My airtel account number is [protected].
I've raised a new request for airtel broadband 45 days back and they have checked and told there is a feasibility for connection in my area. they have collected rs 1000 for the new connection, but when the technician checked, he had reported that connection is not feasible in my location and had told that my amount of rs 1000 will be refunded.
I got a cheque for this amount, but my name has been printed wrongly in it. so, i have called appalette authority for this issue a month back and i've sent them the soft copy of my aadhar card, cancelled cheque, their incorrect cheque soft copy etc. they raised a complaint # 73643612 for this issue and told me that within 1 week my issue will be resolved. i've called the appellete authority 3 times after this issue. but the issue hasn't been resolved till now. when i try to contact them now, the system says my account number is not valid. i don't know, whom to contact and get my problem resolved. please help me with this issue.
