My last 6 months recharge validity was expiring on 12th october 2016.

But after speaking to airtel d2h customer care and confirming, who assured me that if you recharge for another one year your old validity will expire and we will credit the pending 2 days validity to your balance.
I recharged for one year, paying around 3200 on 11th october, but my 1st...

Sir i am a 10 yr old custome .once i recharched my no.with Rs 69 and i dont activate this for auto renewal once it is done..now yesterday icalled customer care and told them auto renewal should not be done again they assure me it will not happen again.but now at 12.00 am Rs69 has been deducted. On 17.11.16, I have been charged for ₹49 for activation of midnight services. I have not requested for the same and the same is activated without my knowledge. I have been trying to call on all nos of airtel but none of the no. Is getting connected to their call center. I have even tried to lodge online complaint but while clicking on "submit" button site is getting re directed to their home page and complaint is not getting registered....

I purchased a prepaid Sim card whose no. is[protected]U and Mob. No. is [protected] on 27 Sep 2016, and next i tried to verify but not able do it, Present I am in Malaysia please let me know how to activate that SIM. And I have sent that sim back to India.

Still sim not showing any signal to verify.

I was using prepaid number [protected] for 6 yrs. But 3 weeks ago suddenly sim become non functional.
This sim was taken by my uncle (mama) in August 2010 on his documents and given this number to me. And then I moved here at North Bengal Medical College, siliguri, w.b. for further studies.

Although balance is there and i recently called from this number. It was constantly used also. This happened with my previous sim also. I want my number to activated soon...

Dear sir, your Airtel cellular network is the most used mobile network in my locality, but there is no 4G upgrade and most of all 3G network is so unstable and annoying... So please upgrade your network here or least of it fix the 3G network...Hopefully this complaint reaches you. ...

Recharged with data pack of 1498 which has benefit of 6GB instant & for 1 year 1gb data for 54 Rs, 2gb for 96, 5gb for 265. But now getting only 220mb data for 54 rs recharge. I Called Customer Care several times to solve this issue times. But they are not giving proper solution. or not connecting call to supervisor, after a long waiting calls are disconnecting...
