I had attempted recharge of my wife's cell number [protected] through INB for Rs.145/= but though the attempt had shown as successful in INB the cell had not been recharged with the said amount of Rs.145/=. (Ref No.IHA5917336, Dated 20.10.2016). Kindly confirm whether the cell number [protected] had been uploaded with Rs.145/=.

    [protected] 4g lte datacard. all incidents are reported to airtel and you must have all the records.

    Oct 2015 - network problem reported t airtel. airtel network team checked and informed the signal issues
    Confirmed there was no issues with laptop/dongle in other location.
    New tower was scheduled by 3 months. weaved 20% in bills till aug 2016.
    Jan 2016 - airtel continued to say 3 more months
    Apr 2016 - promise remained same for next 3 months
    Requested multiple times that bill weaver is not a fix, no response on that
    Sept2016 - banalore band, non-working internet. 9 sept to 12th sept.
    Lost working hours. lost work and missed scheduled calls
    Sent multiple emails to airtel. emails were sent continously since 12 sept
    Harini from appellate listen to issue and scheduled a call from net.
    Net team informed signal improved. signal strenght was not really an issue,
    When informed about tower installation last year.net was clueless about that information
    Nobody read emails and called me. had to explain the story everytime i get a call
    Had to shout at them and ended up disconnect the connection on 22 sept
    Even after escalating it sunil bharti mittal, no response
    Paid the due amount to finish this all. airtel still sent the next bill after a lot of sarcastic emails
    Had to call back 121 and literally abused them as they did not understand what i went through
    When no response on emails and no help from 121, called the appellate team
    Sindhu from appellate helped to escalate it again to net.net later weaved off the last bill.

    Paid 12k + amount since last year, no late payments, no escalations.
    Airtel puts panelity when bill not paid in time, but there is nothing for customer if the service does not happen on time.
    As customer, one must be eligible for basic services, if vendor fails to provide the service, the vendor should be penalized.
    However, airtel has not answered my concern so far.

        I have been a user of Airtel dongle with number [protected] for more a year ... 6 months back I had opted for cancellation of the service following which I was offered of discounted price ... after 3 months without prior intimation to the customer they have been charging double the amount... I've stopped using the dongle long back ... still sending me bill every month ... Airtel network sucks in Bangalore !!! stop ur post paid billing fraud !!!

          Dear Sir,
          Recently I had complaint about Airtel dth set top box which was not working properly one of airtel executive visited my house switced off set top box and restarted it and asked for Rs. 150 as charges as he said dth box is ok we paid him. But it worked for 4 days and after that same problem it gets hanged why if they cannot repair there equipments why do they ask for money and customer continues to suffer. This airtel guy had not done anything to dth box just restarted with his magical hands which we too could have done but airtel had to cheat customers. This dth box deletes data recorded by itself and hangs but it is impossible for us to hang it on purpose and delete data in front of executive who have experience and know that dth there dth boxes are faulty but would not accept otherwise they would have to repair it which don't want to do. So solution is take Rs 150 and say dth box is working or otherwise hang dth box on purpose.

          I suggest potential customers to stay away from airtel dth.

            Airtel — Save card feature should not be mandatory
            I went to pay my bill in Airtel site on 21st OCT 2016. When I was about to do my payment using my Credit Card, it was mentioned that my card details will be saved by default. This is WRONG. Why should my card details be saved without my permission? It means that I can only pay using my Card only if I allow Airtel to save my Card details. This is ridiculous. Earlier, there used to be an option asking whether I want to save my card details. It has been removed and card information is being saved as default. It says it does have a feature to delete the saved card information, but my complaint is that the card information itself should not be saved by default. One could never know for sure if there is any backup or archive table in your database that still stores my information, even after I delete the card data. Mandatory saving of card data should be removed immediately. Airtel should make this change, and remove the default card saving feature immediately.

              I m using Airtel corporate plan as I m a TCS employee but problem which I m facing is network issue and I m using Vodafone as my alternate number and Vodafone network is superb and Airtel always call drops. Now I m porting my number to Vodafone they giving me the plan of 599 which I m using for Airtel.
              Vodafone is giving me plan of 2000 local mins 4gb of 4g data and local 100 sms.
              Today I received a call from airtel they told me we will also offer u the same plan but only they activated extra 2gb of internet data only for six months but no extra 500 mins so I m porting my number to Vodafone its a redecullous service of airtel

                Amount deducted from bank but failed bill payment with airtel. I have made airtel online post paid bill payment on 20thOct 2016 Amount got deducted from HDFC bank .payment successfully . Money deducted from my HDFC BANK . But from airtel side they said money not reached them.and the transaction has failed. I have not received any refund to my bank after that. This is scam by airtel.                 I got a fraud call asking me my bank details, and OTP ...thankfully i did not share my OTP ...the person asked me to give him the OTP generated for payment of 791 Rs. and ...i got a call from the by me Bank saying the actual amount they tried to transact was 3000 .

                Please stop this scam and look into the issue.

                  It is more than 3 days since I purchased the SIM for Rs.50. The shop keeper from whom I had bought it, had assured me that it would get activated the next day. This is the third day, I am contacting him because of the issue. On each occasion i saw him calling one or two numbers and talking about this. The issue is still unresolved! Just about half an hour ago, when I was with him, he made two or three calls and with bewildered looks tells me that my papers are reported to have been NOT reached the office concerned. The fellow is worried and I am exasperated. Meanwhile I bought another SIM from idea . I think idea is better in service matters. My contact number is [protected].

                    Please dont consider taking Airtel DTH Connection. The Customer care response is very rude. My DTH Customer ID is [protected]. Initially i have raised a enquiry request on 28th Sep for new aitel DTH connection through airtel website. Aitel customer care guys called me and told the plan of 5500 per annum (South and Mega38 HD 12M KAR COD) took my address and told their dealer will contact me. On 30th I have got a new connection and i have paid 5500 for 1 year plan. When i have called the person who took the money for activation he told that the plan got changed and i need to pay another 1500. I said i am not intrested and need my money back. They said to contact customer care. Airtel Customer care guys didnt respond properly and they said i didnt pay amount directly to airtel and to collect it from dealer. I am not aware of the dealer as airtel has send them to me. He's not responding properly. Still now i didnt get any refund and not sure i will get that amount back. Even contacted the airtel escalation desk but no response.

                    Please opt for any other services except airtel as even the explination of plan details and charge is different

                      Inspite of various complaints - your company is deaf and dumb. i am charged every month 1900 to 2000 per month where as my plan is of 399. every month company is sending same bill rest last 2 months i intentionally not paid. who is responsible for this sky type bills. and company is threatening to file case in delhi court. i paid the uptodate bill. company is giving same answer daily, plz refund me 6500 and 10000 for harassing me for 2 month.s i have not seen this type of poor customer services.

                        I applied for Airtel Broadband on 5 October, 2016, but its been 15 days and no connection done yet .

                        Sales representative doesnt picks phone and even if he picks he keeps on stalling the connection date citing some issue or other .

                        I have lost all my trust on Airtel, and just hoping, if I can get my money back (Rs 1000/-).

                        This is very irritating. How difficult it is for you to give broadband. If you cannot give then don't advertise.

                          My airtel service is not yet enabled even after submitting the required docs on 18oct2016 at airtel chandanagar hyderabad store. when i checked with store people they have suggested me to check with the government to know when my service will be resumed. the most pathetic situation i ever faced, how careless the service provider is. my mobile number is linked to all the financial services now i couldn't do any transactions because of the service suspension, i waited for 3 days and even after that i had to face a situation like this. this is really bothering me. they should be taught a lesson

                            I applied for Airtel Broadband on 5 October, 2016 (CEF no : 4856334), but its been 15 days and no connection done yet .

                            Sales representative (Ph [protected]) doesnt picks phone and even if he picks he keeps on stalling the connection date citing some issue or other .

                            I have lost all my trust on Airtel, and just hoping, if I can get my money back (Rs 1000/-).

                              While taking the connection they have promised for two months free 20GB data. and the billing will start after 2 Months . Even when i have not used for the last month still they have charged bill for the month. Customer care are not ready to stop the connection on my personal request. what type of service airtel is providing not able to understand.
                              The contact person from whom i have purchased the device is airtel 4g wifi router, they are not responding to the call.
                              Airtel is the worst services provider. i am in requirement of settlement no one is responding from last month and charging bill amount for month.

                                Issue = Incorrect charge of iCooking Top up

                                Desc: Without my consent, a Airtel agent activated a top up on my account on which extra balance was lying. Unknown to me, money was getting deducted from my account. This was activated I am told on June 5 2016. They don't know or wont tell, who activated it. I only discovered this issue when I visited my account to recharge my digital subscription on 17th october 2016.

                                The agent I spoke to on phone told me I was charged 300 rupees and same will be refunded in 48 hours. When I did not see a refund, I wrote to them. Got many responses, the gist of which is, that they will refund 184 rupees only, and that because they issued me a 25 rupee refund as a goodwill gesture (for a different unrelated issue) on 23rd september, they cant issue another refund for next 30 days! Therefore I should call again after 23rd october.

                                I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THEY CAN MAKE A MISTAKE ANYTIME AND TAKE MY MONEY ANYTIME, BUT THEY CAN'T RECTIFY THEIR MISTAKE AND REFUND ME MY MONEY, BECAUSE THEIR SYSTEM DOES NOT ALLOW THEM TO RECTIFY MORE THAN ONE MISTAKE A MONTH?

                                  I want to convert my below mentioned number from post paid to prepaid.

                                  The first request i made is through customer care and they asked me to go to nearest airtel store.

                                  Last Saturday I visited Airtel store in Mantri square mall bangalore.

                                  They asked me to get the address proofs those are submitted to Airtel when i took the sim for which i told i have my pan card with me so that they can accept the same for conversion ut they insist on submitting the same proofs (May be i am not the same guy who i have taken the sim).

                                  I said yes and i visited Meenakshi mall Airtel store with my original passport.

                                  I want to mention an interesting issue occurred at the Airtel center Meenakshi mall.

                                  When i asked to take a request to convert my postpaid to prepaid they asked me the reason for which i gave them my reason (why airtel not asking us when we convert prepaid to postpaid).

                                  The store guy checked something and asked to come again on 22 nd of this month as my billing cycle completes on 21 st ( what stopped them to take atleast the request to convert).

                                  I asked them to take atleast a pre-request as i am not so free to roam around airtel stores to do this little work which I believe is very simple.

                                  Store guy said no we cannot take a request and asked me to come again on 22 nd.

                                  So am i that free to come again and again to airtel store to complete this process?

                                  The other thing i asked the guy to check the possible ways to do this thing the same day so that I may not be roaming around the store.

                                  Store guy said recklessly without even trying no other way.

                                  I asked for the escalation matrix to get my query solved so that i can get better support.

                                  He didn't even assisted me with a number but he simply gave me this email address.

                                  I am contributing 5000 rs towards Airtel bills every month from the last 3 years and I am a airtel customer from 6 to 7 years.

                                  I think i deserve a better support from Airtel when i asked for help as I am participating in your growth for the past 7 years.

                                  In this scenario I didn't even got basic support and i got this gift from your store person for which i am very happy.

                                  May be its time for me to switch to another operator and participate in their growth may be i can get better support.

                                  This is one of the worst scenario and i need a explanation and want to escalate this to the highest level so that people like me get better support.

                                  If you start loosing loyal customers like us may its time for airtel to switch to a different business.

                                  I want my issue to be resolved nevertheless of the bill generation date and my bill to generated on pro rate bases and i want a call from airtel authorities explaining why i have to visit the store for this simple job.

                                  I want action t be taken on airtel store Meenakshi mall bannergatta road Bangalore so that atleast from now people like me can get prompt response and quick help.

                                  Please find the attachment of my proof submitted when i have taken the sim.

                                  Please let me know if any additional information required.

                                  If not taken any action I will not hesitate to proceed legally.

                                    I recently upgraded to my airtel to 4G. And now I am in Delhi in roaming. The problem I am facing is that as soon as I enable my mobile data, the networks disappears. This never happened before this when I was using the 3G sim. From that till I restart my phone the networks are not available. Further they are providing a 2GB data but how the hell can we use it when we are unable to get your network.

                                      I have activated my roaming pack on my [protected] airtel num 57 rs rate cutter for 28 days.. its still 3 rd day., i am charging amount while am in roaming for both out going calls and incomming calls.. i have raised a complaint against airtel.. but no use.. no resolution still now.. will they credit back my amount which i have lost during the entire period of time
