Dear sir, l am using 4g data card Internet. Starting the bill is around 750. Actually I use only 3gb. Since three months the bill arises to 3600.i asked to local provider it will change. I couldn't able to pay because I am getting the bill for 5gb since airtel giving same cost for 5gb instead of 3gb. It is completely doing fraued with consumers. Even i am ready to pay the bill for 3gb. Kindly take necessary action as per law

Useless 4 G device that doesn't work most of the time, doesnt work if I move out of the state. Got this 4 G device on a exchange offer - offer was that I'll get 250 rs discount for the first ten months which is equal to the cost of the device.

The money was debited from my account but i did not receive the recharge. Kindly refund my money or get the recharge done. Pratik Ent.(Kandivali) approached me for airtel servicing, they took procedd fees from me took necessary documents but now are not porting me to airtel and even avoiding my repeated request.

I am getting prank call from [protected] number, he is talking in very bad manners. I have purchased this number around 2 month back but now getting call from the above number. He is taking so Bulgar language. I wanted to make sure please do some necessary action on the above number. Person who called me asking about the location to meet me... In Nov 2015 I decided to disconnect airtel dongle (broad band internet connection)
I called airtel customer care and asked for procedure. They asked me to clear pending bills and call them up again to request disconnection.
I cleared pending bills at end of billing cycle and put a request to disconnect
They took the disconnection request but...

The phone is not working, from the begining date i have not call any single call, because there is no dial tone, & for more than

uttam nagar.New delhi.I have paid my bills in time regularly.Today i have made payment rs 1563/- without net against the phone no[protected]. Please look the matter....

The number of times I have called the Airtel Customer Care to speak to some of the most incompetent people in the world is just countless. I have set up a business in Coorg and there is no proper network connectivity at all, so this is literally affecting my business as all the customers who have stupid airtel connection are unhappy as they cant use internet or call anyone. I have called airtel and spoke to people who keep brushing it off...

Our Prepaid phone number got deactivated stating documents not completed. Although number is been used from last approx 7-8 years .we got SMS from Airtel that on 28th number will be de activated if documents are not submitted. We submitted required documents on 26th but number got disconnected on 27th without any reason. The number was in need but airtel doesn't helped....

I am airtel prepaid customer from Punjab for three months. having number ([protected]) I have 2 problems that, the first one is when i send message, your message lis not sent will be the response and second problem is l am not in Punjab. seriously I want to remove extra roaming charge, because, l am in Pune right now. Make available my phone to Pune area.

In reference to the sms and personal call on date for non payment of the aforesaid bill from your good office please note the payment of Rs 918 vide check no. 015986 dated 15.11.'16 on union bank of India have been paid in your Airtel drop box Rashbehari Avenue (Kalighat) on 16.11.'16 favoring "Airtel relationship no. Please be kind enough to look into the matter and act accordingly.

4G Airtel dongle no: [protected]

From[protected] to[protected] my data usage was 2.40 GB.
My plan was upgraded last to last month to 6GB .
But still i got SMS and mail saying that 90% of data is completed on 25th November.

Please explain this. This is totally insane and non acceptable from reputed company like Airtel.

I need proper explanation with compensation.
