I am having issue with Airtel broadband for the last 3 months now. Every 5-10 days, broadband stops working. I need call the customer care and keep complaining. I have an Airtel prepaid mobile number since Jan 2015. I am currently outside India and I had been receiving incoming messages during all this time. However, since Saturday, 12 Nov, 2016, my sim stopped working.

I had activated a 3month +15 day HD plan on 24 October which is supposed to run till feb but yesterday it got reset automatically to South super value prime without any intimation and I was charged 681 Rs. I lodged a complaint yesterday and they told me it will get fixed by today 11.30 am. Although the money has been refunded, my original 3 month + 15 day HD plan which is supposed to be running right now has not been restored....

Pre-call announcement to do Data Recharge
