I have take a new connection of airtel broadband in the name of Jhumur Ray, the airtel service man charged a sum of Rs 500/-, after few days the airtel service man told me sorry sir in your area is not possible to given the broadband service. Than i have applied for refund the money, he always refuse me. Still 2 month passed i can't get my money back. Its not a matter of sum of Rs 500/- its a matter of good service. The airtel service man name is Sunil Kumar, his contact number is [protected] and his office in Telibandha( Near Railway Crossing ), Raipur, C.G

Complaint marked as Resolved From month of September 2016, Still my complain was not resolved, and its very sorry to say that your company was such a shameless company after follow up several times, still a sum of Rs 500/-not refunded in my wife account. After providing you all the details which was required from your side. Kindly look into the matter as a serious matter. And resolve the complain as soon as possible. In every week from airtel company Mr. Prabhakar Dutt, Mohd.Arif and Mr.Amit calling me and asking me what was the matter, and like a hopeless customer i again repeated my complain, but there is a no solution for my complain. So please i requested to kindly refund my money or else i file case against airtel company as soon as possible.

Why IMF is not there in prepaid mobile?
Why other DTH service provider don't have IMF charge.

Goverment should take strict action against airtel on this fraud.
