Hello Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that i had paid the initial amount of Rs.500 for the connection for the broadband service at my home, but after the survey its not possible to have a connection.

So i had applied for the refund process but i haven't get any positive response from your team, i had used WhatsApp number of yours for the refund process but perviously they were saying that the amount will be credited within two working days but its been 3 months they have't responded neither in mail nor on WhatsApp, its very annoying and unpleasant for me to see such a response from such a high brand.

    I have been using Airtel's broadband and fixedline services since 2012. I have had problems with their network on and off, but that's alright. About a month ago, I called up Airtel customer service in regards to getting my broadband connection disconnected and retain just my fixedline on a standalone plan. They said an engineer would come for disconnection within 7 working days. That did not happen. He came after about 10 days after multiple calls and requests. Then, i called them to ensure that they are taking off my broadband/fixedline combo plan and just replace that with a standalone plan for my fixedline. They presented all the plans to me, and I chose a Rs. 699 plan which will let me use Rs. 650 worth of calling. But they were constantly pushing me to use on of their plans which included internet data free of cost, whereas I did not want that. Then, i get a call from the Airtel customer retainer-ship team again that would waste 15 minutes of my time every day and try to convince me to take that fixedline that includes some internet data. I would get angry and refuse each time. It has been almost a month now. And they haven't changed my fixedline plan to Rs.699 and they have my broadband connection still ON. I have cleared all my dues ( on time) so far and have nothing pending to pay them.My reference number with them is 76582806. This reference number was given to me by Priyanka, a supervisor there. I have spoken to Ambika, Rajni, Neeraj and Monika so far and all of them have been very rude to me and would not listen to me at all. I tell them to do something, and they have something else written in their notes. I am so tired now and lost so much of my time on this that I have decided to disconnect my fixedline, record a case against them with the local Police Station for mental harassment and publicly post about my grievances in social networking sites. They have lost my trust and have pissed me off to the limit. If they send me a hefty bill, I am not going to pay that as well. Hence, i humbly request you to help me out with this if possible as early as you can.

      Airtel Team is doing DATA Fraud in my SIM from last 1 year as the DATA is getting consumed automatically without using any internet. My two months bill of 6K is FRAUD. The same was observed from so many days and when i complained about this in october 2016 month even airtel national escalation team realized and they have told they are working on this issue but still no action has been taken. If the issue is from their end then until the issue is closed they should not ban the mobile connection but unfortunately my number has been barred now.

        I m using a airtel digital tv service and my location got hit a storm on last monday ... i m not view my channels on the airtel dish tv bcoz it lost the signal ...i have called in aurtel care more than six times and the reference number is 57198898.. the people in customer service including their supervisors says that they eould send a technician by the same day but no one did...
        the worst experience i had in my life on a customer service and the worst dish company among here is airtel

            Hi this is fathima here!
            I've ported my Vodafone sim to airtel!
            Airtel service asked me to wait for 7 working days and on the 7th day night my old sim went to out of service and I inserted the black airtel sim which was given to me but it was visible only for two hours then now my number is in position of out of service!
            I seriously dono wen it wil get activated and no information regarding that.. I'm damn irritation plus my alternative is not with me currently ..

              I recharged my Airtel Dth with 2, 123/- of 1 year subscription.but after 7th month it's been expired.When i called customer service they started telling me higher authorities will be calling me within 4hrs but nobody called me so i called again and again i got same response but i strictly told them to resolve it right now then they transferred to superior and he said you have to call customer service after every recharge for activation or else it will just deduct per day normally.
              point no 1.There is no sign or any note in guidelines book or recharge app that you have to call after every recharge to activate the offer.
              THEN HOW A COMMON CUSTOMER GET TO KNOW AFTER EVERY RECHARGE HE HAS TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE??
              The same question i asked him he told now you got the expericence you will get to know.So customer has to realise like me after 7 months after recharge then he has call three times so that customer service representatives will play with us and then if customer gets more and more angry and upset then they will let us know.

                On 15 Dec 2016 I was searching for my best offer on our 121service. When I selected rs 97 data plan to view details it got activated immediately without my confirmation i.e. to activate plan user has to confirm activation of plan by pressing number 1. So in my case that plan got activated without proper procedure. In the context of above issue I spoke with your customer care executive Mr Liladhar on 198 call. I was trying to convey him that the rs 97 plan got activated due to technical malfunction so please register my complaint and deactivate the plan but he refused to take my complaint and he was saying that your complaint is invalid and he can not deactivate the plan. As he was not taking my complaint I am sending this mail to you. I hope that you will take my complaint into consideration and whatever may be the outcome let me know. I also wanted to mention that I am using your service since last 6 years and never faced such type of issue up till now. I hope you will never let me down.Thanking you.

                  Hi,

                  I m a postpaid corporate customer since 5-6 months. I recently bought landline and broadband connection. While selling this broadband connection, I had been promised from Airtel that I would get some free data on my postpaid number as I have two connection from Airtel. There was some concept primary connection and secondary. But now when I bought the landline connection, no one is providing information regarding this.

                    This is regarding my old airtel account (Ref: [protected]),
                    This account which was originally cancelled back in december 2015, a payment of 5690 was made to airtel for the full and final, and we called to request a cancellation of the account.

                    However after about 3 months we started receiving calls form a collection agent that this account was active and over the last months has accumulated a balance of rs11, 428 (We were not in the country, hence the account wasn't being used),

                    Unsure what this amount was about, we called and spoke to customer service, they denied that we made any calls to cancel the account.
                    However they were willing to negotiate this amount and offered us a full and final settlement post the payment of rs. 6290,
                    - which to me is even more alarming, because if this rs11, 428 was a legitimate amount how is airtel waving off thousands of billed charges?

                    Learning from our past mistake, we demanded this conversation to be sent on an official mail before we make any further payment.

                    We recieved an email promptly from airtel (Please find attached) and
                    A representative came the same day to our residence to collect the payment, he suggested we made this payment by cash, so that the matter can be closed asap. We made a cash payment of rs.6290 to the fellow.

                    We were finally relieved when we received a confirmation from airtel, the receipt of payment on the 28th of march 2016. (However it erroneously calls this a cheque payment, which it is not - at the time we ignored that error)
                    The chapter was considered closed!

                    Pfa a copy of the email to authenticate this claim - i have an official mail from airtel validating the same (On 27thmarch 2016) requesting a full and final payment of rs. 6290.
                    Also, airtel payment receipt number[protected], date of receipt-28th march2016.

                    But it does not end here!!

                    After 8 months, yesterday, i get a legal notice for the same account. This time for another fictitious inflated amount of rs.17767.92!!!

                    Where did this amount come from... On an expired account?

                    I feel extremely harassed by airtel. A legal notice is no joke!'

                    How and why should i have to deal with this?
                    I have tried calling and talking to airtel. Logic does not work with them. They seem utterly clueless, offer no resolution and it seems like they don't even understand your concern.

                    This feels like they are just fleecing money from unsuspecting customers - using scare tactics. It truly is shameful.

                    I have been using airtel services forever, i do not expect such actions from a company of good repute. Truly disappointed.

                    Also, the number on the legal notice is switched off?
                    What is one supposed to do.

                      My mobile number disconnected with out any prior notice. You know very well that how mobile is a very important tools like fund transfer, otp etc... Below the communication with call centre...

                      15.12.16. - your representative give me an email id a_sunil. [protected]@airtel.com to get the exact reasons of the discontinue of the service.

                      16.12.16. : i received a reply from a_sunil. [protected]@airtel.com mentioning "below connection has been barred under non ownership. So request you to please contact to your local hr and get the approval to activate this number accordingly."

                      17.12.16. : i have send the scan copy of the approval (Now again attached) and requesting to restore the number. I again call the customer support and the representative told us your number disconnected due to non payment of bills. Side by side i have also complain in airtel portal complain number is po[protected]

                      Conclusion :

                      1. I am long time user of airtel how the company discontinue the service without prior notice.
                      2, i don't know who is a_sunil. [protected]@airtel.com, what is his position i request him i am going through health crisis and my phone is very essential to communicate. He dont replied. Why company hire this type of staff at a very high cost. When i am liable to pay my dues.
                      3. Put the complain in portal also no response. Why such type of mechanism is require when there is no use in the time o[censored]rgency.

                      Please look into the matter and restore the connection immediately.

                        My DTH service was not working for around a week(from 13th Dec 2016). I have raised a complaint. They informed the service will be restored in 24 hours. But it didnt happen. No one called me. The number provided by airtel as a point of contact is not picking the phone. Its continuously ringing and there is no response. I am not sure whom should i complaint now to resolve the issue. I only have the option to raise ticket and i did it already. Airtel dont show any response to respond back with the status or ETR.Complaint numbers are

                          I have taken a 4G LTE Airtel connection on 2-Nov-16 for 15 GB data per month by paying 6 months advance rental of Rs.7700.00. On 3-Nov-16, I received a message that 50% data i.e. 7.5 GB has been consumed. I switched off the modem considering the updates have consumed the data. The 4G LTE modem was started on 19-Nov-16 and stopped on 20-Nov-16. On 20-Nov-16 @ 20.28 hrs i received a message that 100% data has been consumedI switched off the modem since then. But there is continuous usage of data without the modem being on. Moreover, in the next month with the modem switched off, 6.75 gb has been consumed. This is a fraudulent usage by airtel. I have complined and sent mail to [protected]@airtel.com and [protected]@in.airtel.com but Cutomer representatives are speechless and they do not have any answer as well. I want a clear refund of the amount paid to Airtel. It is horrible that a company like Airtel will do this type of thing.

                                I'm a Airtel postpaid user. Around a year before, Airtel made invalid charges of Rs. 5500 approximately, out of which I got waiver of Rs. 2000. Upon investigation of my case, Mr. Manan, senior executive of airtel, committed to remit balanced waiver of 3496 in monthly bills. So I'm getting a monthly waiver from airtel since June 2016. But this month Airtel denied to give remaining waiver of 1905 and even said that there is no proof that Airtel is giving me waiver from June 2016. But Airtel is not responding now. Please take necessary action on Airtel.

                                    Rs299=4GB 3G/4G+Unlimited Loc+STD mob call, 28din
                                    Click Airtel.in/5/mamo

                                    I recharged Rs 9 and thought it is for 56 days, as above message says. Then after what notification I got about this recharge from AD-AIRMTA is:

                                    Recharge done on 17-Dec-16 09:47 AM, MRP:Rs9.00, PF:6.83, STax:Rs1.17, Talktime:Rs1.00, Balance:Rs458.37, TransID:579063, Benefit:All Local Mobile calls 30p/min for 7 days.

                                    Is this not a fraud?

                                        I bought an hotspot from airtel office of marthahalli dated 8/12/2016 worth 3680... They swiped my card once and all process was done but again they called back and asked me to visit their store as there was some other process to be done but bymistake he has swiped in other card machine and said me that they will be refunding the amount within 24 hours and swiped my card again so my amount was deducted twice and refud wasn't done i gave a callback but no response from the executive person.. Again i went to the store twice but there is no process yet its been more than a week... Refund my amount asap.
