    When i searched on internet/google that +9230 code belongs to Pakistan.

    Please look in to the matter & resolve this issue.

    Do not get lured into any financial transactions or divulge any personal information like IMEI, Bank Account number and other information to callers offering prize money or lottery winnings. Also do not respond to any instructions to dial an international number to get the prize money.
    » This luring Novemberalso be done through SMS messages offering prize money and seeking personal details on a specified email ID. Please do not respond to these.
    » Do not respond to any SMS/Email from unknown sources prompting you to call on a number or go to a site offering free download of content/movie clips/pictures.

      Hello,
      I am unable to receive any calls and if i get a call I am unable to talk to the other person on phone due to poor signal quality in my area.I have posted a complaint but no action has been taken yet.previously there was no problem of signals but from last few months there is very poor signal in my area.All my family members use airtel prepaid and all are facing the same problem

          I applied for a Broadband connection on 28/01/17 and a sales executive Kamlesh ([protected]) visited my place and collected all documents for installing Broadband and Telephone line. He informed me that the connection shall come with free router and free telephone set and shall be installed on Monday. On Tuesday I called him up as the connection was not setup, he informed me that it will be done within an hour, till Wednesday the connection was not installed and hence I raised a complaint (reference No.[protected]. On 02/02/07 the technician came to my house for the connection and I was surprised to find out that he did not bring any router nor any telephone instrument along with him. When I asked him, I was informed that the router and telephone is not provided by Airtel and the customer has to either provide the same or pay for it...

          I raised the issue to the Nodal Officer as well as Airtel Presence in writing, but till date I have not received any revert from their side.

          It seems that we are dealing with fraudster like Airtel.

          I hope that I will receive a justifiable reply, and my matter will be resolved.

          Never a complain will solve. Airtel hi bhadwa hai saala, mera 299 le gaya saala.
          My postpaid no.[protected]
          मेरे number पर outgoing call/sms service बंद है पिछले 6दिन से।
          इस सम्बंध मे custumer care से more then 6 time complient register करने के लिऐ काल किया ।
          But they can't take seriously and can't register my complaint.
          So plz take action against customer help executives.

            I have not received transaction receipt for online payment to Airtel DTH for a new connection.
            There should be a transaction receipt of every transaction, be it a online or a physical mode.

            Even the customer care is not able to help on same. They are saying that this is not possible. I have even told them to take complaint. But they are saying that they are not able to take complaint of same.

                Recently called 121 to enquire about my last recharge from my airtel no.
                [protected] and it was answered by your staff Presenjit Barman. He was
                talking in an extremely rude manner and when u asked him if this the way he
                should talk to a customer I will complain if you keep talking this way
                then he answered - 'go ahead and complain as much as you want' and he cut
                the call. Point to be noted that your Staff cut the call, I did not cut
                it. I was not even finished enquiring and your staff cut the call.

                  There is temporary suspension on my airtel number[protected]. Got a new sim with my old number. It ws activated and worked for few days. After few days there was no incoming outgoing facility. We have submitted all the documents but still it's not activated. Not able to do any online transactions also as I don't even receive messages. Hope you ll do something about it....

                    From a few days my airtel network is going down after midnight, it’s not working at all, I want you to fix this problem as soon as possible. If I need to use my mobile data or even have to call someone very urgently, will I get this service from Airtel? Airtel has let me down in every way possible. And please, do respond to this problem. I actually had the midnight data and only after enabling it, I am not getting the network after midnight. The bar shows that it has full network but still its not working but as soon as it's morning I get the network. I really need Airtel to fix this right now. I am a student and I need the Internet. I hope you guys help me asap.

                      Hi,

                      I have 799 infinity plan in which some 4 GB data comes, now post consumption of these data, the moment we activate booster pack, after only 10 to 15 min it shows that I used my all data.

                      As per my mobile statistics, I have used 5 GB data in my current bill cycle of 13 days and by calling to customer care IVR says I used 36 GB data and customer care executive claim that I have used 19 GB data ..now I am not sure what is wrong with Airtel...they are only cheating this customers...Today I requested for port so one of the customer care executive called and tried to retain me by giving some extra benefits.. he told that he has added additional 2 GB data in my current month and I got conformation msg for the same but again in 10 mins it's showing that I used all my data...

                      Last month also same happened and I paid 3200 rs instead of 800 because of this.. I will definitely port to vodafone cause atleast they don't cheat like this.

                        This complaint is lodged due to misguiding by an attendent at airtel frenchise at Sadar Bazar, Agra.As I, m already a airtel celluler consumer.
                        I reached to sadar frenchise on 23.01.17 at 6.45 pm to get my another no. Port from Reliance to airtel.I ask the attendent known as Neha to guide in porting procedure.She seems to be in hurry.She first advise me to come another day.When requested more than she gave me a wrong no. to msg for port which later came to know that no.(1909)given to me was of Reliance.
                        When I warn to complaint about her misguiding & misbehaviour than she frustately answered that her duty is till 7pm and she need some time for her closing day work also so she is too busy.She doesn, t bother about the Job as she is permanently leaving the Airtel.
                        Now the Conclusion is that you can insult anyone when you are throwing the Job.No one can control your misbehaviour or rude nature.You can mash the celluler Co, s brand name by your foot in few seconds...

                          Hi,

                          I have my postpaid mobile no. of Airtel. In the month of Dec '16, I had made one excess payment of Rs. 3646/- to Airtel against my bill. This mobile sim was bought from Jaipur, Rajasthan. On asking for refund from customer care for the excess payment, they had logged in my complaint. But in spite of asking them not to redund the amount by cheque, they have sent a cheque to my old Jaipur address where I dont live anymore. And I dont even have access to that address anymore. In airtel system also, my updated communication address is of Ludhiana only. So, I have requested Airtel to cancel that previous cheque and refund the excess amount to my airtel account itself.

                          That cheque is of no use to me as I can't access that cheque. But, everytime I log a complaint for this issue, they have been closing the complaint after two days giving me reason that the refund is already processed. The fact is I never got hold of the cheque as I don't live in Jaipur anymore. I am getting harassed for last one month. Every time I register my complaint with this full explanation, and after two days the complaint gets closed. Please help me to get my own money as I had made an excess payment by mistake. Please help me in getting me my refund. The screenshots of the complaint is attached.

                            I applied for Airtel Broadband they took the money 1000 Rs as installation charges along with docs and photo but cancelled the request stating broadband is not feasible. I submitted request to refund the installation charges but no proper response from Airtel! I am warning everyone about the way Airtel behaved/behaving with me. Alerting as many people as I can so that nobody will fall prey for this fraud. I will not let them cheat people like this. Airtel please behave yourself, you are depending on us and we are not depending on you. You are not a monopoly in this country.

                              I requested for an airtel broadband and made 3 month advance payment of Rs. 2697, but they couldn't provide the connection later citing reasons of non feasibility, How can they charge advance payment for connection without checking the feasibility at first case and later make us beg for refund. I have been following up with their customer care for quite some time and everytime they give a new timeline or excuse and ask for documents again. Now they are not even replying to the mails even

                              I am under Post Bone Marrow Transplant Therapy and with this stress of running behind this pathetic service provider is too much for me. need help and actions against them.

                                  I Mr Bharat Tuhar From Mumbai. My mobile no is [protected] this is my fav no business no too recently 1 month ago on 10 Dec'16 i applied for port from reliance to airtel and waiting for 1 week for the process.

                                  Ayush Mobile Center, Bhayandar East.

                                  Now on 16th Dec'16 my reliance Sim Network disconect and airtel network started i verify my no and thats it after that i rechrge of rs 198 and 220rs and the rechrge was succesfull..

                                  But the sim isnt started yet i came to know this wen there is no incoming and outgoing calls
                                  so i complaint to the shopkeeper from wer i applied port service..so he talk to TM and told my problm to airtel TM and this happens for 1 to 2 weeks..now i have to take the action so visited to airtel galery so he checked my and said that my no isnt in airtel it is still in reliance and told me to visit reliance gallery.
                                  so i visited reliance and told all the the process of port so asked them wer the problem is..

                                  Thanks to Reliance Care they show me all the details of porting and shown me the process that my no is already forwarded to airtel.
                                  And airtel company saying that they didnt got my documents for porting what the hell means u think we our fool no help from airtel co too angryy...

                                  I request u airtel to solve my problem and start my no or give me new sim with the rechrge u can contact me on [protected]

                                  i want my no back and the rechrge amount too other wise ill sue Airtel Co.

                                    I visited the Airtel store to check whether the SIM is working or not and they told me that the SIM is disfunctional. And that I have to get a new SIM. Since the SIM is in my mother's name. I got here documents and photos for the SIM swap but then I was told that I have to bring her along as well.
                                    She is suffering from high fever and is not even able to walk properly and they want the customer to come in personally.
                                    Adding to it, my validity will be over soon. So it is going waste as I am not able to use it.
                                    Pathetic service, no empathy and disrespectful staff.
                                    Please just return my Balance to bank ASAP. I am done with your service. No network, no good connectivity, no response from customer service.

                                      I had recharged on 23 Jan 2017 for full talk time and also for 4g 4gb recharge. Now Airtel has deducted balance from main balance and they say there was no benefit as 4gb 4g on my number..I spoke to the consumer care executive and also to his supervisor spending my money for their fault and they idiots don't even see any such benefit. When the Airtel don't know what they are assuring on their websites when customer recharge then why the hell they do fake advertisements
