Airtel charging with false bill and calling me to Lok Adalat ignoring my explanations.

I strongly feel that call was made by people connected to Airtel.

I have airtel connection from past 7 years but now I want to disconnect it. I visited their office on ferozpur road but they said NO candidly.

They are not terminating it.
