I requested for transfer of my broadband connection on 26-Nov-2016 and I was told, it will be done in 5 days. But its been 10 days now, and nothing happened yet. I tried to reach out the customer support regarding this. But they always say that it is getting delayed, due to technical problems, and say that it will be resolved on the same day.

Can somebody help me with this. I don't want to go for a different connection.

    Hi Sir,

    I have been using AIRTEL Postpaid connection till Nov 2015, as I planned to move to Australia, I requested to cancel my connection in airtel customer care center (Kanakapura Road) on 20th Nov 2015, but it was not cancelled and I was receiving bills and I could see that the connection is still in active state. I raised a Complaint about this on 4th of DEC 2015 to the Customer care center, somebody named Satish from cancellation department told me that it would be cancelled within 24hrs. On 5th Jan 2016 I saw that it was still active, So I called up the customer care center on the same day, they told me to clear the outstanding, which I was not at all using still I cleared on the same day through online payment & the call was transferred to same person Satish from cancellation department, he regretted for the inconvenience & again told that he would ask the concern department to cancel it & he assured that it would be cancelled within 24hrs. It was deactivated the next day, however I could see it active state now on 15th of JAN. Now I am staying in Sydney (AUSTRALIA) and I will not able to use the sim card nor talk to customer care, I kindly request to you cancel my Airtel postpaid Connection immediately.

    Consider this as my authorization to cancel my connection and please cancel my connection immediately and deactivate my sim card.

      Now as per instruction of Airtel vodafone has barred my outgoing calls and internet services from 05/12/2016.

        We have switched from Idea to Airtel from 26/11/2016. We have negotiated and made deal with Ms. Mona Makadia([protected]) at Rajkot Gujarat.
        out of total 25 nos. there were 3 data cards and for these data card she has confirmed 3 devices at free of cost. But till the date we are not in receipt of the same. Even airtel people are not answering the call now and our rent is been started. without devise it was not useful so we have procured alternate service and ask them to stop those 3 cards but there are neither provided device for data cart nor they are ready to cancel the same.

        We are feeling like being cheated and suffer a lot with this services.

        Request to take corrective action for the same.

        Airtel person c0llected amount for porting a post paid. connection on mob [protected] and never came back now his ph no not traceable I will complain to telecom ministry via pg portal if not sorted out within 2 days. I have also issues in past let you answer to tthe ministry if not done ir duty

          I have been a postpaid customer of airtel for about seven years. Recently I changed my office where airtel signals are almost zero. I cannot call or receive calls sitting in my office. I applied for mobile number portability and submitted application on 29/11/2016 for porting in to BSNL along with the UPC code generated. Airtel has not yet released my number to BSNL. Till now I have not received any SMS from airtel on the progress of my request and whether my request is accepted. I have paid all the outstanding bills and in fact more than the billed amount so that they don't blame me for unpaid dues. Customer care of airtel has been misleading me with in correct information. Each time I call I get different information from them telling me that they will "look in to the issue". TRAI has not been very strict with violators like Airtel. Since there is zero accountability, Airtel is taking customers for a ride. I am complaining here after getting no reply from Nodal officer of Andhra Pradesh Airtel Circle.

          Airtel released my number and I am able to use BSNL now in less than 24 hours of posting this complaint. I wish Airtel had been more transparent by sending status messages everyday to my email during MNP.

            I am using airtel postpaid and billing cycle for mobile no. [protected] start from 5th of every month and end with 4th of next month and for billing cycle 5th nov 2016 to 4th dec 2016. Today morning i can see my unbilled amount is 62. But how it is possible. Yesterday night i. E. On 4th dec i have checked and balance for std min 68 out of 270 min and local call balance was 43 out of 100 min and data balance was more than 120 mb and unbilled amount was 9.5 rs.

            Could you please check this issue because this is the 3rd time i am facing this type of issue. Resolve this issue asap.

Please note that my paytm is activated with the same number which i am unable to use. This number i had taken after paying 500 rupees but now it is non functional. Actually i asked my wife to recharge the number while she was in india, only after 4-5 months but the number was reported to be non functional. Kindly activate my number

              Airtel — Regarding refund of my online recharge amount.

              I had done a recharge of Rs 20/- from the official website. i.e. airtel.in. The money has been deducted from my account. But neither the transaction was successful, nor the transaction reference number sent to mail id. The transaction was done using the mail id : [protected]@gmail.com on 03/12/16 at 12.00 PM. Request you to please refund the same in the bank account from where the payment was made.

                I have made a special recharge of Rs 348/- which is for free Airtel to Airtel free incoming and outgoing for 28 days. However, it was nowhere mentioned that this pack will not work on roaming and because of this balance from my account is keep on going deducted, when I asked customer care representative they said this will not work on roaming.

                They should have mentioned on the recharge that this will not work in roaming, as it was written that STD and Local calls will be free and that is why I made the recharge.

                This is very disappointing.

                  Before the expiry of validity of internet pack on 4.12.2016, i was having more than 1000 mb balance. With a view to carry forward this balance data, i recharged internet pack on 4.1.2016 itself for rs. 29/- (75 mb). I got only 75 mb data and balance not added whereas i have been getting balance carried forward since long. This time airtel has not provided satisfactory. Through this forum, i want to draw attention of concerned authorites of airtel to look into my complaint and do the needful to add the balance internet data.

                    I have cleared the bills for the above landlines, u can check as per records today & as per the system.
                    I had recently applied for a third connection at my residence as above, over 10 days back. Here is the problem the persom from airtel came to my residence & said that ur internal wiring is not right, so pls fix it and call us and we will instal the connection! He dropped the modem at my gate and walked away. I called him phew times but they never came for the installtion after various request.
                    Neither the connection has been installed at my premises neither any number has been provided to me neither i have any clue.
                    Now this man from aitel calls me speaks over the third connection and it's bill today morning & openly threatened me that if i wont he will teach me a lesson???
                    Is this what i expect from airtel?

                    The person is suresh, mobile number is [protected] & shouts at me??? He and has associate who was responsible in the installtion have not firstly installed the connection at my place and without my notice or any details given to me, now say i am liable to pay this amount?

                    Can someone seriously from airtel call me & resolve this and take this man & corrupt team to task!
                    Also he told me that i will problems if i don't pay for the 3 rd unidentified number which i have no clue???

                        My mobile number is [protected]. I got 10655 rupees of mobile bill for the period of 2 oct to 1 nov 2016.

                        I am totally shocked after seeing the bill where you guys have mentioned that i have used approx 2 gb of data on international roaming. I am 100% sure that i could not use this huge amount of data on international roaming.

                        The call changers are ok but i will never accept the data charges which you guys have put on my bill. Its totally shocking for me.

                        When i called to airtel customer care on 16th of oct 2016 and asked about the international (Sri lanka) roaming rates then i got the following information:

                        Outgoing call - rs.15/ min
                        Incoming call - rs.20/ min
                        Outgoing sms - rs.5 / sms
                        Data - rs.2/ 1 mb

                        On the same call after getting all the required information i activated my international roaming plan of rupees 149. I was misguided because you guys gave me wrong information and now you are charging me 5 rupees per 10 kb (Woooow). If i would have got this information at that time then i would have been never activated international roaming.

                        If you want you can check the 16th oct 2016 recording of my call ([protected]) with your customer care representative.

                        I have called so many times to customer services, and exchanged tons of emails to no avail. I donot want to pay for some customer services representative misinformation.

                        Please review my bill and charge me according to what i was informed the first time i called.

                          I cancel my airtel connection since 90 days ago. But i did not get my refund money yet. I complaint so many time to the airtel customer care and i also complaint to the [protected]@airtle.in but they only give get date they not giving me my refund money. What a poor service of airtel.

                            I bought a 6month internet plan in july and made an advance payment of 5, 970/-. The plan was supposed to provide me 10gb in 4g speed + unlimited in 2g speed. However, in my first month o[censored]sage, after the 10gb data got over, my internet stopped working. On speaking to the customer care i was informed that i had been giving wrong information. I was advised to buy prepaid top up plans for more data which i didn't. After a month, air tel started generating bills and calling me thrice every day along with numerous mails and messages. They also cut off the internet supply for me inspite of the 5, 970 that i paid for access to internet till december. I have not been able to use the internet that i paid for and instead i'm being charged for more. I have the records in the mail and messages of the conversations i have had with the airtel through their official mail id.

                              The airtel data speed in my locality had been excellent since last month just when there was a surge of customers towards jio. I was happy i was still getting a good speed now even though at higher prices as it is know airtel has the costliest 3g data plans.
                              But, since last 3 daya the mobile data speed in my locality has dropped draatically. In fact the network display does not shows 'H+' signifying high speed data exchange. Earlier if this happened it would have got resolved in a matter of hours but it has been 3 days now and no action. To be noted is that i get good speed as soon as i get out to some other locality being served by another network tower. Details of locality.

                                  On 30/09/2016 I got an SMS from Airtel (AG-NTAROT) saying that Rs. 95 internet pack, 380 MB 3G valid for 14 days has been renewed. Post free usage, charges @ 40p/10 KB. I called up Airtel customer care (198) and informed its executive about this plan I did not opt for. I also asked him for deactivating the plan and to refund me my money (the amount of Rs. 95).

                                  He said that he did not only refund me the amount of Rs. 95 to my main mobile balance account but also deactivated the plan. I then checked my main mobile balance and found that I actually got the refund.

                                  On 14/10/16 I found that an amount of Rs. 95 again automatically got deducted from my main mobile balance.

                                  On 15/10/16, I called Airtel again and informed its executive that the last time when I mentioned the similar problem to your executive he said that he deactivated this auto renewal plan but now I find that I lost my money again.

                                  He too assured me that he would refund my money but would not be able to deactivate the plan due to some technical problem. He rather asked me to deactivate the plan on my own. I was ready to deactivate the plan only after the refund of my money. I waited for my money to get refunded into my main mobile balance as per what he said but got no refund or even an SMS from Airtel, notifying me or even indicating me that I got my refund.

                                  On 20/10/16 I called Airtel again and asked them about my outstanding amount of Rs. 95. The executive said that the amount was already refunded into my main mobile balance. When I asked him for a written statement via SMS or email, he said that he could not. He then asked me to wait till he would transfer the call to his supervisor but then he hung up the phone.

                                  I called back Airtel and repeated my concern.The executive this time too declined to provide me a written statement via SMS or email which would state that "Rs. 95 has been refunded to my main balance account".

                                  On 28/10/2016 I again got an SMS from Airtel notifying me about the deduction of Rs. 95 from my main balance account, as usual. This happened in spite of complaining to Airtel over and over again even via emails (that I wrote to [protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]@in.airtel.com, nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com, airtel.[protected]@airtel.com, [protected]@airtel.com, myairtel.[protected]@airtel.com), as well as to its executives via their customer care number (198).

                                  Also, I had a telephonic conversation which was an outbound call from Airtel's customer care number as [protected] at 12:21 PM on[protected]. The executive repeatedly kept on saying that all my unfairly deducted amount of Rs. 95 were refunded and that a similar detail was also showing in Airtels system. I asked her to send me the written statement of the same. Also asked her to send me a written statement showing my mobile data balance before the deduction of Rs. 95 and the after statement and also the statement showing my main mobile balance amount after adding the amount of Rs. 95 by Airtel (as what she claimed that Airtel did). She assured me that she would email me the same. She also assured me that this scheme of auto deduction of Rs. 95 on every fortnight from my main balance account had also been deactivated.

                                  Honest, when I checked my main mobile balance I found that no such refund as she claimed were made. Also, I got no email from Airtel providing me the statement that I asked it for. I also have the complete call recorded of that executive. I can also provide the same to the consumer court if asked.

                                  On[protected], the amount of Rs. 95 again automatically got deducted from my main mobile balance account in a similar fashion.

                                  I attached some screen shots among which some are mentioning the balance in my main mobile balance account on certain dates. They clearly indicate that Airtel has been lying to me about the refund and cheating on me for months on every fortnight.

                                  Finally, my main mobile balance account is lesser than the amount of Rs. 40 and thus this time Airtel's auto renewal plan did not work. See the attached file for the same.

                                      I am using airtel DTH for more than 4 years i used to top up for a yearly plan(South Magnum Pack). On october 2016 my one year plan from[protected] got over so i called airtel DTH customer care to check about new plans and one of the agent told me to go for (South Max) pack which will be 1369 for three months and he mentioned that on recharging of the amount the plan changes automatically. But my plan was not changed so i complained to customer care regarding this and they take my request and tells me to wait for 2 hours so their higher officials will call me but no one called. i have called several times or the past 1 month but same reply from customer care agent. Then i emailed this to airtel email address they say they can topup for 350 rs as a goodwill. What horrible response is that. I am feed up with this airtel DTH customer care.
