We, are maintaining more than 10 landline connections in our bank branch. Its been more than 5 months, since half of the landlines are disrupted. Besides numerous telephonic complaints to the service provider in the area- he has not made any engineer visit in the branch. We had telephonically conveyed our long pending grievance to each one in the escalation matrix, and each one of them, promised an engineer visit asap, but no one turned till date even after 5 months have been lapsed since we are facing the issue of disrupted landlines. Once we had requested the lineman of bsnl, to see the technical fault in one of our phones, and he generously helped us, and that is how, one landline was put into order. Its a matter o[censored]tter shame and display of highly unprofessional behaviour on the part of airtel, who have failed to address the long pending issue of our branch. Why do they not, have a tie-up with bsnl????? atleast they are understanding the concerns of business houses and individuals alike? no matter how many times, we complain about the laxity in dealing with the issue- it seems like it is falling on deaf ears.
Being a branch head, i even told the area mgr, who comes to collect the demand drafts of landline bills (ones that are not in working condition since long) that, we plan to change the service provider as we do not think taht ppl in airtel are competent enough to address the issue- to which he blankly replied- just send me an email- and i will get the entire connections disconnected today itself.
Its high time- airtel reconsiders- whom they are hiring- and what is the level of service being provided to the customers.
Highly shameful.
