I cancel my airtel connection since 90 days ago. But i did not get my refund money yet. I complaint so many time to the airtel customer care and i also complaint to the [protected]@airtle.in but they only give get date they not giving me my refund money. What a poor service of airtel.

When I try to change myPlan from 299 to 399, it gives me message "you are not allowed to change the plan". Let me know how to go with it.

    I bought a 6month internet plan in july and made an advance payment of 5, 970/-. The plan was supposed to provide me 10gb in 4g speed + unlimited in 2g speed. However, in my first month o[censored]sage, after the 10gb data got over, my internet stopped working. On speaking to the customer care i was informed that i had been giving wrong information. I was advised to buy prepaid top up plans for more data which i didn't. After a month, air tel started generating bills and calling me thrice every day along with numerous mails and messages. They also cut off the internet supply for me inspite of the 5, 970 that i paid for access to internet till december. I have not been able to use the internet that i paid for and instead i'm being charged for more. I have the records in the mail and messages of the conversations i have had with the airtel through their official mail id.

      The airtel data speed in my locality had been excellent since last month just when there was a surge of customers towards jio. I was happy i was still getting a good speed now even though at higher prices as it is know airtel has the costliest 3g data plans.
      But, since last 3 daya the mobile data speed in my locality has dropped draatically. In fact the network display does not shows 'H+' signifying high speed data exchange. Earlier if this happened it would have got resolved in a matter of hours but it has been 3 days now and no action. To be noted is that i get good speed as soon as i get out to some other locality being served by another network tower. Details of locality.

          On 30/09/2016 I got an SMS from Airtel (AG-NTAROT) saying that Rs. 95 internet pack, 380 MB 3G valid for 14 days has been renewed. Post free usage, charges @ 40p/10 KB. I called up Airtel customer care (198) and informed its executive about this plan I did not opt for. I also asked him for deactivating the plan and to refund me my money (the amount of Rs. 95).

          He said that he did not only refund me the amount of Rs. 95 to my main mobile balance account but also deactivated the plan. I then checked my main mobile balance and found that I actually got the refund.

          On 14/10/16 I found that an amount of Rs. 95 again automatically got deducted from my main mobile balance.

          On 15/10/16, I called Airtel again and informed its executive that the last time when I mentioned the similar problem to your executive he said that he deactivated this auto renewal plan but now I find that I lost my money again.

          He too assured me that he would refund my money but would not be able to deactivate the plan due to some technical problem. He rather asked me to deactivate the plan on my own. I was ready to deactivate the plan only after the refund of my money. I waited for my money to get refunded into my main mobile balance as per what he said but got no refund or even an SMS from Airtel, notifying me or even indicating me that I got my refund.

          On 20/10/16 I called Airtel again and asked them about my outstanding amount of Rs. 95. The executive said that the amount was already refunded into my main mobile balance. When I asked him for a written statement via SMS or email, he said that he could not. He then asked me to wait till he would transfer the call to his supervisor but then he hung up the phone.

          I called back Airtel and repeated my concern.The executive this time too declined to provide me a written statement via SMS or email which would state that "Rs. 95 has been refunded to my main balance account".

          On 28/10/2016 I again got an SMS from Airtel notifying me about the deduction of Rs. 95 from my main balance account, as usual. This happened in spite of complaining to Airtel over and over again even via emails (that I wrote to [protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]@in.airtel.com, nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com, airtel.[protected]@airtel.com, [protected]@airtel.com, myairtel.[protected]@airtel.com), as well as to its executives via their customer care number (198).

          Also, I had a telephonic conversation which was an outbound call from Airtel's customer care number as [protected] at 12:21 PM on[protected]. The executive repeatedly kept on saying that all my unfairly deducted amount of Rs. 95 were refunded and that a similar detail was also showing in Airtels system. I asked her to send me the written statement of the same. Also asked her to send me a written statement showing my mobile data balance before the deduction of Rs. 95 and the after statement and also the statement showing my main mobile balance amount after adding the amount of Rs. 95 by Airtel (as what she claimed that Airtel did). She assured me that she would email me the same. She also assured me that this scheme of auto deduction of Rs. 95 on every fortnight from my main balance account had also been deactivated.

          Honest, when I checked my main mobile balance I found that no such refund as she claimed were made. Also, I got no email from Airtel providing me the statement that I asked it for. I also have the complete call recorded of that executive. I can also provide the same to the consumer court if asked.

          On[protected], the amount of Rs. 95 again automatically got deducted from my main mobile balance account in a similar fashion.

          I attached some screen shots among which some are mentioning the balance in my main mobile balance account on certain dates. They clearly indicate that Airtel has been lying to me about the refund and cheating on me for months on every fortnight.

          Finally, my main mobile balance account is lesser than the amount of Rs. 40 and thus this time Airtel's auto renewal plan did not work. See the attached file for the same.

              I am using airtel DTH for more than 4 years i used to top up for a yearly plan(South Magnum Pack). On october 2016 my one year plan from[protected] got over so i called airtel DTH customer care to check about new plans and one of the agent told me to go for (South Max) pack which will be 1369 for three months and he mentioned that on recharging of the amount the plan changes automatically. But my plan was not changed so i complained to customer care regarding this and they take my request and tells me to wait for 2 hours so their higher officials will call me but no one called. i have called several times or the past 1 month but same reply from customer care agent. Then i emailed this to airtel email address they say they can topup for 350 rs as a goodwill. What horrible response is that. I am feed up with this airtel DTH customer care.

                Refund of advance amount paid for the services not used.

                It's been more that 50 days that my data card has been deactivated and i was supposed to get a refund for the advance i had paid but have not used the services (As informed to me by customer care). Till date i have not received my refund. On the other hand, the back end writes a mail to saying that there is no refund as they cannot trace the interaction id where the customer care informed me that i was to get the refund....

                Hi, this is mr. Sishir bhattacharjee from alipurduar, west bengal having airtel prepaid connection no [protected]. I lost my mobile yesterday night, hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

                Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid sim card (If possible, with the balance amount from my previous sim). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

                  From past frw days my net has become so slow...slower dan 2g...whenever m activating packet data its showing 3g nd its not showing hyper connection as it used 2 show earlier...i had complained many times at customer service execu...bt dey r always telling dat ur complain has been booked ..nd no action s taken...airtel s so costly...nd d service bad.

                    This is to the big shots of Airtel company. You guys really need to pay attention to your customers complaints. I complained twice regarding the network issues I am facing. Its been two months n still I am facing the same problem. I am addressing this to big shots of Airtel company coz when I went to the Airtel office in my area I was not attended well. I dnt know what u people pay those girl for. They sure have the beauty to attract customers eyes but am not sure if they have brain or courtesy to attend the standing customer coz when I told them i have recently shifted to the city and m facing network issues. So do I need to get a new card the reply I got was, so? The reply a customer would expect would be, may I know the place u were staying.? Or something like that. And she was more interested in the lady companions outgoings I guess. I am really pissed off as I dnt get network properly. And u guys showoff big big adds on TV. All fake..??? Also I recharged internet two days back of 3 GB n no doubt I used it but still I did not use it to an end that I m left with less then 1200 now...n am not understanding why. I waited for two months for some important in the network but NO...NOTHING... U know what...the hell with ur company... M changing my card and company... Sorry for being this rude but I am completely pissed off with u people and ur fake promises and no proper solution of anything. Thank you.
                    One more thing. Even as m typing I have no network and I am in my room. Just to send u this bloody complain I will have to go in my balcony in this cold. And for your information I have tried more then 5 times to send this msg to u but either it's asking to input valid Verification code which I am doing by the way or saying sorry the service is currently down. Please try later. Seriously to hell with ur pathetic service. Thank you.

                      The trailing mail was sent to [protected]@airtel.com and nodalofficer. [protected]@in. Airtel.com, but from both the mail id no action plan they sent a ack with case no in subject...

                      Greetings!

                      I have a strong complaint on top up of airtel waller which was done on 18/11/2016 but still not refunded to my bank account or airtel wallet.

                      I have been following up with airtel money since 19/11/2016 and they asked me to wait for 5 days. But after 5 days it was not resolved. So made a complaint through mail to the above mail id on 28/11/2016. But since then there was no call back for verification nor reply mail from your side.

                      I want one question to be answered by all your air tel team:

                      1) whenever a transaction is generated, i get an sms with transaction id and once transaction successful saying successful?

                      2) the worst part is airtel customer cannot access to this transaction id??? Good for security reasons!!!

                      3) but when i claim a 300/- transaction they want my bank statement as proof??? This is atrocious since my savings accounts can have fraudulent transactions then who will be held responsible icici or airtel???

                      4) for security reasons airtel 300/- transaction cannot be accessed gooooooooooood!!! But customer care people can access and see other customers personal accounts??? Hooooo what a stupid system and violation of privacy law!!!

                      The details are:

                      1) transaction id:[protected]
                      2) mode of payment : icici debit card
                      3) attachment : transaction details of my icici account

                      I want the credit within 5 hours and an apologies from airtel. Because if my dth is not renewed they disconnect with in 72 seconds, when mobile not paid they disconnect outgoing with in 72 seconds??? But for rectifying the fault on airtel side why i should under such a torture. The worst thing is i was asked to contact 400 by 121 people. But for 2 days they refused to accept my complaint saying i have to come through 121. Please train all your customer care people properly. Please also hand over the complaint to legal department i want compensation since i could not top-up my data and use internet for past 1 week due to demonetization. First stop all your gimmick ad's for 4g / 3 g and do not mislead your customers in future. Inline image 1

                        Dear sir / madam,

                        I had registered a request[protected] on 28th nov'16 to upgrade my existing plan to the new plan of amount 1099 (having both voice call & 16 mbps net facility). currently my existing plan don't have the voice call facility and the internet speed is of 4 mpbs upto 20 gb. on the very next day i had received a call from the airtel and i was told that without paying any extra amount my existing plan will get upgraded. after that i had called airtel customer care several times but they continuously gave false commitment. whereas the system is saying the sla for resolving the issue is 2 dec'16.

                        Being associated with airtel for such a long time, such kind of hopeless service is not expected. i am stunned to see that the customer care executives are so irresponsible and continuously they making false commitments to the customers.

                        After this incident i am thinking of closing the current connection and switch to some other service providers who will be providing better service than airtel and at a cheaper rate.

                        Take necessary action on the same and fix it asap.

                        Hi,

                        I have raised the request on 28th Nov and it's pending since 8 to 9 days. Even after connecting customer service several times no action has been taken on the same instead of giving false assurances. If the issue is not resolved in coming two days, then I am going to disconnect my existing connection and will go for some other option available in the market. Airtel is becoming a hopeless company with it's hopeless customer services.

                        Look into the issue and fix it within Saturday. or else raise a disconnection request for my existing connection.

                        Still no update against the particular request. The management team is also so casual in taking action against any complaint. Every time receiving the same copy pasted response from Airtel Team.

                            Change of name and address on prepaid sim

                            I have been using my number [protected] from the time of my purchase in 2007. There was a problem with my sim because of which I had to get a new sim card, The Airtel customer service guys told me that the sim is not in my name and thus I need to file a police complaint to continue using the same number. I have done that and received a new sim. Even after going through all this hassle there is no way to change the name and address on the sim....

                            We had taken a PRI Line from airtel on 11.04.16 where we made a advance security deposit Rs. 45000. However after 1 month of taking the line (on 28.05.16) due to some customer complaints coming from DND Customers our PRI Line was suspended.
                            After that our PRI Line was never activated. However the billing on the PRI Line continues unabated.
                            Our relationship details are as under:

                            Relationship ID- [protected]

                            Mr. Manish [protected] came on Thursday i.e. 01.12.16 and wanted that the equipments installed by Airtel in our premises be returned. Though from airtel side there has been no mail regarding the outstanding dues or bills and that we should return the equipment.

                            Upon being asked about the outstanding bills/refund to be made by Airtel to Hiimpact, the executive said that he can not come time and again to collect the equipemt. Though we requested him to first convince us on the outstandingdues/refund so that we can take a decision regarding returning the equipment, Mr. Manish threatened that in case we do not return the equipment, he would come with more people and forcibly take away the equipment.

                            This behaviour displayed by Mr. Manish is highly objectionable and in case he repeats the behaviour we would be forced to lodge a complaint with police.

                            We believe that since the connection was suspended from Airtel side and since we were unable to use PRI line post 1 month, we should not be billed for the same. We further request that all the amounts levied on us post suspension of the account should be waived off.

                            Request further that till such time this matter is resolved to mutual satisfaction, Mr Manish be advised to stay away from our premises.

                              I had enquired for the conversion of an Airtel prepaid number to postpaid over email, to which I had got a reply. Sometime later I received a call from a person (a mobile number) claiming to be an Airtel executive and telling me about a plan especially for me (which was not mentioned in the mail I received in reply to my query). It was a 399 plan which included 600 local+std minutes, 200 local+national SMS and 1 GB 3g/4g data after consumption of which I will have unlimited 2g. I found the plan to be a good option and said yes. He asked me my address and told that an executive will visit me to collect my documents and Rs 250 activation fee, to which I agreed. He informed that this 250 will be refunded in the 3rd bill that will be generated. That was the conversation I had with him. It occurred to me after sometime that he has not asked for the number I want to convert from prepaid to postpaid, and I had not specified the number even in the mail I wrote to Airtel. That made me doubt on the authenticity of the call. So, I wrote a mail to Airtel providing all details and asked if this was a genuine call from one of their representatives. I also called the customer care because that person had scheduled a visit in the evening and I wanted to be sure before I handed over the documents and money to him.
                              And to my surprise, I got the most non chalant replies on all my attempts - no reply to email, one of the executives on call was clueless, another said that this is not their department.
                              I am shocked to know that there is probably a person forging to be from Airtel and collecting money and documents fraudently and Airtel is least concerned about these activities. I am not saying it was definitely a fraud call because I don't have proper grounds to claim that. But isn't it the responsibility of Airtel to investigate and clarify if a customer is vigilant enough to notice it? Another pointer is - I received a call from another mobile number today morning for the same reason. I postponed the visit because of my doubts and told this guy that I will inform when I will be available by contacting customer care. He said I don't need to call customer care, I can call him directly and inform. I have not seen such visits being scheduled directly by Airtel executives on mobile numbers in the past.
                              The least I expect from Airtel is to atleast confirm the authenticity of these calls. But there has been no action/reply at all.
