My plan is 5GB paying 575 (inc tax) monthly.
I have registered the complaint on last Friday 27th of Jan 2017
I got the response as Sim Inactive.
They said a 4 hour, then 24 hours, and 48 hours..
28th I called
30th I called
31st I called
2nd Feb also I called
Still also no response.
I am getting response like, "We have registered the complaint"
Are you going to Frame my complaint and showcase as such.. ?
I have given alternate no: as the sim is put in my dongle only.
