I recently ported from Reliance GSM to Airtel . Post porting, M facing very very poor network connectivity in my location. Net speed is very poor when mobile data is turn on network is dropping. When Someones call on my number it has saying not reachable.Big mistake to port my Reliance network

      I have already recharge a promo rs-17 (all local call charges 1.2p/2sec) but when i call to a particular number (ending with 9054) then the promo are not working, and the call charges goes too high so i am writing. Please solve my problem as fast as possible.
      Also i have call to customer care for the problem, they have told me that they have registered a complain against my problem & the problem will solve within 16.01.17 & i will get the complain no via sms but i did not get any complain no & till now the problem is going on.

        I am getting unwanted calls and messages from an unknown number from the past few days. And I want that number to be blocked on my simply. Because the message I've been getting are really offensive and disrespectful for a girl. I might take legal actions against that man if I continue to get those calls and messages. But in a country like India one has to think thousand times before filling a legal complaint against a man because you never know, the next day you might get attack by acid on your face. So I prefer t stay quiet and solve my problem as quietly as possible. So please resolve my problem and block that number on my sim.

          I am a senior citizen of 63 years old visited for changing he sim which is not working in my phone[protected].
          Lady in the store harassed me to accept the xerox copy of the document (address proof) as the print of xerox is dark inspite my request to check the original.
          There are no near by shop of xerox other than i get the document xeroxed.

          Ultimately i left the store without sim.

              Hi,
              I recently ported from Vodafone Karnataka to Airtel Karnataka. Post porting, I am unable to receive any calls. Whenever someone tries to call me, they get a message - "Number is invalid" and even i am not able to send and receive messages. When I complained on 198 on 14th and 18th of January 2017, they informed me that it is resolved, however the issue still exists and they have registered a complaint and asked to wait for 72 hours. This is really disappointing. Airtel doesn't seem to have any immediate solution.

                Big mistake to port my Vodafone network into Airtel as I am facing worst experience of Network issue in popular area of Pune.
                Instead of investing in Marketing and branding, it will be nice to invest in Network so that existing customer will stick to it.
                I am now waiting for my 3 months to get complete so that I will again port into Vodafone and never try to get back to airtel.
                Worst service experience.
                Feeling sad to register this against a big tele giant in India.

                  Hi, I am not receiving any SMS from any network except Airtel most of the times, further I am not getting messages from various banks, IRCTC, makemytrip etc. This problem started from 11th January 2017 and I have contacted customer care atleast 20 times since then, everytime they tell me that the complaint has been logged and will be resolved by such and such date and time and I never get any response. This is really frustrating as I am unable...

                  Hi, I have raise a broad band request and paid the amount online ₹2397 on jan 6 2017 and a cheque of 1000 Rs(which has been returned back by cheque). As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then complained to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one. So I have contacted appellate team but then also i am unable to get my refund amount yet. It has been almost 2 weeks now and still i am not getting my refund amount. I am also requesting to all the other users who are thinking to buy airtel broadband or 4g service to not to buy any services from airtel and not to pay online for new broadband connection as you will not get any refund amount after paying online.

                  I needed a 4g Hotspot. Customer care executive visited our office and collected full amount and all documents stating SIM will get activated within 24 hours.

                  Today even after 5 days it has not been activated.

                  Very bad service from airtel.

                  Simply interested in collecting money. After nobody cares.

                        First i have checked with airtel corporate plan, in which they have commited i will be getting unlimited local calls and 4gb 4g data, i have confirmed the same with customer care executive, when i activated plan i just received 1gb only, and when i called uo to customer care, they says that please insert your simcard in 4g compatible mobile, according to them my handswt is not 4g compatible but i am using redmi MI note 3 which is already a 4g, after using a 4g phone why they are give wrong information, ans saying yhat you are using some samsung phone, why i do so i know which mobile i am using it, if there is any requirement so they should have given this information earlier only, and also when i called up 2nd time to the customer care that agent was so pathetic he didn't even answer me and when i asked to escalate this issue which he not did and he disconnect my call which is completely wrong as per the call centre policy and now they are denying to change my plan...

                          I have ordered an Airtel postpaid SIM online on 13th Jan 2017. The request id is : [protected] unfortunately I forget to write down the selected number. One of the Airtel executive came to my place and provided me one SIM card. He told me that it will be verified soon. I also receive the verifaction call and they gave me a few options for new numbers. I choose [protected] number among 6 numbers provided to me.

                          Please activate my new Airtel postpaid number as soon as possible as I have already provided all my documents. My current contact number to get in touch with me is [protected].

                            I had taken a new Airtel 4Gsim card from Airtel store and I had sent a message to 121 following the sim card number[protected]U by my old Airtel sim card and message came to confirm by pressing 1 and after pressing one a message was delievered to me that you new sim card with above given number is activated. After few minutes my old sim had lost the network so I had inserted the new sim but its 6, hours passed but there is no network in new sim and my old sim is also deactivated by Airtel. Please help because i am not able to see my all official calls now and messages now. Please update asap.

                              Sir,
                              I have surrendered tha 4G LTE sim no.[protected] on October at the Vellayambalam outlet, Trivandrum, Kerala on October 2016.The costumer care executive have destroyed the SIM in presence of me and said that a clouser billwould be mailed me soon.But insted of that they have still continuously sending regular bills and force me to pay.

                                Hi Folks,

                                I do wonder if you guys actually exist or you are just an urban legend. No, seriously. How many days does a service provider take to give a new connection. Leave about new connection, your customer care team should have a minimum courtesy to respond or acknowledge emails or take calls.

                                Last week, that is 12th Jan 2017, Thursday I have given a request online for a new broadband connection along with landline. The very next day got a call to give the required document proof to their agent. I waited for the whole day for the so called agent who never turned up, and no calls as well. Next 2 days no information. Monday a call from the same lady ([protected]) asking whether I have submitted all the document to the person from Airtel (who never came). Don't you guys have any communication between your staff. Is there no process. The story is just getting started, I said no one came, she said she will make sure that some one will come on Monday, 17th Jan, again no one turned up. Yesterday she called again with the same question, seriously guys.. you have a lot of guts. Finally she said I can send the document proof to an email id (manjunat.[protected]@airtelworld.com). If this can be done, she should have asked me to do it on last friday which saves so much time for me and you guys as well. Any way I did it.
                                Now she told me that I will be getting the connection within a day or 2 since she could verify that feasibility check is successfull. I am not sure how she did it remotely without even sending one to my location. So after that no news at all. I don't have a number to reach back, she does not pick up the call if I call back in the number she use to call me. No acknowledgement to the email as well.
                                As a customer I am clueless. I need this connection immediately and you can see that it is already so much delayed.

                                I cannot send sms from my airtel mobile number. Although i checked the message centre number which is [protected]. But still when i m trying to send sms somewhere it shows message sending failed. Please help
                                My claim for reimbursement get delayed on account of receipt not received thro' my mail as and when the amount is paid

                                  Dear All,

                                  I am writing this email after having no choice and waiting for over 20 days to get my Airtel Landline/Broadband transferred to an area within 3 kms from the last installed area.

                                  The numbers are [protected] and [protected]. I dont know when you guys will have this resolved. This is an office and connectivity is important to us.

                                  The only thing I can understand is the person who spoke to us last is more than happy to cancel the line as we told them to cancel it. She did not even make an effort to resolve the issue. The request for transfer was raised on 27-28th Dec and as I write this email it still stands unreolved.

                                  I only hope you do not treat other customers like the way you have treated us

                                    Mysel[censored]mesh singh no [protected] had service with airtel on 10 th of january 2016 they had deducted Rs 30 against any pack activation, afterwards this MSG i had checked randomly on 14th of Jan 2016, afterwards i called the customer care, but it replied that facility had been started by you, that is totally wrong, no any request and not any acceptance for the same,
                                    my sincere request y to kindly revert my balance rs 30 back in my account, otherwise i will put this matter in the consumer court, my alternate contact no is [protected].whatever is your concern revert me so that i can accelerate this matter to the higher authority.

                                      Airtel has been in the business of treating customers unfair, cheating customers, asking for payments for which bills were never sent, making extortion calls through anonymous and unidentifiable people claiming to be advocates from Delhi, asking for payments against services never availed. the way they speak to customers is highly objectionable and we highly regret taking Airtel connection.

                                      We want appropriate action to be taken against them and also want to pursue a case of loss of goodwill and cheating against them
