Regarding disconnection of mobile number without informing.

My name is srikanth using the mobile number [protected] which is registered with my brother's name chandrakanth, i had transferred the number from vadofone to airtel through portal transfer as airtel people called me and said the for is specially to my number no registration fee just a deposit of 300 ruppes which will be detected from the first month of the bill, when the bill as came after one month they started saying it was registration...

    Dear Airtel Team

    I have given documents for my prepaid airtel number 2 days back the
    resaon they said that my number was not working was " doc barred"
    with original documents as well as reference letter i was said by the
    store manager that my line will get activated within 24 hours
    today i visted the gallery...
    1st thing they did when i asked about my docs is keeping me waiting
    and at the end they told give me it will take 1 more day
    2nd thing when is asked for resaon why it was barred in first place
    inspite of giving complete documents they were unanswerable
    3rd they were rudely talking to each customer.
    the gallery is located at borivali west at mangal kunj
    also i dont know when my line would get activated
    and in case it get activated the first thing i would do is to port out of airtel
    and would like to inform you that i have already killed my time by
    visting your gallery so will waste more time to get this case to TRAI
    and consumer court and i mean it
    the particular number was linked to my bank account and due to that
    and small mistakes from ur airtel employee we are in deep water

      We (Excel Enterprises) regret to inform you that we have cancelled our CUG connections of 19 mobile lines on 30.06.2016 and subsequent final bill also paid vide RBL bank cheque No.885974 dtd 29.08.2016 Rs.5860/-

      Even-though we have received monthly bills for the cancellation lines and same has been escalated to you, refer trial mail, the issue is yet to sort out on your side.

      This issue make us unnecessary confusion on paying other mobile payments & force us to take legal action.

      Please treat the matter as serious to close the issue and cancel all our dues subject to above cancelled lines.

        I'm Radhika nd I have been cheated by one of the executives of Airtel service centre. A lady called me saying my number has been selected for free hello tunes service which would be provided for 3 months and she asked me to press 555 on my phone.. And as soon as I did that, ₹90 has been deducted from my main balance which is definitely not tolerable. And I hv cancelled the offer and hv been calling customer care people to refund my money as it was not notified to me before deducting and no one bothers to even listen. Tell me how do I trust on any of your services again i[censored] people are making money by using cheap tricks like these. I'd be glad if any of the Airtel service executives would turn up to me for what dey have done and return my money.

              Dear Sir/ Madam,

              I availed an Airtel 4G LTE connection no. [protected] that I used till July, 2016.

              I stopped using the service since 1st August, 2016 and I tried to reach Airtel customer care number several times to communicate that I want to discontinue the service, but I could never reach a representative. It was shocking to see bills being raised by Airtel even when I was not using the service at all. In September, 2016, some Airtel representative called me to tell that the bill amount is due for August, 2016. I explained him the matter and requested him to do the needful to disconnect the service with immediate effect. He assured that he took my request and the service will be discontinued. However, I kept getting calls for bill payment from different Airtel representative for next couple of months. I kept telling all of them to discontinue the service and they agreed to do the needful, but all in vain. The bills kept getting generated every month till October, 2016. At last on 17th October, 2016, one of the representatives kept me on hold over phone for half an hour and did the needful to take my request to disconnect the service and she shared a reference no[protected] for the same. No clue why the same was not done by the other representatives for previous 2 months or so, even when I was continuously requesting to disconnect.

              I was under the impression that no bill will get generated further once the service is now disconnected. However, to my surprise, bill got generated again in November, 2016!!! On top of that, Airtel representatives again started calling for bill payment. This time around they confirmed that the service is discontinued but they told that the bill will keep getting generated. This is absolutely absurd to say the least.

              I have always been a loyal customer of Airtel and at times, I paid additional amount in advance as well. For example, even for the month of July, 2016 (the last month o[censored]sage of the service), I paid Rs. 1000/- against the bill amount of Rs. 847.50/-. This is the reason, the bill Airtel raised in August, 2016 was of amount Rs. 595/- (instead of Rs. 847.50/-). However, this bill was raised against no consumption, as I stopped using the service since 1st August, 2016 itself. Airtel kept generating the bills every month and the cumulative due amount is Rs. 2603.46/- as per the bill generated in November, 2016.

              All these bills got generated against no usage/ consumption of service. I believe you would appreciate that Airtel has no justifiable reason to raise these bills and there is no question of paying bills when I have not availed the service.

              Request your immediate intervention to resolve the matter.

                  I have done my internet data recharge on 9/12/16 . Mistakenly it is done doubly i wanted cc executive to cancel the second recharge and refund my balance but he refused to do so i want help for refunding and resovle the issue . Because i am not able to use 2 gb of data in 28 days . And when mistakenly recharge is done on second time i didnt recieved any message or warning . So either make refund or double the validity period of net pack .

                    I visited So many time Airtel express Outlet, which is on the NAME of TREHAN TRADERS (Shop No. G-5 Polt No-23 LSC Krishna Arcade Mayur Vihar Phase-2 Delhi-91) for Number Portability. Number belongs from Madhya Pradesh ([protected]) i.e Prepaid No. here they are Porting in Postpaid. i have submitted all the document 4times from the date of 24th-oct -2016. Person came from your side for verification also, I received message that your verification is done successfully. but after insertion of Sim CARD, it is reflecting Registration Failed .

                    For this i spoke Miss Saloni, Saloni is educating me that. Every time she punched & sent my ID Proof (document) but they are not responding.Mail she received every time by your internal team to send the document again. Why ?

                    I have given My PAN CARD, VOTER ID CARD & 1 supporting Document . OLD SIM CARD NO(M.P[protected] 2906 H-2 / NEW SIM CARD NO[protected]U

                    If i have submitted my document 4 times, why again i will Submit ? Are you people misusing my documents .

                    You people stooped my Old Sim(Madhya Pradesh ) from that day & even your not starting my sim here also . what you want to do . IS this kind of service you people are giving . i have never found such kind of pathetic service & never expected airtel .From that day i m taking follow up of your airtel outlet for my sim Activation . is this my work ? from that day to till date i have visited your store 15-20 time. who will pay for my time & petrol ?

                    There are so many telecome Companies in market(Reliance/voda) but from 2006 im using Airtel so i dont want to go for another network .if you people want then please return my all documents through courier & activate my Old sim. i will change the network.

                      1) I had done a full talk time recharge on 8th Dec Rs249 - but balance is zero today. (Transaction id[protected]

                      I am not receiving calls SMS on this sim. when someone calls he gets ringing response, but my phone doesnt ring. I am struggling as banking., OTP all sms are not received at all.

                      Hi Thanks for your response,
                      I just verified last 5 transactions for balance deduction, in the response I got message from Airtel that SMS <STOP> to 1925 to stop data without pack. and its due to this the deductions has happened.

                      But mind you, I never activated this data without pack option. How did you activate it without my concern and rob all my currency balance. And your customer care numbers don't have an option to speak to a person/airtel executive or complain about something, it only has recorded voice messages.

                      I am an Airtel customer over 14years, this is a very bad service. Think I should switch my number to other service providers and port out all my other Airtel numbers (I have 2 more connections with Airtel). will recommend all my friends also on the same.

                      I expect you will take a good recovery action in this regard.

                        I am Ashokkumar G i have talked to airtel customer care on 09.12.2016 for asking doubts on my Airtel number internet(3G/4G) connection and my last recharges but customer care executive not respond well and he did a following mistakes

                        . irrespect,
                        . Talked very serious with me,
                        . irrespective answers,
                        . He disconnected call when i am speaking with him.

                        very bad experience with Airtel customer care service.

                        Take necessary action and i want explanation.

                          I got a call from airtel and was informed that airtel would be giving me a plan for rental 399 per month on my vodafone number ([protected]) which would include 10 gb data every month for 1 year and 700 calls that could be utilized in either std or local calls.

                          They asked for my drivers licence and photo on whatsapp which i shared.

                          Later when i got to know that it's not true i told them not to port my number but they still ported my number without my consent. No verification was done. No one came to my house. Sim card was not given to me, i had to go and collect it from airtel store in greater kailash 1.

                          This is a clear case of cheating. I want airtel to get back to me with a resolution and not just for apologising.

                          Please let me know what are the legal steps that i can take against airtel.

                                    Hi,

                                    My father is 80 years old. [protected] is my father's number and he has got a message that Rs 35 has been deducted as Superstore charge. He has no clue what this store does or who subscribed to it. When he tried to SMS STOP subscription, he got a message in turn that said his message did not go through. What is this new trick of squeezing unsuspecting customers?
                                    I request AIRTEL to please look into it and stop harassing a senior citizen.

                                      There is a call from the airtel customer care, stating that we will replace your 3G sim to 4G at free of cost.
                                      The person came here, while replacing he is asking for delivery charges of Rs. 50
                                      I dont no that person name. but the sales guy mobile number is +[protected]
