Had requested for new airtel broadband connection for our new house. Airtel representative came in, filled forms, took money and never gave us connection. Its 2 months now, we have been following up with customer care and its such a worst experience. They neither respond and keep playing with email mentioning false promises and invalid reference number. Next time when we call, they say such reference number does not exist. The money stolen from us is 3147/-.
