Hi team,

I am facing broadband issues from nov-30 and raised ticket with aritel 75762946 and till today the problem is not been resolved. The technician once visited the place and asked to replace the wifi router which cost 1000/- rs and i agreed to that too but irresponsible service people. Didn't even return back and fixed the issue.

Now a days airtel broadband service is became very worst. No proper service to the customers and no proper response to the customers. All false promises they are doing. They say the problem will be fixed in 24 hours max 72 hours but i am facing the issue from nov-30 and till today (13-dec) the problem is not being fixed and not even tried to fix the issue. They only bothered about closing the ticket giving ununcessary reasons.

I got fedup with the aritel service. So i am posting the consumer complaint to look into this matter. As i am using the airtel service from past few years, i was with airtel earlier for only with airtel for service they provide even though charges are more when compared to other service providers but now a days the service became worst then no point sticking to the airtel for this kind of service.

Atleast after this case. Airtel management look into this issue carefully and get this resolved or esle you will sure a previlege customer for sure.

I warned your customer service executives many times, the service is worst if it continues i will leave airtel but they are least bothered about it. All false promises they are doing and never getting stick to it.

Upon Regular Escalations also the Service is as same as Worst. Till now No Action has been taken to resolve the issue. This is the Kind of Service Airtel is Providing.

Please Cancel My Connection. Now i want to move away from your service.

Hi Team,

As discussed with your Airtel Representative over the call on 14 Dec 2016. My plan should change as he promised me few things but till now it has not been updated. should i take it as a false promise. if so request you to proceeed with the cancellation of my account.

Till Now, No Action is being Taken from the Airtel on my request. This is the Kind of Service Airtel is providing.

    Anand singh customer care executive misbehaved when i wanted detail of my bill and wanted to change plan. He insulted me and was shouting on me was sarcastic. My b. P shot up i am diabetic and want to sue airtel for the inconvenience and trouble. He called me illiterate and insulted my dignity. My mobile number is [protected].

    I have taken new connection from airtel. I have taken two connections i have a broad band from airtel. This guy was from mumbai call centre. When he misbehaved i asked for manager and his name he gave his name anand singh said no manager are available and i should call at decent hours. Why they have 24 7 customer care then. He said that i don't even know how to calculate 15 percent and in india we have tx on everything.

    I don't understand my fault and why he was not ready to help his tone was very rude unlike a customer care should talk. I was very politely asking but he misbehaved with me was not ready to help in first position. When i asked for id he said my name is enough and go complaint any where.

    I don't understand was it mu fault i called airtel to to spoil my health. I want airtel to listen to the call and see what the executive do. My health is bad now. If anything happens to me it's airtel fault.

      I am using the airtel 4G but from last 2weeks I am not getting speed like 4G even the network of 4G & 3G are not coming at all and also if they do come the internet m speed remain the same like 2G.
      I am really fed up with the services which airtel is providing to me and also no brst offers on my sim.
      Even though it took 1/2an hrs to file this complain because of internet speed.
      I think 2G is better then this its looks like I am fool who is wasting 1000every month in internet recharge without proper speed.
      And also in the screenshot you can see signal is coming for the 3G not 4 and also 0kbps speed is coming.
      I am fed up with this, this is not tolerable at all.
      Also no Best offers is showing from last 6MONTHS OFFERS ARE SAME FOR ME.

          We have our office in Suneja Tower 2 District Centre Janak Puri New Delhi 110058. We are having more than 10 users of Airtel Mobile Connection with 5 of them as POST PAID Connection paying to the Airtel Rs. 1, 000/- (approx) each. We are NOT SATISFIED with the AIRTEL SERVICE SUPPORT. There is MAJOR ISSUE of POOR AIRTEL NETWORK at the premises. Most of the TIME, we have PROBLEMS of CALL DROPS and whenever we EXIT from office we OFTEN receive sms that You missed call ******

          Airtel says that they have best signal strength across the world. But we are in the PROMINENT Commercial Complex of capital of India NOT satisfied by the signal strength of Airtel. We are losing huge business because of this and thinking port into any other network provider.

          Kindly look into the matter ASAP and do the needful

          Sir I have account with my airtel app. My complaint no.AM[protected] is not being redressed nor I am being allowed to operate the account. The account was blocked and is not being unblocked. I am unable to recharge my mobile phone dth.

            Hi team,

            I am using airtel postpaid broadband connection and we requested them to close connection. But instead of doing that they add monthly charge of some 700 rupees and barred incoming services. Bill amount for that month is just 650 rupees(Actual bill is 1200.They promised to provide cash back of 500.So it is around 600 or 700.They had not resolved this issue even). But by adding extra rental charges the bill has come to 7000 by now. I am still ready to pay one month which I have used for. But this is not fair enough to demand such a huge amount.

            Every time a new executive calls to me for bill payment and listens the full story. But no one looks interested to resolve the issue. They just keep on adding the monthly charge for which we stopped using five months back.

            Hi Anil/team,

            Please find below for more clear information:

            March 22 2016: We have opted for airtel broadband connection
            April 2016: We did not get cash back of 500 plus as a welcome offer for migrating from ACT. We called customer care. They said it will be deducted in next month bill due to some server issue
            May 2016: We did not receive the cash back in bill yet. Again they said we will be getting it in next month bill

            June 2016: We decided to terminate the connection (due to some personal reason)and called to cust care for disconnection.

            Issue started here...They had not taken the request as we had not paid the outstanding bill. We asked them to adjust the cash back in the current bill and we will pay the balance. But cust care had denied. Even we did not agree to pay the bill as they had not adjusted the committed cash back

            July 2016: We called again and now they had given the cash back but a new month bill is generated which we had not used for.

            We stopped using airtel broadband many months back.. But still we get the bills cumulatively..!!! Where is an end for this..!!! Still I tell, I am ready to pay my first month bill. But how can I pay all the bills from July. ??

            Most of the times I feel customer care team not interested to resolve it..!!! From past six months I tell the whole story to each executive who ever calls me. (You can check that I have answered all the calls to airtel till date). No one gets back to help me.

            Two weeks back I got a call from airtel as per the comp raised here.. Good that he has listened to my whole story. But he asked me to pay 5400(Before they gave me a discount offer for 1700 and 3000 I remember).

            My daughter of age 7 bought a 2g data pack in the afternoon today. Thankfully she recharged through Airtel money. Can you please reverse the transaction and get me back my Airtel money.

              Hi, I made a wrong payment and recharged a prepaid Airtel number - [protected] - thru paytm, for Rs. 5000.

              I called Airtel to revert this transaction but it looks like they were not aware of how this is done and told me that paytm can do that not Airtel.

              I checked with vodafone and they told me if something like that happens on a vodafone number I just need to call vodafone to revert that transaction.
              Paytm is also saying that Airtel will be able to revert this transaction.
              Can someone from airtel please help?

                I have converted my postpaid connection to prepaid connection on 3rd of December and paid my last bill 680 but he deducted 880 as 200 will carry forward to prepaid account. I called airtel customer care on 5th December she said amount will transfer with in 48 hrs. Now i called them again today on 12th December they are saying its not possible. Visit same store.
                They troubled me while converting to airtel now postpaid to prepaid service also.

                Airtel should be close.

                  Hi Team Airtel,

                  My name is Faiz and I have been using the Airtel Prepaid Service on my Mobile since 2013 and have had mixed experience. I have never asked for any services to be activated on my number however somehow there is services getting activated automatically. I don't have any intention for these services getting activated on my number. I have deactivated GAMEPIND service now and want my money (30/-) back otherwise I will have to look for another options as I am getting frustrated with this. When I called on 198 they don't reply the way they should be replying.

                  I hope this makes sense now. Refund my money asap.

                  Already remind them 4-5 time still they r doing same things every time.

                  Hi this is shiva and [protected] is my mobile number.. On my number with recharge of 269 we will get 1.5GB 3g/4g + 1 GB 4G +1000 local airtel seconds. But after recharge i got only 1.5GB and 1000 local seconds. But i didnt get the rest of the offer i.e 1GB 4g. Kindly provide me the reason ASAP. Other wise i will lordge a case in consumer court.

                      I have done recharge of 346 at my mobile no. [protected] through my airtel app.
                      As per company ! its benefits are 1 GB 3G data and unlimited calls ( Local and STD ) valid for 1 month..

                      I am shocked when my main balance is deducted for calling, as i am not able to get this benefit of free unlimited calls.

                      I have registered my complaint at airtel customer care with reference no. CBNRV[protected].

                      As per customer care this offer is not valid when you are in roaming.

                      but when i do this recharge it is not written anywhere that this offer is not valid in roaming..why ?

                      So final conclusion is that airtel not show any notification/term conditions with recharge..

                      It was not mention anywhere that "this offer is not valid in roaming" why ?

                      I am always staying in roaming and this offer is not suitable to me and why Airtel fraudulent with me why they are hide information to their customer..

                      Please help me to get my money back and to save others from this type of Fraud..

                            It has been 10 days since i have problem with incoming calls on my postpaid mobile number [protected]. few days back i called on 198 and told about the problem they told me that it will be solved soon, next day i called them again and talked to senior on 198 they also told me that problem will be solved in 24 hours. after few days i called Appellate Authority on [protected] and narrated the incident, then they told me same to wait for 10 hrs then i asked for help on facebook page they also told me to wait . until now i haven't got any solution from airtel and this is very harassing scenario . i was not expecting this from giant tech company -'airtel'. this looks like joke on it that they are not able to solve a small problem of their customer

                                  My balance has been deducted for no reason. I called up the customer care to enquire, some senior executive said I used 3G data, and that while I have 2G pack on with sufficient data balance.And also that it is my fault that I didn't turn off the dual network mode CDM/GSM that comes inbuilt in any mobile phone of this segment. The balance that these people have deducted without a warning or reason is totally unacceptable. Such incidents has happened many times in the past with me and my friends also. These people think they can take us common people for granted and deduct balances for no reason and nobody is going to complain? Something has to be done regarding this.

                                      In Feb I have recharged my account for 12 months, On 5 th Sep I got message that My Subscription is closing on 8th sep Because 12 month package was not created.

                                      After discussion with Airtel customer representative, They are saying that I should call them to create annual subscription but in message nothing is written about calling customer care and creating package, In Airtel message it is written that recharge with 3720 for 11+1 annual package, I did the same recharge.However I have called in March as well and to check for my package they told me that you have twelve month package.
                                      After saying above things, They told me to send that message, after which I have recharged my account.So that they will solve this issue.I am attaching that message,
                                      After sending message as asked by their customer representative, they are giving me 350 in my account instead of 1850.I have not accepted their 350...As I should not support something which is not right, I called again and again they are accepting this is not right and just saying sorry but I need my subscription.

                                      Second Issue
                                      I have taken Sports package For rs 30, As Suggested by Airtel customer representative.And recharged for 180 for 6 months As asked by him.But Yesterday I got to know that They are charging 120 instead of 30.They should have called and asked if price was increased

                                      Please check and solve this issue from your side.This is not acceptable that we charged for whole year and we are facing this issue..
