I am using 4g hotspot. It is not getting connected in green signa, but gives mesg in wireless network connected and excellentl, only if it gives yellow signal it is getting connected. green indicates 4G, yellow is 3g. It is also erratic, off and on every few seconds. Is the problem with the instrument or tower nearby. I went to the service center of airtel, chennai anna nagar. they told me to change the sim. I changed the sim few days ago, even then the same problem.

I have purchased 4G device from Airtel Representative (Requested from Airtel site https://www.airtel.in/4g/hotspot/) but still I have not received the device activation bill of Rs 1000/- even after more than 2 months. Representative (Subhod Kumar-[protected]) told me that it will take time to update in the system and generate the bill so will forward it to your email ID but no luck. I am trying to call the Representative from past one month every time he says will give it to you in another week and that week never came.
On top of that i am facing issues with network as it says "connected with problems" and nothing works except Youtube and few websites not sure whats the issue. Logged complaint in the Airtel customer care ([protected]) complaint #87882498 but issue not resolved yet.
Its really frustrating because i took this for official use and in need to submit the bill for reimbursement.
