Good Morning.
This is Biplab Chatterjee, an user of Airtel prepaid connection.
My airtel no. is [protected]
I have recharged of Rs. 145 to get 3G data 7 days ago (approximate).
When I have dialed *121*51# to check the data balance and validity by pressing option no. 2, there I got an sms that I will get 10 GB unlock data on 1st January, 2017which can be used 7 days validity i.e: 7th January, 2017.
Today is 5th January, 2017
Whenever I am accessing data, data will be deducted from my data balance, not from unlock 10GB data.
Actually the thing is that I have not received 10GB unlock data till now.
I have complained many times but inspite of that I have not received the benefit.
Today again I have called to 198 against my complain, one of your agent Mrs. Smita, then she transferred my call to her senior to Mr. Pradip, after that Mr. Pradip transferred my call to his senior Mr. Manas Chakraborty told me that he will escalate my complain to the back end team and also he assured me that I will get 10GB unlock data within today.
I would like to attach a complaint status in the attachment file.
Kindly look into this matter and do the needful so that I can get 10GB unlock data on my airtel no. [protected].
