On 23 rd all of sudden my sim card incoming outgoing barred without intimation. Customer care asked to resubmit proof i did at srivari enterprises palamaner. They told today tomorrow issue will solve. Now talk with customer care we are doing service we will not update status. Need to wait weeks months. Blaming trai. Im loosing lot of calls please respond regarding this and solve my issue.

    I have been trying to activate my 4g sim since last week...whenever I send 1 to confirm the swap it says unable to process request...please tell whats wrong...I want the 4g packs...
    Also.in the rs 1497 pack...we get 6gb immediately and for 1 year we get packs for low rate...So I want to ask can we recharge with those packs any number of timrein that 1 year...please respond...

        When somebody calls me my phone doesn't ring and appeared to be switched off. Sometimes while 1st attempt it may ring but maximum time it says switched off.Since I have ported my number from Hyd. to Pune I am facing this issue subscriber was the Airtel only.
        Complaint no: 72168409 automatically resolved without any call/assisstance no help at all.

          On 28-oct-16 i make complaint on my broadband connection 40mbps speed not connect in stable.my reference number is 74824834.i told to call back by back end team but past four days your team never called me till now

          today[protected] i called to your customer care at 1.41 pm first customer care not connecting to senior manager and they cut my call.And second customer care talking harsh to me and not even connect my call i wait more than 30 min. so i need to file a case on both customer care

          Already i file case on your customer care on 28-oct-16 reference number is 74824918.you people waste not response to customer care.

          your people not even whatcustomer telling my modem 40mbps is connecting only.
          but when i on wifi 40mbps it not connecting it only coming 16-25mbps your customer care noted that network is not working these is how your people noted in notes

          And this issue will sure go to media and reflect your air-tel ... i already file a case on your team i have all the proof like mail and recording and reference number

          Every month i am complaint only for this time i am going make this issues to media...

          very worst services...your people not arrange call back also then why are telling best services in telecom operator...

          And this issues not clear
          Be the part i have referred my two relatives for new connection so i have inform to my relatives also i disconnect the new connection you people never give best solution to me and not ref-feral benefits also to me and offer

          finally i lost everything because of your air-tel i dont need your connection very worst service u cheating customer care.

          These i last mail from me we face your legal adviser in air-tel and we see in consumer court

            My airtel account number is [protected].

            I've raised a new request for airtel broadband 45 days back and they have checked and told there is a feasibility for connection in my area. they have collected rs 1000 for the new connection, but when the technician checked, he had reported that connection is not feasible in my location and had told that my amount of rs 1000 will be refunded.

            I got a cheque for this amount, but my name has been printed wrongly in it. so, i have called appalette authority for this issue a month back and i've sent them the soft copy of my aadhar card, cancelled cheque, their incorrect cheque soft copy etc. they raised a complaint # 73643612 for this issue and told me that within 1 week my issue will be resolved. i've called the appellete authority 3 times after this issue. but the issue hasn't been resolved till now. when i try to contact them now, the system says my account number is not valid. i don't know, whom to contact and get my problem resolved. please help me with this issue.

              I have received company call 1 month before for reconnection of broad brand service of 450/ — plan to my name sumant dave and after excepting reconnection plan 2 week after airtel employee came to me and received id photocopy and 2 passport size photo. After completing 1 month no one come from airtel for connection and i also now dot want airtel broad brand connection kindly return my documents and any miss use of my document responsibility belongs to airtel.

                Dear airtel,

                On 28th sept i opt for national mnp of my vodafone number [protected] (Delhi ncr circle) to airtel assam circle. I got a message that by 15th oct my mnp will be done. But till date my airtel number is not yet activated. It shows a message that that sim card registration is failed. Please note that vodafone have already disconnected my number. I have visited airtel office so many times but every time they says the number will be activated by that day. But to my surprise the number is not yet activated.
                Request you to please look into matter and resolve the issue at the earliest as my vodafone number is already deactivated.

                  This is my 2nd complaint and the last one as well. I have purchased a Samsung TV 3 weeks ago and I was supposed to receive 2 month of Airtel DTH service free. I registered a complaint a week ago and spoke with Naman from Airtel and he told me it will be done within 24 hours. It has been a week since then and no response from them. In such competitive industry very poor customer service. I will contact videocon DTH as I have heard better reviews of them.

                    I do not get 4g network. on 7th of October i made a recharge of 1495 for unlimited 4g data pack. Since then i do not get 4g signal for all apps. no network.
                    I have complained repeatedly on 121 and they are giving me false assurances.
                    I am fed up now. Please return me my money of 1485 rupees.

                    Till now, they are only telling they will solve it. They are sending me complaints id always and then ignoring my problems.
                    My data is going wrongly. My data validy is also expiring.
                    Now it has been more than a month.

                    Airtel is cheating customers.

                      For last two recharge on my dth connection [protected] of Rs 710/- they have not given the bonus of 40/- as per their bonus scheme giving different untrue and lame excuses every time you ask them for the same and no one from top to bottom is cared about the customer's problem from CEO level to the front desk they seems so irresponsible and uncaring towards the customer.

                        Sir/ ma'am,
                        I had raise a broadband request and paid the amount offline ₹600 on august 23 2016. Later they told me that the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection. Now i am requesting them to refund my amount but i am unable to get any positive response. I tried to lodge complaint with customer care and still didn't get anything expect transferring my call from one executive to another. Then i submitted a refund request to www.airtelonlinerefund.com with ticket number aor9e22f2. Then i complained here on consumercomplaints.in. This worked for some time and after receiving many calls from airtel customer care and sending (Mailing) my account number and account details million times, i still i haven't got my refund and even now i don't get any proper response from anyone.
                        Kindly consider my request for refund.

                          I am using airtel sim ([protected]) for around 6 years, i am not able to use this sim for 2 months.. Now it is deactivated and assigned to other person.., it is very worst... For any 3g or 4g connection, they came to my home and delivered 4g sim, if i am not using sim they have to send letter to my address.. Without this, how airtel is deactivating sim of a valuable customer.. Today i went and asked airtel customer service center (Vellore), they cooly saying my number is assigned to another person.. Really unhappy with airtel service

                            Hi, I have raise a broad band request and paid the amount by cash of ₹1000 on 13th Oct 2016. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount through online using airtel refund.com with a ticket number AOR027d63 and complaint reference number OT[protected].

                            Still there is no response for my refund and it's been 15days. Can i expect my money as committed without any followup.

                              I have a airtel broadband connection in bangalore and wanted to transfer/shift the same to hyderabad. I have raised a request for this on 23rd oct 2016. I have informed i am going to vacate my house by 2nd november. I got a message to my mobile with reference number[protected] and will be resolved in 8 days.

                              I have called them for status every 2 days and also called 3 times on sunday (30th oct). Everytime airtel call center guys say they have updated whatever i say and there will be call from their specific team. When i call next time, there wont be data for the guys on previous call.

                              31st evening i got message saying request was raised for cancellation of my connection and gave reference number. I didn't inform for disconnection. So, i called and shouted again and asked for resolution by end of the day.

                              Today is 1st november and till date there is no resolution or call from airtel guys on the status. When i enquired, today they say that connection was not feasible in that area in hyd and so connection will be cancelled.

                              There is no information to me (Customer) on connection feasibility and how the connection will be cancelled. This is ridiculous. Tomorrow i am going to vacate in bangalore and till now there is no action or information from airtel. Very frustrating and poor customer service...

                                  Airtel is a mobile service provider. Airtell mobile range is very very low or not at all through out the day in Dahanukar colony Lane 7. I am unable to receive and do calls from my hand set. However I can do calls from the same handset by other service provider. Problem is with Airtell.
                                  I am observing this for more than one month.
                                  Pl.inform, whether it will improve or not.

                                    Dear team i am facing proplem from airtel customer care executive.

                                    As i am using airtel dongle i am not satisfy with the network so i thinking to cancel the connection and called customer care.

                                    From 15days i am calling customer care and they are asking my issue, after i complaint my words they will put my call on hold for some while and after 4 to 5 min they are disconnecting the call like this from 15days they are doing like this.

                                    And airtel outlet people are not taking cancellation request.

                                    So i dont know how to cancel the connection and every month without using connection i am paying 650 bill.
