I have registered fir at rafi ahmad kidwai police station, shiwdi.
i request you to please recover my mobile phone by cunsulting service provider aitel, and police department.
i hope you will do the need ull from your end.

    Had a prepaid number on which many fake charges was incurred for the months of april and may 2016. When called cx care then they unable to justify the wrong charges occured and did not pay the charges back. I finally port to BSNL and I am very happy now. Airtel is looting its customers like anything, with fake advertisements abt their quality.

    We did not opt for any additional plan or add on services, and asked them to do not incur any charges for the same, but they deducted more than 500 Rs and did not provide back the money.

        My number is [protected]. Airtel deducted my balance 4 times without notifying me and who the hell asked your services stop sending all flash messages and refund follo week service which you are not stopping even after calling you and please refund whole amount (25+35+5 per day after that) as top up balance.
        This is really disappointing from airtel side, please resolve my complain and stop this service.

            I had done port from DoCoMo to Airtel. That time the Airtel retailer said that the MNP offer is 2sec/1ps. My friend Santosh also had done port to Airtel the MNP offer.
            But my Airtel plan activated 1sec/1ps. My friend Santosh's plan activated 2sec/1ps.
            Please activate my plan 2sec/1ps.
            I hope on Airtel to provide good service to it's customer.

              I Syed Akbar consumer of Airtel network since one year. Last week I have taken a add-on postpaid connection on Oct 28th in Airtel . I have submitted all my documents and clearly requested them to activate the connection as early as possible as I need it for my home. I am travelling far away from myhome to office everyday and I need to have interaction with my family members. But till now the sim not been activated. I have been following with Airtel customer care everyday but they are giving false commitments stating that they will activate within 24 hours. And today they told I need to go the Airtel outlet and tell them to submit my documents which is not possible for me as I have to leave my home by 7am everyday. I kindly request you to take action and do the justification for me.

                Hi,

                I haven't received any response on the trail mail, how many more days do you require!

                I need an immediate resolutions to below issues:

                1. re-taging of my earlier corporate plan (wipro - 399 plan - 14 my packs), current plan being linked is 199 individual after porting! why was my corporate wipro id card was taken as proof for corporate plan during the porting process!

                2. incoming roaming wavier in the latest bill as per commitment to me prior to beginning of my porting process on 5th oct 2016. to begin with porting on 5th oct was been guided to me by your airtel customer care supervisors and also ensured that your incoming roaming charges will be waived of automatically in upcoming bill as respective actions are taken in the system. but in the current bill being received has this charges included! also, my earlier balance of airtel 1.1 gb of 4g data is not carried over!

                3. return of earlier documents being submitted on 5th oct, airtel express store, sector 21c, faridabad. i am been bluffed / fooled by airtel stating that the earlier documents being shared by me are shredded where as your airtel store states by calling on 21st oct that he has the documents being shared on 5th and would i continue the porting process!

                What happen to escalations being raised in system for the airtel express store, sector 21c, faridabad, since 10th oct 2016 till date!

                There are piles of issues and i never expected this from airtel after my long-term association with you!

                I hope that the needful is done and i do not have to migrate and begin my appeal about your misconduct in the right channels such as wipro hr director, trai, public forums, socail media, consumer court, etc.

                This is my last and final reminder mail!

                I never expected such a experience from airtel for which i am long-term customer since 2011.

                I am long term customer of airtel, ncr circle since 2011, and i am facing issues over porting second time since july 2016.

                On july 10th 2016, i raised an portability request for mnp to airtel, pune and after lot of escalations the porting request was tagged in your system on 16th july.

                I have returned to ncr on 29th sept 2016 and after following up customer care, visited one of your airtel store near my premises on 5th october:

                Airtel express, shop no-86, huda market, sector 21c, faridabad - 121001 on 5th oct 2016

                As per informed process, i shared all required documents along with photos and signed form to store. post which i was handed over with a new airtel sim on 5th of oct itself, details of which are attached. i was assured by airtel store that my number will be ported within 7 days.

                On 10th oct, i called up airtel customer care to check on the progress of my porting, they informed that there is no request as such for porting in the system and we haven't received any documents as of now, to which i revisited the airtel store above and i was surprised to here that the store informing me that they will not be doing the needful and i wasn't even returned with my documents being submitted earlier. store also had a misbehavior and with that i am never going to visit this store again in my life.

                Immediately after that, i escalated the case by having a long discussion with your customer support - supervisior, he ensured that this issue is being escalated to right channels and i have raised a request to our back-end team for your mnp request which will be served within next 72 hours. also, an escalation is raised against the airtel store.

                Till 14th moring, i did not receive any update on porting, i again started a conversation with piles of customer support - supervisors where in they informed that on 10th there was no escalation being raised against the airtel store. after pressing to hard, surprisingly, i was been conveyed that your 90 days were not over and we have not received your documents.

                After several follow-ups the actual escalation was being raised formally against the airtel store and assured that the back-end team will resolve this issue within next 48 hours, and also i received a call-back from escalation team. the person along with whom i had conversation, i briefed him entire scenario and he also agreed that 90 days are over. he was even more pathetic and absurd in the later conversation by stating that i have to revisit airtel store and start with submitting my documents again and start the portability freshly and if you want to port it to other carrier you are most welcomed. if i have to carry out a fresh porting process agains, then i will do it with other vendor and not airtel in that case.

                I decided to talk for one final time with your customer support - supervisior prior to moving to another telecommunication carrier to understand what is current progress and whats there in the call logs against the revert i had to receive as per your sla of 48 hours. i am been informed that its been further escalated again and i will be receiving and call back tomorrow.

                I do not understand on how airtel is functioning from an process stand point?

                I will be waiting till tomorrow and post which, if i do not receive any updates on my portability then i am processing my portability with a

                      Hello i am a jio customer, whenever i make call to any airtel user it always get busy and an automated voice comes i.e "इस रूट की सारी सेवा व्यस्त है कृपया थोड़ी देर बाद कॉल करे" . I keep on calling and again thia voicemail comes.And when i call to same airtel number with any other network provider it connects and then i can talk . So i want to file a complaint against airtel for not accepting calls for jio customer.As i am customer so i will choose the best for me and hence i found jio provider best for everything and this not a business principal to not to accept the calls of their rivals.If they keep on doing so then this will be a big havoc for them.Please try to take convey this message to head of airtel and give me the judgement.otherwise i will take this issue to more higher authorities.

                        This is vijaykumar, I've opted for airtel postpaid through porting of my Vodafone number on 22nd october 2016 and the process has come till the Tele verification but unable to complete successfully because unable to connect 59059 using basic mobile also. Regarding this I've already complained to many officials but ironically no action is being taken, not even responding to the complaints.I reached airtel store also but problem not resolved then I complained to customer care (complaint no.[protected] but no use, the problem still happening. I am unable to make calls and receive calls, after replacing SIM card also. I lost my job oppurtunities and many important calls due to this problem. Please take action and solve this issue as soon as possible as i am facing a lot of trouble regarding this..hoping for the quick action..

                          I Mrs. Laxmi vaidh, i recently ported my reliance number([protected]) to airtel prepaid. my new sim got network after about a week than i proceed through tele-verification. the tele-verification was done successfully. they said that my service will start within 15 minute. But today its 15 days still my services are not started. i went to nearest airtel store but i didn't get ant solution.

                            Respected Sir,

                            I would like to brief you below my grievances which is being faced due to AIRTEL connection/network for [protected]

                            1.I had approached to Airtel Branch at Bidadi, Karnataka 562 109 recently to check out the best feasibility o[censored]p-grading my connection for my residence.

                            1.At the time of discussion they suggested me to opt for CUG 99 plan ( 400 minutes local calls & 200 mb data costing Rs99/-) for which I accepted the same.

                            2.When the plan was activated, I could find out that they have installed a different plan (Costing Rs.299/-) which was quite exorbitant to me. When again I went back to clarification, they could not convenience me and without my knowledge once again they have installed a different plan (CUG Rs.149/-) which is also beyond my limit. Moreover they did not inform, if they have only used the required plan.

                            3.On the above, I have complained to the necessary officer’s in-charge at Airtel, Karnataka for which they have not taken any action on this nor responding back to me.

                            As such I am not able to switch on to other networks and bound to pay high charges for no reason and also I am not comfortable to pay huge amount to Airtel for which I have not committed to them.

                            Initially my number was under Airtel lifetime prepaid scheme for which I had paid Rs.1, 000/- during that time.

                            Please NOTE: I have not signed the applications, for the above Plans which Airtel have installed. Probably they have forged my signature and blindly running the unwanted Plan to my connection.

                            On the above circumstances, I request your goodself to please intervene with Airtel and sort out the above issue and they are to re-fund the life time amount (Rs.1, 000/-) Plus Rs.300/- activation charges Plus the Bill paid of Rs.60/- totalling to Rs.1, 360/-.

                              On 16 october 2016 i did recharge from www. Airtel.in for prepaid topup recharge at 3:28 pm of rs. 205, and as per airtel senior supervisor mithilesh shende, whithin 2 hours consumer get the topup money but did't receive and not message from airtel saying that your transaction is successful or not. So i thought it is unsuccessful because i did't receive top up amount in my mobile. Because of this i did again recharge of rs. 205 at 6:30 pm but same happened i didn't receive any sms from service provider and i did't receive money in my account within 2 hours. So same procedure followed by me for next third time recharge of rs. 205 at 8:56 pm, but this time successful. Now i receive money rs. 615 in my account but this amount of recharge is for special recharge package which is not mentioned on their front webpage. So i thought it is under full talk time package. I have to use this money within 14 days otherwise it is waste. And same happened and i tried to call costumer care of airtel and told me that they can't refund the money of rs 400 the reason is i have to take care before recharge. But mine question is anybody illiterate person don't understand their policy so it is totally cheating from airtel.
                              Airtel senior supervisor mr. Mithilesh shnde suggest me go to consumer forum and complaint about airtel and let's see what happened.

                                  I recharged my number with 298 rupees fir 10 gb 3g data but got only 1.5 gb.

                                  Customer care officer says its a magic recharge hence we cannot do anything regarding that.

                                  I recharged my number because it was not mentioned anything specific that I am gonna get 1gb to 10 gb.

                                    The is Srinivasa Reddy L, Today(6 Oct 2016) morning have made below 3 transactions in betweem 6:00 AM 7:00 AM through my airtel app and reconized that first 2 transactions went fine bet not thrird one Rs. 150.00 recharge to +91 [protected].

                                    I was experienced same kind transaction failures earlear also, but not deposited the amout back to my bank account. It seems to be a big disgusting from the airtel and other gateway transactions. Even I had a bad experice with response from customer care HYPERLINK "tel:[protected]"+91 [protected].

                                    I have made the recharged transaction on 06 Oct 2016 with the amount of Rs.150.00 but the amount is deducted from my account and but not credited into my Airtel account HYPERLINK "tel:%2B91%[protected]"+91 [protected] on 6 Oct 2016.
                                    same day (6th Oct 2016 )I have communicated with the Airtel customer care and come to know the deducted amount Rs. 150.00 will be reverted back with in 5 to 6 working days, but still today amount is not credited into my bank account.

                                    Today morning I have called the Airtel customer care +91 HYPERLINK "tel:[protected]"[protected] and spoken with Purnima Uyuri then she confirmed the amount Rs.150.00 will be credited in into my account on/before 24 Oct 2016 at 7:30 PM.

                                    So, I hope you can understad the issue and resolved the issue ASAP to credit the amount Rs. 150.00 ASAP in my back account.

                                      I raised the issue on 3rd Nov 2016. Later I contacted couple of times to airtel via their Email ID "[protected]@in.airtel.com". But did not get a response yet. I tried calling airtel Customer care (121/198). But they are talking in kannada, so I couldn't communicated my issue. They should use an official language not local language to cover all customers in India.

                                      Please help me resolve my issue asap.
