I requested for broadband connection, paid the money, and after 2 weeks, Airtel said they can't make the connection . Fine. I asked for refund, and they agreed.
Nothing has moved since. Its been 2 months now.
There is a long email chain, every time me asking for refund and the response I get is, 'the issue will be resolved in 3 days'. The person responding does not mention what issue he will resolve in 3 days. Today I got a email response like this which is not the subject of discussion at all:
"This is in reference to your email expressing concern over data not reflecting for your airtel fixedline connection.
We have forwarded your complaint regarding data not reflecting to the concerned team. Our team will be contacting you with an update within 72 hours."

This is a joke. I am talking of refund for Broadband connection and this lady is talking of some 'data not reflecting problem'

The tower signals are weak because of airtel tower is not present in our village.the tower is situated 3Kms away from our village.so, we requesting a new tower for our village
