I have been charged with Rs. 15 that is to 24 times against IMF charging.
Airtel is saying this is idle maintenance charge. When this is a prepaid service why a customer will pay IMF charge. I

Why IMF is not there in prepaid mobile?
Why other DTH service provider don't have IMF charge.

Airtel is a big cheater. I want my money to be waived. Rs. 360.

Goverment should take strict action against airtel on this fraud.

    Ir, i am airtel customer with a twenty year old number that is [protected]. This sim was deactivated by your company. Why is this done ? I recharge number weekely ... I have full order recharge bill... This is full using number..
    Please tell your why this action has taken... I will go to consumer court because of this unnecessary action..., i visited the airtel store ... After check, they say that your number was deleted by our company... System will not show your number... They said that you will apply for the pospaid for this same number that is [protected]... But madam i submitted the document today but they said our compamy deleted your number due to document issue... But mam your company doea not confirm me that your number will deactivated ... Only message will send .. somwetime message will not see by user then it is the responsibility of company to know about this information to user or customer... This is 20 year old number ... Suddenly they will deactivated by your reputed company...
    This is not good way to take a step of gold customer prepaid user by your reputed company...
    Immediately this issue will solve it ... If not, i have anothwr way to solve by going to step in consumer court .

      Dear Sir,

      My brother had already raised a complaint with regard to below issue in May, 2016 however it is still not resolved. Complaint status shows as resolved, however I do not see any result on our complaint.

      It is with regard to Airtel Broadband Junction box (Box# KTN-0505) right in front of my house in Kasturi Nagar. It was installed in front of my house without my approval. Infact I requested Airtel worker not to put it there. However they just installed it one fine day when myself and my family was not at home. It is not at all convenient for me due to below issues:
      1. I cannot park my four wheeler properly in front of my house
      2. People just throw waste near it which is not at all safe for myself and my family
      3. Rats keep on coming out near by that box which is again unhealthy.
      4. My neighbours utilize the space in frontof my house near that box to park their 2wheeler which is not at all acceptable.
      Hence I request you to look into this issue AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and remove the box at the earliest. If i do not see any response or positive response/action from your end, I will escalate the issue to BDA Authority.

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        I had requested for a Landline with broadband on 25.06.2016 and paid an amount of Rs.1000/- A/c No.[protected] and was assured that there was feasibility in my area and I would get the connection shortly, but to my shock I later learned that there was no feasibility and asked for a refund. They asked me for my bank account no for a refund which I was not prepared to disclose due to security reasons. Hence I was assured of a refund cheque, but so far I have not received any cheque. Hence I request you to look in to the matter and get me a full refund with interest.

          Dear SIr/madam,

          This is a complaint against communication company Airtel.
          I possess an airtel number[protected] located in Jabalpur (M.P)
          I have been regularly recharging with Rs 29 data plan in
          whicn 75 data balance is free and valid for 30 days.
          But most of the time this free data balance is
          getting exhaused without much use.I recently recharged on 6/12/2016 and
          after few surfings and downloading one application named whatsapp my
          data balance was nil.
          I spoke to customer care executive named Raghunandan RD but after
          teaching me for free how to use internet he told me that as per his
          system balance was rightly deducted and it
          cannot me refunded.
          TO confuse and fool customers most of the times Airtel gives wrong notification of data balance left in
          customers account .
          I request the related authority to kindly take appropriate action and save INDIA from AIRTEL'S dishonesty.

              I bought the airtel sim on Nov 12 for 50 with new sim offer talk time and other benefits. Sim activation took 1month after many complaints and roundsrounds to the shop. But after activation there is no balance in sim and no benefits promised. When complained cc told me to check with shop again. It is waste of time to talk to cc and hope to solve issue. Don't go for airtel as their support is worst.

                I transferred 560/- and it failed and so i tried again; and both time despite my failed transaction, airtel money debited from my SC bank Account; and no money is credited in my airtel wallet;
                airtel money si highly insecure and has poor transactions;

                i am cheated 1120/- rupees by airtel and this si causing problem and agony to me;

                i will never sue airtel money;
                and will complain about debited money wrongly by airtel money to concerned authorities;;

                also write blogs on various websites to make aware of other customers about Airtel money application.

Previous day on date[protected] time 10.30 pm approx a 11 rs approx balance deducted in my account after that rs 31 remain. Today on date[protected] rs 25 also deducted. A massage received me that this balance was deducted of internate using though net data is also in my account yet

                  So sir please refund my rs 35 amount in my account. When i have internet data so why company deducted my main account balance

                    Ive port-in to airtel (pre paid) from vodafone (pre - paid) on 7th of december 2016 bearing porting request code "ve424197" and the same was approved. i was communicated by the operator (airtel) that the porting request for mobile no. 9198*7775 has been sent to vodafone (gsm) and the same will be processed by[protected]:01:25.0 subject to approval from current operator.
                    On 10th december 2016 i get a text from the service provider (airtel) that - "important info : once your mobile displays no network, please insert the airtel sim in your handset and call 59059 to verify your details" then there was another message stating "dear customer, your porting request for mobile no. 9198*7775 to airtel has been validated by vodafone (gsm). the number will be ported-in to airtel by[protected]:30:00.0." the networks were 0 after 11:30 as directed but when i called on 59059 the operator said that for all information about your airtel mobile call 121 and calling on the same 121 number there was no information regarding the sim activation or any information regarding what to do after your number is ported-in to airtel or anything that would have helped the cause. kindly help asap this is a great disappointment and cheating on the part of airtel.

                      My name is srikanth using the mobile number [protected] which is registered with my brother's name chandrakanth, i had transferred the number from vadofone to airtel through portal transfer as airtel people called me and said the for is specially to my number no registration fee just a deposit of 300 ruppes which will be detected from the first month of the bill, when the bill as came after one month they started saying it was registration fee, so i lodge a complaint against these people through customer care they gave me complaint number reference no.71475832 they didn't even solved the payment issue later they have disconnected my outgoing calls and now they have removed my number from their service as it was saying their is no such number exists as this is the only number i have for all the services i use or deliver, so i kindly asked you to take severe action which should be punishable through court of law and to compensate for misusing the false approach to customer and activate my service immediately against airtel which let me to loss of business, internet banking, socail media, my e-mail accounts missed important calls from friends and family for recent events.

                          I have given documents for my prepaid airtel number 2 days back the
                          resaon they said that my number was not working was " doc barred"
                          with original documents as well as reference letter i was said by the
                          store manager that my line will get activated within 24 hours
                          today i visted the gallery...
                          1st thing they did when i asked about my docs is keeping me waiting
                          and at the end they told give me it will take 1 more day
                          2nd thing when is asked for resaon why it was barred in first place
                          inspite of giving complete documents they were unanswerable
                          3rd they were rudely talking to each customer.
                          the gallery is located at borivali west at mangal kunj
                          also i dont know when my line would get activated
                          and in case it get activated the first thing i would do is to port out of airtel
                          and would like to inform you that i have already killed my time by
                          visting your gallery so will waste more time to get this case to TRAI
                          and consumer court and i mean it
                          the particular number was linked to my bank account and due to that
                          and small mistakes from ur airtel employee we are in deep water

                              I'm Radhika nd I have been cheated by one of the executives of Airtel service centre. A lady called me saying my number has been selected for free hello tunes service which would be provided for 3 months and she asked me to press 555 on my phone.. And as soon as I did that, ₹90 has been deducted from my main balance which is definitely not tolerable. And I hv cancelled the offer and hv been calling customer care people to refund my money as it was not notified to me before deducting and no one bothers to even listen. Tell me how do I trust on any of your services again i[censored] people are making money by using cheap tricks like these. I'd be glad if any of the Airtel service executives would turn up to me for what dey have done and return my money.

                                    Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                    I availed an Airtel 4G LTE connection no. [protected] that I used till July, 2016.

                                    I stopped using the service since 1st August, 2016 and I tried to reach Airtel customer care number several times to communicate that I want to discontinue the service, but I could never reach a representative. It was shocking to see bills being raised by Airtel even when I was not using the service at all. In September, 2016, some Airtel representative called me to tell that the bill amount is due for August, 2016. I explained him the matter and requested him to do the needful to disconnect the service with immediate effect. He assured that he took my request and the service will be discontinued. However, I kept getting calls for bill payment from different Airtel representative for next couple of months. I kept telling all of them to discontinue the service and they agreed to do the needful, but all in vain. The bills kept getting generated every month till October, 2016. At last on 17th October, 2016, one of the representatives kept me on hold over phone for half an hour and did the needful to take my request to disconnect the service and she shared a reference no[protected] for the same. No clue why the same was not done by the other representatives for previous 2 months or so, even when I was continuously requesting to disconnect.

                                    I was under the impression that no bill will get generated further once the service is now disconnected. However, to my surprise, bill got generated again in November, 2016!!! On top of that, Airtel representatives again started calling for bill payment. This time around they confirmed that the service is discontinued but they told that the bill will keep getting generated. This is absolutely absurd to say the least.

                                    I have always been a loyal customer of Airtel and at times, I paid additional amount in advance as well. For example, even for the month of July, 2016 (the last month o[censored]sage of the service), I paid Rs. 1000/- against the bill amount of Rs. 847.50/-. This is the reason, the bill Airtel raised in August, 2016 was of amount Rs. 595/- (instead of Rs. 847.50/-). However, this bill was raised against no consumption, as I stopped using the service since 1st August, 2016 itself. Airtel kept generating the bills every month and the cumulative due amount is Rs. 2603.46/- as per the bill generated in November, 2016.

                                    All these bills got generated against no usage/ consumption of service. I believe you would appreciate that Airtel has no justifiable reason to raise these bills and there is no question of paying bills when I have not availed the service.

                                    Request your immediate intervention to resolve the matter.

                                        I have done my internet data recharge on 9/12/16 . Mistakenly it is done doubly i wanted cc executive to cancel the second recharge and refund my balance but he refused to do so i want help for refunding and resovle the issue . Because i am not able to use 2 gb of data in 28 days . And when mistakenly recharge is done on second time i didnt recieved any message or warning . So either make refund or double the validity period of net pack .
