Airtel Broadband - Billing Issue

Hi,

I have cancelled my broadband connection before the billing date and I'm supposed to pay one month bill only. I discussed the same with customer care and they are asking me to pay 2 months.

I keep on getting the calls for the same. Hope you can resolve this asap...

Extremely poor network connectivity and their fake claims about open network

The number of times I have called the Airtel Customer Care to speak to some of the most incompetent people in the world is just countless. I have set up a business in Coorg and there is no proper network connectivity at all, so this is literally affecting my business as all the customers who have stupid airtel connection are unhappy as they cant use internet or call anyone. I have called airtel and spoke to people who keep brushing it off...

Although number is been used from last approx 7-8 years .we got SMS from Airtel that on 28th number will be de activated if documents are not submitted. 4G LTE improper billing

My plan was upgraded last to last month to 6GB .
But still i got SMS and mail saying that 90% of data is completed on 25th November.

Please explain this. This is totally insane and non acceptable from reputed company like Airtel.

I need proper explanation with compensation.
