Thank you for your good service till date. On 16.11.16 I had dialled several numbers which did not go through, hence the call rate deduction was not mentioned as the call showed call failed. The Balance when i checked on *123# showed only 1 Rupee bal. Please restore my call failed amount that you have charged, without showing the rate charge. Thank you, I trust Airtel to return the deducted amount. Thanks again....

I recharged for my friend once for Rs.299/- (1.5GB) through My Airtel App and got charged twice. After contacting customer care and several times and wasting all my time, they said they will not refund my money.. I raised the complaint regarding the network coverage several times but the problem is not yet solved. Every time when i make a complaint your people will inform us that the issue will be resolved in a week time or so. Further to the registered compliant on 31/10/206), I didn't get any positive feedback from you till now, in addition to that the customer service guy belongs to your outlet told me that he couldn't retrieve my number even though i registered complaint with in three days of my sim deactivation,

Now i am getting an irresponsible & worse response from those customer service guys after using this service...
