I bought the airtel sim-card# [protected] on dec 23, 2016 and its still not activated for 4 days. The shop keeper said documents have been submitted fine and has no idea whom to contact further. I got it for a relative who has come from abroad and till now has no means of communication with him. I tried to log complaint at http://www.airtel.in/airtelpresence but after i submit it just sends to the airtel home page and not generating reference...

With reference to the above subject i have complained to customer care but non have taken the responsibility in solving the problem, instead executives behaved very rude with me.. Its almost a month now... Airtel have least concern about their customers.
I have updated message center number, i have even tried using the sim in many other phones and the result was same outgoing sms have stopped...
Its very much needed for me...

I want to deactivate my one airtel postpaid connection

I am not receiving any SMS from any network, further I am not getting messages from various banks, IRCTC, makemytrip etc. This problem started from 18 Dec 2016 so i replaced the new sim on 20 Dec 2016. Airtel executive told me that my sms service will start in 48 hours but it has not yet started and I have contacted customer care atleast 20 times since then, everytime they tell me that the complaint has been logged and will be resolved...

I have already filed a police complaint with delhi police but since i'm out of station I can't get the SIM reissued. I'm unable to block the sim by calling customer care as they are saying that the address mentioned is wrong. Maybe the shopkeeper...
