Sir,
I have recharged my mobile for prepaid services of rs. 155 on the 10th january, 2017 at 5:46 pm. My online recharge transaction id is[protected]. But most regret to inform you that it is not reflected in my balance yet.
The complaint was lodged on 10th april-2017 at 6:31 pm vide reference no. Pr[protected], but even after 22 hours of submission of my compliant, the matter hasn't been resolved.
I request you to please ventilate through and resolve it at the earliest, so that the amount of rs.155 should be reflected in my account balance of airtel prepaid mobile connection.
