of the Airtel DTH connection. But I found some technical mistake in my connection and informed the same to the Airtel customer care technician in his mobile No.[protected] three times on subsequent days but he didn't turn up to rectify the defect so far. Therefore, I entitle DTH service for one month from the date of re-establishment of AirtelDTH connection, failing which I shall be constrained to take up the matter with the consumer redress forum for the delay and time lag.
