I have raised several complains regarding transfer of Airtel broadband customer no [protected] . Everytime I complain a person comes from sales office and says its not my job i will send a technical person but he never sends anyone.

We have raised complains more than 15 times but fail to get any support. People from sales office talk rudely to our office persons if they call.

Worst 121 support with this online bill payment issue

I am a gold customer and with airtel for the last 15 years.

The issue was about online payment i made on 2nd of october, using airtel.in. My bank hdfc did deduct the money 1800 rs, and then there was some issue while redirecting me to airtel page. I was not shown confirmation page - but hdfc made a transaction to citrusairtel for 1800 and so were deducted from my account.

Your cs team till now has not been able...

After a months time (24th sep), i got notice from airtel saying the connection is disconnected from airtel on 18th august as per request.

I am very unhappy and upset with airtel.
Not only are they charging unreasonably for their 4g data consumption but their executives are very rude and have even gone so far as to threaten me and my family to make the payments!
I took an airtel 4g data sim in march 2016. The dsa told me i would not have to pay deposit if i pay an advance rental of 3 months. As per the plan, i get 15gb data every month for rs 1250/- monthly rental....
