Filled in application for data post paid connection. The executive agreed to activate the connection after doing a speed test in my home. However the executive got busy and was unable to come as committed. Later he gave a solution stating that activate the connection and if not happy with speed walk in to the nearby office and cancel connection free of cost. Unfortunately the speed was very less, so immediately informed customer care and went to nearest airtel office also to terminate the plan. Now I'm charged by airtel for the 2nd consecutive month. I should have spoken to atleast 5 representatives from airtel on the same repeating the whole story but in vain. Attaching the last bill copy.

    Dear sir,
    My airtel aim was showing full tower. But the incoming calls and outgoing calls not connected. I try to change my aim other differences divorce but this problem that mobile also visible. Message also not working. This problem just two weekly show some one call my number that is all time told busy. But my number not busy . Please help me .sir I was my complaint request for airtel customer service but he is not carry my problem

      I have raised the request for Airtel broadband connection (Account no. [protected])through the airtel site. The sales executive had visited my place and collected the check amount to Rs.4, 749 in the month of September. The amount was debited from my bank account in the same month. After the amount got cleared from the bank, i have received call from the team stating that they will not be able to provide the service in my area due to lack of proper lines of airtel. It was informed to me that the amount would be refunded to me within 5 days. This amount has not been refunded till now. I have escalated this matter to the top appelate level. Even they are mentioning that they will be processing it in 3/5/7 business working days. However the same has not been refunded yet. I really lost my interest in the Company now.

        Dear Airtel,

        On 9th December, I had an special offer from airtel for the benifit of 115MB with 28 days validity for 46RS. So, i've recharged for the same. But the confirmation sms, which i had received from the airtel is for 30p/min offer instead of actual data pack.

        Again on 10th December, i've recharged via airtel online recharge of 43RS for the benefit of 115MB with 28Days validity. But the benefit which i got is 130MB for 4 days.

        Really dont know what service you are maintaining in your website. Its completely cheating and i've fed up with your service.

        I want to get back my remaining validity, which i've recharged now or else refund cash to my bank account.otherwise i will take this to next level seriously.

          I sent request for portability of my number ([protected]) on 5th December. Airtel executive called me on 5th December and offered me one offer for call charges (i.e. 36pisa/Min). And he told that offer will be activated with in 24 hours. One week completed. Still that offer not activated for my mobile number. Please activate that offer immediately for my mobile number or send my request number. I will change my number to other account immediately.

            We had 8 Landlines of Airtel and all the lines were dead Since April 2016 and despite repeated requests the landline was not restored. Despite no incoming and outing the company has wrongly raised the bills on us for May, June and July. Their bills also reflect there was no incoming and outgoing during the period. The technician visited our office on atleast 10 occasions but was not able to rectify the fault.

            The technical staff at Airtel had expressed their inability to restore the landline and had orally informed us that due to some hardware and software error they will not be able to restore the land lines.

            However, Airtel still raised the bills and are now pressuring us to make the payment.

              I requested new landline/broadband connection. Provided all papers and prepaid for 3 months. I got the request number. But no action / response for the last 1 week. Called up customer care. Very poor knowledge and very poor response from the airtel customer care.

              I recommend Airtel need to pay penalty/fine if the services are delayed since they are charging service tax while providing services. While they don't do service proper, Airtel need to compensate

                  On november 21st, i mailed airtel at [protected]@in. Airtel.com requesting for information on how to procure a broadband connection. I gave two airtel mobile numbers as our contact information. On nov 22nd, there were three different people calling on the second number i had given, all wanting to help install the connection. We questioned them about the lack of coordination between them and then finally gave all our details to one of them called mr. Hafeeiz khan and also gave him a cross-cheque payable to bharati airtel. Not sure of mr. Hafeeiz's identity we also took a photo of his adhaar card as id proof. He promised us a connection in next 24 hours. Thereafter, we never again heard from airtel for next one week. I send mails to airtel on 2nd and 7th dec regarding the issue. All i got was a complaint number which was 76089220. Airtel's mail back on 3rd dec was to assure us that the problem would be resolved in next three days. Their response to the mail on 7th was that the problem would be resolved by 13th dec, 2 pm positively. However, so far nothing has been done about our connection. We have received at least 15 calls in the last 10 days from people claiming to be from airtel. All they do is ask if we still need a broadband connection and when we tell them that we have already given an advance cheque they just say okay and say something will be done then and hang up. Today once again the customer service called and again said in next 48 hours something will be done. It is already 20 days since we gave a cheque to an unknown person who promised us a connection in 24 hours. Meanwhile i have made numerous calls at 121 and airtel's 1800 toll free number, but they only allow you to talk to machines and there is no option to remind them of your problem regarding a cheque that has been taken by an unknown man. All of this has made us very uneasy considering the cheque carries a signature and bank details and we don't even know who this man is who's taken it. Also, no one at airtel has given us any information about the status of the cheque or our connection.

                      Dear Concern, I bought a data card connection wide mobile/data card sim no.[protected] with a monthly plan Rs.450 plus taxes. Due to some unfortunate problem in the family i could not pay the bill on due date which was in September. Neither i could use the connection since the usage of same was blocked immediately after a week or so post due date of bill payment. There after i called up customer care to disconnect the number and take down the due payment which was only for one month .

                      But no action has been taken and now i am being called to pay 1200 then 1700 and so on. I agreed to pay 1200 as a settlement amount to the customer care executive who use to call for payment and requested to disconnect the number and issue me no dues letter from the company but nothing has happened.

                      I am being compelled for payment without issuance of no due letter which i am not initiating without receiving a letter from the company.

                      You are requested to settle down the matter at the earliest possible and do the needful.

                        I am facing broadband issues from nov-30 and raised ticket with aritel 75762946 and till today the problem is not been resolved. The technician once visited the place and asked to replace the wifi router which cost 1000/- rs and i agreed to that too but irresponsible service people. Didn't even return back and fixed the issue.

                        Now a days airtel broadband service is became very worst. No proper service to the customers and no proper response to the customers. All false promises they are doing. They say the problem will be fixed in 24 hours max 72 hours but i am facing the issue from nov-30 and till today (13-dec) the problem is not being fixed and not even tried to fix the issue. They only bothered about closing the ticket giving ununcessary reasons.

                        I got fedup with the aritel service. So i am posting the consumer complaint to look into this matter. As i am using the airtel service from past few years, i was with airtel earlier for only with airtel for service they provide even though charges are more when compared to other service providers but now a days the service became worst then no point sticking to the airtel for this kind of service.

                        Atleast after this case. Airtel management look into this issue carefully and get this resolved or esle you will sure a previlege customer for sure.

                        I warned your customer service executives many times, the service is worst if it continues i will leave airtel but they are least bothered about it. All false promises they are doing and never getting stick to it.

                          Anand singh customer care executive misbehaved when i wanted detail of my bill and wanted to change plan. He insulted me and was shouting on me was sarcastic. My b. P shot up i am diabetic and want to sue airtel for the inconvenience and trouble. He called me illiterate and insulted my dignity. My mobile number is [protected].

                          I have taken new connection from airtel. I have taken two connections i have a broad band from airtel. This guy was from mumbai call centre. When he misbehaved i asked for manager and his name he gave his name anand singh said no manager are available and i should call at decent hours. Why they have 24 7 customer care then. He said that i don't even know how to calculate 15 percent and in india we have tx on everything.

                          I don't understand my fault and why he was not ready to help his tone was very rude unlike a customer care should talk. I was very politely asking but he misbehaved with me was not ready to help in first position. When i asked for id he said my name is enough and go complaint any where.

                          I don't understand was it mu fault i called airtel to to spoil my health. I want airtel to listen to the call and see what the executive do. My health is bad now. If anything happens to me it's airtel fault.

                            I am using the airtel 4G but from last 2weeks I am not getting speed like 4G even the network of 4G & 3G are not coming at all and also if they do come the internet m speed remain the same like 2G.
                            I am really fed up with the services which airtel is providing to me and also no brst offers on my sim.
                            Even though it took 1/2an hrs to file this complain because of internet speed.
                            I think 2G is better then this its looks like I am fool who is wasting 1000every month in internet recharge without proper speed.
                            And also in the screenshot you can see signal is coming for the 3G not 4 and also 0kbps speed is coming.
                            I am fed up with this, this is not tolerable at all.
                            Also no Best offers is showing from last 6MONTHS OFFERS ARE SAME FOR ME.

                                We have our office in Suneja Tower 2 District Centre Janak Puri New Delhi 110058. We are having more than 10 users of Airtel Mobile Connection with 5 of them as POST PAID Connection paying to the Airtel Rs. 1, 000/- (approx) each. We are NOT SATISFIED with the AIRTEL SERVICE SUPPORT. There is MAJOR ISSUE of POOR AIRTEL NETWORK at the premises. Most of the TIME, we have PROBLEMS of CALL DROPS and whenever we EXIT from office we OFTEN receive sms that You missed call ******

                                Airtel says that they have best signal strength across the world. But we are in the PROMINENT Commercial Complex of capital of India NOT satisfied by the signal strength of Airtel. We are losing huge business because of this and thinking port into any other network provider.

                                Kindly look into the matter ASAP and do the needful

                                  Hi, I made a wrong payment and recharged a prepaid Airtel number - [protected] - thru paytm, for Rs. 5000.

                                  I called Airtel to revert this transaction but it looks like they were not aware of how this is done and told me that paytm can do that not Airtel.

                                  I checked with vodafone and they told me if something like that happens on a vodafone number I just need to call vodafone to revert that transaction.
                                  Paytm is also saying that Airtel will be able to revert this transaction.
                                  Can someone from airtel please help?

                                    I have converted my postpaid connection to prepaid connection on 3rd of December and paid my last bill 680 but he deducted 880 as 200 will carry forward to prepaid account. I called airtel customer care on 5th December she said amount will transfer with in 48 hrs. Now i called them again today on 12th December they are saying its not possible. Visit same store.
                                    They troubled me while converting to airtel now postpaid to prepaid service also.

                                    Airtel should be close.

                                      My name is Faiz and I have been using the Airtel Prepaid Service on my Mobile since 2013 and have had mixed experience. I have never asked for any services to be activated on my number however somehow there is services getting activated automatically. I don't have any intention for these services getting activated on my number. I have deactivated GAMEPIND service now and want my money (30/-) back otherwise I will have to look for another options as I am getting frustrated with this. When I called on 198 they don't reply the way they should be replying.

                                      I hope this makes sense now. Refund my money asap.

But after recharge i got only 1.5GB and 1000 local seconds. But i didnt get the rest of the offer i.e 1GB 4g. Kindly provide me the reason ASAP. Other wise i will lordge a case in consumer court.
