    Today on 17th Dec 2016 I got a SMS from AY-650001 As below:

    Rs9=Loc mob(Airtel-10p+Anya-30p)+STD mob 30p/m, 56din
    Rs147=4GB 3G/4G+Unlimited, 28din
    Rs299=4GB 3G/4G+Unlimited Loc+STD mob call, 28din
    Click Airtel.in/5/mamo

    I recharged Rs 9 and thought it is for 56 days, as above message says. Then after what notification I got about this recharge from AD-AIRMTA is:

    Recharge done on 17-Dec-16 09:47 AM, MRP:Rs9.00, PF:6.83, STax:Rs1.17, Talktime:Rs1.00, Balance:Rs458.37, TransID:579063, Benefit:All Local Mobile calls 30p/min for 7 days.

    Is this not a fraud?

        I bought an hotspot from airtel office of marthahalli dated 8/12/2016 worth 3680... They swiped my card once and all process was done but again they called back and asked me to visit their store as there was some other process to be done but bymistake he has swiped in other card machine and said me that they will be refunding the amount within 24 hours and swiped my card again so my amount was deducted twice and refud wasn't done i gave a callback but no response from the executive person.. Again i went to the store twice but there is no process yet its been more than a week... Refund my amount asap.

          I applied for a new broadband connection with airtel towards the end of september 2016. A person from sjr telelinks came to my house and took rs 1200 in cash, saying that rs 200 is the charge towards the notary filing for rental agreement. He gave me a receipt of 1000. He informed that someone will come to my house for installation, but nobody came. I called the customer service and raised a complaint. They told me that there is no feasibility in my area for a broadband connection. I am still waiting for the refund of my rs 1200 and it is 16/12/2016 today. Mt account no with airtel is [protected]. I have raised several complaints with customer service, but to no avail. I got a call from a lady from airtel, who informed me, that someone will call me and return the amount to me in cash. But i did not get any call and this was almost 3 weeks ago. I spoke to the customer service team again today, where i was transferred to a supervisor vinod, who said he is connecting me to a higher department and the call got disconnected from their end, while i was on hold. I have no other option but to raise a complaint in consumer complaints now. Kindly help in retrieving rs 1200 for me and take all necessary actions against airtel for this poor customer service they have provided.

          This is to inform the consumer Forum that I have still not received rs 1000 in my account and it's Jan 31, 2017 now. All the scans has been sent to Airtel as advised including the cancelled cheque. Please make a note of how worse Airtel is as a provider and as a company.

            Sir/Ma'am,
            By mistake, I have done a recharge of 156 on the wrong number. I send the mail for it but I am not getting any response from airtel. Even the person who got this recharge is ready to return. Please try to fix this problem. I am using the airtel services from 10 years. Do not break my trust on airtel. This amount is very valuable to me.

                Its been one week my new airtel broadband internet connection is not working.
                I had called up 121 and registered complaint with number: 76319124 on very first day itself. I was assured issue would be resolved in next 24hrs. Forget 24 hrs, its been 7 days internet connection is not restored.

                In between, i had even sent mail to [protected]@in. Airtel.com

                  I recharged for 350/- on dec 1st 2016. But the amount was not added to my pnone balance. So i lodged a complaint after 4-5 days and airtel executive said the amt wil be credited backto my account in 10days from the date of rechage so i checked my account on dec 10 but the amt was not credited. So called airtel cc again and they said on dec 15 exactly at 11 my amt will be credited back to my account. And on dec 14 i got a cal from airtel saying the problem is being resolved and i will get my amt back on 15th dec (They themselve contacted me and said this). I checked my account on dec 16 and still the amt has not be credeited. So i called airtel cc and after fighting wiht executive i got a reply back from senior official saying the mistake is on banks side. Why the hell they inform me this before itself... It took 15 days for them to say this??

                    Dear sir/mam,
                    I got a call from your executive she told me the about your 399rs airtel postpaid plan she said in this plan you will get 700 local minutes, 75 std minutes, 300 local & national sms and 10gb 4g data so after hearing the plan i thought it was good then she said you have to port your number in airtel for taking benefits of this plan i said ok then i asked to her please guide me the plan again she told me same as pervious i asked her again for the 10gb 4g data she said its in the plan for lifetime you will get 10gb 4g data every month. Then she said i m sending a executive of mine at your address with airtel postpaid sim kindly handover the documents to him and your number will activate within seven days si i said ok. Then same day the executive is came to my address i handed over documents to him and i also asked him the plan he told me the same as pervious your executive told me over phone. But now the number is activated and ported into airtel i call your customer care they told me you will only get 1gb 4g data every month so airtel why are you fooling customers like this who will use your service next time after fooling him like this. This is really ashamed that india's no one mobile network company fooling and misguiding customers like this. I will take a strict action against you if you not provide me the same plan as she told me over phone call so give me the same plan or i will go to consumer court.

                      Dear sir or madam,

                      Day before y'day i had visited to airtel office in faridabad near bk chowk, where document was submitted to change bill plan in corporate, even yesterday address verification was done @my home. Yesterday in the morning the undersigned has contacted airtel @198 to check the activation status, where it was informed @13:25 apx that this number will be activated within 4 hours.

                      Yesterday evening the number was not activated and undersigned again contacted with airtel @198 thru another mobile than airtel executive informed me that this number is not pertaining to you and its running to other name. It was really shocking news for me.

                      When i visited to airtel own outlet than i got information that number was ported out in airtel haryana in the name of mr mandeep singh. I would like to report a fraud case that the undersigned never given my port no to any airtel person.

                      Further my daily work is getting hampered with a huge loss. Kindly provide solution by tomorrow itself along with compensation towards daily work loss.

                      I want to registered fraud case against airtel, where i am seeking your help.

                          Airtel customer care is a bunch of ********. I wanted to terminate my broadband connection and they have not been able to take my request despite calling them for more than 10 times and waiting for several hours.

                          Frustrating it is for the customer and airtel needs to be sued for harassing the customers like this and not respecting their time.

                          Is there any way i can terminate my connection?

                              I did a full talktime recharge of rs 226 and i got 0 talktime balance. Customer care executive told me the entire balance credited to some dedicated account about which i am completely unaware.
                              Nowhere it was mentioned that recharge will not give you talk time and give you balance which you cannot use.

                              Hats off! For these unique ideas.
                              Searched about it and found complaints similar to this.
                              I think in this cut throat competition these bogus idea will only make you loose customers. Airtel provides great network connectivity and quality.. But still such things upsets customers.

                              Anyway rs 266 is very meagre amount but still i thought of sharing my experience.

                                I enrolled my corporate airtel no. To airtel money app on nov9. I did 3 transactions (Rs 500, 4600, 4500) to load money in my wallet. Out of which only 1 transaction of 500 got successful, while other 2 got struck in gateway. My account wasn't credited even after a month. Let me know the status of my remaining money (4500, 4600). I had conversation with airtel executives regarding this several times but no reply has been received from them.

                                Ms. Akanksha Singh, as you mentioned you have shared the resolution details with me, FYI NOTHING has been shared with me till Dec 15, 2016(date on which you replied to my query).
                                Refer following conversation after Dec 15, 2016.

                                Dec 16, 2016:- Case closed and Jitin Jain told me to elaborate the case. Replied to email with all details.
                                Dec 18, 2016:- On call conversation with Deepak Khera. Discussed the case.
                                Dec 19. 2016:- Received email from Deepak Khera. He asked for 2 days’ time to work on the same (till Dec 21).
                                Dec 20, 2016:- Mail received from Deepak Khera asking Davendra the same. No update to me after that.
                                Dec 21, 2016:- No reply received from Deepak Khera even after completion of 2 days. Tarun Jain took up the case, again asked for 2 days’ time to work on the same.
                                Dec 25, 2016 :- Case closed without providing any resolution. Instead I was told to contact mobility team.

                                FYI, Airtel executives, that's not my job to contact various departments working with Airtel. I just know Airtel as a whole, one brand, from which I need to get in touch in order to receive my money back.
                                Please I want my number [protected] call history from Oct 2015 to Jun 2016...this information is related my wife.she was talking with any other boy since this period so I know how long she talk with him...thankyou sir...

                                  I made a recharge before the expiry of the data pack of 150 rupees something which has validity of 28days. I was already having a balance of 2000mb.
                                  So i thought to recharge with less amount.
                                  I called customer care they told that u need to recharge with same amount (249 rupees - that i was doing on my number earlier) to carry forward. So, they are not ready to give back that balance nor ready to compensate the same with money or data pack
                                  They haven't mentioned anything like this anywhere regarding the way how the data pack are being carry forward.
                                  Please take the action against them.

                                    I had recharged my no.[protected] through airtel app. On 05/12/16 for rs. 260/-. Because of network issue may be, i tried five times but was not getting the recharge successful option. After some time five times rs. 260/-deducted from my bank account making it a total of rs.1300.. After few minutes a got two refunds of 260/-each. One amount was recharged. I still have to get refund of 520/ — equivalent to two recharges. I am not getting any response from customer care. They seem to have not information of such issues.

But today all sms s are charged @ rs 1 or 1.50. When we tried to contact 121 customer care staff mithun chakraborty was nasty and disgusting arrogant. He misdirected with me.
                                      Do take corrective action urgently the voice call of arrogant conversation is recorded on my mobile data and i shall publish it in all social media platforms if no corrective action is take.

                                      Mistakenly recharged a wrong amount of Rs348.00 instead of Rs349.00, TransID:[protected]. I didn't enable/consume the service at all and put a complain to reverse the recharge. AirTel says they don't have any provision for such cases, which is highly regrettable.
                                      Please revert the amount or adjust it and take back the respective services.
