Hi,

I could see an amount of 99 is deducted as "International roaming" charges for a couple of times, dated 14/12/2016 and 01/02/2017 ... The service provider is AIRTEL. I have been as a customer for AIRTEL for more than 10 years in different numbers and they are deducting the money when they wish to do ... I would like to complain about it and need my money back (an amount of 198) to my current account.

I received the deducted money from Airtel. As a corporate company, please don't deduct money as you like from the customers until the customer requested for it. Please resolve all your system program errors.

The complaint laid can be closed. I received the money 199 back from Airtel. But please don't deduct the money until, we really asked for the service.

      I m unable to send any SMS via my Airtel prepaid SIM card. My SIM can receive SMS but cannot send them. Plz help me. This problem was rise just 2 months ago. Plz help..

            Based on the attached 299 rs message I have recharge the plan. All free local and std calls + 2 GB 3g internet free. But now I have a plan of Airtel to Airtel unlimited calls for 8 days. I require as per the attached message if not please come with a good solution.

            Yesterday, airtel customer care person contact me for the below issue. Finally he concluded that he will refund the amount in main balance with in 24 hours. But still now the amount of 299rs is not credited in the main balance. Please tell the accurate time when the amount will refund.

            I have contact 198 they does not know about the solution. So I have send lot of email to Airtel but no response from their side.

            Please respond as soon as possible.

                Hi, i had requested AIrtel to port from old BSNL connection to AIrtel, and the application collected by Airtel Executive, new sim issued immedeately on[protected], later on 20th jan 2017, my BSNL Sim has been deactivated and when i tried inserting the Airtel Sim, the same is not showing any network.
                i had registered complaint with Airtel customer care and on social media as well, but no help.
                later i had requested for new sim, its been a week since my request for new sim, neither they are delivering sim to my address nor they are giving when i visited the AIrtel store.
                i am total frustrated and irritated, nobody is there to help me, offcourse every day one customer care call to my alternative number, just for the sake of knowing the status of my complaint and till today, nobody has tried really helping me with the problem.

                now i want to switch back to BSNL, since this airtel is not activating my sim atleast, if my connection rejected i can happily switch back to BSNL.

                My complaint reference number is: 73712753
                i request you to either to activate or if not possible Cancel my connection here and cancellation details to my mail ID canaveen.[protected]@gmail.com, so that i will get the BSNL connection.
                i have faced hell lot of problem with this please do resolve this.

                Guys I have request for broadband connection on 15th DEC 2016. They didn't installed the connection and when I asked for refund they are not giving it back. Now it's 02 FEB 2017. Where is my amount.
                Today got a call from Airtel they said your request rejected and I have to make another request again.
                what the hell you people are doing. Why not returning the money.

                Firstly you are not able to provide the Broadband connection.
                Now not refunding my money back.
                Reassigning another date and date.

                Guys please do not pay in advance for Airtel broadband connection better switch to another service provide and pay only when it gets installed.

                    Hi,
                    On 20th January, i Received a call from Ms. Pooja for changing number from vodafone to airtel postpaid and i mailed them my adhar card and did send Rs. 250 via paytm to Mr. naveen.
                    His number is- [protected] and people came for verification also but after few days i got a message that my verification process is not completed and he didnt even bother to send the sim.
                    After calling him so many times he stopped picking up my calls also.
                    If you want i can send you the transaction id also as a proof of paying the amount.
                    Now i have seen airtel services and dont want to use any service of airtel.
                    I told him if he is not having time to do the work for which he isalready paid then can refund me that.
                    I need a strict action to be taken on the same or else would file a FIR.

                      I have paid Rs 3619/- towards new Airtel Broadband Connection on 30/01/2016. Still there is no connection. Yesterday one guy came and said I have opted for Copper Wire. I was promised Fiber connection. At same rate in same apartment flat mates have took fiber net and I have been offered copper wire connection. Additionally as there is no copper wire support is my apartment he said he can't install connection. I will provide CAF No and transaction Id on response to this query.

                      Airtel — Office/showroom

                      Your airtel showroom ( office ) representatives not respect to Customer's and representatives attitude not good and don't welcome to Customer's. So very disappointed. I already many times feedback but still not action.

                      State: Tamil Nadu and city: Trichy and this Trichy city all your showrooms this problem.
                      They offer me a special offer of 6gb data for 149 but after recharge only 1014 mb was credited. Airtel didn't disclose total information

                        Airtel changes 450Rs 3GB data plan to 400Rs a month ago( as confirmed by Airtel) and they did not communicate this to customers. According to them they are sending messages to intimate customers and it should be done in few days then whey did they not change the plans on their own into customers account and waiting for customers to call?? Informing cutsomers via SMS can be done simultaneously.

                        Absolutely wrong practice been followed and I dont know if they give waiver to customers pro actively or will wait for customers to comeback.

                        if someone can look into this and stop this malpractice.

                          I purchased 'Unlimited calling Plan Local +STD to any Network in INDIA' from AIRTEL official wbesite ONLINE @345/- INR (valid for 28 days) on 23rd January.

                          Today is 1st February 2017. But from last nite my phone call stopped ..I am not able to call anywhere from my number.Everywtime it was saying that I have Low balance in my number.
                          This is kind a cheating case they have done.

                          Please review my number and update me. I had spoken 3/4 times to AIRTEL Customer care..But didnt get satisfactory answer.

                            Today got a call from Airtel they said your request rejected and I have to make another request again.
                            what the hell you people are doing. Why not returning the money.

                                Dear Consumer Complaints Service,

                                My name is Som Shekhar. K & i have Airtel postpaid connection with number [protected] with in Andhra Pradesh region. After numerous Calls to Customer Service and Visitings to the Airtel Store still the problem with my 4G SIM Internet usage is not resolved.

                                I lost the signals of my 4G Sim and not able to connect to internet, The signals are very slow than 2G Sim since 04/01/2017 . I approached the near by Airtel Store on 27/01/2017 after a lot of vein trying to get the settings by the customer care and even though I raised several complaints and none of them are resolved . The Airtel Store executive also tried to get the 4G signals on my sim and after a lot of Vein the executive issued a new sim thinking it might be the problem with my sim card after coming to conclusion that my phone is having two sim slots and both are working fine when other mobile service sim like Idea 4G Sim is working fine in both sim slots.

                                After inserting the new sim I received new internet settings and saved it and restarted the mobile and I am still facing the same 4G Sim signal problem with my allotted number and the executive mentioned that she will send an email to the back end team of airtel and she did write an email in front of me and had sent to airtel and mentioned that I will receive a call from the back end team and the problem will be resolved... Still no one reached me regarding it and the problem with the Sim card Signals still continues after the open network check and sim change and all tries.

                                I don't have any pending bills at all. When i am trying to reach the Airtel customer service representatives, all are mentioning that there is no problem with their service & it will get sorted soon. I could not check my office emails and do the office work till now due to this issue since 04/01/2017 .

                                I want the problem to be resolved ASAP if the problem still continuous I will no longer pay the coming month bill amount until the problem is completely resolved and I want to raise a complain demanding the compansation for waste of my valuable time & money since more than 25 days as I am using prepaid IDEA 4G Sim with Internet package recharge of 235rs for 1 gb 4g/3g Internet data whenever I am in need eventhough after having 3gb of data with my post paid bill plan charged 549 rs per month with AIRTEL.

                                It is really embarrassing after several calls to customer service and visits to airtel store there is no proper response from their end. We feel like AIRTEL are taking undue advantage of the customer's.

                                Attached are the Screen Shots about the Internet connectivity and to download AIRTEL APP from Google play store which is 7.93 MB file is showing 2 hours time for downloading.You can clearly check the time in the Screenshots.

                                Hi Akanksha Singh wuth Airtelpresence, it's almost nearly a week and I am still facing the same issue with the 4G Internet connectivity on my contact number.

                                I haven't received any response from AIRTEL regarding it and it's been almost one week. I really appreciate if you resolve the issue ASAP or else kindly wave off my JANUARY month bill amount until the problem is completely resolved.

                                    My transaction no[protected] and[protected] has failed but money deducted. Almost a month passed but money not refunded. Customer care executives also cannot help me out. Need to know when money will be refunded or not. My earlier complaint no. PR[protected] and PR[protected] regarding same issue has been closed without redressal. Pathetic experience from greivance team as they cannot track the transaction id also.

                                      I am a customer of Airtel from last 3yrs. I never checked my postpaid bill & just paid it blindly but now from last 6-7 month they give me bill more than my usages. from last two months i started checking my bill & found that they are giving me a lumpsum bill with calculation mistakes & mentioning usages which i never used. Its very disappointing to see mistakes in calculation & as it is system generated bill i am sure that same mistakes they have been made with other customers also, but unfortunately no one check the bill as all customers blindly trust on their service provider. I called customer care many times & told them about this, they also agreed & apologize but not ready to give me corrected bill. So now i cant pay my bill & now they stops my outgoing services.
                                      Its very pathetic for any customer to see such kind of bussiness strategy from their service provider.
