I had applied for porting my TATA Docomo number to Airtel around 10 days ago. It got ported yesterday evening. The old SIM card has stopped working. I am not able to call 59059 from the new Airtel SIM. It says that the number is not valid, please check the number you have dialed.
This is my official number and I am not able to even receive calls on it. I need this number immediately.

    Dear concern teaam,

    I am having an issue with my airtel broadband connection and fixed landline, since one month and half month (Since chennai cyclone). I have raised several requests no[protected], 77279868, 77059664,[protected] to resolve the issue.

    Then suddenly received a message that the requests have been resolved. When i spoke to the customer care executive they said somebody has visited my home and corrected the issue, so they have resolved it.
    Then they have raised another request for the same problem and said there engineer will visit home.

    This same situation has been repeated for past four service requets.

    Now i have got call from closing desk, to close the recent service request, when i have asked to provide the sufficient info, why they are closing the request they have hang up call intentionally.

    I want to know is there any process set up in airtel to escalate the issue to the upper hierarchy. Is this company wants to hear to customer issue.

    We haven't expected this type of service from airtel

      When I recharged my airtel postpaid no.[protected] of Rs 800 on Friday[protected] between 11AM to 12AM, my money was deducted from my bank but transaction failed .

      Then I recharged from another Bank ATM card and it was successful .

      Totally I initiated 4 transaction, out of which 3 was unsuccessful and 1 successful .

      I am attaching photos of the transaction ID and photo of that transaction which was unsuccessful but money was deducted from the bank.

      Please refund my money !

      Total money debited 800 + 800 =rs 1600

      I paid my Airtel postpaid bill from g pay on 13th dec..this is the phone no-[protected] ..and after paying the intermediary ..transaction got failed..but the amount of 4 599.64 been deducted from my account..this is the upi transaction id[protected]..i also raised dispute through the app with Bharat bill pay on 16th Dec..but still no response ..i need help with the refund plz

        My Airtel number [protected] from Tamil Nadu circle is currently in Maharashtra circle for last 1.5 yrs (i.e. it is in roaming sing July 2015 till Jan 2017). It was working fine till 1st January 2017. From 2nd January 2017 i am getting 'No service' in Network bar on top right side of my mobile. I have not recharged this number for some time (may be 3 months or more not even roaming recharge) This number is linked to my bank and because of this issue I am not able to do any online transaction. My request is to please reactivate my number as soon as possible or suggest me some other alternative without changing my number.

          As per airtels suggestion i tried to get the same number via my friends in karnataka but when i sent my documents and tried to get the sim via my friends i was informed that i have to make my presence in bangalore to get the simcard which is not possible for me within next 1 or 2 months.. can you let me know whether i can get the same number in maharashtra ? If not please do let me know how it can be done. If possible please arrange a call back to my number.. [protected]

          This is my 5th complaint as i am not getting a proper response and NO CALL for my previous complaints
          Please provide me the same numner which was deactivated from your end without prior notice as all my govt proof and everything has that particular number. I had to go through lot of miserables in the absence of that number.

          I have been using airtel number (725xxxxxxx) for past few years. Till yesterday the card was working fine but today morning its showing as sim is not activated and card is not provisioned.
          All my accounts are linked with this number and am not able to do anything. I got this number in bangalore and last week moved to pune.
          I cant call customer care as the sim is deactivated. And when i call from other numbers i am being asked to call from karnataka number or [protected] but when i call the second number the representatives didnt provide any support and they said they deactivated as their database is not updated. Because their database is not updated how can they deactivated my simcard. Now am not able to access any of my bank account because of their negligance.
          When they are not concerned about customers then why are they providing fake service.

          I need some action to be taken asap.

          I have been following up but there is no response..

          I have submitted the required docs as mentioned in marathalli airtel showroom but i didnt get the simcard. I even dropped a mail to airrel presence [protected]@in. Airtel.com but i didnt get even a single response. I dont have any bangalore number here to call the customer care in bangalore now am in the middle of no where.. It seems just for a name sake i got a reply..

          Later if i called airtel i will get a response that airtel database has not been updated that i have submitted the documents..

            As like i thought airtel giving 5gb jackpot but I don't believe anyways i tried to get so i downloaded the airtel games app.And downloaded a game as well but still haven't got anything...Really that's y i do think u guys r worse...Don't wanna compare bur really jio is far better than u at least we don't need to do such chores on it to earn data...Still hope i[censored] wanna help me then resolve my prob.               Hi Team,

              I don't who used my number as reference for some airtel landline number and the issue the unknown person not paid the bill so airtel people are continuously calling and harassing me. several times I told to them im not the correct person please don't irritate me. they are not leasing my words continuously calling me and giving warning to me as "we will going to disconnect your number and we will register legal case on you."
              Why you people not understand my concern and hope so you have proof of that customer and every information and address also you can directly go that place and you can contact, why you people irritating me with out any reason.
              please stop these type of issues if not this will give bad impression on Airtel brand.

                I have recharged rs 347 via PayTM portal, where recharge succesfull and subsequently got confirmation message from airtel as below:

                Recharge done on 05-Jan-17 09:26 AM, MRP:Rs347.00, PF:300.74, STax:Rs45.26, Talktime:Rs1.00, Balance:Rs15.37, TransID:[protected], BenefitEnjoy Free Local and STD on all mobile and landline calls and 50MB 3G/4G data for 28 days. For 4G handset only, get 1GB data. To check balance, dial *121*2#

                But, neither calls are not going as per plan or nor data, Airtel Call center denied refund. This is purely cheating case by airtel in the name o[censored]nlimited calling

                  My post paid cell No [protected]. I am your customer since 2012. Recently I transferred from Hyderabad to Chennai in the month of July 2016. With great difficult after one month of my trials, I could change my portability to your Chennai office. First 15 days net connection was OK . But for the past one month i.e. since Nov 5th net connection was not continuous. And now net connection to cell is completely drained and not available but bill had come as Rs 779/-. Keeping your earlier services, I have opted to continue with same portability. When I contacted service center at Villivakkam, I was not properly guided and informed that the net will be alright after 3rd January. To my surprise even now the same situation continuous. I thought of change my portability to another service provider. But I want to have clarification regarding the non availability of Net Connection to my cell No.

                    29-Dec, I requested for new broadband connection in Bangalore, Monday I paid the activation bill of 500 INR keeping that the connection will get done within 3 days(mentioned by the sales executive).
                    To make your task easier, I have attached the screenshot of the payment made.
                    Wednesday was 3rd day, didn't get any call of confirmation neither any update on the same. Evening they said, Thursday for sure get the connection.

                    As I stay alone in Bangalore, I took leave hoping the new connection, 10:30 I called the sales guy asking for confirmation, he said, he is sales executing, cant give confirmation.

                    I called again, again and again, in fact 20+ times, no reply, I texted too, no reply.

                    I then called 121, they too said, will check and get back to me, no call, no confirmation.
                    You know same i have faced 3 months back,
                    finally I will get a call telling your connection is not possible in your area. Thank you for choosing airtel.
                    means, I spent money, time, and trust and finally got nothing.
                    Suggestion - if you guys are not able to provide connection request, notify us upfront rather than keeping in dark.
                    I hope will spread this scenario to help others not to think if it.

                      Earlier also, the complain was registered during the last week of December 2016 however the same was resolved without attending the real issue. (Ref. no.[protected] You are requested that the complain is attended today itself as we are at home and are facing problem due to extremely week signal.

                      Earlier we were informed that the wiring is required to be re-done. Request that the wiring be re-done today itself. Kindly note that we are holding AIRTEL connection, UNLIMITED PLAN, for many years.

                      This type of poor service is not expected out of a well established and esteemed organization like AIRTEL,

                        I am using postpaid SIM of AIRTEL having cell no [protected], On 28/12/2016, I visited AIRTEL Office of Annapurna Road Indore [Phone no[protected]] & requested to up-grade my SIM from 2G to 4G, they have registered my request & issued me another SIM no[protected]U vide Order no[protected], On 03/01/2017, AIRTEL representative visited my residence for verification but suddenly on 04/01/2017 my SIM dis-activated with message that Request no[protected] has been booked..., when I approached your Office at Annapurna Road Indore, they have given me one more SIM saying that they are keeping SIM till activation & called to me after 1 Hrs, after that I have called your office 100 Timers but they are not giving me satisfactory reply, I am struggling since yesterday morning to get my SIM activated, my work is suffering badly, now I have no option left rather then to approach Consumer forum for such Poor services...pl urgently look in to this matter.                           I have a lot of complaint but they always say today activate tomorrow activate.

                          Airtel 4g deactivated for my number. Complained to airtel customer care for 3 times they are telling only issues will resolve in 48 hours and no one responds my complaint.i visited near airtel store no use of it. This issue created 2 months ago.please fix it I hope you will clear it out soon...

                            My airtel no. is [protected]
                            I have recharged of Rs. 145 to get 3G data 7 days ago (approximate).
                            When I have dialed *121*51# to check the data balance and validity by pressing option no. 2, there I got an sms that I will get 10 GB unlock data on 1st January, 2017which can be used 7 days validity i.e: 7th January, 2017.
                            Today is 5th January, 2017
                            Whenever I am accessing data, data will be deducted from my data balance, not from unlock 10GB data.
                            Actually the thing is that I have not received 10GB unlock data till now.
                            I have complained many times but inspite of that I have not received the benefit.
                            Today again I have called to 198 against my complain, one of your agent Mrs. Smita, then she transferred my call to her senior to Mr. Pradip, after that Mr. Pradip transferred my call to his senior Mr. Manas Chakraborty told me that he will escalate my complain to the back end team and also he assured me that I will get 10GB unlock data within today.
                            I would like to attach a complaint status in the attachment file.
                            Kindly look into this matter and do the needful so that I can get 10GB unlock data on my airtel no. [protected].

                              Airtel store at Munirka (ref no [protected])and Sarojininagar (even denied to provide a ref no to my sim request)denied to replace lost sim.

                              I lost my mobile on 28th Dec 2016 and filed a FIR regarding the same with nearest PS. I contacted 121 and mailed [protected]@in.airtel.com.

                              My connection (mobile number [protected])was a corporate connection but I am maintaining everything (use, bill payment)(in fact the bill is paid through auto debit through my credit card) since the day I took the connection (that is some 6 years back). The phone was never used for any official purpose of the company which has closed its operation 3 years back so does not exist now.

                              I got reply from [protected]@in.airtel.com to contact Airtel relationship centre to get sim with required documents ( ID Proof, Address Proof and a Photo). I visited Airtel store at Munirka as well as at Sarojini Nagar. Both the store declined to provide replacement sim. I provided all the document as mentioned by the email reply by [protected]@in.airtel.com.

                              They only insist on to provide NOC from the company ( Collective Growth Reality Pvt LTD, A 110 sector 4, Noida UP) which does not exist now. The executives in the store in no mood to understand the same.

                              I have been using the number for last 6 years. My all friends relatives and many others have that number. Now I am completed detached from them. I lost my mobile so lost their contact numbers. They are also not in a position to contact me as since the day (28th Dec 2016) I lost my mobile.

                              Nobody is there to listen to this. Airtel people can easily contact me on my email as my email id is registered with them.

                              I shall be thankful if any one help me out to get my sim back

                              I got a reply from airtel to produce some proof of company been closed or alive. One can find it very easily by visiting mca.gov.in. I took a snapshot of company details from there and submitted to ARC but again they denied to accept they still insist on NOC. Attached a snapshot where one can easily understand.

                              Where can I find NOC when company doesn't exist.

                              I can provide my identity proof, residence and ready to submit an affidavit to take all the responsibility (which I have been doing for last 6 years).

                              I can't just drop the number as number is 6 years old.

                              Kindly someone guide me to what to do to get back my number .

                                  This is regarding Airtel Account No. [protected] and connection CEF No. AHM674843. I had applied for a broadband/fixedline connection for Airtel on 24/12/2016. Just to bring to your notice, that i had applied for a similar kind of connection in June, which after collection of payment and other documents was refused by Airtel citing technical reasons which was unavailability of line in my building. It took me almost 2 months to get the refund for the same.                                   Now, after a few months i was approached by airtel salesperson many times saying that we have provided sufficient lines in your building i.e. Shyam Elegance, Near Anand Nagar Cross Road, Ahmedabad-380015 and asked me to take the connection. Since i had already taken plans with another service provider, i told them i would be considering it later. Now again i was approached by Airtel asking for connection and i agreed for the same. As usual, one Mr. Pankaj came over to my house (Shyam Elegance Apt, Anand Nagar Cross Road, Ahmd-15) on 24/12/2016 and collected the documents along with a cheque of Rs. 4930 for payment of 6 months of internet. He told me to wait for 2 days for installation. This was after he confirmed that there is availability for connection in my building. After 2-3 days, after continuous botheration, i was again informed that due to unavailability of port in the DPR unit in my building connection can't be given. (REFUSED AGAIN..Huh!!) Let me tell you that it has been only 6 months this building opened up for living and this is the condition of Airtel.

                                  I was told that the documents and cheque would be returned to you by the executive who collected the documents. He told me that the documents and cheque has been received and would be returned at the earliest. Now, to my surprise when i checked my bank statement, i got to know that the cheque was already applied for clearing in bank and the amount is already debited from my account. I can forward the bank statement if needed.

                                  Now, the problem isn't that you have unavailability in my building, the problem is this is again one of many times airtel has ditched me (not gonna write every event). If such a world class service provider is dealing with these things in such a way, I wonder what we as consumers are gonna do (Shift to JIO, I guess). If Airtel can't fulfill the needs, then I am sorry to say, You shouldn't make any commitments.

                                  Now every time i mail on customer care and appellate authority, i receive the book reply i.e. Your complaint would be resolved within 3 days. I checked with customer care and i got to know that this airtel account is expired which means that the connection is not feasible and is closed.

                                  Now, I request you to please take suitable action against this issue, and against concerned people as to why this is happening again and again and refund the amount with immediate effect which i had already mentioned in my mail conversations.

                                  The complaint No. given to be by airtel is 77141664.

                                    Airtel service is becoming pathetic day by day network coverage & 4G services are hopeless as always I regret changing from Vodafone to Airtel if I use 4G after every 2 minutes it says no service I have to everytime remove & re enter my sim is this what Airtel the so called best service provider is hmm it's just hopeless that's all I can say hmm this issue I have been facing since last 10 odd days and I think it will be better if I change my service provider to Vodafone I would never recommend Airtel as a service provider to anyone not even to my enemy as the services that Airtel provides are just pathetic that's all I can say... Today I received a call from an Airtel representative saying that 4G data would start in my device where it has still not started & I wish to know why is it so tell me directly the hopeless & pathetic mobile network weather I'll get 4G services or else I'll port out of Airtel & move to Vodafone the better network provider I need an action & look don't you dare fool around with me ok as I am a part of the BPO industry ok so I know how you function reply & get the hopeless network solved soon else I'll switch & make atleast 10 more people switch out of Airtel & also ensure that hopeless network problem goes viral on Facebook Twitter & Linked In because you guys don't see to improve at all reply & get the no service issues resolved ok

                                      On Saturday, 17th December 2016, I saw an advertisement in a flyer that was stuck on my door, showing promising tariff of vfibre broadband with a stamp of local contact number. I wanted to verify so I check the internet, and there was an option for online booking. I booked and promptly i got a call from the airtel saying they would send someone on monday and probably they will fix within 48 hrs. In a hope of their visit, I waited patiently till monday evening, but nothing happened, no one came. So I called up a number which was given on the back of the flyer ([protected]), the Customer care executive told me that there was so such booking registered with my mobile number, even though there was (received sms for booking on 17/12/2016, bearing ref number ONTMCHENN66188747C). I thought that was a humble mistake and accepted their suggestion for new-booking (Airtel A/c number [protected], ref. number[protected]. The next day I got a call saying they can't service 40mbps vfibre in my area but they can surely provide 16mbps regular broadband at the same price, which was confusing as advertisement was misinforming. Being out of options and urgency I accepted the offer, and immediately they asked for activation fees of Rs 1000. To my surprise they called me over and over again for the activation fees like 4-5 times in an hour, got irritated when they called in the middle of the transaction. And they also asked for the soft copy of my passport size photo, rent agreement and ID proof, which I sent with 1-2 hrs. I was in a positive expectation after seeing such haste in the process of acquiring the prerequisites, thought they would keep the 48 hours promise. Unfortunately, their calls stopped coming after payment. I kept calling them when they crossed the 48 hrs period. They would keep promising that they will surely do it next day. I was aware of the damage that happened in Vardah cyclone, keeping that in mind I kept my cool. But they ignored my Request. No updates, no phone calls, no emails. I even took a leave from my work as the customer care executive promised they would surely come the next day morning at 10, which never happened, again. I made a complain regarding the issue. They kept lying over and over again tell tomorrow for sure. I even bought a landline phone as they said they wont be providing the phone. After too much of waiting and patience, eventually they told me that "airtel broadband is not available in my area, and to apply for refund" which happened yesterday. FYI, there is an airtel distribution box 2-3 buildings from my apartment, which is barely 70 feet away. My friend is using airtel broadband which is about 150 feet from my residence.
                                      I felt it was a mistake to expect great service from airtel.

                                        and again i have complain to customer care department service request no[protected]. and got same sms from airtel in 8 hr and problem is not resolve .

                                        now i want to go back my home ( reliance network ) immediately relise my no to port i cant wait for 90 days . please help me
