With reference to the above complaint regd at kaggadasapura -bangalore office on the following subject:

Problem : Bill plan at advance rental generated without customer knowledge or consent for Rs5500.00 instead of Rs999/-

the said complaint regd on 07.01.2017 as my oral complaint took place on 06.01.2017

the said problem has not be resolved since so many efforts I tried my side since 6 days over

worst service from Airtel at back office - making customer at hue & cry

Your front office every time promised to do so with it is approved for reversal but final bill has not been generated and to day is the last day for bill payment

we expect to resolve the issue today itsel[censored]nder top priority and confirm to me over phone

I have written the matter to all media, english daily newspapers.

    I am facing all channels not coming suddenly issue since two months still its resolved after calling many times service engineers are worst they are providing wrong resolution like changing set top box and reciever .

    Airtel dth is cheating custumers

    We have to prvide them 150 rs even though problem is not from our end

      The connection was provided to me last month (Dec 2016) by one Mr Kumaran, Marketing Officer. He canvassed stating that upto March 2017, it is free and on charges will be levied.

      However I was informed thro' SMS about 15 days followed by reminders that a Bill for Rs 1102 has been raised and it has to be paid on or before 12 01 2017. I tried to contact Mr Kumaran twice earlier but failed. Today I contacted him and simply and repeatedly told me to contact 121. I tried to contact 121 also but could not establish contact.

      In any case, pl do not expect me to pay the Bill as it goes against ur promise (made by Mr Kumaran). Further, I requested him to come again regarding connection of some more devices ( he told me upto five devices can be connected). So far he has not turned up.
      Pl help me regarding Bill as well as the other point without further delay.

            Hi, I have raise a broad band request and paid the amount ₹1000 On 03/11/2016. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one. So I have contacted appellate team but then also i am unable to get my refund amount yet. It has been almost 2 months now and still i am not getting my refund amount. I am also requesting to all the other users who are thinking to buy airtel broadband or 4g service to not to buy any services from airtel and not to pay for new broadband connection as you will not get any refund amount after paying online.               I have been using Airtel (Madhya Pradesh) number [protected] for the past 5 years. I have not done any outgoing calls for the past few days.                       Hi,
                      I had a balance of approx rs.50 on 8th jan 2016, but suddenly it was deducted for no reason and my current balance is zero.
                      I have sms details of call transactions, sms and data usage from 12100 which says no transaction were carried out in 72 hours. Hence, i can't see any reason for balance deduction.

                        1100/- payment is done by debit card

                        As per guidance of one of the airtel customer care service provider (mobile number [protected]) I paid the total amount and they said that ur sim get activated with in 48hours.but till now activation is not yet done and the airtel customer service provider is not attending my call after I have give transaction number and other relevant details .this is worst customer services I have ever seen .I want my sim get activated as soon as possible my other alternative number [protected] .

                          I have written to you twice but got no reply.
                          I have been getting reminders at every phone call that i have not paid a bill that i have paid;
                          Citibank cheque 800820 on 7.12.2016 for rs 3097/-
                          I was told by the airtel office in green park that this has been credited to another phone number [protected]. Kindly rectify the mistake and confirm to me immediately
                          I have also paid rs 1770/44 vide citibank cheque 800823 dated 10.1.2017
                          It is very surprising that you should credit my cheque to another number.

                            Sir,
                            I have recharged my mobile for prepaid services of rs. 155 on the 10th january, 2017 at 5:46 pm. My online recharge transaction id is[protected]. But most regret to inform you that it is not reflected in my balance yet.

                            The complaint was lodged on 10th april-2017 at 6:31 pm vide reference no. Pr[protected], but even after 22 hours of submission of my compliant, the matter hasn't been resolved.

                            I request you to please ventilate through and resolve it at the earliest, so that the amount of rs.155 should be reflected in my account balance of airtel prepaid mobile connection.

                              Broadband connection relocation

                              I'm using airtel broadband connection (Ac no: [protected]). I shifted my residence in nov 2016. So i had given request to relocate my broadband connection on 23rd nov 2016.

                              Its been around 50 days but still connection is not given in my new place. I have written mails to the appellate team more than 10 times so far. But no action taken yet.

                              But i received bill for december 2016 with my new updated address. br...

                              Last 10 days I am requesting a Hellotune Offer, but their executives talking like ####, two of their executives commited for that but no activation worst service i have ever seen.All of their authority like level 1, 2 and 3 was unable to activate, one of my friend already activated that offer on his mobile, but they are not activating on my number

                                My name is nagajayanth and my airtel mobile no is [protected], i have migrated from postpaid to prepaid 5 days back 2 days back sim got activated but outgoing calls and message sending has been barred i have complainted so many times in i have called n number of times in airtel customer care support but no luck. I tried to reach him more them 10 times.

                                  My name is K Venkataramu having Airtel No.[protected] with a wallet balance of 2535/- they have blocked to transfer my money to regular recharges & asking for M Pin

                                  I don't have any MPIN for this account operation I have opened this account on 24/7/16 & loaded 6 times and transferred for recharges for 24 times those time it never asked any M Pin now suddenly asking mpin

                                  I went to DVG Road airtel office to rectify the same they are helpless. and we are unable to contact customer care personal to talk in this issue.

                                  I have mailed 4 times to the concerned, they not responding to the mail.

                                    Sir/mam i have postpaid plan on my no [protected] and yesterday night i was taken 5GB data but after 3 hour I got that you consumed 100%data even I can't used YouTube or any other video online...i just used normally Facebook and watsapp...i was already complained at customer care they told may be technical issue but we will not waiver it i have recording of all conversations...if I used than tell me where i used but no one tell me...without solution of my problem i will not pay my bill it's totally responsibility of Airtel.

                                      This number was subscribed at Jammu after using it for more than two years was ported at Rishikesh in Uttarakhand state on transfer on posting.

                                      i am facing this problem for last 2 months. After getting ported the number it has initally worked fine but for last 2 months the problem is there.The Sms send from this mobile, when location is in Rishikesh town, is not delivered to few mobile numbers specially non AIRTELL numbers . The message is sent but not delivered. It shows pending status or message sending failed in box.

                                      WHEN I am out of rishikesh then messages are NOT send at all. THIS PROBLEM IS PERSISTING FOR LAST 2 MONTHS. I HAVE SPOKEN FEW TIMES TO CUSTOMERCARE. SOMETIMES THEY TELL YOUR SERVICES ARE WORKING WELL. SOMETIMES THEY SAY IS IS BEING CHECKED AND CORRECTED. BUT DESPITE MY BEST EFFORTS THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVES AND THE SERVICE PROVIDER SEEMS TO BE JUST DOING CHORUS SERVICE.
