Hi, i had requested AIrtel to port from old BSNL connection to AIrtel, and the application collected by Airtel Executive, new sim issued immedeately on[protected], later on 20th jan 2017, my BSNL Sim has been deactivated and when i tried inserting the Airtel Sim, the same is not showing any network.
i had registered complaint with Airtel customer care and on social media as well, but no help.
later i had requested for new sim, its been a week since my request for new sim, neither they are delivering sim to my address nor they are giving when i visited the AIrtel store.
i am total frustrated and irritated, nobody is there to help me, offcourse every day one customer care call to my alternative number, just for the sake of knowing the status of my complaint and till today, nobody has tried really helping me with the problem.
now i want to switch back to BSNL, since this airtel is not activating my sim atleast, if my connection rejected i can happily switch back to BSNL.

i request you to either to activate or if not possible Cancel my connection here and cancellation details to my mail ID canaveen.[protected]@gmail.com, so that i will get the BSNL connection.
i have faced hell lot of problem with this please do resolve this.

Today got a call from Airtel they said your request rejected and I have to make another request again.
what the hell you people are doing. Why not returning the money.
Firstly you are not able to provide the Broadband connection.
Now not refunding my money back.
Reassigning another date and date.
Guys please do not pay in advance for Airtel broadband connection better switch to another service provide and pay only when it gets installed.
