Hello Airtel Manager,

Complaint on airtel account number [protected] . Amount Refund..

Latest Request number:76191587

I paid the amount 2243 for Broand Band Connection through online.But They did not provide the connection in time.. So I cancelled the connection on 12/20/2016 ..and raised the refund through onine and also I've called to customer care ask them to cancel the request. So they cancelled the request and said the amount will be refunded with in one week. But The amount has not been funded.. Again I called them for my refund.. and they said it will done in 3 days . again no process is done .. Again I sent mail to 121 to get update on refund process . then raised the new request instead of resolving the existing and said the amount would be refunded on 28 th of Dec. But this time also no refund .. Again I sent mail to get update.. But this time also they created the new request and said it would done on 14 Jan 2017.. this time also no process. . when I called customer care and asked them .. they are said silly things like we have to process, your account is not cancelled and some people say it is cancelled.. each person is saying different answers. No once is telling proper reason .. Again I sent mail to 121.. This also they again created the new request ..and said it would be done 27th Jan 2017 .. I guess time also they wont refund my amount.. I've sent almost 20 mails for my amount.. Its almost one month I've raised the request.no update so far.. I got irritated with this worst process and with mail .. I decided to post..

Can you please make sure at least this time, my amount will be refunded on promised date..

    I have Airtel landline and wifi connection. Though I have paid all my payments in regular time frame and yesterday all of sudden landline and wifi is disconnect without any prior information. This is ridiculous as when called on customer care then all payments are clear and still giving message " temporary non payment and is disconnected".ssage " temporary non payment and is disconnected".

        Made a 3g recharge for 264 rs.
        Plan info was given as 2gb data valid for 28 days but after recharge I got only 1gb data also got a message from airtel stating that
        Extra benefit of 1053 has been credited. But nothing has been credited. Can airtel solve this r else I will make this as big issue.
        I'm a premium customer of airtel, even after t arrival Jio I stick together with airtel but what I got from airtel is increased rate and finally got cheated also.

          I am VeeraRaghavaRao Atukuri, Resident of Guntur bearing mobile number [protected] using under IDEA Network now. Previously I used this number in airtel network up to October 2015 and then I migrated to IDEA network in November 2015 by clearing all outstandings of airtel network. But the airtel network not disconnected my connection and gave permission to migrate with effect of that NOV 2015 and I am getting the airtel bills with only bill plan amount and no usage. After requesting many times airtel people disconnected the number in April 2015.
          Between my problem is even I cleared all the bills the airtel network people showing the outstandings and harassing me with legal notices, mails and calls.

          Today finally one legal adviser named chitra ( [protected]) called me and asked me to appear in the Nampally court on Monday i.e.,[protected].

          I am totally disappointed with airtel company behavior and issues.

          Now I am sending some of the the screenshots of mail notices, legal notices, my airtel network bills and payments and Idea network bills for your kind perusal. Please look in to my issue and resolve my problem asap. Please do justice for this common man :( !!

            I am totally aggrieved with the frequent call drop in airtel network for last three days both in incoming and outgoing call.
            Even I am not able to complete talk with customer care desk because of this call drop problem.
            I tried to make complain to national consumer helpline on [protected] but this call also dropped without completion.
            Last three days not a single call either incoming or outgoing has been completed without dropping.
            Please rectify this problem soon I'm totally irritated with this now.

              I recently port to Airtel from Aircel, activated my account 10 days back and it was working for a day(only outgoing, incoming never worked), after that it is not at all working no incoming or outgoing, their customer care response has been paethetic. It's been a week since I don't have mobile service.

                    and customer care give me suggestion recharge 345 and your all call free unlimited local/std ...but when i recharge 345 i did't get any unlimited free call local and std, and when i call customer care each and every person disconnected my call, and all time tell me seam line.sriman ji ..humre traf se koi esa plan nhi h, , or hmari traf se koi call nhi kiya gaya . i dont know what is this ########, , , please give me solution, , , this compny is feck and fraud ...

                        I have a airtel mobile connection of west bengal circle no. Is [protected], registered with gourav das. I have rechared with rs. 260.00 on 21st of january 2017, this consists of rs. 260.00 talktime and 1 gb of 3g/4g data.

                        My complain is that previously i have rechared with the same amount and my data and talktime got credited into the main account, but when i have rechared on 21st of january 2017 the data got credited into some other account and i will not be able to use the data share benefit and night cash back, the company have not mentioned anything about it when i have checked the offer details, that they have changed the policy and i have been cheated by airtel.

                            Dear sir

                            Very very unfortunate that airtel has totaĺy failed to address the issue of my airtel cell no [protected] for which you can check records of my repeated Compliants.

                            I could not have roaming and worstly got effected .

                            Now after about more than one and a half month you changed my SIM but unfortunately incoming calls got restored but still no out going calls.

                            Very very unfortunate that airtel  has totaĺy failed to address the issue of my airtel cell no [protected] for which you can check records of my repeated Compliants. 

                            I could not have roaming and worstly got effected .

                            Now after about more than one and a half month you changed my SIM but unfortunately incoming calls got restored but still no out going calls.

                            Is this  functioning of your company   give us any hope for our digitized  country No No Never.

I submitted documents 13 days back, postpaid sim is deactivated 7 days back but prepaid sim is not activated yet. Airtel Outlet people are not at all helping me.                                     I have been using Airtel broadband for over 5 yrs now. Due to fluctuation in the wifi signal, it was suggested by an Airtel representative to update my existing plan to the V-Fiber technology with modem change.

                                    The first request for this new plan was raised on Dec 7, 2016. I was promised the activation in 3 working days.

                                    A week later I had to call airtel customer care to check on the status and they bluntly said that due to Vardha cyclone, the airtel technicians are held up and my request will be resolved in 48hrs.

                                    Another week goes by and still no update from airtel. I had to call customer service again to check and they repeated the same promise of resolving it in another 48 hrs.

                                    On Dec 24th, 2016, when i again called the customer support (as i had not received any update from airtel), they said that all request raised between Dec5th to Dec 22nd were auto closed due to some technical failure in the backend. The representative said that my request will be taken as a new one and processed by Dec 31st.

                                    Another 15 days goes by and no updates. Our internet has become very slow and on checking our account it came to light that the existing plan of 95GB has been reduced to 20GB without any prior notice or information.
                                    On calling again on Jan 10th, 2017, the Representative said that the order is being processed and its in the final stages and they are facing internet failure. However they did not know why the existing plan has been altered. Again as a standard reply, they said my issue will be resolved by 48hrs and that i will get a call to update on the status.
                                    After the promised 48hrs, frustrated, i went directly to Airtel showroom in the city to spoke to them and they said they will drop an email to the concerned team and will be resolved by 17th Jan.

                                    Till now there has been no response or any improved and i called the customer care who this time told me a new story that my account has been refreshed and that everything has been setup from scratch thats why the issue. I do not understand why this was done or what is happening in the background.

                                    I am completely dissatisfied with the response i get and with Airtel as a whole. Following are the question i want answered

                                    1. Why were we not informed about the status of the request unless and until we call and check on it.
                                    2. Why werent we informed if all request between Dec 5th to Dec 22 were auto closed.
                                    3. Why was our existing plan changed to 20GB without any prior notice.
                                    4. How do you expect us to pay the bill this month when we are due 95GB ?
                                    5. Will our existing plan be restored ?
                                    6. Will airtel be willing to take up the new plan requested ?
                                    7. I received mixed views from different airtel customer care representatives that V-Fiber is not available in my location. Then why was this originally proposed ?

                                    I would like all these questions answered ASAP

                                        After raising a CAF request for installation of broadband an unidentified person from Airtel dealer without my knowledge activated the below Account ([protected]).Now this account is active and working.

                                        Since I had already paid 3 months advance for the installation of the broadband Account No - [protected] (which is not activated) I raised a online request for NEFT refund and also mailed to

                                        In response to the above mail from airtel I have shared my account details with IFSC code and cheque but even after 3 to 4 reminders no one has even reverted back if my amount will be transferred back or not.

                                        This is really painful and I would suggest no one should go ahead to order a new connection with airtel as the support service is really very very poor and they take customers for granted.
