        I was Purchased Glossary from Bigbasket on 21/01/2017 (Bill Amount Rs. 1344 and Transaction ID[protected] as Your Offer 20% Caseback by Airtel Wallet which I am not getting yet. Several time I send a mail and contact customer care officer but they are not solved my problem.

          My airtel number is [protected] and my name is Nupur Tyagi. Airtel has mentioned full talktime in Rs 200 recharge on their website and other payments portal. I had recharged for the same but talktime I received is Rs 170 only. I am trying to contact customer care but IVR is not giving any option to connect with any of their service executive. I want to know why I have received Rs. 170 instead of Rs. 200. If they are committing full talktime why they are not giving.

              Hi Team,

              I had requested for a Airtel BB around on 20th Dec 2016 and paid 3620 INR online as 3 months advance. After 4 days i.e. on 25th Dec they informed connection is not possible in your apartment due to port nonavailability and you have to ask for refund. For that I have raised a request in http://www.airtelonlinerefund.com/ and also send a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com with all details on 28th Dec 2016. I called them 3 to 4 times in the mean time and they told it will be send to my account in 21 working days. And today it is 02th Feb 2017 and still I haven't got my money back and over that today when I called the Airtel BB Customer care from Bangalore they informed that they do not have any detail about the money I have paid so I had to send a mail to 121 once again. What a pathetic service from so called India's biggest telecom service provider. Please provide my money back asap. Airtel Account No. for your reference is [protected]

                I did mnp from Vodafone to Airtel on last week and today morning Airtel sim got activated when i did tele verification they told city is different and after 3 attempts it said register failed.My no.                     I am not sure why this company make its customer hell for disconnection requests. You all are bunch of crooks. When you have to buy something or get some new service from airtel they are proactive but when you have to terminate the connection they don't even exist.

                    I have called the customer care 5-6 times and each time the rep picks up the call and transfer me to the 'concerned department' but then long silence, no one picks up the call even if you wait for 30 mins.

                    This is totally fraud. I don't know what the hell TRAI is doing.

                      I am using 4g hotspot. It is not getting connected in green signa, but gives mesg in wireless network connected and excellentl, only if it gives yellow signal it is getting connected. green indicates 4G, yellow is 3g. It is also erratic, off and on every few seconds. Is the problem with the instrument or tower nearby. I went to the service center of airtel, chennai anna nagar. they told me to change the sim. I changed the sim few days ago, even then the same problem.

                      I have purchased 4G device from Airtel Representative (Requested from Airtel site https://www.airtel.in/4g/hotspot/) but still I have not received the device activation bill of Rs 1000/- even after more than 2 months. Representative (Subhod Kumar-[protected]) told me that it will take time to update in the system and generate the bill so will forward it to your email ID but no luck. I am trying to call the Representative from past one month every time he says will give it to you in another week and that week never came.
                      On top of that i am facing issues with network as it says "connected with problems" and nothing works except Youtube and few websites not sure whats the issue. Logged complaint in the Airtel customer care ([protected]) complaint #87882498 but issue not resolved yet.
                      Its really frustrating because i took this for official use and in need to submit the bill for reimbursement.

                      I have not been able to use the Internet on my 4G portable hotspot. I called the customare care and they are themselves facing a technical error. So many times, a new issues pops up with the hotspot. I don’t know what to do and neither does the customare support centre.
                      We have recently Purchased Airtel Hotspot device 4G but signal drops very frequently . There is no proper 4G speed . can you send customer care for quick resolution.

                        Guys please do not pay in advance for Airtel broadband connection better switch to another service provide and pay only when it gets installed.

                          I am staying at Pantnagar Ghatkopar Mumbai.
                          Whenever I want to make a call from my house i am not able to do so because of network issue. Also because of network issue their is a problem in receiving calls as well. I have tried customer care no 12118 but it is also not working.

                              I raised request to cancel my Airtel service from apartment Flat #7H, Tower 3, Vijay Shanthi Lotus Pond, Thaiyur, Kelambakkam, Chennai - 603103.

                              The request (reference #[protected] was raised on 5th Jan and it is effective from that date. The monthly bill generation date is 6th of every month and we have time to pay bill until 25th of every month.

                              I have paid all the bills until 25th Jan 2017 due date. The cancellation request is suppose to take effect from 5th Jan and close within 7 working days as per Airtel policy. But for some reasons it not being closed yet and no outstanding balance in my account either but still they are requesting to pay additional Rs.1150 by 6th Feb 2017 as per new reference # stating that they delay the cancellation for no valid reasons.

                                I had initiated MNP for two of my numbers ie [protected] and [protected] from Airtel to Vodafone but the Airtel PR called me on 25 th Jan and requested me not to move to Vodafone and gave a good scheme . I agreed to it and asked them to cancel the porting for both the numbers . Today 1st Feb one of my number ie [protected] got deactivated . Called customer care I am waiting on hold while I am typing the message Prasad was the executive whom I spoke to he was not only rude but kept me on hold for more than 20 mins and now the line got disconnected . Airtel stoped porting for only one number while I had requested to stop both numbers . I guess Airtel is happy sending the customer to other providers

                                Guys I have request for broadband connection on 15th DEC 2016. They didn't installed the connection and when I asked for refund they are not giving it back. Now it's 02 FEB 2017. Where is my amount.
                                Today got a call from Airtel they said your request rejected and I have to make another request again.
                                what the hell you people are doing. Why not returning the money.

                                Firstly you are not able to provide the Broadband connection.
                                Now not refunding my money back.
                                Reassigning another date and date.

                                Guys please do not pay in advance for Airtel broadband connection better switch to another service provide and pay only when it gets installed.

                                    I bought a 4G hotspot before 2 months under a 3month plan. They mentioned that we have to pay 3.3k in advance for 3 months to get 10gb per month. And we paid that. Now suddenly after two months, we have been getting calls from airtel customer care asking us to pay 480 again. After my connection got disconnected, i went ahead and asked my service executive about this. He said it was tax and we should pay that. We were not informed in prior about this. The service executive was rude and irresponsible when i asked him why wasn't i informed before.

                                      I have taken to duplicate Airtel SIM bearing numbers[protected] and[protected] today at 0700 hrs.

                                      Still now the same is not activated. Request to do the same immediately as I am expecting some important calls.

                                        I am an Airtel customer since last 10 years. I am using one plus 3 mobile with dual sim. I have been able to send SMS through my no [protected] but not through the no [protected]. I have tried to contact Airtel but didn't bear any fruit. As a long-term customer of Airtel, I expect atleast some respect for their customers so that they continue to be with them life-long rather than shift midway. Please look into the matter so that I can send SMS from [protected]. Thank you.
