But shameless and disgusting organisation of cheat Sunil Mittal is not responding...

Can cheat and shameless people of Airtel money transfer my entire 54.66 in my airtel wallet ( [protected]) to my airtel landline AC ( no [protected]).

    I Mr Bharat Tuhar From Mumbai. My mobile no is [protected] this is my fav no business no too recently 1 month ago on 10 Dec'16 i applied for port from reliance to airtel and waiting for 1 week for the process.

    Port At,
    Ayush Mobile Center, Bhayandar East.

    Now on 16th Dec'16 my reliance Sim Network disconect and airtel network started i verify my no and thats it after that i rechrge of rs 198 and 220rs and the rechrge was succesfull..

    But the sim isnt started yet i came to know this wen there is no incoming and outgoing calls
    so i complaint to the shopkeeper from wer i applied port service..so he talk to TM and told my problm to airtel TM and this happens for 1 to 2 weeks..now i have to take the action so visited to airtel galery so he checked my and said that my no isnt in airtel it is still in reliance and told me to visit reliance gallery.
    so i visited reliance and told all the the process of port so asked them wer the problem is..

    Thanks to Reliance Care they show me all the details of porting and shown me the process that my no is already forwarded to airtel.
    And airtel company saying that they didnt got my documents for porting what the hell means u think we our fool no help from airtel co too angryy...

    I request u airtel to solve my problem and start my no or give me new sim with the rechrge u can contact me on [protected]

    i want my no back and the rechrge amount too other wise ill sue Airtel Co.

      I visited the Airtel store to check whether the SIM is working or not and they told me that the SIM is disfunctional. And that I have to get a new SIM. Since the SIM is in my mother's name. I got here documents and photos for the SIM swap but then I was told that I have to bring her along as well.
      She is suffering from high fever and is not even able to walk properly and they want the customer to come in personally.
      Adding to it, my validity will be over soon. So it is going waste as I am not able to use it.
      Pathetic service, no empathy and disrespectful staff.
      Please just return my Balance to bank ASAP. I am done with your service. No network, no good connectivity, no response from customer service.

        I had recharged on 23 Jan 2017 for full talk time and also for 4g 4gb recharge. Now Airtel has deducted balance from main balance and they say there was no benefit as 4gb 4g on my number..I spoke to the consumer care executive and also to his supervisor spending my money for their fault and they idiots don't even see any such benefit. When the Airtel don't know what they are assuring on their websites when customer recharge then why the hell they do fake advertisements

          I'm facing severe problem in 4G data connection in my location. It's happening from 4days. Data gets connected to 4G but, a small exclamation (! ) mark appears in the network icon, and the max data speed in 4g connection is not more than 1kbps..
          I'm very angry coz of this ####, even if i set preferred connection as 3g network, after a while 4g gets connected automatically.
          The same issue i checked in nearby location, but there isn't any such problem there.

            As a customer i have recharged 345 pack 01/02/2017
            Rs. 345 pack
            Priced at Rs 345, the pack offers 1 GB data to customers with 4G ready mobile phones along with free calls - Local and STD – to any network india

            but still i am getting deduction while calling.
            And when i contact to Airtel customer Care he is saying there is limitation of call which is mention under "Term and condition " apply .

            can you explained me where is mention any condition while Recharge this pack .
            and when i asked to Talk his senior he has miss behave and cut the phone but no solution given .

I have recharge 299 for this number for std/local /roaming as I did before recharge and get offer .but now recharge and offer not activate yet because I m in roaming and after calling balance diduct from main account.please resolve problem or return money back I wanna port from here . Now many offer available from many operator .अगर मेरा लैंग्वेज यहां इंग्लिश में न समझ आया तो हिंदी में बता दू की मैं 299 का रिचार्ज करवाता था मैं रामिंग में रहता हूँ, और अब रेचेगे के बाद भी इनकमिंग और आउटगोइंग काट रहा है। मुर्ख बनाना बंद कर ।मेरा पैसा वापस कर मैं चली दूसरी कंपनी की ओर। भड़वागिरी बंद करो, पहले 299 का प्लान में दे रहा था इस बार भी मैंने चेक करके रिचार्ज करवाया और फिर ये हाल। साला इतना बड़ा चोर कंपनी सचमुच कोई नहीं हो सकता । चल मेरा पैसा रिटर्न कर ।जरूरत नहीं ऐसी कंपनी का ।

                    This is for Airtel 4G dongle which I bought in January 2016. I am Using airtel Phone number [protected] as a dongle since then however at the time of sale Airtel Rep confirmed that with the Rental of INR 1299 I would get 15GB data every month, Since last 13 months I am only getting 12GB Data every month which is short by 3GB every month that means I am short by 3*13 months=39 GB.

                    Why Customers Fooled by Call centre agents because they don't know anything.

                    I called Airtel so many times and even sent an email to their area managers however they also fooled me saying that my dongle only have 12 GB every month which is not right. Harsha called me yesterday from Airtel Retention department and she confirmed that she will waive of 500 INR as an exception however it was not done and I asked her to disconnect my number because I will speak to consumer forum on higher level about this fraud.

                    Network is not upto mark and i do not get signals on my dongle.

                      If have two airtel number on my name 9741****55 and 900*****585 both number where not is use for a long time as I was out of india On return I started using the same number after 3 days number stopped working after approaching airtel they asked to go to nearest airtel outlet to get the same number back they took the documents again and issued a duplicate sim card and said will be active in 48 hours this request I submitted on 27 after 6 days by reaching airtel outlet 4 times and saveral 121 calls finally number got started and it just worked for 1 day and again it stopped working, after again reaching airtel they said number was not used for log time so they disconnected it you have to again get in touch with airtel outlet cant understand the behavior if they cant give the same number why at first place they promised really faced a pathetic behavior from airtel customer

                          I have converted my Airtel number from postpaid to prepaid today. When I try to recharge error msg appears 'Please enter a valid Airtel number'.

                          I am getting incoming calls but since I am not able to recharge balance is 0. So I am not able to make any call or even use internet.

                          Please solve the issue.

                            I would like to draw your kind attention over the non- activation of my mobile number [protected].
                            I was having 8 Airtel postpaid numbers which all were supposed to be converted under CUG plan. Among these numbers my above mentioned numbers is still inactive which is creating lot many hurdles in my busines too.
                            I visited several times to your store in Deoghar Jharkhand but was not satisfied with the response of your people. They are always asking for some more time but I cannot bear with it as my inactive no is creating loss to my business also. So, I humbly request you to look after this issue and activate my mob no immediately.

                                Today at 19 35 I got a call which I havenot answered because I am living in abroad angola and I know for incoming call costs me 75 min But after 5 mins my balance deducted 150 rs and again after 1 min again 150 rs deducted and total of 300 rs I want my money back and contact me via email only

                                      I have registered the complaint on last Friday 27th of Jan 2017
                                      I got the response as Sim Inactive.
                                      They said a 4 hour, then 24 hours, and 48 hours..

                                      28th I called
                                      30th I called
                                      31st I called
                                      2nd Feb also I called

                                      Still also no response.
                                      I am getting response like, "We have registered the complaint"
                                      Are you going to Frame my complaint and showcase as such.. ?

                                      I have given alternate no: as the sim is put in my dongle only.
