I have taken MNP offer to AIRTEL, once my sim gets activated, ShopeKeeper tries to recharge the MNP offer and he gets 'unable to recharge offer for this xxxxx number' on Jan-15-2017.

on Jan-15-2017:
i called to customer care, and explained the problem they told will be resolved in 24 hrs. i went to shopKeeper on and requested him to recharge MNP-offer same issue.

Even though the customer support executives promised me that the installation would happen within 72 hours, there was no update for 9 days. And when I checked with them on 20/01/2017 they asked for 48 hours more.

I had recharged net pack of 246 with my airtel app twice on 20 december 2016 and money deducted from account. I got msg of failed transaction and stated that money will be refunded in 10 days but not done yet. My txn id for both transactions are[protected] and[protected] and mob no is [protected]. Further i had talked with customer care executive on 5th jan 2017 and they are unable to resolve my problem.

Using AIRTELapp I recharged IR pack for voice and data for Rs998, tr id[protected] on 8.1.17. The money was promptly debited, but this was not appearing in transaction history or in my account through your app. The pack was not effective. I was travelling overseas and was in great trouble. I made a complaint, ref PR[protected] on 10.1.17 but it was closed by you arbitrarily without resolving.
I am now back in India and have no use...

I am a senior citizen of 63 years old visited for changing he sim which is not working in my phone[protected].
Lady in the store harassed me to accept the xerox copy of the document (address proof) as the print of xerox is dark inspite my request to check the original.

I recently ported from Vodafone Karnataka to Airtel Karnataka. Post porting, I am unable to receive any calls. Whenever someone tries to call me, they get a message - "Number is invalid" and even i am not able to send and receive messages. When I complained on 198 on 14th and 18th of January 2017, they informed me that it is resolved, however the issue still exists and they have registered a complaint and asked to wait for 72...

Big mistake to port my Vodafone network into Airtel as I am facing worst experience of Network issue in popular area of Pune.
Instead of investing in Marketing and branding, it will be nice to invest in Network so that existing customer will stick to it.
I am now waiting for my 3 months to get complete so that I will again port into Vodafone and never try to get back to airtel.
