This is Shaik Mahammad Rafiq, customer of Airtel mobile number [protected], I am here to bring this to your notice that, my sim has been blocked on 10 Dec 2016 without any pre notice due to no usage from some time. I was actually out of the country due to my profession. I am a MNP customer to the Airtle and I am using this sim from 8 years. This number has been registered with all banks and online platforms Paypal, Payza transactions.

After sim blocked within 24 Hrs I went to our Local Airtel office in Proddatur-516360, made request and they issued the new sim (attached, [protected][protected]U) after submitting all proofs, but till now its not activated. I would like to inform you that the subject number is very very important for may, I need the same number.

I am requesting you that, kindly investigate on my case and activate the new sim with subject number.

There is airtel tower behind our house but i got slow 3G speed in my house...
It also happed with me that my 3G net was going to showing that 2G net is opening...
So plz help for our network system...

    I am very sorry and disappointed to say that Airtel is my worst experience in all the ISPs I have used.
    I am writing this when I am utterly frustrated and disappointed by Airtel's False promises and worst service.
    To begin with let me point out the issues.
    Firstly Airtel should fire sales person Faiyaz(contact no.: [protected], [protected]) who is giving bad name to airtel by giving false information to customer.
    While describing the plan he informed me that I will be provided 16mbs speed for 1049rs with 55GB data whereas it is just 8 mbs I am receiving. I talked with the technician about speed, he asked me talk to sales tam, as sale person only given the application to configure 8 MBPS. Please note I have paid 3 months payment 3961-/ rs (Transaction id: [protected]) before connection only, still got worst service.
    He also said that I will be provided a landline telephone device but installation team said they cannot provide any device.
    When I tried to reach him he did not pick my calls, I have escalated this to his manager but no results.

    Now come to service part After installation I was informed Internet will start working in 4 hours but I have to chase and do multiple calls to Airtel team to get it working after 3 days
    But to my surprise just after 30 mins it stopped working. Then again the same story I did multiple calls to customer service and your team and after 10 days of calling, raising multiple tickets at the end I get internet
    But the disappointment continued the Wifi Router device provided by you is very cheap and inferior quality one there are no signals even within my 3bhk house. I asked to your team to replace the router but they said they cannot to do so before 1 month.

    I want all the things which are promised to me or else refund my amount.

      Dear Sir, my Airtel Post paid number is [protected] ( my alternate number is [protected]).

      Since[protected]I have submitted my application for Post paid to prepaid conversion ). They deactivated my postpaid connection on[protected], but until now my prepaid is not activated. I have sent lot of emails to Airtel complaint cell & around 10 times I have visited personally to Airtel office and I spoke to many customer care executives but NO Use untill now.
      It is a WORST and tragic situation for me. Since all my online banking transactions are linked with this number i am facing a tragic situation.
      I request you to help me out from this situation.

        We all know that there are some charges if we contacted customer care of all telephone provider. The why they dont provide us direct number to reach customer care executive? Why we have to select from IVR, if we are contacted customer care then why dont they provide us direct number to reach?
        If sometime something happen with our phone and we to instantly stopped our service we all stuck in IVR options and in that mean time some bad person who stole our phone can misuse it and at that time who will be responsible?
        I dont know about other customers, i am gold customer of airtel because i am using airtel number since 2002 or 2004 so i want direct customer care number. What was the charge of that call doesnt matter to me, i just need direct number to reach to save my time, money and my future too with that

          Dear Customer Care Executive,
          Airtel prepaid SIM of Delhi Cicle has been lost by me on 13/12/2016. SIM number is[protected]U mobile number [protected] IMSI number [protected]. I have already filed a police complaint with delhi police but since i'm out of station I can't get the SIM reissued. I'm unable to block the sim by calling customer care as they are saying that the address mentioned is wrong. Maybe the shopkeeper had written wrong while filling the form.

                    Amount deducted from bank but failed bill payment with airtel. Dear, I have made airtel online post paid bill payment on 21st dec 2016 got deducted from HDFC bank .payment successfully . Money deducted from my HDFC BANK . But from airtel side they said money not reached them.

                      Mr.Sunil Mittal - I am writing to you as a last resort, I have lost hope and I am soon to be an ex-airtel customer. Here is my story. My airtel account number is [protected]
                      1. I bought an Airtel Broadband connection to which I paid Rs.1000 as activation fees - this was cleared from my bank account on 22.09.2016
                      2. The agent who came to collect the documents and cheque also collected Rs.100 in cash for which there is no receipt and no details in the bill.
                      3. This same agent committed to me that on the first month I will get a cash back of Rs.1000
                      4. I got the first bill which had a due of Rs.1104, due on 01st Dec 2016 which I paid in full.
                      5. Immediately after that I started getting messages saying I have a due amount of Rs.1000. I wrote to airtel customer care, to the appellate, numerous calls to the customer care number 121 to no avail.
                      6. Now the situation is that the customer care guys hang up on me without resolving my problem.
                      7. I am not able to use my voices services even after repeated calls and commitment that the situation would be rectified.
                      8. I understand that there is an accounting goo[censored]p at your end which made this amount of Rs.1000 became payable by me suddenly on 03rd Dec 2016. The previous bills issued to me doesn't include this amount. for this goo[censored]p airtel is harassing me to hide your own mistakes.
                      9. I have spent hours out of my busy schedule to patiently speak to everybody but to no avail.

                      10. I have a written email from the appellate saying the amount is now Due on 31 Dec 2016 with no late payment fees etc. which means I have time till 31 Dec 2016 to pay the due and inspite of this the services are disrupted.
                      11. Its not a question of paying Rs.1000, but I want set somethings right and hence escalating this here.

                      I have no hope of any resolution and you can be sure that I will discontinue my airtel connection soon and also ensure none of my friends, relatives, colleagues and organizations I have control on ever take to airtel.

                      This really looks like there is no ethics in Airtel and I made a wrong choice. There are many more issues which I have written to the appellate of which (obviously) I have not received any resolutions - so much for the word appellate.

                        I am Vinay and i had a issue with porting airtel postpaid [protected] . I sent SMS to 1900 to get my unique Id but the aitel has been blocking the message in backend and I am unable to receive the unique I'd and i contacted airtel CC their are telling they have not blocked any messages and telling me that try after 4 hours . This is nonsense reply from their end why I want to wait for 4hours if I send any airtel service subscription they will reply back with in a seconds then why they want 4 hours to fix this issue that to for basic SMS service. I know they are doing this intentionally and blocking port SMS . So I am pissed off and lodging Complaint against them in this forum. And I want solution from airtel for this issue ASAP.

                        Hello sir this is pramod kumar from Bangalore I made transaction on 17/12/2017 of 8700 in swiping for purchase of cloth but error came as Aproval denied so again i made transaction with different swiping machine that trnsaction successful but amount has debited twice regards that i complaint to ICICI But their customer care representative they told after 1 week your amount will be refund but after one week again i complaint to ICICI now they are saying it will take 50 days we will update your status .Please find the Below Attachment

                                I have sent a mail to deactivate my mobile WiFi [protected] on 21/09/2016 as the signal in not proper, after that they requested to continued with gprs 3g 100 datacard plan stating that the bill will be Rs. 100/- with additional discount. But they sent a bill for Rs. 989.33 after two months. Then I have sent another mail to deactivate the WiFi, they had sent another bill for Rs. 276.42 with the due amount which is not correct and acceptable.
                                However I can pay Rs. 100/- per month to close the issue.

                                  Airtel contacted me to port my number from Vodafone to Airtel and lure me for some irresistible offer. They offered me 399 monthly plan which will include 800 local calls, 300 msg and 10 gb 4g data per month, in written as well as verbally.
                                  Soon after i port my number from vodafone to airtel, my cell stopped internet network or data connection.
                                  On contacting Airtel, there officials are now saying that your plan do not have any data plan.
                                  I was shocked and felt cheated on the stop.as to why i left vodafone.

                                      I am writing from Bangalore Rajarajeshwari nagar BEML(on 3rd Dec) I approached the Airtel sales team at BEML layout for the land line + Broad band connection. One of the sales representative Mr. Santhosh ([protected]) came to my residence. He took the ID proof, Photo and 3 Months Advance Check for Rs 3961 /- rupees.

                                      He promised to install the phone and landline in next 24 hours.

                                      AFter 5 days of continuous follow-up, I was told by Santhosh that the Landline cannot be provided as house is greater than 200 feet from the nearest switch and they cannot provide connection.

                                      I asked him to return my Check and documents along with Photo as no connection can be provided... BUT AIRTEL CHEATED ME THERE.

                                      MY CHECK is credited to AIRTEL ACCOUNT and My DOCUMENTS aare also not returned.

                                      Its been 3 weeks since then, there is no connection nor any response from them. My money is deducted by Airtel and Airtel is not even answering on why the connection is not made.

                                      I reached to another per ANAND ([protected]) he told that he was manager of Santhosh. He also just heard my complaint and not taken any action on returning my money / documents till date.

                                      I feel my documents and check is used by Airtel for some illegal activity.

                                      AIRTEL SALES PEOPLE ARE CHEATING IN THE DAY LIGHT AND AIRTEL PROBABLY IS ACTING AS THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNAWARE OF THE ISSUE.

                                      I called 121 to raise complaint and every time the support representative mentioned that their system is down... I requested them to transfer to the next authority they put me on long hold and never return the call back.. This is a very pathetic state of support.

                                        Hi, i am living in b-822, new ashok nagar delhi. I am using airtel prepaid and network signals are significantly weak near this building. I am not able to make incoming or outgoing calls near my area and if i move more inside the house, signal gets worse. All o[censored]s who are using airtel are facing the same problem. Other network operators are showing good signal in this area. I am using airtel sim from last five years but now i am suffering from airtel.

                                        I am sorry to say that if such problem will stay then all o[censored]s nearby this area will have to discontinue all the services of airtel and will port to some other operator.
