I am Karthikeyan V. My Airtel DTH sub.Id:[protected]. I recharged for 1 year subscription on 16.12.16 amount of Rs.6, 812/- from this date to till date see the error code B001 on my tv screen. I have complaint 10 days before.Complaint No.57294774.but till date any one person didn't come and solve my problem.more than 20 times called customer care no. no respond.
pls. take necessary action and solve my problem. otherwise return my amount of Rs.7000/-

    I bought the airtel sim-card# [protected] on dec 23, 2016 and its still not activated for 4 days. The shop keeper said documents have been submitted fine and has no idea whom to contact further. I got it for a relative who has come from abroad and till now has no means of communication with him. I tried to log complaint at http://www.airtel.in/airtelpresence but after i submit it just sends to the airtel home page and not generating reference number.

      Please be informed herewith that we are a customer of airtel with our account no.16249219 & circuit id [protected]. We have paid our telephone bill before bill due date but our landline has been disconnected by airtel in mid of month without any intimation. Also note that their rm mr. Sanjoy dutta ([protected]) & 2nd level head mr. Suvankar mukherjee ([protected]) has not support to us and give false information about disconnection and no support to active our telephone line. Thus, we have suffered huge monitory loss and business hamper due to telephone line dead, because we are share broking firm and our dealing is based on telephone line.

      Kindly do the needful and take necessary action for our above problem as soon as urgent basis.

        I have made biggest mistake to choose airtel services, i am using this number from last 10 year as airtel customer ant i just want to just state change in porting. Now what happen to me. I had visited 3 times their office for this issue. And last saturday office is closed. When i call to 59059 they told me that we are not able to verify details because service provider has not updated it.
        I think i had make big crime like mnp state porting. When ever i ask on 59059 records not found. I am customer of airtel from more than 10 years and they treat me i am some kind of stupid and how can i ask any question? I don't have any write to ask question because of they are lazy and not do their work on time. I had requested only if possible only start incoming call or sms.
        Now in this days every transaction need otp. And its come on that number only. On every question from last 7 days they only answer please call after 24 hours. But my question is only that they are able to do their work in next 24 hours? Please tell me how much time 24 hours in days?

          Hi,

          I spoke to shivani, ur customer care representative few minutes ago. I called in to deactivate 1 gb offer that was activated on my number. She deactivated it without checking that it was associated with 9gb handset offer with the phone. When i prompted, that will it effect my 9gb handset offer, she rudely said, "mam ye pack shayad usi se associated tha, and hamare paas nai hote hain iske details".
          You guys deactivated my booster pack, with 8 gbs that i had. Now i have no internet, give me those 8 gbs that i had.
          Heights o[censored]nprofessionalism, you guys with all your databases, cannot even check before deactivating or activating any service.

          2 months back, i also applied for porting of the same number. I had to wait for 2 months for getting it ported as some agents said the documents are not received. When i submitted them again i got 4-5 calls per days. All different agents. Callinmg for the same thing. They do not even check the database before speaking to the customer. Some deactivate and some activate your services as if they are getting some bonuses for doing that.
          I mean, how irritating is that. And this is not my first complaint, it is better to switch to some other network i guess. Letting know, others so that they wont make such mistakes.

              I am using airtel postpaid number from the last 4 months. I have registered many complaints againts this network problems earlier. Airtel has not bothered to take any action against this problem from the last one year. The customer care is of no use because they give the nonsense reasons as usual. I had strictly told to customer care that i am not going to pay the 2 months bill at any cost. I wish the consumer court should warn airtel or make them to waive off the bill for the last 2 months and convert this sim from postpaid to prepaid.

                Complain details: Before porting my number from Vodafone to Airtel Airtel Executive explain to me that with My plan 199 Corp. I will be given 1GB 3G DATA and after 1GB it will be unlimited in 2G Speed upto 128Kbps. But now after porting I came to know that it is only upto 40kbps . Many times I tried to contact Airtel but no one has taken any step regarding this. Already it has become about 3 months. With the same promise our colleagues have also come this plan. Their Numbers are [protected], [protected], They are also cheated by this promise that after 1GB customer will get upto 128kbps speed unlimited.. Agent who provided connection: Sangita.                   I have updated message center number, i have even tried using the sim in many other phones and the result was same outgoing sms have stopped...

                    I have taken an airtel postpaid connection few months before. But I do not want to continue it, because i have got another airtel CUG connection from my company. So please let me know the procedure.

                    I have talked with customer care about it, they said that i have to mail my deactivation request, but didn't gave me the mail ID.

                    I am ready to pay the bill amount till it deactivates.

                      Hi. I am not receiving any SMS from any network, further I am not getting messages from various banks, IRCTC, makemytrip etc. This problem started from 18 Dec 2016 so i replaced the new sim on 20 Dec 2016. Airtel executive told me that my sms service will start in 48 hours but it has not yet started and I have contacted customer care atleast 20 times since then, everytime they tell me that the complaint has been logged and will be resolved by such and such date and time and I never get any response. This is really frustrating as I am unable to do online banking at the moment and this is impacting my work big time. Solve it or else i will go toh comsumer court for futher procedure.My number is [protected], please resolve immediately.

                                I have Airtel subscription mobile no.[protected]. I applied many time on airtel official website for activation of DND ( Do not disturb) . But everytime, thee is msg, it will be activated, but no action still. I feel headache due to this stupid service. I am receiving lot of SMS from marketing companies, every minutes mostly i receives. I request to note my complaint against Airtel Mobile services and ask company to deactivate of sending such kind of Promotional offer, Marketing SMS.

                                  This is Shaik Mahammad Rafiq, customer of Airtel mobile number [protected], I am here to bring this to your notice that, my sim has been blocked on 10 Dec 2016 without any pre notice due to no usage from some time. I was actually out of the country due to my profession. I am a MNP customer to the Airtle and I am using this sim from 8 years. This number has been registered with all banks and online platforms Paypal, Payza transactions.

                                  After sim blocked within 24 Hrs I went to our Local Airtel office in Proddatur-516360, made request and they issued the new sim (attached, [protected][protected]U) after submitting all proofs, but till now its not activated. I would like to inform you that the subject number is very very important for may, I need the same number.

                                  I am requesting you that, kindly investigate on my case and activate the new sim with subject number.

                                    I am very sorry and disappointed to say that Airtel is my worst experience in all the ISPs I have used.
                                    I am writing this when I am utterly frustrated and disappointed by Airtel's False promises and worst service.
                                    To begin with let me point out the issues.
                                    Firstly Airtel should fire sales person Faiyaz(contact no.: [protected], [protected]) who is giving bad name to airtel by giving false information to customer.
                                    While describing the plan he informed me that I will be provided 16mbs speed for 1049rs with 55GB data whereas it is just 8 mbs I am receiving. I talked with the technician about speed, he asked me talk to sales tam, as sale person only given the application to configure 8 MBPS. Please note I have paid 3 months payment 3961-/ rs (Transaction id: [protected]) before connection only, still got worst service.
                                    He also said that I will be provided a landline telephone device but installation team said they cannot provide any device.
                                    When I tried to reach him he did not pick my calls, I have escalated this to his manager but no results.

                                    Now come to service part After installation I was informed Internet will start working in 4 hours but I have to chase and do multiple calls to Airtel team to get it working after 3 days
                                    But to my surprise just after 30 mins it stopped working. Then again the same story I did multiple calls to customer service and your team and after 10 days of calling, raising multiple tickets at the end I get internet
                                    But the disappointment continued the Wifi Router device provided by you is very cheap and inferior quality one there are no signals even within my 3bhk house. I asked to your team to replace the router but they said they cannot to do so before 1 month.

                                    I want all the things which are promised to me or else refund my amount.

                                        We all know that there are some charges if we contacted customer care of all telephone provider. The why they dont provide us direct number to reach customer care executive? Why we have to select from IVR, if we are contacted customer care then why dont they provide us direct number to reach?
                                        If sometime something happen with our phone and we to instantly stopped our service we all stuck in IVR options and in that mean time some bad person who stole our phone can misuse it and at that time who will be responsible?
                                        I dont know about other customers, i am gold customer of airtel because i am using airtel number since 2002 or 2004 so i want direct customer care number. What was the charge of that call doesnt matter to me, i just need direct number to reach to save my time, money and my future too with that
