The service request ID '[protected]' which as requested on 11/01/2017 was not addressed properly. Even though the customer support executives promised me that the installation would happen within 72 hours, there was no update for 9 days. And when I checked with them on 20/01/2017 they asked for 48 hours more.

There was absolutely no update on any of the status. This is careless of Airtel not valuing the Customer's time. They...

The money was promptly debited, but this was not appearing in transaction history or in my account through your app. The pack was not effective. I was travelling overseas and was in great trouble. Worst Network experience

Instead of investing in Marketing and branding, it will be nice to invest in Network so that existing customer will stick to it.
