Dear sir/ madam,

My landline number is[protected]. Since beginning i have been facing issues with respect to this connection, this is the 3rd issue/ complaint.

I called on 30-sep for surrender of this number as we were moving from gurgaon to hyderabad on 09th oct. The customer care executive on 121 gave us an option and suggestion of safe custody for 90 days at a charge of inr 250.

We thought about it and decided for safe custody option given by the customer care. We again called on 09th october for getting the safe custody activated on the number. The executive informed us of the charges and we confirmed it.

Our d2h was also to be transferred to hyderabad so we asked to transfer the call internally to d2h team so that we can get that sorted as well on the same call.

Before transferring, we asked for an issue/ interaction number of the call from the executive to which they said that they cannot provide the number as this is not a complaint but just a request. We trusted them on this and agreed.

The call was then transferred to the d2h team which seemed an endless wait and we hung up.

I got a call from customer care on 18th october that our number is not in safe custody as our connection is not 3 months old. I informed the executive that the call centre confirmed it and they should check their call records instead of arguing with us.

We moved out of gurgaon on 09th october and since then we are not using the connection which can be verified with the data/ call logs.

I request you to get the call records checked for 09th october, the call was made from [protected] (Tarun kumar yadav).

If this was committed by the call centre staff for safe custody then was is the number not in safe custody? If it cannot be in safe custody due to the tenure of the connection then why was it committed to us?

If the connection cannot be in the safe custody as per the terms and conditions of the safe custody then please waive off the bill which will be generated for the next billing cycle that is from 11th october - 10th november.

    I using long before dongle of airtel wireless, , , its not using what they told and they have give 1000 balance for me..every day they called me u have due finally i paid balance what they offer.. but they disconnected my airtle number... now again they telling my u have to pay more... you can do anything we not activate your number pls sir help me...

      Hii.. I m from village khankar, dhenkanal district, odisha...in my village we dnt get proper network of airtel... To make a call we have to go to roofs or out of home... Plz install a tower in our vilaage... So that all the airtel customers ll bebenefited & ll stay connected to airtel... I have given so many complains before bt no action taken till yet.

        This is very rude attitude of airtel even after being imposed of 1050 crore on it by trai for not aowing mobile porting... I am experiencing the same.. For which even the customer care had even stopped responding..
        Pls dont play dumb games with customer..
        I am noy going to pay any bill from next month if you are not going to change your way.. Or u may stop my services permanently...

          I have been a happy airtel user, except for the current issue on non redressal of amount paid and not credited nor returned

          Dear airtel,

          It has been more than 10 days, since the original mail was communicated to you non credit of payment to the land line telephone a/c.
          Despite numerous complaints thru email and phone, no respite.

          Airtel money number 400 has no source to reach customer care representative
          Airtel 121 has no option for money related complaints.

          Airtel wecare is simply closing mail without redressal.

          Basis the transaction id communicated by airtel, kindly return the paid money to airtel, else all charges as applicable by credit card company after the billing date will have to be borne by airtel for holding the money without accounting to any account or usable by myself thru airtel money app.

            The villages like kurpady, haluvalli, thadal, saramballi, dhyangal, yadmadka, halmalige and haravu which are hamlets around in our udupi district does not have proper network coverage. Here we are nearly 700-800 houses, but we are not getting proper network. Therefore we are kindly requesting you to put a proper network tower in our area.

              My two airtel numbers as [protected] & [protected] have been rejected by airtel company on 21/10/16 without earlier notification although these are being used for 7-8 years regularly. [protected] has also been given at many offices as bank, school, adi office, lic etc. I regularly recharge these numbers and many official messages from bank and offices come to these. I have given my own documents as photo and epic details at the time of buying these sims.

              I have contacted airtel customer division again and again over phone & e-mail
              And physically met airtel offices at jhargram and kharagpur with my own documents but they could do nothing and told me that airtel company has deactivated these numbers and nothing can be done.
              The airtel company replied me through email at my email id from [protected]@airtel.com and assured me on 24/10/16 that they could resolve the problem within 72 hours. But till today no action has been taken by them. Even now i am mailing them but they do not reply. I think they have no concern about this problem.

              But i am in great trouble as [protected] is being used as my official number. How can i get back my numbers? Or how will the problem be solved?
              Please assure me if any legal action will be taken against airtel or not and how?

                Kindly note on 4th Sept the total breakdown amount shows 915. Please provide us details with the balance 1, 516.

                When we called customer service & spoke to 3 different persons but each time they disconnected & their names were:
                1) Mr. Tripathy @ approx 5-6 pm on 28th Oct
                2) Mr Jagdish (supervisor) @ 6-7 pm on 28th Oct

                Even if the above 2 employees say that the call got disconnected from our side which most likely culprits lie, we as customers expect a callback on our mobile to ensure the issue is resolved. But on the contrary each time we made a call the previous person never knew what we talking about! (Consumer Ombudsman treat this as failure in Quality parameter under ISO certification)

                We finally spoke to the 4th person & we would like to ensure the below requests have been updated on our both accounts:

                1) Downgrade to Basic Plan on 1st connection & HD Plan on 2nd connection with total monthly rental of 669
                2) NO Easy recharge plan wherein we want to only make 1 single payment every month & not 2-3 payment in break up.

                The point 2 wherein we were getting every 15 days SMS for payments in break up & if we do not pay by a certain time services were getting disconnected. We treat this as a harassment for which my mother who is 65 had to run errands to an agent to make the payments as per the SMS. The complaint has been already booked under the Indian Consumer Complaints Forum for which we have been told to wait for response from Airtel to settle this matter amicably.

                There is a suggestion to make available more Airtel run payment processing centers rather than using 3rd party services for which we expect a swift action in this regard.

                Thanking you in advance for your support & we trust AIRTEL being a big name in the Indian Consumer market will take a strict note of the same.

                  Due to airtel technical problems broadband connection is not established to my address and the executive and the customer care told to refund 1000 rs with in 48 hours which i had paid through cheque, untill now i didn't get the amount return back.                       Hi, I am Sugandha from Hyderabad, I initiated a request to set up an airtel broadband connection in my house in Kondapur before which they tested and insured its possible to set up airtel broadband in my area. the Sales person came on Friday, 21st and ensured me that once I make the payment the connection will be set up by Saturday. Saturday he did not show up nor did anyone else and had given me a wrong number to contact him and I kept on getting calls from random airtel numbers everyday to set up the wifi at odd hours but not at the time I specified to them. Finally on Tuesday a technician came in the evening set up the connection but could not configure it since system was down, he ensured me he will return the next day and finish the process but like expected he did not show up. I received an email from airtel saying configuration is done etc follow simple steps and start, I thought he did it from the backend, on reaching home I tried but it did not work. I raised a complaint saying it has not been configured. they responded by asking me for a landline number that essentially happens once the set up is done. I wrote an entire email explaining what exactly had happened to which I got a call and after a discussion and once again explained the situation, She then raised a complaint and assured me once again that it will be resolved in less than 8 hrs. No call no solution I Sent another email asking for update. resolution extended to 24 hrs. Again the airtel guy showed up while I was at on my way from work, I told him to wait for 5 mins as I would reach home. He did not and instead said I will come tomorrow morning which he did not. Today I received another call saying broadband connection is not possible in my area. This is where I lost it. On further discussion he got to know that the router has already been installed and then he asked me to raise a complaint. I told him I already have, to which he flat out denied. I asked him his name and asked him to connect me to someone senior, which also he refused and did not give me his name either. just said okay I have raised the complaint. Someone will get in touch. I no longer want airtel broadband if this is the kind of service you offer.

                        Deduction of amount from my prepaid account balance without my knowledge from mobile number [protected]. It has been said that i have made an international call to number [protected] at 15:29 0n 28-10-16 and deducted INR 60 from My account. I could not find the number in my dial list and i contacted the customer care of bharathi airtel and the customer care gave a very irresponsible answer. I have felt like I have been cheated by the company and took away my money by being a fraud. Please do justice.

                          Sir want to deactivate my airtel postpaid connection because as per their guidelines they told 3g data plan and they given me 2g plan now I'm not atall interest ed in being in that network and they are saying that it should be used for three months atleast but I did not sign in any bond to continue this and they did not told me even in the beginning so kindly deactivate asap Thank you

                            There is an Installation going on for mobile tower in residential area at top floor of 461-Nitin Khand I, Indiarapuram 201014. The top floor is owned by Mr. Sumit Agarwal (Mb. No.[protected]) who also got the roof right. He has not taken any consent of people from residential area. Kindly take necessary action for stopping/removal of same.

                                  My son studying in NIT Durgapur, he used the mobile no [protected](Air tel), it was observed that all of a sudden he is not able to call and receiving the message, the services is temporarily stopped.He tried to top up the balance through paytm service but not able to top up any balance.
                                  ultimately he contacted local airtel office but could not solve the problem.
                                  To day I tried to call on this number and found that the no is alloted to other person.
                                  My complain is, this NO [protected] is reffered to many places and it is not possible to withdraw immediately and request to with draw the no from other person and restore the service.
                                  I am surprising that without any message/ information, how it is possible to stop the services and allot the no to other person. It may be misused by the other person .

                                    Pathetic service. I have been using Airtel broadband services from Jun'2016. These people are simply bothered about money and customer satisfaction hardly matters to them. They provided me with a 16mps line in a 8mps modem. Initially it worked fine, but around October mid, I started facing severe connection problems. I made multiple complaints for the same and the technician visited multiple times, but of no use. After facing this problem for 15 days, finally the technician suggested that I should degrade the plan to 8mps, and once done that, the problem is actually resolved. Now when I am asking for a waiver for 15 days, these people are saying that my issue was resolved in 3 days. Seriously. I put the Airtel customer care gal in conference with the technician himself so that they would know how long the problem lasted. I asked them to listen to the call recordings too. But of no use. #airtelconnection #sucks #badservice.

                                      Once again they have deducted today 275 rs for data plan.
                                      As per the old complaint as below:

                                      I am already activated new plan and using 4g data plan of three months validity 30gb but now again the old plan of 3g got activated automatically on 30th of september and money got detected. I asked for deactivate and refund but they have not responded properly and refused to refund. Then i asked to connect to the higher officials they refused to give connection and disconnected abruptly. Really bad customer service. I need to speak to higher officials regarding this problem.

                                      Last time itself I asked for deactivation of the 275 plan and for Refund of money, They have not deactivated the plan, so once again the amount got deducted and they are saying that money will be not refunded.
