I booked a broadband at 09th january and payed via online at 10..till now there is no proper response regrading to the activation..Tell me how to get my money back..i strongly recommend that if anybody seeng ths post dnt buy an broadband from airtel theri response is worst the cal respresentatives are irresponsible they are not willing to talkkkk...

Guys I have request for broadband connection on 15th DEC 2016. They didn't installed the connection and when I asked for refund they are not giving it back. Now it's 02 FEB 2017. Where is my amount.
Today got a call from Airtel they said your request rejected and I have to make another request again.
what the hell you people are doing. Why not returning the money.

Firstly you are not able to provide the Broadband connection.
Now not refunding my money back.
Reassigning another date and date.

Guys please do not pay in advance for Airtel broadband connection better switch to another service provide and pay only when it gets installed.

      Dear Consumer Complaints Service,

      My name is Som Shekhar. K & i have Airtel postpaid connection with number [protected] with in Andhra Pradesh region. After numerous Calls to Customer Service and Visitings to the Airtel Store still the problem with my 4G SIM Internet usage is not resolved.

      I lost the signals of my 4G Sim and not able to connect to internet, The signals are very slow than 2G Sim since 04/01/2017 . I approached the near by Airtel Store on 27/01/2017 after a lot of vein trying to get the settings by the customer care and even though I raised several complaints and none of them are resolved . The Airtel Store executive also tried to get the 4G signals on my sim and after a lot of Vein the executive issued a new sim thinking it might be the problem with my sim card after coming to conclusion that my phone is having two sim slots and both are working fine when other mobile service sim like Idea 4G Sim is working fine in both sim slots.

      After inserting the new sim I received new internet settings and saved it and restarted the mobile and I am still facing the same 4G Sim signal problem with my allotted number and the executive mentioned that she will send an email to the back end team of airtel and she did write an email in front of me and had sent to airtel and mentioned that I will receive a call from the back end team and the problem will be resolved... Still no one reached me regarding it and the problem with the Sim card Signals still continues after the open network check and sim change and all tries.

      I don't have any pending bills at all. When i am trying to reach the Airtel customer service representatives, all are mentioning that there is no problem with their service & it will get sorted soon. I could not check my office emails and do the office work till now due to this issue since 04/01/2017 .

      I want the problem to be resolved ASAP if the problem still continuous I will no longer pay the coming month bill amount until the problem is completely resolved and I want to raise a complain demanding the compansation for waste of my valuable time & money since more than 25 days as I am using prepaid IDEA 4G Sim with Internet package recharge of 235rs for 1 gb 4g/3g Internet data whenever I am in need eventhough after having 3gb of data with my post paid bill plan charged 549 rs per month with AIRTEL.

      It is really embarrassing after several calls to customer service and visits to airtel store there is no proper response from their end. We feel like AIRTEL are taking undue advantage of the customer's.

      Attached are the Screen Shots about the Internet connectivity and to download AIRTEL APP from Google play store which is 7.93 MB file is showing 2 hours time for downloading.You can clearly check the time in the Screenshots.

      Hi Akanksha Singh wuth Airtelpresence, it's almost nearly a week and I am still facing the same issue with the 4G Internet connectivity on my contact number.

      I haven't received any response from AIRTEL regarding it and it's been almost one week. I really appreciate if you resolve the issue ASAP or else kindly wave off my JANUARY month bill amount until the problem is completely resolved.

        I have running one shop. that shop i should using airtel broadband 1099/- plan.and then including fiber modem attached. but they are not given modem.and also then my plan changed to 1699/- without my information.i should complaint customercare 20 times.we are not responding.and also another one complaint issue to nearby airtel showroom. but no response.my bill also 3000/-rs extra charges.how could it possible. plz organize this problem.

          My transaction no[protected] and[protected] has failed but money deducted. Almost a month passed but money not refunded. Customer care executives also cannot help me out. Need to know when money will be refunded or not. My earlier complaint no. PR[protected] and PR[protected] regarding same issue has been closed without redressal. Pathetic experience from greivance team as they cannot track the transaction id also.

            I am a customer of Airtel from last 3yrs. I never checked my postpaid bill & just paid it blindly but now from last 6-7 month they give me bill more than my usages. from last two months i started checking my bill & found that they are giving me a lumpsum bill with calculation mistakes & mentioning usages which i never used. Its very disappointing to see mistakes in calculation & as it is system generated bill i am sure that same mistakes they have been made with other customers also, but unfortunately no one check the bill as all customers blindly trust on their service provider. I called customer care many times & told them about this, they also agreed & apologize but not ready to give me corrected bill. So now i cant pay my bill & now they stops my outgoing services.
            Its very pathetic for any customer to see such kind of bussiness strategy from their service provider.

                I received a call saying i must message a 20 digit no. To 121 else my no.
                Will be blocked
                And if i do so i will get 2 months talk time.
                That 20 digit no. Was messaged to me
                I did the same. I messaged that 20 digit no. To 121
                And now my phone doesn't show any network.
                I talked to customer care executive
                He told me its is a fraud and my no. Has been swapped
                Some one else is using my no.
                I request you to please help in in deactivating that no. So that it is not
                used for false means or transferring back to me.
                I am attaching the screenshot of the no. From which i got that call and
                message.

                  I have prepaid 3G internet connection at Rudrapur Distt Udham Singh Nagar Uttrakhand. My connection No is [protected] in the name of O.P.Khetarpal.I have been receiving very poor signals and due to this not able to work properly on net.On 23/01/17 I lodged a complaint on customer care No [protected] and talked Mr Mohit and Satyam and I was assured that my complaint would be resolved by 25/01/17. But it was not rectified. I again lodged a compalint on 25/01/17 and talked to Mr Amrish who told me that my complaint would be resolved by 30/01/17 ie too late.But I am surprised that till date my complaint has not been resolved.My Mobile No is [protected]

                  Guys I have request for broadband connection on 15th DEC 2016. They didn't installed the connection and when I asked for refund they are not giving it back. Now it's 02 FEB 2017. Where is my amount.
                  Today got a call from Airtel they said your request rejected and I have to make another request again.
                  what the hell you people are doing. Why not returning the money.

                  Firstly you are not able to provide the Broadband connection.
                  Now not refunding my money back.
                  Reassigning another date and date.

                  Guys please do not pay in advance for Airtel broadband connection better switch to another service provide and pay only when it gets installed.

                    I had already lodged a complaint on 27th jan 2017 that the bill for the previous month has been charged exorbitantly. I am using the same post paid number for the past 11 plus years and my bill has never crossed more than 450 Rs. per month at any given point of time. When contacted Airtel office i was told that i had used 900 sms, which is impossible. Moreover the charges are 1Re per sms. This is ridiculous and crazy where Airtel is just fleecing the customers and forcing them to port. Its 4 days ago, i had complained, till now no call or response from the company. If my bill charges are authenticate, i will pay or else i will not unless and until its revised and rolled back.

                        I am currently residing in Chennai and I took Airtel Broadband for my rented flat in Thoraipakkam. Due to confusion in previous bill payments, the October and November month bill could not be paid due to which Airtel executives disconnected the connection by November 30th without any prior notice. In December, one executive called me and asked me for the bill payment and also asked me if I wish to reconnect the connection. Since I was not happy with the Airtel schemes and the service they provide, I asked them not to reconnect it and told them that after they clear the confusions for the previous bill payments, I will pay the bill amount. But they didn't respond to anything and in January they called me and said that even after disconnection, they generated the bill for both December and January month and asked me to pay asap. I called customer care many times in December and january and they keep talking in their regional language and I am not able to understand anything. This is pure harassment. The Airtel executives voluntarily disconnected my connection in November itself and now asking me to pay bill till January? Please look into the matter.

In the transaction history recharge details can be found. However the recharge amount is not reflected in my mobile, in stead in SMS it is stated "Recharge done on 30 jan 17 11.52 Am .MRP Rs 148.00, PF 127.70, S tax Rs 19.30. Talk time:Rs1.00. balance 79.00 TransID[protected]. Benefit: Free Local and STD Airtel to Airtel mobile calls and 50 MB 3G per 4G daata for 28 days. ----". The balance stated in the msg is in respect of a previous recharge. So what about my recharge for Rs148? Plz look into it and ensure the recharge value of Rs148 is shown as the balance iin my mobile.

                          After i submit my above complaint someone introducing himself as representative of Airtel called me from +[protected] and told the of recharge ie Rs 148 would be refunded to my account and asked for my Debit card details. Was that person a genuine representative of your company? If so, why he asked for the debit card details when i told my recharge purchase was through net banking. i refused to give him details of my debit card as it was irrelevant. Plz let me know if he was fraud or a genuine representative. in case he is a genuine representative, company should change policy so that no representative asks for details of either debit card or bank account. A prompt response is highly solicited.

                                I always use to get 3G data regarge on my airtel number. I remaine in my office for 8 hours a day but hardly get 3G network for 1 Hour. In the era of 4G, airtel is not able to provide even 3G services in the vicinity of I.I.T. Kanpur. We had advertisement hording od airtel data plans in this area but it is shameful to say no network for 3 G services. I have tried for open network but useless. I m planning to port my airtel number.

                                  On 25th Jan i requested to register a booking for Broadband connection online. i got a call from from number [protected] & the person scheduled to collect the address proof document from my house address on 26th Jan at 4PM. i received the SMS with reference number ONTMBANGA30260972C. However on 26th Jan no one turned up. I got a call again on 27th Jan from number [protected] stating that on 26th Jan the person was on leave & a person will be assigned to collect it from my office address. i got a call that day from the number [protected] asking for my office address & timing. However he too never turned up.

                                  On 30th Jan, i called airtel customer care & spoke to Ms. Sindhu regarding the same. However she says there is no record for my request & it shows as a dummy record!! she keeps me on long holds, couple of times & then says that i can either register again or file a complaint. i asked for a complaint. She assures me that within 24 hrs things will be resolved.

                                  I dont get any SMS (as usually happens) for this complaint call. Also have not heard from Airtel till now regarding the same. its been more than 24 Hrs.

                                    Yesterday(30/01/2017) I recharged online for my number [protected] with the data plan or Rs.154 - 1 GB data for 28 days. [Screenshots - Plan.jpg, ]

                                    I have not received any sms for this recharge transaction. Still, recharge was successful, transaction id :[protected]. But, the data shown post recharge is around 625 MB instead of 1 GB [Screenshot - BalancePostRecharge.jpg attached]

                                    So I have NOT received the 1GB data completely as shown in the website plan. Kindly credit the remaining amount of data that I should receive and please make sure the issue is resolved asap.
